My husband and I recently went on a 4-hour deep sea fishing trip with Aloha Blue. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the views of Maui from the water were incredible. The staff and crew were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the trip.

That said, I was disappointed with the amount of actual fishing time we received. A significant portion of the excursion was spent traveling between fishing locations. At each stop, we were often given only about five minutes to fish before being told to reel in and move to another spot in search of more bites. Over the course of a 4-hour trip, it felt like we only spent around 30 minutes actively fishing.

While we did catch a few fish, I felt the trip could have been planned more effectively. As experienced local guides who do this every day, I expected the crew to have a better idea of productive fishing locations and to allow guests more time to fish rather than constantly moving. For the price of the excursion, I don't feel we received enough actual fishing time to get our money's worth.

Overall, the staff and scenery were great, but the limited fishing time left us feeling disappointed with the experience.

The morning departure was worth it for the calm waters and clear visibility at Molokini Crater, where we saw an incredible variety of tropical fish and coral.

The snorkeling sites were beautiful with clear water, colorful coral, and plenty of tropical fish to see.

The catamaran was comfortable and offered space for viewing and photos. The morning timing was perfect with calm waters and beautiful scenery along the Maui coastline

Great attitudes by the guides. They told us interesting facts about the plants and made jokes the whole time. Our family had a great time ! We would do it again!

What started out as a rainy morning ended up changing our destination for snorkeling. The crew was fantastic and had a plan to pivot so that we could still get in some snorkeling. By the time we arrived at our new snorkeling spot of Molokini Crater, the rain had stopped and the sun came out for a brief appearance. Due to it being whale season around the islands, dolphins are few and far between per the ship's captain. Whales were a fine alternative to spot and follow for a while on our cruise back towards Maui and during lunch. The grilled lunch options were good and hit the spot after some snorkeling.

Was not worth the price. Food was soap, Polynesian show- a guy playing a guitar and singing that you could hardly hear, hula dancer so mediocre. Not what we expected. Would not have paid over $100

We felt very welcome and everyone on board was so nice and helpful. Drinks and appetizers were great too! Will definitely do it again next time we go to Maui.

I have been using Beltora every year in Hawaii. This time, when I signed up for the Haleakalā sunrise tour, I noticed that the explanation was only in English, so I considered joining the sunset tour with a Japanese driver. However, since I participated in the stargazing tour at the base of Mauna Kea on the Big Island last year, I decided to go for the Haleakalā sunrise tour this time. In conclusion, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m very glad I did it. They lent us warm clothing at the summit, but it was colder than I expected.

今回もハレアカラ山頂の日の出ツアーに申し込むにあたり、英語のみと説明があったので、日本人ドライバーのサンセットツアーにしようかなと考えましたが、昨年はハワイ島でマウナケア山麓星空観測に参加したので、今回はハレアカラ日の出ツアーに申し込みをした。結論としてはとても素晴らしい体験をできたのでとても良かった。山頂は防寒着を貸していただいたが思ってた以上に寒かった。

The sunrise I actually witnessed was so beautiful that it surpassed any video I've seen. The sunrise from the summit of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii was truly moving. Our guide took us to a spot where we could see it clearly. I'm glad I prepared well for the cold weather.

実際に見たサンライズの様子はどの動画にも当てはまらないくらい美しいものでした。ハワイ島のマウナケアの山頂から見えてくる朝陽というのも感動でした。ガイドさんが見やすい場所を案内してくれました。寒さ対策を充分して行ったので良かったです。

Everyone involved in this excursion wa super helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. They put our anxieties o rat and provided great information nd fostered friendly md safe at,osphere for our snorkeling adventure. While some of the add ons, like a wet suit, for sure should be included we felt that it was worth every penny. We saw 10+ species of tropical fish and even got to the back side of the crater where the ocean is crystal clear and falls off into a blue abyss! It was a little scary for those of us that were not strong swimmers but they provided extra floatation for those who desired and stayed near by in case a quick exit was needed and a,so had at least 1 crew member for every 6 of us on the tour. Fear not and just do it.

At the end of March, we took a daytime departure. What we saw was a mother and baby whale swimming alongside us and spouting water. Since we participated during spring break, the morning and evening trips were fully booked. If you're expecting to see the dynamic whales that you often see in photos, it might be better to consider the timing and season.

We enjoyed a beautiful day out on the water! We didn't catch any fish but the crew was excellent and we had a great time!

We have been on a couple different Snorkeling trips, and I have to say that going on the Molokini Snorkeling trip with the Trilogy Team is the Very Best. Why??? The Dolphins that join the boat on the way to and from Molokini. The location that the Trilogy docks so you can see so many species of fish, eels and coral. The Fantastic Team and Captains, and the delicious food, drinks and ice cream sundae!!! It is well worth the cost. Try it once and you will understand how Awesome this trip is.

If you love snorkeling, a fun boat ride, delicious food - then you have to try this trip at least once so that you can experience the Very Best Trip to Lanai!!! Do it!! You will not regret it.

We went out after the storm and the sea was calm, the sky was grey. The staff members were professional and friendly and the boat is perfect with different levels for spotting whales. We saw lots of momma and baby whales for this late March and were happy with our trip! Mahalo to all!

Our family had the best, and most gracious experience on our whale tour! This company truly cares about the species and their environment and it shows. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We can’t wait to come again!

Seating is first-come, first-served, but when a whale appears, everyone stands up and moves around, so it doesn't matter much. If you have a preference for sitting at the front of the second deck, I recommend getting there early. It can get direct sunlight in that area, so it's a good idea to have some protection against it. The back of the second deck has a roof, and the breeze there was pleasant and comfortable.

About ten minutes after departure, we quickly spotted a whale, and after that, we moved to different points and encountered whales multiple times. I highly recommend it. Soft drinks are free, while alcohol is available for a fee.

座席は早い者勝ちですがクジラが出るとみんな立ち上がって移動するのであまり関係ないです。2階デッキの先頭に座りたい、とかのこだわりがある場合は早めに行って乗るといいと思います。そのあたりは直射日光が当たるので対策はあったほうがいいと思います。2階後方デッキは屋根があり風も気持ちよく快適でした。
出航後10分ほどですぐにクジラが見られ、その後もポイントを移動しては遭遇、という感じで何度も見られました。おすすめです。
ソフトドリンクは無料でアルコールは有料という感じでした。

Brian was a very experienced guide, and his driving was excellent, allowing us to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. Thank you very much. When I mentioned that I was worried about needing a restroom, he told me to let him know early if I thought it was urgent, which relieved my worries!

Trolling was a bust but the day was filled with catching small fish and seeing whales up close

Had an amazing time out fishing with the crew, my husband caught a couple fish and we saw so many whales up close. The crew and captain are very engaging and quick to help out, they cleaned our fish and gave us pointers on how to cook it. Such a great experience, would definitely do it again! Thank you!

We could not have asked for a better experience in the water and on the boat. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Would highly recommend booking with Trilogy to anyone going to Maui!

Clive was like an old friend you're visiting for one day. One who doesn't mind talking about everything about his life and home. Takes you by the local coffee hangout. Points out the axis deer herd on the plain. Waves to all the people he knows. Drops by the Garden of the gods. Shows off the shipwreck beach nearby while pointing out the turtles under your feet. Even harvests a coconut from the beach and takes you by his home to shuck so you can taste the real thing. Can't imagine a better morning.

All round positive experience, on the boat and lanai

It's an aquarium in Maui where you can only see small and medium fish. Despite the high admission fee, there are few exhibits that are particularly impressive or captivating. If the price were a bit lower and parking were free, I think it would be a good place to learn about Maui's fish.

もう少し値段が安く駐車場も無料なら、マウイの魚を知るには良いと思う。

We had a great time on our Trip to Lanai! Our guide, Clive, was awesome. He took us around and let us spend as much time at each place as we wanted. He has lived on Lanai a long time and was able to give us insights into life on the island. We visited Garden of the Gods and Shipwreck Beach among other sights. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide or tour. He dropped us off at the Blue Ginger restaurant in Lanai City at the end of the tour at our request, where we had an excellent lunch. Then we toured around Lanai City for the rest of the afternoon.

We went back to the port early in order to visit the beach near the port (Hulopo’e beach), which is a 10 minute stroll from the port. Very nice beach. In order to do that we called the shuttle company, Rabaca’s limousine service (808-559-0230) who was able to send a van early to pick us up. No guarantee they will be able to do that, but worth giving them a call if desired.

I saw whales many times. The meeting place was easy to find, which was great. I participated in the whale watching cruise on Maui in January, and I'm glad I went during the season when whales can be seen.
