I surprised my dad with the luau for his 60th birthday and we had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was beautiful. Our server Gerry was amazing and Jonah was very kind as well. The food was very filling and the perfect amount. The dances themselves were so beautiful, I could see how much the dancers put their hearts into the performances. I would go back to Maui just to bring more loved ones to the Old Lahaina Luau!

It was very cold. I was looking forward to breakfast at the Claw Lodge as mentioned somewhere, but unexpectedly, it was at the Maui Plantation...

The sunrise at Haleakalā was a wonderful experience. The hour and a half leading up to the sunrise is extremely cold, but in exchange, you can enjoy the stars as if they are falling. What helped against the cold was my ski gloves. Even so, my fingertips were freezing. I definitely want to visit this place again.

Me and my friend had a wonderful experience at Old Lahaina.
I appreciate the history behind the island and sharing of the Hawaiian culture.
I would advise to call a day or two before the show if you did not receive your confirmation. I was happy that I called earlier. The representative wasn't able to get me the traditional seating (what i ordered) however there was space available for the table and chair.
The waiters were very accommodating because for some reason when I made the change from traditional seating to table and chair my food option did not transition over (i dont not eat pork or beef) however they were ae to provide me with fish and chicken.
Thank you so much for being flexible.
Lastly, my friend and I arrived an hour early. Do what you will but when they say the door open at a certain time be prepared to wait until that exact time

Overall the boat was comfortable and had space to move around if you wanted to. Crew was attentive and served up drinks and packaged snacks to anyone interested. We learned a lot about the whales, their habits and why they are in Hawaii. We had a very enjoyable time and would recommend this company.

Beautiful setting for a Maui experience! A chance to see all of those native Hawaiian creatures you might have not seen on a snorkeling adventure. Nicely positioned in the Maalaea Harbor which includes shopping and dining experiences and is the departure point of many of Maui's tours.

Gorgeous day on the water, I liked how this one goes all the way over to Lanai versus Molokini area!

Loved the tour, it’s well timed as it felt I had enough time in water at both Molokini and turtle town. The crew is very good and they really make sure you are well taken care of.

This is also an excellent opportunity for whale spotting, I did a whale spotting tour as well and this one was better.

The slide is awesome and everything is very family friendly.

This company won’t stop pestering me to leave a review so here goes:
I’ve done a lot of whale watching tours on Maui. I only chose this one because the company we typically use cannot run tours on weekends/holidays anymore (change to use abilities at the Mala boat ramp). This was the only other small group tour I could find.
Pros:
- Small group so you aren’t fighting for space/visibility
- Able to use a GoPro in the water off the side of the boat
- $10 credit per person at the General Store (which wasn’t advertised in activity description)

Cons:
- Whale watching is better from Lahaina and not as good from Ma’alaea
- Boat doesn’t go very fast so you don’t get the opportunity to get as much action
- Staff were less experienced and didn’t have a lot of knowledge about the whales/whale behavior
- Much more expensive than other tours

These guys did a great job. Saw many breaching whales! Some even waved at us. Crew was excellent

Unable to book round trip ferry ticket on same transaction. Needed to input info twice. Stood in long line at 5:30 am to exchange reservation confirmation for paper tickets. QR code suggested.

風が強くて船揺れを心配しましたが、思っていたより揺れもなくクジラのいる場所にたどりつけました。
たくさんクジラがいるのは潮を吹いててわかるのですが、なかなか身体を見せてくれませんでした。しっぽは何度がみれたのは幸いです。

The tour guides were super funny and knowledgable making the tour insightful, fun and AWESOME!! I really appreciated the ability to move around the water and flexibility to follow the whales respectfully.

This was a fantastic outing. A beautiful day for a fun cruise. I had a blast snorkeling. The crew was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The food was very good. Thank you.

Impressive entertainment, great service, a fun experience!

Very much a book cruise. Scenery was beautiful and staff were super friendly, but no information on whales other than that is was whale season. being on the boat was wonderful and can't beat the view and we did see whales, but I wish I hadn't had the mai tai as too strong for me. Bus was fun!

We had the best time whale watching! Captain Paul, and Micah are wonderful!! Captain Paul, piloted us towards multiple whale pods, he and Micah pointed out the whales, showing us the females, calves, and escort male whales. We were given great information regarding their travels, rituals, and behaviors. It was truly an awesome experience!l We can’t wait to do it again!

They treated us with so much aloha spirit that they are the only ones we would want to go out with again!!

This tour was amazing. We went in February during peak whale watching season and saw so many more whales than we were expecting. There were almost no breaks in whale sightings during the two hour experience. The entire crew was fun and professional, especially Taylor who spoke almost the entire time to point out whale sightings, give us fun facts and information about whales, and discuss the importance of conservation. We rented binoculars in the store, which I would recommend to enhance the experience. The views were also incredible of Maui and surrounding islands.

This day trip to Lanai’i was an experience my wife and I will never forget! Captain Joe and his crew are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and attentive! On the way we were able to spot a manta ray just as we left the dock and several whales on the way to Lanai’i where we got off the boat and snorkeled. We were also served a delicious lunch! Check out the photos the photographer takes too. She is awesome!

We’d like to send a special shout-out to Coby aka “Utah” who wins the Kindest Crew-member award for ensuring I was safe and still able to participate so my wife could fully enjoy snorkeling! We can’t tell you how much that meant to us, thanks again!

Passionate, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable accommodations. Reasonably priced. Safe boat. Saw lots of whales. Highly recommend this outfitter.

It was our first time and what a treat. 38 whales breached. We seen a mane ray jump out of the water. Whale (fluke). Rhode in the front of the boat what a ride. We Rhode the waves got a little wet. We extremely enjoyed it! Everyone was nice and gave lots of information.

In the first week of January, the sea was calm, and I was able to join the tour without getting seasick. The boat was also large. We got really close to the whales at the viewing point, and we could see them well. The drinks were all-you-can-drink, and they brought them to us when we ordered, but we could also go to the counter to get them. The service was good as well. Since you can get sunburned, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are essential.

The experience was amazing! We were super well fed, the crew was so knowledgeable, we saw so many whales along the way, and had a great time!
The captain was super friendly and was great at keeping everyone on track for time. Chad really went the extra mile by learning all of the passenger’s names. Mark gave lovely whale knowledge and some history of the Trilogy. Justin made sure we were always with a drink and was extremely polite!

Will definitely be doing this experience again!

The snorkeling was very crowded. Can’t count the number of times I got hit in the head with one of their little glass bottom floating devises. Had to quit early because the waves were getting to big. Not their fault I know. The food wasn’t good and some of my family members had moldy buns. Did get to see some whales and turtles.
