I've been horseback riding many times, but I usually get bored on monotonous courses. However, this time I finished without even looking at the clock. The instructor made me laugh with his broken Japanese from check-in, and he repeatedly gave me tips on how to ride, which was a unique experience. The smell of sweat from the coat and helmet, as well as the mold on the coat, were a bit off-putting, but I highly recommend this course that crosses the river multiple times.

乗馬は何回もしていますが、単調なコースだとあきてしまうんですが今回は時計を見ることも無く終わりました。インストラクターはチェックインから片言の日本語で笑わせてくれたし、途中も何度も乗り方を注意してくれたりで他では無い感じです。コートとヘルメットの汗
臭さとコートのカビは　うーん　でしたが、川を何回もわたるこのコースはお薦めです。

I had run out of ideas for activities in Hawaii for this trip. Just before the departure date, I discovered this plan! Once I found it, I really wanted to try it, so I signed up immediately! Without hesitation, I registered here, and there were no issues with the pickup and transportation. All the instructors were foreigners, but I was able to understand them well with their broken Japanese and gestures. The weather was great on the day, and I had the best "dive" experience!

出発日ギリギリでしたが、このプランを発見！そうとなればどうしても飛んでみたくなり、即申込み！
迷うことなく、こちらに申込みましたがピックアップから送迎までなんの問題もありません。
また、インストラクターは全て外人ではありましたが、カタコトの日本語と身振り手振りで充分理解できました。
当日は天気も良く最高の「ダイブ」を体験出来ました！

This excursion was originally booked for my daughters 17th birthday celebration, as your description states that you only have to be 16 to drive with a valid drivers license ,however apon check in it was discovered that this policy changed over 2 years ago.
Rules are rules, and she was not allowed to drive.....HOWEVER......everyone bend over backwards to correct the situation and make my daughters day still special. It was hard
to stay upset as everyone did what they could do and did so quickly. While still on the ride, I got a voicemail from VELTRA apologizing for their error and that it was taken care of before we even returned .
The staff and guides were the nicest people and made the whole experience a wonderful one. Thank you to VELTRA for correcting your error so quickly....she can't wait till next time to be old enough to drive, and thank you to the staff for being so awesome!

It was an amazing experience and the guides were very good at giving direction on how to handle sticky situations. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been MORE MUD!
The lunch was fresh and delicious, and we even got to share it with some wild pig.
The guides were very informative and couldn't have cared more about you if you were their own family.
I ended up being the only single rider on this trip, and I loved every moment of it!

Our experience at the Menendez Ranch was awsome. They selected horses appropriate for the riders age and experience. The horses were well trained and made me as a rider comfortable. The view from the trail was beautiful. My 10 year old daughter had a wonderful time and our tour guide, Destiny, was so pleasant and knowledgable

Guides were great - made my first time experience very memorable! I felt safe and relaxed with them.

I was able to slowly take breaks while climbing 3000 meters, and I felt at ease reaching the summit. I was also able to see stars through a wonderful telescope. They provided chairs, warm clothing, and blankets, allowing me to fully enjoy the starry sky. I would like to participate again.

3000m上るのに、ゆっくりと休憩をとっていただき、安心して頂上まで行くことができました。素晴らしい望遠鏡でも星を見せてもらうことができました。
椅子や防寒具・膝掛けも用意していただき、満点の星空を満喫できました。
また参加したいです。

My husband and I took our 9 and 8 yr. old grandkids on this tour. It was spectacular! Our guides were wonderful. The valley is so beautiful and seeing it on horseback is awesome. None of us are experienced riders, but we had no problem with the horses. They are very well trained. I highly recommend this tour.

The horses were very well trained, and I was able to enjoy horseback riding with peace of mind. The children who participated with us seemed to have a great time, and I can recommend this to families as well. The trip to the North Shore was not a hassle at all, and the stop at Dole and the interesting trees along the way were unexpectedly enjoyable.

馬の調教がとてもよくされており、安心して乗馬を楽しむことが出来ました。
一緒に参加したお子さんもとても楽しそうで、家族の方々にもおすすめできます。
気になっていたノースショアへの移動も全然苦にならず、途中のドールも気になる木もなにげに楽しかったです。

Good trip overall, but took awhile to get started. Kayaking and hiking was easy and fun. The 2 ziplines were good and long. The lunch they provided was o.k. There are several places to get wet during the hikes that were fun. If you can't decide on what kind of adventure you want to do then this is a great mix.

This is a good adventure but it's only a 45 minute tube ride. We started with a drive to a scenic spot for pictures then back in the vehicle for a ride to the ditch. We did a short nature walk then got our safety instruction. Finally, we got into the ditch for our ride. It was a lot of fun and going through the tunnels was great. The water moves you along pretty good so you will not need to paddle anywhere. It was just too quick of a ride! After the ride we had lunch. The meal was basic but good. We had a short ride back to the warehouse/office. If you want a relaxing excursion, then this is it, but not your best bang for your buck.

What a blast! We rode in the Teryx 4 seaters and everyone had a fantastic time. The staff was great (James and Marlon). They were very knowledgeable about the ranch and history of the island. It had rained heavy the night before and still a little rainy when we started out which made the adventure even more fun in the mud. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next week and did their 'Teryx and BBQ tour' with James, which was completely different from the waterfall tour. We saw other parts of the ranch plus the food was great. This tour is only on Wednesdays for no more than 6 Teryx and not advertised. On our second tour the roads were dry and DUSTY. It was still fun but you will get dirty. If You only had time for one tour, I recommend the waterfall tour. It's a 4 hour tour (the BBQ tour is only 3 hours) because you will see more parts of the ranch and will get to swim under a waterfall towards the end of your adventure.

Joel was the best tour guide. He shared so much INTERESTING info! He was accommodating to our son with autism as well. This was one of the major highlights of our trip. Great lunch too!

My family had a great time hiking and downhill biking. Our tour guide, Josh (a high school teacher), was very helpful and informative. We'll do again next time visiting Oahu. Thank you.

Awesome!!!!! Can't wait to do it again, fantastic scenery, crew and experience. Would have loved to have been able to just kept going up and jumping again and again and again

Truly enjoyed our hike into and back out of the valley. Trails are very well maintained and grade is not too steep. We were forewarned that there would not be much vegetation, and they were absolutely correct. Great views of the mountain and volcanic cinder cones. Bonus for us was rare view of silversword starting to bloom.

We had a great time! Our guides were excellent with our kids. We took our 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son and they loved it! Our daughter was a little scared at times but our guides helped her to feel comfortable and safe. Both kids loved every minute of it. The guides were very knowledgable about zip lining and the island. They all had a great sense of humor and seemed to really enjoy working with each other. :)

I had a great time riding horses for the first time! Everyone at the riding club was very kind, and I would love to participate again. However, it mentioned exploring the North Shore, but in reality, we only went to one recommended garlic shrimp restaurant by the guide. Perhaps because it was the same as the valley tour, we had quite a bit of free time during the seaside tour. We went to the beach, but there was nothing to do, and in the end, I was surprised to be kept waiting at Turtle Bay Hotel... I would have preferred to have some free time on the North Shore instead. Also, we were told that we couldn't carry our bags while riding and couldn't leave them on the bus, which left everyone in a difficult situation. I wish this had been mentioned.

はじめての乗馬でとても楽しかったです！！乗馬クラブの方はみな親切でまた参加したいと思いました。しかし、ノースショアの散策とありましたが実際にはガイドさんがおすすめのガーリックシュリンプのお店一軒行ったのみでした。渓谷の方と同じだからか時間調整のために海辺ツアーのわたしたちはかなり時間を持て余しました。海によったりしましたが何もない状況で海にいってもすることもなく、最終的にはタートルベイホテルでまたされてびっくりしました…それならノースショアで自由行動させてもらったりしたかったです。また乗馬では荷物を持てないしバスにも置けないと言われて全員困っていました。記載して欲しかったです。

I participated alone, but the guide, Mr. Konno, took great care of me, so I was able to have a wonderful time. The sunset was worth the money I paid to see it. The starry sky was also very beautiful, and I was able to see artificial satellites and shooting stars, along with explanations about the stars, making it a lovely day.
It's truly amazing that we can drive to an altitude of over 4,000 meters.

一人で参加しましたが、ガイドのコンノさんがとてもケアしてくれたので楽しく過ごすことができました。サンセットもお金を払ってみる価値がありました。星空もとてもきれいで人工衛星や流れ星もみることができ、星の説明もあり素敵な一日となりました。
車で標高4000メーター以上にいけるのは、改めてすごいなぁ～と思います。

We chose this ride/trail to see a different side to the North Shore (in comparison to Turtle Bay) AND we'd heard great things about the tour guides and horses - we weren't let down - it was GREAT FUN and we LOVED IT!!!! Highly recommend...

This was my first skydiving experience after turning 40.

First, the staff member on the bus across from us, I really liked him. His stories were so unique that I gradually lost my sense of fear.

Honestly, I was quite nervous.

Since it was tandem, I just went with the flow, but as mentioned in other experiences, the first seven seconds felt like I was going to die. Once I went into a dive, my mouth went "Gua!" and after the parachute opened, it felt amazing.

I think it would be tough to jump alone, but I also had a desire for freedom.

The magnificent scenery of Hawaii surely takes away your anxiety. I used to love extreme activities, but recently I've been scared of flying.

That's how it is.

I highly recommend jumping from 4000 meters instead of just 2000 meters.

40過ぎて初の空体験です。
まず、お向かいのバスのスタッフのおじいちゃん。
大好きです。
話がとてもとてもユニークでいつの間にか恐怖感がなくなっていました。

正直かなりビビってました。

タンデムなのでもう成り行きでいたが、他の体験談にも書いてあるように、落ちて７秒くらいは死ぬ思いでした。
エビぞりになってからは口が「グアッ」っとなり、パラシュートが開いてからすっごく気持ちよかったです。

たぶん一人で落下は厳しいですが、自由になりたい気持ちもありました。

ハワイの雄大な景色が不安を取ってくれるのでしょう。
昔は無茶が大好きでしたが、最近は飛行機も怖い。

それがこの通りです。

ぜひ２千メートルなんて言わずに4000メートルからおちてください。

My 10 yr old niece talked about this excursion for days after it was over! She had lots of fun and our guides were lots of fun.

At first, I was worried about whether it would be okay for older people to participate in stargazing at an altitude of 4,200 meters. However, thanks to the thoughtful explanations and guidance from our guide, Mr. Konno, being able to observe such a wonderful starry sky became a lifelong memory. If you are traveling to the Big Island, I highly recommend joining the tour at "Masashi Nature School." Thank you very much, Mr. Konno! I hope to see you again, so please don't forget "Noda"...

初めは、４２００ｍの高山での星空観測に年寄りが参加しても大丈夫かとの不安がありました。しかし、ガイドの今野さんの気配りのある説明や指導で「あのような素晴らしい星空を観測できたこと」は、一生の思い出となりました。もしこれからハワイ島へご旅行の方は、是非とも「マサシネーチャースクール」のツアーに参加して下さいね。今野さん本当に有難うございました！またお会いしたいと思っていますので「野田」をお忘れなく・・・

I'm so glad I was able to participate in the long-awaited tour to the summit of Mauna Kea at 4,200 meters!

I was worried about the cold, but this tour provides warm clothing, hats, and gloves, so there were no problems at all!

The air is thin at the summit, which can be a bit uncomfortable and cold, but the breathtaking views make you forget all that! The stunning sunset will be etched in your memory!

After sunset, you can see an amazing starry sky. I saw the Milky Way and the Southern Cross so clearly for the first time!

The guide also provides detailed explanations about the stars, making it so enjoyable that you lose track of time.

With this tour, you can download photos taken by the guide from the website at any time. You can also view them, so you can share them with your friends anytime. I think it's a very generous service!

The guide was wonderful too! I definitely recommend participating in this tour! I don't think you'll regret it!

念願だった4200メートルのマウイケア山頂のツアーに参加出来てとても良かったです！
寒さの心配がありましが、こちらのツアーは上下の防寒着、帽子、手袋を貸しての頂けるので、全く問題なしです！

山頂は空気が薄くて少しは苦しく寒いですが、そんな事を忘れる位の絶景です！
素晴らしい夕日が目に焼き付きますよ！

日が暮れたら、これまた素晴らしい星空を見る事が出来ます。
天の川に南十字星、こんなに綺麗に見れたのは初めてです！

ガイドさんが丁寧に星の説明もしてくれるので時間を忘れるくらい楽しめます。

This is an excellent way to see the island. The pilot was friendly and informative. The crew to include the bus driver were great people and very helpful. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Thank you very much for yesterday!! The conditions were great. I was able to enjoy the sunset, the Milky Way, and Mars and Saturn to the fullest. This was all thanks to Yamauchi-san's heartfelt hospitality. You took care of every detail to ensure we enjoyed ourselves, from physical well-being to mental aspects, and the communication among the members (this time, a very lucky group of girls?!). I truly appreciate it.

I heard so many stories, and it became an unforgettable memory filled with laughter and tears. I will definitely come back again!! Please take care of yourself.

This was the most trilling adventure I have ever done!! I highly recommend it!! My son and I had the time of our lives!! The staff was great and the sights were amazing!! So breathtaking!! I was so scared however it was amazing! I will so be coming again!!

Skydiving was amazing! The panoramic view of Hawaii from above was incredibly beautiful! The diver was kind and made me feel safe, so I had no worries at all! I definitely want to do this again when I come back to Hawaii!
The shuttle car was quite bumpy, so be careful if you get motion sickness...
Also, the time between jumping and the shuttle pickup was long, so I recommend bringing some snacks!
The scenery was truly breathtaking!
