Me and my friend had a wonderful experience at Old Lahaina.
I appreciate the history behind the island and sharing of the Hawaiian culture.
I would advise to call a day or two before the show if you did not receive your confirmation. I was happy that I called earlier. The representative wasn't able to get me the traditional seating (what i ordered) however there was space available for the table and chair.
The waiters were very accommodating because for some reason when I made the change from traditional seating to table and chair my food option did not transition over (i dont not eat pork or beef) however they were ae to provide me with fish and chicken.
Thank you so much for being flexible.
Lastly, my friend and I arrived an hour early. Do what you will but when they say the door open at a certain time be prepared to wait until that exact time

All communications were clear and team was very helpful! Great guides! Beautiful views! Several whale sitings!

Overall the boat was comfortable and had space to move around if you wanted to. Crew was attentive and served up drinks and packaged snacks to anyone interested. We learned a lot about the whales, their habits and why they are in Hawaii. We had a very enjoyable time and would recommend this company.

The experience was amazing! The views were incredible and guides were knowledgeable and so much fun. Would recommend this to adventure seekers who are looking for a great view!

Yoshi is a wonderful passionate guide. I can not say enough about our sunset and stargazing experience. Yoshi not only loves what he does but shared that excitement with all of us on the tour. Our tour ended up just being our family of 5 (ages 73, 60, 31, 30 and 29). The knowledge and laughter Yoshi shared with us along with his special spot for viewing was absolutely amazing. He also shared donuts, hot tea/coffee, blankets, chairs and coats. This was welcomed as the temperature dips after the sun goes down (even for Buffalo, NY natives). The stargazing we did with his telescopes and the knowledge he shared of how to take some very interesting photos was wonderful. I would not only recommend this tour to all but will take it again if I find myself in Maui again.

A fantastic day trip providing lots of background on the island and an opportunity to view most of it. Russ is a great tour guide and made certain we had a great time. He also provided some recommendations for our afternoon at the beach. I absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to get the most out of a day trip to Lanai.

Zipping through the back country of Haleakala was a great day away from the beaches, in beautiful Maui!

We got to see so many fabulous Hana waterfalls from above, so gorgeously large and breathtaking! Lunch was an extreme bonus to this already amazing day

Gorgeous day on the water, I liked how this one goes all the way over to Lanai versus Molokini area!

The doors off is phenomenal, dont be scared as the views are unbeatable

Yoshi gave an excellent stargazing tour and kept us entertained, warm, and fed on the way up and down the mountain! His insider knowledge was amazing, and so were the stars.

I couldn’t ask for more and really had a fantastic time. Yoshi was very accommodating, we are a family of 4 and the experience was shared with another 2 people. A relatively small group, and the transport was super comfy, water and donuts was provided, and we had multiple stops prior to reaching the peak to allow us to get used to the elevation. Toilets are clean and oh my the view! Yoshi has a passion in astronomy and we learnt a lot from him during star gazing. He also brought chairs, blankets, hot water and even jackets to make sure we are warm. It is absolutely mind blowing to see the amount of stars that lit up… and best bit ? You felt like you are the only ones in there, we had a relatively quiet spot and the craters are spectacular. Our children 11 and 8 coped well with the excursion. I would join again if I’m back in Maui. Thank you for making the trip so memorable.

This was my 2nd time visiting Maui and my biggest regret from the 1st trip was not going horseback riding. I would definitely recommend Circle M Ranch. The horses were well behaved and looked well cared for. Our guides made sure we all felt comfortable and were very informative. I've ridden many times but I still appreciated the way they explained everything before we saddled up. They provided some drinks that we were able to keep in our saddlebags. The trail was beautiful going through sections of forest, and gave us plenty of views of the ocean, including whales and that gorgeous coastline! We stopped at a few outlooks where our guide shared the history of the ranch and island, and for some photos. The whole experience was very professional. When we got back to the ranch I was only sad it was over. Thanks for a great experience!

The summit is over 3,000 meters and above the clouds. Beautiful constellations are clearly visible. The ability to access the summit by car is also a major attraction.

Loved the tour, it’s well timed as it felt I had enough time in water at both Molokini and turtle town. The crew is very good and they really make sure you are well taken care of.

This is also an excellent opportunity for whale spotting, I did a whale spotting tour as well and this one was better.

The slide is awesome and everything is very family friendly.

This company won’t stop pestering me to leave a review so here goes:
I’ve done a lot of whale watching tours on Maui. I only chose this one because the company we typically use cannot run tours on weekends/holidays anymore (change to use abilities at the Mala boat ramp). This was the only other small group tour I could find.
Pros:
- Small group so you aren’t fighting for space/visibility
- Able to use a GoPro in the water off the side of the boat
- $10 credit per person at the General Store (which wasn’t advertised in activity description)

Cons:
- Whale watching is better from Lahaina and not as good from Ma’alaea
- Boat doesn’t go very fast so you don’t get the opportunity to get as much action
- Staff were less experienced and didn’t have a lot of knowledge about the whales/whale behavior
- Much more expensive than other tours

These guys did a great job. Saw many breaching whales! Some even waved at us. Crew was excellent

Unable to book round trip ferry ticket on same transaction. Needed to input info twice. Stood in long line at 5:30 am to exchange reservation confirmation for paper tickets. QR code suggested.

We had an outstanding adventure with Des on this excursion! She was so knowledgeable about Maui and kept a close eye on all of us in case we were struggling. Everyone loved her!

The only thing I would stress is that you need to be in shape to do this hike. The altitude can be an issue as it was a lot harder to do these two hikes but the scenery is incredible!

Wes was wonderful in anticipating our needs (we are old!) and made our experience unforgettable. It was everything we hoped for and beyond. We highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Lana'i

たくさんクジラがいるのは潮を吹いててわかるのですが、なかなか身体を見せてくれませんでした。しっぽは何度がみれたのは幸いです。

Everything that we expected was delivered. We had a great time and saw so many whales on the way over to the snorkeling area. We spent just enough time in the water to not get bored or overwhelmed. Would definitely do it again!

The tour guides were super funny and knowledgable making the tour insightful, fun and AWESOME!! I really appreciated the ability to move around the water and flexibility to follow the whales respectfully.

This was a fantastic outing. A beautiful day for a fun cruise. I had a blast snorkeling. The crew was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The food was very good. Thank you.
