Reviewed by: The Moops, 2016/07/30Beautiful and interesting hike through the lush rainforest but not at all physically challenging. Really enjoyed the hike but the downhill bike part was so boring! The guides pretty much wrapped us in cotton wool, they wouldn't let us go any faster than 5 miles (and it was purely downhill road, no cycling required!), and they kept stopping us for one reason or another. I'd recommend the tour though, the scenery was great and the guides knowledgeable and nice.
