Reviewed by: Phil, 2022/12/28At the dockside check-in they were very helpful. I just showed my confirmation email and she gave us out boarding passes. The dockside hula show was good. They had 2 musicians playing and 3 dancers, it wasn't Cirque Du Soleil but if thats what your expecting go to Las Vegas!!
I loved the meal. The purple bread (made with Ube) was good, it tasted like the Kings Hawaiian Rolls! The steaks are cooked medium rare, which I enjoy but was too under cooked for my wife. Even since she didnt eat her steak she still was full with the Crab and Chicken. The ice cream was delicious. The Mai Tai's were on point.
Our server was perfect. Very attentive to our needs, conversational without being annoying. Extremely gracious and appreciative.

Worth it.
Reviewed by: Jordan , 2022/10/15The dinner cruise is worth it. We had the crab legs, steak, and bbq chicken. The crab legs were a little small, but everything else was very tasty. I would recommend this activity and may do it again if I go back to Oahu. The entertainment was also great and enjoyable to watch. The staff on board was also friendly and attentive.

The family loved it!
Reviewed by: Visiting my Aunt, 2022/07/23I took my parents, brother, aunt and cousin. We all loved the special treatment with the package. The food was above expectations. The views were nice. Loved the fireworks on the Friday night cruise. The music and entertainment was amazing. The young lady who served us was a new trainee and did a wonderful job. The only thing that was a little off putting was the manager’s conversation was a little repetitive throughout the dinner.

Birthday Celebration

Luxury Dinner with Live Jazz
Reviewed by: CatXx, 2022/06/06Highly enjoyed the entertainment; the singer has such a beautiful voice and I can listen to her sing all night long.
The dinner was good. Wished temp was hot on dishes, but presented beautifully. Server was a nice young lady, pleasant smile.
View of the island was so beautiful. I was slightly hungover though from night prior, so did not want to get up and explore the balcony.
Would definitely recommend this adventure!

Great show good food
Reviewed by: Alissa, 2021/08/14My husband and I chose to book this as our date night while we were on vacation with our family while my MIL stayed at the hotel with the kids. We also purchased the shuttle with our tickets and we're staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village...we almost, along with another couple missed the bus because the front desk at the hotel told us the "bus stop" was outside the hotel..and we were at the literal "bus stop" for The Bus, but we luckily called in enough time to realize it was in the tour group stand below the hotel (crisis averted). The bus was quick and getting onto the boat was quick and painless. They sat us right always and appitizer were at the tables waiting. Our server was prompt in taking drink orders and bringing food. Food was good! We were NOT expecting a full lobster lol and had to figure out what we were doing with it. We weren't quite sure about the show at first as the announcer was a little old/shaky but as it progressed the show was great. I especially appreciated that they had dancers at different parts of the dining room Floor so no matter where you sat you could see it. This was a racier show with a little more suggestive hip rolling than the Luau we attended earlier in our trip but we thought it was great! There was an amazing rainbow over Diamond head and the sunset was beautiful.

Good food and good entertainment
Reviewed by: Christina , 2021/07/17The food came out in good timing intervals. Good food. Drinks were okay. I ended up switching to wine as the mixed drinks were not my favorite. I enjoyed the entertainment. Even with a Dramamine I was still a bit nauseous until we got out of the harbor but once on the ocean everything was fine. Beautiful sunset and great view of Waikiki.

A good time memorable adventure

Would recommend for family entertainment as well as enjoyable for 'just the two' of you. It was great to have the pre-boarding show and get to meet some of the crew/cast. The food was good and the crew took very good care of of all.

Very Nice
Reviewed by: Shanice Williams, 2017/03/06My wife and I had a very nice time on the cruise. We decided to do the stake and all you can eat crab legs. The food was good and our waiter was very funny. The only thing we didn't like too much was the crowdedness. My wife is claustrophobic, so she didn't like that the tables were very close together. Other then that being our one complaint, this is a cruise worth doing. The sunset is beautiful!

A fun time

Hilight of the cruise was the sighting of a whale.

Was a fun time....

The only negative was that if you eat different meals, you can't sit together in the same room. The staff did make accommodation and get us together but we never got the steak and lobster that was paid for with the more expensive meal.

Great Cruise! Good food and fun!

The crab legs were very good. The food was good, but could have been warmer. It may be hard on such a big boat. The only other thing that could have done better is we took the transportation from hotel to the boat and when we got there and started walking the girl leading us never talked to us just talked to another person and we just tried to keep up her so we knew where to go. When we got to boat we followed her on and went on wrong way and were corrected and told to go on another way. We were just following her on. She never turned around and said go on this way or have a good time. It was a little odd. Other than that it was a good time.

Spectacular Dinner Cruise
Reviewed by: Gail, 2015/03/31This dinner cruise was truly spectacular. We checked in and seemed to be upgraded from the roast beef dinner to the steak and crab dinner. Love it! We were seated at an intimate table for two on the side of the stage and were able to start eating while the rest of the guests were seated with efficiency. It didn't take long for us to be on our way and dinner was served. The steak was medium rare and delicious and the crab (if not a little cold) was wonderful. Entertainment was superb! We enjoyed the beautiful sunset and even spotted a few whales in the distance and enjoyed the Polynesian entertainment. We were able to stroll all decks and since the 2nd deck was not occupied enjoyed a quiet moment before returning to the dock. Enjoyed every minute.

January 2012 Sunset Cruise

We are not fans of meat cooked rare and would have liked to had the meat cooked to our liking. We look forward to taking this dinner cruise again, when we are in Honolulu.

Very Romantic

We had the 3 star VIP with Dom Perignon. Wonderful night. Perfect for couples. And if you are thinking of Proposing, this itinery is perfect. Alo'ha!!!!

I booked the 3 star dinner w/ special occasion feature for my girl and I. The food was great! loved the lobster and steak... our waitress Jasmine was great also! It didnt take very long for us to get our plates.... The view of diamond head was amazing... When it was time for sunset, we headed up to the observation deck, WHAT A SIGHT!!!! We took a couple of photos and one of the other guests offered to take a photo op for us.... After seeing the picture she took of us, we realized what that picture could be! "something much more." as in, a Save the Date type of photo..... My girlfriend has an idea of what I was up to to since i mentioned the photo as a save the date type of picture but shes gonna be surprised when I pop the question in the near feature!!!!! THEN she can finally say that we can use this photo for our SAVE THE DATE picture!!!

Great time!

We got the 3 star package with the celebration plan and definitely had a great time. This was our last planned event during our stay and it was a wonderful way to spend our last night in Hawaii. We were quickly shown to our table and the dinner service went smoothly from there. We went up to the deck above several times to check out the view of Waikiki Beach all the way down to Diamond Head. Dinner was wonderful (although a little messy since we had the lobster) and the entertainment (a jazz duo with a saxophonist for a couple numbers) during dinner was lovely. We came back to our table at one point to find the photo they took right after we boarded sitting in a very nice cover on our table, free with the package we ordered. The show after dinner was quite entertaining, especially when they got everyone in the room up on their feet and dancing in one big mass of people, it was so much fun!

We opt for the limo transportation (not worth it, its only a 10 minute ride without traffic) and realized that the docks were not far from the wakiki hotel area. Anyway, they take you onto the boat and direct you to the appropriate floor according to the package you select. We selected the 5 star which was relaxing and not a party environment like downstairs(4 star). You listen to jazz and singing. It's very romantic and the views are out of this world. The 7 course dinner is ok, small protions but you do get kinda full. Couples plan is recommended. They brought our champagne very late which was disappointing but they gave us a free picture and the bottle to make up for it. They give you drink coupons anyway so it's no big deal. Our cruise was almost ruined because of the disrespectful crowd right next to us. One person in particular was laughing very loud you couldn't even hear the perform
