The snorkeling location at Molokini was great, and I was able to see many different types of fish. The tour staff were very accommodating, and I was satisfied with the meals. There was a mistake with the parking area, and my rental car was towed, but thanks to the kindness and quick thinking of the Japanese staff member, Takako, I was able to retrieve my rental car safely. It was an expensive lesson, but it taught me the importance of asking questions on the spot. I am truly grateful to Takako for making my experience in Maui unforgettable. I believe many Japanese tourists will be visiting in the future, so I would appreciate efforts to handle any issues that may arise on-site.

This was the only activity my husband requested and it did not disappoint! The rain stopped and the sun came out! Staff were attentive from the greeting to departure. Very generous drink service. The food was tasty. And the sunset. Wow! Everything was on point. Thank you for the experience.
I chose this tour thinking that a large ship would be less rocky since I was with elderly people. It was a two-story boat, and we were able to sit at the front on the second floor. The boat's rocking was minimal.
There was a complimentary soft drink service, but it wasn't distributed to everyone; instead, those who wanted it had to go get it themselves. My family was so focused on watching the whales that we didn't take advantage of it.
We were able to see many whales, but we didn't get very close to them, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was satisfied overall. On a previous whale watching tour, the boat was smaller, and we could see the whales up close, which felt more thrilling, so I was a little let down this time, but I think it's just a matter of luck.
I heard that whales can be seen at any time of day, so I think the early morning trips are a good deal.
The parking lot had information about free parking in the tour's pre-explanation document, so we parked according to that. There are several free parking areas in Lahaina.

Really great captain and naturalist staff. The boat ride was enjoyable and we saw several whales. The snorkeling was beautiful. They have staff on surf boards setting up a safety perimeter. We really enjoyed this trip! We would definitely book again if we return to Maui.
There was so much to do and see in one day, our kiddo loved this day on our trip.

Booking was a breeze, I just followed the prompts and had my seat reserved in no time. I also had an easy time finding the dock, and getting on the boat. The journey was smooth, we even saw some whales!
This was a good tour. Saw two turtles at the first spot and my daughter saw a small reef shark with a few of the other snorkelers. Some how I missed it. Then we went to the crater and we saw tons of fish. On the way back we saw several whales which was a bonus.
The food, service, and tour was amazing!!! Big shout out to captain Mario & his crew for making us feel like home.
I always go back and forth on whether I want to fly or ride to ferry to Lana'i and I'm always so glad I choose the ferry when I do. Although it is a longer ride and takes a while to get to the harbor because of where I live, it's always a leisurely ride and I love watching the whales. The only downside is that if you don't get there early enough, you have to sit inside which is not as nice on a pretty day.
Great time. Loved the personalized attention to all but especially how they were so sweet to a special needs guest. I highly recommend.
The only issue was parking. We were told to park in the lot across from the big banyan tree so we did. We got a $60 ticket for overtime parking. Not pleased!!!!!
The overall experience was good, the children had fun and my son got to go on the floating device with the window. My husband opted for the snub-a experience which he confirms was a blast. The staff was friendly, except one of the employees called me “crazy” which I took slightly offensive. Overall everyone had fun and it was a good experience.
We have been on several Sunset Cocktail Cruises on Maui over the past decade but this was by far our favourite.
The captain and crew were super friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating…they serve everything right to you!

Everything about this trip was perfect - staff, condition of the ferry, safety, timing etc. And the whales were jumping to add to all of that!!
We had the best time! Everything was perfect, from the driver who picked us up to the dinner, sunset, and all of the staff! Will definitely do this sunset cruise again!

It was later in their Whale season, didn't know if we would see many. We were not disappointed, at one point we were in Whale Jail (surrounded by them). We loved it.
The staff were so knowledgeable, learned so much about the Humpbacks.
Definitely would do this again.

My fiancé and I took the ferry to get away for the day and it was so beautiful over on lanai! Ferry ride was easy and spacious. Be sure to wear sunscreen if you sit up top!
It was a great ride! If you want to sit on top of the ferry and get a good view, be sure to get there early. We saw lots of whales on our way back from Lanai! Take a Dramamine if you get a little motion sickness and you won’t have any issues. The ferry was spacious and super easy to book online. We will definitely be going back to lanai using this service!
Captain did a fantastic job manning the vessel. Service was top notch! Very friendly and definitely would recommend to friends and rebook again. Booked dinner cruise but also for whale watching, whale education, and whale karaoke was amazing!

I was on a vacation to Maui with friends and we did a day trip to Lanai using this ferry service. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the ride. It was whale season, so we saw many whales during the crossing. The ferry left promptly on time and the captain ensured that we were well informed the entire journey. Highly recommend!
