This was an OK way to see Pearl Harbor from Maui. We were greeted by someone when we arrived at the airport but when we arrived in Oahu, we couldn't find anyone. Eventually after 20+min, someone did arrive. The bus driver was OK. We arrived at Pearl Harbor and he was helpful showing us how to get around and provided some helpful trips. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get out to the USS Arizona - the launches were postponed due to winds. We missed it by 1 tour - 30 min. I know this was not necessarily the fault of the tour guide but we did spend time standing around. We could have made an earlier tour. Disappointing. Anyway, all in all this was a good to OK experience.

It was great that we could board and disembark from Ka'anapali Beach, which is within walking distance from the hotel, allowing us to make the most of our time. The staff were friendly, and even though we struggled with English, we had a wonderful time.

Additionally, the barbecue chicken for lunch was delicious, and they also provided cinnamon rolls, fruits, and ice cream. Enjoying wine and beer after snorkeling was the best. However, there weren't many fish.

ホテルから歩いて行けるカアナパリビーチから乗下船出来る事から、滞在時間が有効に使えて良かった。スタッフも気さくな方が多くて、英語が苦手な我々も楽しめました。
また、ランチのバーベキューチキンも美味、シナモンロール、フルーツ、アイスクリーム等も提供され、シュノーケリング後のワインやビールも楽しめて最高でした。
但し、お魚はあまりいませんでした。

I participated in this tour because the sunset tour I attended last time was fully booked. I brought a down coat, and it was indeed cold at the summit. The guide was English-speaking, and that was fine. You can make better use of your time compared to the sunset tour. The breakfast at the golf course was also delicious.

前回参加したサンセットツアーが満席だったので、こちらに参加しました。
ダウンコートは持参しました。やっぱり山頂は寒いです。
英語のガイドさんでしたが大丈夫でした。
サンセットツアーより時間を有効に使えます。
ゴルフ場での朝食もおいしかったです。

everything went smoothly, fun day, Bruce our guide made it a great day and he was entertaining and was very knowledgable. saw a lot. Wiuld use this tour again.

This is the first luau we've been to, and I cannot think of one thing that would make it better than it was! Great food and great entertainment. Very well organized.

The trip was great! Service was excellent, the staff was very helpful. The two snorkeling locations we visited had great diversity. We saw turtles at the second location, which was awesome. The food was great.

I felt very relieved to have staff who could speak Japanese. I was able to go snorkeling at spots near Molokini Island and Lahaina. Personally, I felt that the spot near Lahaina had more fish. However, Maui does have strong winds, making it easy to get swept away. The staff are watching over you, but I thought I needed to be careful myself as well. Also, visiting two spots can get quite cold. While a hoodie on the boat is essential, I think it would be good to bring a wetsuit if you have one. You can rent one for $10. I enjoyed delicious meals both in the morning and at noon. I would like to use their services again when I go to Maui!

日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいたのでとても安心できました。
モロキニ島とラハイナの近くのスポットでシュノーケリングをすることが出来ました。
個人的にはラハイナの近くのスポットの方が魚が多い感じがしました。
ただ、やはりマウイ島、風が強く、流されやすかったです。スタッフの方が見ていてくれますが、自分でも気を付けないといけないなぁと思いました。あと２か所回るのではっきりいって寒くなります。船上でのパーカーなどももちろんですが、ウエットスーツもあれば持って行った方がいいかなぁと思いました。１０ドルで借りれます。
朝も昼も美味しくいただけました。
またマウイに行ったときはお世話になりたいと思いました！

I booked a tour for my first visit to Lanai Island. I was quite anxious since it mentioned an English guide, but our guide, Bruce, was very friendly and explained the history and geography of Lanai Island in easy-to-understand English.

He took us to many beautiful viewpoints, and I was very satisfied. Since it was my first time, exploring Lanai Island on my own would have been very challenging, so I think it was a great tour.

　初のラナイ島観光ということでツアーを頼みました。英語ガイドと書いてあったのでとても不安でしたが、ガイドのブルースはとてもフレンドリーでわかりやすい英語でラナイ島の歴史や地理などを教えてくれました。
　とてもきれいなビューポイントもたくさん連れて行ってもらい大満足でした。
　初めてでラナイ島を自分だけで回るのはとても大変なので、とてもよいツアーだと思いました。

The boat was an ordinary one. There was also a catamaran, but it seemed to be from a different company. The price was about $10 cheaper if purchased on-site. It was available even on the day of. In conclusion, it's better to go to the port on the day and buy the tickets.

船は普通の船でした。双胴船もありましたが、ちがう会社のようでした。
値段も現地で購入したほうが10USDほど安いです。当日でも空いていました。
結論は当日港に行きチケット購入された方がいいです。

The weather was fantastic, making for the best snorkeling experience. The support in Japanese was very helpful. Thanks to the advice on snorkeling spots, I was able to encounter sea turtles. I was truly moved. I believe that all the staff and participants had a great time together. I definitely want to participate again next time. Thank you to all the staff. 非常に天候にも恵まれ最高のシュノーケリングでした。
日本語でのサポートも非常に助かりました。シュノーケリングスポットのアドバイスによりSea turtleと遭遇することができました。
大変感激です。
スタッフもの方々と参加者全員が一緒になって楽しい時間が過ごせていたと思います。
次回も是非参加したいと思います。

This was a great cruise out to the best place I have ever snorkelled, the water at Molokini Crater is really clear and there are lots of fish we even saw a Reef Shark. Turtle Town was great too and we saw a couple of Turtles while we were there, it is just a shame that most people don't listen to guidance and surround the poor things.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and when I was feeling unwell made up a nice drink to help. I would definitely recommend this tour to other, however check before boarding if you will make it to the crated or not as they won't tell you until you have left the dock (experience of some friends who went a few days before us).

Tour driver was great. Sunset at the top was great. Overall enjoyed the entire experience

One driver, two of us, now that's personal service. What's more, the driver/guide grew up in Hawaii, not a malahini, so was akamai.

Since we were staying in Kaanapali, we had booked a departure from Kaanapali Beach. However, I had seen in a previous review from someone who had booked here that due to strong winds, the departure port was changed on the day of the trip. We received a call at our hotel room and headed to Lahaina Harbor. All the calls were in English, so I could somewhat understand, but I had the hotel’s Japanese desk contact them for confirmation. There was no Japanese guide on board, so all the explanations were in English, but we were able to see several whales. On the way back to the harbor, they played the theme song from Pirates of the Caribbean. We got quite wet, but if you sit in a spot that doesn't get splashed, you can stay relatively dry, so we had a great time. However, I think a jacket might be necessary. It’s fine while the sun is out, but when the sun goes behind the clouds or the wind blows, it can get quite cold, so I think it’s needed. We had fun with turkey sandwiches and Mai Tais!

カアナパリに宿泊していたので、カアナパリビーチ発を予約していたのですが、以前こちらで予約していた方の体験談の中に強風で、当日出発する港が変更になったというのを見ていて、私達の所にも、ホテルのルーム宛てに連絡が入りラハイナ港に向かいました。電話は全て英語だったので、何となく聞き取れたもののホテルの日本語デスクの方に連絡して頂き、再度確認して頂きました。日本人のガイドの方は乗っていないので、全て英語での説明でしたが、クジラも何頭か見れて、港に帰る時にはパイレーツオブカリビアンのテーマ曲を流してくれて、かなりお水をかぶりましたが、ちゃんと濡れない席にいればそんなに濡れずに済むので私達は楽しかったです。ただ、上着は必要かなと…。お日様が出ている間はいいですが、お日様が陰ったり風が吹くと、とても寒いので、必要かと思います。ターキーサンドにマイタイを手に楽しかったですよ～！！

The transportation was on time and entertaining. The Snorkel trip was amazing we saw A momma Whale and calf along with bottle nose and spinner dolphines. The staff was what really shined bright they were very attentive and really made the trip enjoyable.

Although the bus driver was very knowledgeable, this trip did not meet our expectations. The young adults on the trip were anticipating a dip in one of the Seven Pools only to find they were closed as was the trail leading up to see 5 of the seven. No mention of this was made until we were driving in. We would not have taken this excursion. Also, the bus driver talked 100% of the time and coughed about 50%. Not an enjoyable day as I am now sick.

I can't swim and was going for my wife. Thank god I went through with it. Off the back the tour was very well organized. 4 crew members including the captain and everyone knew their jobs well and communicated well with us. Very helpful. Very nice breakfast and catamaran sail to lanai island to start with. We saw whales while going to lanai! near lanai we saw a big pod of dolphins. Both times the captain was knowledgeable about steering the boat and showing us the best views. The Dolphins came very close to our boat too! (See attached picture)when we got to the snorkel site- the crew was very empathetic to my lack of swimming skills. They helped me very gently through the entire thing and encouraged me to go into the waters with floats etc. and I'm so glad they did. We snorkeled for an hour at lanai and I had so much fun. After that we sailed back to Lahaina beach while the crew made burgers and we snorkeled at the Lahaina harbor and then ate food. All in all 5 stars to the crew for being on top of everything and at the same time being jovial about it. Definitely recommend taking this day excursion for the views of Maui island and great snorkeling sites. I saw turtles at both sites- and I don't even know how to swim!!

It was an amazing experience. The sights were something out of a story book. Best part about the ride was they got us through different terrains including a very narrow heavily vegetated area. My horse was spirit - intermediate level. And she was pretty free spirited. The runs were awesome with her. My wife had quick smoke who was very gentle yet her runs were fun too! Our guides were awesome as well. All in all definitely a thing to do in Maui.

Booked a stand up paddle. But they gave us surfing lessons.

I reserved this show at the last night of Hawaii and it was perfect to our family!
You should try. I'm not a agency of this show lol but anyway you'd better try this show and have fun!
The pork from buffet was amazing!

We were hopeful to see whales but knew we were in late so expectations were hopeful at best. However, once we got to the area there were 3 whales (mom, baby & male hopeful) and what a great show they gave. Tons of pictures and memories.

Not only visually great but also quite informative. Would be a great time for families.

The display/aquarium was lovely and entertaining. The staff in the aquarium was knowledgeable and friendly. However, we went to the Seascape restaurant and it took about 5 minutes for the server to acknowledge us, with the acknowledgement being cold and mediocre. We then noticed that they quickly greeted and offered service to a caucasian family as soon as they walked in the door. After waiting another few minutes for the server to come back and take our order, we decided to eat elsewhere. Never been treated like that at a facility before. Terrible impression of the Seascape restaurant, which ultimately spilled into the mood of the aquarium trip. Shame on those servers for making anyone feel like that... Will never return when we visit Maui again.

The staff are friendly, and the food was surprisingly enjoyable (my husband had a cheeseburger and I had the boca burger.. also came with all condiments, chips, and drinks). We've been to a couple other snorkeling adventures before, and this one offered pretty much the same entertainment. If you've never tried a snorkel trip and plan to visit Maui, we would still recommend this activity.

I went on March 29! I was a bit worried about the online reservation, but everything was well taken care of by the person who picked us up. In our group, my family was the only Japanese, but the Japanese staff member Takako (she's the best!!) was always attentive, and she was really reliable for me, traveling with a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old!

Due to the weather, we couldn't go to Molokini Island this time, but we saw whales twice, and it was a very enjoyable time. I want to have a revenge trip to Molokini Island, so I plan to go again!

3月29日に行ってきました！ネット予約でちょっぴり心配でしたが、お迎えにきてくれた方から全て行き届いてました。グループには日本人がウチの家族しかいなかったのですが、日本人スタッフのタカコさん（彼女 最高‼︎）が常に気にかけてくださって、５歳と１歳の子連れの私には本当に頼りになりました！
お天気の影響で今回はモロキニ島に行けませんでしたが、クジラも２回も見れましたし とっても楽しいひと時でした
モロキニ島はリベンジしたいので また行きたいと思ってます！

For an April end of season whale cruise it was great to see whales and cruise the harbour in sunshine! saw a whale breaching out on the horizon,a mother and calf quite close to our boat,an escort flapping his tail, a lovely wave from a whale and lots of water spouts!! Fun afternoon

This was my fifth whale watching experience, but it was the first time I saw a jump.

In fact, I think it jumped about five or six times. It was incredibly impressive.

In the second half, we got really close to a parent and child with their kids, making it a fulfilling whale watching experience.

The Japanese staff were also kind, and they provided information about the announcements on board and the whales.

今回で5回目のホエールウォッチングでしたがジャンプを見たのは初でした。

しかも5、6回はジャンプしたでしょうか
大迫力でした。

後半には子連れの親子と大接近もあり充実したホエールウォッチングとなりました。

日本人スタッフの方も親切で船内アナウンスの内容やクジラの事を教えて貰いました^^;

Our flight & our driver were great - driver went out of his way back to get shuttle buses to replace the ones that were running late. Driver deserves a pat on the back - "cousin K" - he did an amazing job. Good tour otherwise.

My first horseback riding experience started with a rocky downhill path, and my partner was a bit wobbly on their feet. We took a commemorative photo at a scenic spot along the way. On the return trip, we cantered up a surprising uphill path back to the office. It was my first time riding, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The view from Mendes Ranch was amazing!

初めての乗馬トライ最初の下り坂は石ころゴロゴロで相方も、ひょろひょろの歩足。途中景色の良いところで記念撮影。帰り道の上り坂をこれまたビックリポンの駈足（キャンター）でオフィスへ初めての乗馬でしたが十分楽しめました。メンデスランチの景色は最高！

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE WATER. HALF THE PASSENGERS WERE THROWING UP. THE LUNCH WAS NOT A BBQ , BUT COLD CUTS. THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD SOMETHING TO HELP THE PASSENGERS WITH MOTION SICKNESS
