This was fun and kids loved it. I was expecting a bigger waterfall and the hike to get to there was a little tricky. My 11yr old son jumped off the rock into the waterfall it was great so did I. My youngest swam in the pool area very refreshing after the hike. The beach was beautiful and quite with a great lunch how perfect that was. Snorkeling was good but my youngest was getting a little frustrated tge waters were a bit choppy. Saw a lot of beautiful fish.

Some people might say, "Is it really that fun?" but we found it enjoyable. My grandchild was in high spirits riding the same horse, "Kahlita," as on the 13th.
The horseback riding experience begins right outside the hotel, and we were fortunate to have a tour guide named "Nakama."
While you could just rent a car for horseback riding, having a knowledgeable tour guide who knows everything about Hawaii makes the activity much more memorable.
Additionally, I am very grateful for how accommodating they were to our requests.

2. Thoughtful attention to guests, which is highly appreciated.
3. Rich knowledge and wide connections with celebrities
From what I remember, the tour guide "Nakama" didn't seem to like shrimp, but he responded to the guests' requests and ordered garlic shrimp from Macky's for everyone to take out, allowing us to use our time effectively.
I look forward to enjoying canyon horseback riding again next time.

　１３日午後からの乗馬に続き、旅行最終日に午前からの渓谷乗馬が取れたので楽しんでみました。
　え！そんなに楽しいのと言う人もいますが、私たちは、楽しいです、孫は、　１３日と同じ馬「カリータ」に乗って上機嫌でした。
　乗馬の始まりは、ホテルを出たところから始まりますが、ツアーガイドの　「ナカマさん」という方にも恵まれました。
　乗馬だけならレンタカーで行けば事足りるのですが、やはり、ハワイのことならまかしとけ、というような物知りのツアーガイドの方と一緒にアクティビティをできることは、旅の想い出を何倍にも増やせますね。
　さらに、リクエストにも快く応えて大変感謝しております。
１　時間の配分が上手
２　ゲストに対するきめ細やかな心遣いが好感度大です。
３　知識が豊富なのと、知名人との裾野が広い
等々でした。
　私の記憶だと、ツアーガイドの「ナカマさん」はエビが好きでなかったように記憶していますが、ゲストのリクエストに応えてくれ、マッキーのガーリックシュリンプをみんなの分、テイクアウト注文してくれていて、時間を有意義に使えました。
　また次回も渓谷乗馬たのしみたいです。

It allowed for a sense of adventure in nature, and the view of the sea from the mountains was refreshing. The riding time was quite long, making it enjoyable for beginners. The local woman who explained the horseback riding was friendly and helpful.

The information provided by the Japanese male driver added great value, and the coffee farm we stopped at was enjoyable. The lunch bento was also well-prepared, resulting in a high level of satisfaction.

Amazing sunset from the summit and a very informative evening all round. The meal en route was pretty average but the pause in the journey for the meal made the transition
to 14000 feet more manageable. The views are out of this world and it was a relief not to have to drive ourselves to and from the summit, even though on our trip the minibus broke down and it took an hour to get the replacement bus up to us. It was handled well though and overall was a very worthwhile trip.

We are a couple in our 50s. We were worried since it was our first experience riding horses on an English-only tour, but thanks to the guide, a cowgirl and a cowboy, as well as the calm and intelligent horses, we had a great time. At the end of the tour, we noticed the other participants casually giving tips to the guides, so we followed suit and gave a tip as well. (We had prepared a Japanese envelope with a $10 tip in it for when we truly wanted to express our gratitude.)

What impressed me the most was the scenery during the ride. To the west, there were the cliffs of the canyon, and to the east, we could see the long coastline stretching from Kahului Bay to Haleakalā in the distance. I felt so relaxed that I almost dozed off while gently swaying on the horse's back. We even got to pretend to make the horse run a few times, and it was truly a wonderful experience.

50代夫婦です。英語のみのツアーで乗馬も初体験なので心配でしたが、ガイドのカウガールとカウボーイ、そして大人しくて利口な馬のおかげでとても楽しめました。ツアーの終わりに回りの参加者達がガイドにチップをさりげなく渡していたので、真似して私達もチップを渡しました。(本当に感謝した時のために日本のポチ袋に10ドルチップを入れたものをあらかじめ用意していました。)
そして一番感動したのは乗馬中に見る景色。西は渓谷の絶壁、東はカフルイ湾から遠くハレアカラを望む長い海岸線。馬の背にゆっくり揺られながらで眠くなってくるほどリラックス出来ました。何度か馬を走らす真似事も出来て本当に素晴らしい時間でした。

I participated alone.

I was picked up at the hotel around 7 AM and arrived at the airport around 9 AM. Since I was a solo traveler and did not request photo or video services, I boarded the plane quickly and was the first to jump. I was on the ground by 9:30 AM.

It may have been a coincidence, but during the fall, I was able to enjoy the wonderful sight of a rainbow ring below me.

As mentioned in other people's experiences, after the parachute opened, the diver seemed to have a spirit of service and did some spins. It was fun to see the scenery, but I started to feel a bit nauseous after about three spins, so when I mentioned, "I get airsick easily," they stopped the unnecessary spins. You can communicate with the diver even during the fall, so I think it's good to discuss this while in the air. (They can have simple conversations in Japanese, but they're not fluent, so it might be better to consult in broken English.)

The return bus departed for Waikiki around 12:30 PM and arrived in Waikiki around 1:40 PM.

I recommend bringing something to pass the time. It seemed there were no free Wi-Fi spots at the airport.

他の方の体験談にもありましたが、パラシュートが開いた後、ダイバーの方はサービス精神なのか、くるくると旋回をしてくれます。景色が見られて楽しいですが、自分は3回やられたあたりで気持ち悪くなりそうだったので、「I get airsick easily」と相談したら、以降は不要な旋回はやめてくれました。
一緒に飛んでくれるダイバーの方とは落下中でも会話が可能ですので、空中でその辺りは相談するのがいいと思います。（簡単な日本語会話はしてくれますが、日本語ペラペラではありませんので、片言でも英語で相談したほうが良さそう。）

帰りのバスは12時30分ごろワイキキに向けて出発、13時40分ごろにはワイキキに到着していました。

何かしらの暇つぶしを持って行くことをおすすめします。飛行場には無料のWi-Fiスポットはなさそうでした。

The guide for the shuttle service was chatty and fun. I was a bit anxious about horseback riding, but the horse was well taken care of, so it was great. If I have the opportunity, I would like to go again. I don't really like shrimp, but the shrimp lunch was delicious. The pineapple ice at Dole Plantation was enough for two to share, and it was not overly sweet, making it delicious. It was the best day ever.

I participated because I wanted to ride a horse.
There were some sightseeing stops along the way, but the driver was Japanese and managed everything very efficiently, keeping track of time perfectly.
I thought I would only be able to enjoy either the garlic shrimp or the huli huli chicken, but I was able to enjoy both within the limited time.
However, regarding the horseback riding, I searched for a tour that was suitable for advanced riders, but I ended up with beginners, so we only walked for 90 minutes...
That was the only disappointing part.
Because of that, I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I gave it 4 instead.
The driver deserves 5 stars, though!

It was a special experience!
It feels more like a trip than a tour.
Whether it was an inner trip or a time trip, the souvenirs from the experience were significant, and the emotions linger on.
The 360-degree sunset and starry sky are something you won't easily encounter anywhere in the world, and I truly realized that Haleakalā is a rare place.
Not only can you see the starry sky, but you can also gaze at it because there are professionals who provide explanations.
The sense of freedom and intimacy felt by the tour members could only have been created by YAMAPEE.
I really appreciated that feeling of being 'left behind' after the individual guests had returned...
The exquisite background music brought me to tears as well.
This tour is filled with various surprises, but I won't spoil the emotions of those who participate, so I'll keep my mouth shut.
It was all good, but there’s one aftereffect...
Whenever I hear "Summer Fruit" in the city, I remember that starry sky and get all emotional. Crying.

３６０度の夕焼けや星空は世界中探してもそれ程お目にかかれず、

星空を見るだけではなく、GAZEできるのはプロがいて解説してくださるから。。
ツアーメンバーが感じた自由や親密さはYAMAPEEさんしか作りだせなかったでしょう。

I want to start off with a big thank you to Warren!! Very patience and helpful!! I have 2 young kids with me and he made sure I had assistance whenever I needed it. Got the Sunset fishing, they picked us up promptly from the hotel and about 20 minutes drive to the boat. Once on the boat it will take about an hour to get to the fishing spot. During that time they give you some instructions and serve you a rice plate that contains beans, hotdogs and pineapples. You get about 3 hrs of total fishing time at 3 different spots. A total of 5 hour trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys fishing or just out in the ocean. My kids are 8 and 10 and had a lot of fun. If you have motion sickness make sure to take something beforehand, it can get a little choppy. I heard ginger works pretty well. Happy fishing!

I'm not good with thrill rides and usually don't ride them, but I decided to challenge myself for his sake...

I was encouraged by everyone's reviews!!!
(I had a faint hope that it might be canceled due to the typhoon, though, lol)

I bought motion sickness medication the day before, and off I went.

The shuttle driver was really funny♪
And all the divers were truly handsome! Haha

We took a helicopter up into the sky. I didn't feel alive at all (>_<)

It doesn't matter about your mental preparation. It's all about your buddy's timing! Considering the cloud conditions, etc...

The moment we dropped, I thought, "I'm dead," but during the free fall, I experienced a world at 200 kilometers per hour. I felt no nausea; I cleared that!

The moment the parachute opened, we shot up, but that was the worst... It was scarier than when we were falling, lol.

I thought I might feel sick, but I was breathless at the stunning view below.
I'm glad I could experience this in Hawaii.
The sky, the sea, the greenery—nature is truly beautiful.

I only bought the photos.
They were expensive, so I skimped on the video, but I kind of regret not buying it after returning home (*^_^*) because it was really pricey! Photos and video cost $180.

I had heard that contact lenses can fly away, so I brought mine. Maybe the goggles weren't on properly, but my left lens disappeared somewhere.

After it was over, I had an acai bowl from a cart nearby!
It was delicious♪ A reward for myself for doing my best♪

Finally, I received a certificate, which made me feel really happy (^o^)

落下した瞬間「死んだ」って思ったけど、フリーホールの時間は時速200キロの世界を体感。気持ち悪さもなく、ここはクリア！

パラシュートが開いた瞬間一気に上昇するのだが、それがだめだった…落下しているときより怖かったｗ

気持ち悪いとおもったけど、目下の絶景に息を呑みました。
ハワイで体験できてよかったなって思った。
空も海も緑も、自然て本当にきれいだなと感じました。

写真だけ購入しました。
高かったから動画はケチってしまったけれど、購入すればよかったかなと帰国してからちょっと後悔(*^_^*)だってめちゃ高いんだもん！写真と動画で180＄。


コンタクトレンズが飛ぶって聞いたことがあったので持っていきました。ゴーグルの仕方があまかったのか、左目だけどこかへ消えました。



終わった後、脇にあるワゴンでアサイボールを食べました！
おいしかったな♪がんばった自分へのご褒美です♪

最後に証書ももらって、うれしい気分になりました(^o^)

On August 2nd, my spouse and I participated in the tour.

We rode in the Matsuzaki vehicle, one of the two cars operated by Masashi Nature School. During the journey, they announced points where we could see wild black goats, making the trip enjoyable as we looked around without getting bored.

The lunch at the Onizuka Center was quite substantial, and the miso soup was served in a bowl! While acclimatizing to the altitude at the Onizuka Center, we were able to see the rare alpine plant, the silver sword, which can only be found in three places in the world. The one-hour break flew by.

The warm clothing provided included not just jackets but also ski pants, gloves, and knit hats. Even though I had forgotten my warm clothes in Japan and had to manage with a thin long-sleeve T-shirt and a hoodie, I was able to enjoy the starry sky without feeling cold until the end.

I was worried about whether we would be able to see the stars due to the bad weather the day before, but both the sunset and the starry sky were beautifully visible! I didn't have a professional camera to take photos of the stars myself, but Matsuzaki took some great pictures, and they were uploaded the next morning.

It was a thoroughly satisfying tour where we could fully enjoy the magnificent scenery of Hawaii!

8月2日に夫婦で参加させていただきました。

マサシネイチャースクールとして2台の車で実施されているうちのマツザキさん号に乗りました。
参加者の皆さんをピックアップする道中でも野生の黒ヤギさんがいるポイントでアナウンスしてくださったりと、退屈することなく外をきょろきょろ見て楽しめました。

オニズカセンターでのお弁当もしっかりボリュームで、お味噌汁はなんとお椀で出てきました！
オニズカセンターで高所に身体を慣らしているときも、世界でも3箇所でしかお目にかかれない高山植物の銀剣草を見ることができたりと、1時間ほどの休憩時間もあっという間。
貸していただける防寒着もジャケットだけでなくスキーパンツ、手袋、ニット帽となっており、暖かい洋服を日本に忘れて現地で生地が薄めのロンTとパーカーを何とか調達した私でも、寒さに音を上げることなく最後まで星空を堪能することができました。

前日の悪天候で星空が見れるか心配していましたが、サンセットも星空もバッチリきれいに見れました！
本格的なカメラを持っていなかったので、自分では星空写真を撮れませんでしたが、マツザキさんがいいお写真を撮ってくださり、翌朝にはもう写真がアップロードされていました。

ハワイの雄大な景色を存分に味わうことができた大満足のツアーでした！！

The first stop was at Dole, and it seemed to be just before opening, so we headed to the shop as soon as it opened! We were able to buy without waiting in line. I had pineapple juice the other day, so this time I went for a float, but the soft serve was quite substantial and didn’t float! (We shared one between two people, but it was still a bit heavy for the morning.)

I was able to see a sea turtle just poking its head out of the water. I wasn't expecting much, but it was nice to see it after all.

It was a sunny day with strong sunlight. Even though it’s a valley, the sun shines through, so sunscreen is a must. There’s no requirement to wear helmets (the kids borrowed some, so I think those who are anxious can probably borrow one), but I wished I had brought a hat. During the horseback riding, you can’t carry bags or anything. They provide a kind of bag for valuables (I’m not sure what to call it), so I just put my digital camera and wallet in there and hung it on the horse. The horse was very gentle, and as a beginner, I didn’t feel scared at all while riding. The 90 minutes included explanations and such, so we were actually riding for just over an hour. It went by in a flash. The staff spoke a bit of Japanese, and while riding, if the horse seemed to want to stray, they would give instructions like, “Left, left! Kick, kick!” It made me think that it all works out somehow.

There were 11 participants in total, including 7 from the tour and 4 others. The horse I was riding was very well-behaved and hardly strayed at all. I was worried about dropping my camera, so I didn’t take any pictures while riding, but at the end, we had a chance to take photos at a beautiful spot with a view of the ocean.

For lunch, the garlic shrimp was arranged by our guide for takeout, and they also arranged a place for us to eat, so we could enjoy it in a relaxed setting. The guide provided explanations about various places and plants during the drive (a bit fast-paced!), and I was happy to have a little sightseeing as well. Since there were many people for the horseback riding, we were a bit behind schedule, but thanks to the takeout for lunch, we managed to finish almost on time.

I realized that while the beach is nice, other activities are great too, and this tour really highlighted that.

ヘルメットの着用はないので（お子さんは借りていたので、多分、不安な方は貸してもらえると思います）、帽子をもってくればよかったな、と思いました。
乗馬中はバッグ等は持てません。貴重品等を入れるバックみないなもの（なんて言うのか分からない）を借していただけますので、その中にデジカメやお財布だけ入れて、馬にかけておきます。
馬はとてもおとなしく、私は、乗馬初心者ですが、乗っていても全然怖くなかったです。
９０分丸々乗馬をしているのではなく、説明等も含めての９０分。
実質乗っていたのは１時間強かな。あっという間でした。
スタッフの方は片言の日本語ができて、乗馬中、馬が寄り道しそうになると「左、左！蹴る、蹴る！」といった感じで指示してくれます。何とかなるものだなぁと思いました。

ツアーの７名とツアー以外の方４名の計１１名が参加。
私の乗っていた馬はとてもお行儀がよく、途中でほとんど寄り道をすることもなかったです。
カメラを落とす不安があったので乗馬中は自分では写真を撮りませんでしたが、最後に、海が見えるきれいな景色のところで撮っていただきました。

昼食のガーリックシュリンプは、ガイドさんがテイクアウトできるよう段取りしてくださり、食べる場所もアレンジしてくださったので、のんびりとした中で食べることができました。
ガイドさんはドライブ中も色々と通る場所や植物の説明をしてくださり（ちょっと早口！）、ちょっとした観光もできてうれしかったです。
乗馬の人数が多かったので、少し時間が押してましたが、ランチのテイクアウトなどで時間が短縮できたのか、最後はほとんど予定通りの時間に終わりました。

ビーチもいいけどそれ以外のアクティビティもいいなぁと実感できたツアーでした。

The horseback riding experience was a bit disappointing. There was a paper on the wall in Japanese explaining how to ride and what to be careful about, so that was fine, but the scenery wasn't that great. At one point with a nice view, the guide was only explaining to another English-speaking group, and at that time, we hadn't even reached that spot yet. I participated on the morning of July 29, 2014. It took less than an hour to drive from Waikoloa Beach Resort to Kahua Ranch by rental car. Along the way, as we ascended towards the ranch, we enjoyed a wonderful drive with views overlooking the coastline.

When we arrived at 9:30, the ranch was truly vast. We were the only participants, so we quickly chose helmets and boots (both optional) and got ready. Our bags and cameras could be placed in bags provided by the ranch that hang on the horses' backs. They also lent us parkas, which were just right for horseback riding in the cool ranch with wind at high altitude.

The guide was a young girl who didn't speak Japanese, but she seemed accustomed to Japanese people. The horse prepared for me was matched to my weight and height, which I had communicated in advance. After a brief explanation of how to handle the horse, we mounted and set off. I was anxious as a beginner, but the experienced girl said, "They are well-trained to be able to be handled with one hand." As we started walking, I quickly felt that was true and was able to relax. My horse was named Stormy, and being young, it always wanted to stay right behind the guide, sometimes trotting to overtake other horses, but other than that, it was very well-behaved.

At certain spots on the ranch, we were able to gallop, and the experienced girl enjoyed it. When I asked the guide to stop for photos, she kindly accommodated my request and took pictures for us.

Overall, we spent an hour and a half riding around the vast ranch, with the grass swaying in the wind, and along the way, we encountered sheep, cows, and free-range horses, which was very relaxing. (For my backside and back, I think the hour and a half course was just right! (laughs))

牧場の一定の場所ではギャロップ（駆け足）も可能で、経験者の娘は楽しんでいましたし、写真を撮るために止まってほしいとガイドさんに頼むと、写真を撮ってくれたりと、希望に沿った対応をしてくれました。
とにかく、牧草が風にたなびく広大な牧場一周を、１時間半かけて馬とともに回れ、途中、羊や牛、放し飼いの馬に出会いながら、のんびり癒されました。（お尻や背筋にとっては、１時間半コースでよかったと思います（笑））
本当に気持ちが解放されて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

I was worried about altitude sickness and the cold during the tour because I have a 12-year-old daughter, but the guide from Masashi Nature was incredibly attentive and kind. While other tours were competing with each other, he calmly guided us to the best spots. Even for stargazing, while most other tours observed near the Onizuka Center, Nature took us to a special private spot where we had the night sky all to ourselves. Krichelle took us out on the hike in Hana rainforest and it was amazing. She knew a lot about the farm and picked us a lot of fruit n avocados. The hike was amazing as I love running they the woods. She took us thru done private hike areas that you won't be able to go thru without a guide. Make sure to bring sunscreen n insect repellent!!
There were 4 falls that we visited n the swim in the falls were amazing. There was also one that we could jump into.
For those that are not as active, there are easier routes that krichelle instructed others to pass thru . All in all amazing experience and I would go it again,

This tour was the highlight of the trip! Marshall, our guide, was so informative and he kept making sure I was doing ok. Our ages ranged from 17 to 67 and yes, I'm the 67 yr. old. He showed so much interest in making this such a fun experience as well as a learning experience. Thanks to the Kualoa Ranch for having someone like him to make sure us novice ATV riders had the best time ever. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

The guide was incredibly friendly, and I had a great time throughout the experience. I've tried horseback riding in various places, but this time I was surprised that we rode thoroughbreds used for polo without bits. They were very well cared for and such cute, smart horses. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the nature of Waimea Valley and the views of the North Shore for a full 90 minutes. It was truly beautiful, and the breeze was refreshing, so I definitely plan to come back here next time! Also, the Dole pineapple ice cream, shave ice in Haleiwa Town, garlic shrimp, huli huli chicken, and burgers were absolutely delicious!

At the end of July, I participated in the "Horseback Riding in Hawaii! North Shore Beach Horseback Riding Experience at Hawaii Polo Club" plan. My husband and I joined together. We were both anxious since we couldn't speak English, but the staff member, Alex, kindly explained everything in simple English at a slow pace, which we really appreciated.

The horseback riding experience was amazing! I was able to hold the reins myself and, although it was slow, I enjoyed the beautiful coastline, which was even more stunning than the sea in Waikiki. It was truly the best time.

The horses were well-trained, and I felt no fear at all. There was also a family of foreigners with us, including a girl around 10 years old who was riding for the first time, and she seemed to have a lot of fun! I also recommend this place because the riding experience lasts longer than at other facilities. There were three female staff members, and they were all very kind.

At the end, we took commemorative photos with the beautiful sea in the background, and it was truly a wonderful experience! I plan to use this service again when I go to Hawaii!

Lastly, I have to mention… when I heard "Polo Club," I imagined a luxurious facility, but in reality, it was more like a farm (laughs). The waiting area was a small outdoor shed, and the restroom was a portable toilet. But that didn't matter because I highly recommend it!

本当に最高の時間を過ごせました。

馬もよく調教されていて 恐怖感はまったくありませんでした。
私達の他に 外国人のご家族も一緒で、乗馬初体験の10歳くらいの女の子もいましたが とても楽しんでいましたよ！
他の乗馬体験ができる施設よりも
体験できる時間が長いところもオススメですね♫
スタッフは女性が３人でしたが みなさんとても親切でした。
最後には美しい海をバックに 記念撮影もして頂き、本当に素晴らしい最高の体験ができました‼︎
またハワイに行く際は利用しようと思います‼︎
最後にひとつだけ…
ポロクラブ…と聞いて、豪華な施設を勝手に思い描いていましたが（笑）実際は農場のような所です（笑）
待合室となる所は屋外の小屋で、
おトイレも仮設トイレ。
でもそんなの関係なくなるくらい、オススメですよ！
