Nice day on the water.
Reviewed by: Visitor, 2023/03/12this is a nice day on the water with a nice boat ride. Crew is very nice. It is $160 per person including transportation, and for that you get a seat on the boat maybe if you can find one, a cheeseburger with baked beans and fruit for lunch, a trip to a sandbar where either you play volleyball or stand around, then a trip to a reef to see little fish and turtles.

Wouldn’t be ideal for non swimmers
Reviewed by: Cici, 2022/10/21First of all the bus that picked us up was old and need some works done. A 45 minute drive turned into a 11/2 hour drive. We picked the sand bar as my husband and I both can’t swim. I was pleased that we got to do some snorkeling together. We did see some turtles as well.
Then it was the deeper sea snorkeling. I was so afraid of the deep sea. So we ended up waiting in the boat for over an hour.
There are actually a few coaches on the boat. If they would Guide us through that would be a lot easier.
We just felt left out from the whole group.

Nice to do, could be better
Reviewed by: Michelle, 2022/07/30Overall the tour was nice but there were a few things I wish I had known beforehand.
1 - I went in July & the sandbar water height was about at my bottom (I'm 5' tall). It wasn't good for any toddlers because they wouldn't be able to stand on the sand, so we had to carry our 2 1/2 year old the whole time. Current is a little strong for the toddler too. I was hoping it would be the time of year where the water was below knee deep so the toddler can enjoy.
2 - the only activity on the sandbar was volleyball, which I don't play. Other tours had other activities listed on their tour which I wish this tour had, especially for the price! It was a more expensive tour than others & had less activities than other tours I was researching. Other tours had live music. For the price, it should have more perks, The only good thing was that this was available last minute & they got us in which I appreciated.
3 - The food was good & the hot chocolate at the end of the snorkeling portion was great! However, like some reviews said, you could at least give us fresh pineapple vs canned. That was horrendous for this being Hawaii. Burger, beans & bag of chips was perfect!

Good boat and staff. Crappy food
Reviewed by: Rich, 2022/04/24The boat and staff were very nice and the tour was good. However, if you are going to charge the prices you do, not can at least expect fresh pineapple and not canned. It is Hawaii. And the rest of the food was underwhelming.

Not able to attend

Not worth the price...Good views, ok snorkeling. Sandbars was a let down. Not good for beginners and kids.

The sand bar activity was a total let down. Many of us were thinking they will start a volleyball game, but soon they were packing the net back! ?! There was basically nothing to do in the sand bar given that.
Then the turtle watching was fun. Then snorkeling was ok.
They do not help out beginners in any way. We asked them multiple times if one of them can come with us for helping out.. but no response.
Given the price, i would rate this ok overall..

Sandbar snokel was cold

And my image of sandbar was less water like land.
I want to try it again in warmer season.

Snorkel tour
Reviewed by: Anthony , 2017/10/31The tour was ok. There are a number of things that this group could do to make this a better, more rounded tour. The tour could have picked us up earlier to get us over to Kaneohe and in the water sooner. As it was the tour/adventure felt forced/rushed instead of being a relaxing experience. He equipment provided could have been of a better quality. Perhaps more time snorkeling for what is billed as a snorkelling adventure would have been better. The crew on the boat were good and tried to make things enjoyable for everyone.
