Even though my girlfriend and I were sea sick for most of the cruise the entire staff still made sure we were very well taken care of. Excellent hospitality.

The ferry was good, prompt and safe. The island is terrific. The bay next to the ferry has terrific snorkeling, better than anything we’ve been able to find in Maui (but we’re newbies, so might easily mistaken). Take a pill if you get seasick, trip back was bouncy.

It was my first time snorkeling. Couldn’t have chosen a better start. The crew was so supportive and encouraging. I hardly wanted to get out of the water once i got the hang of it. Now i cant wait for the next time I get to go snorkeling. The food on board was great. Towels weren’t mentioned in items to bring so i assumed they had towels. First timers mistake, so get your towels.

From beginning to end it was a pleasure to ride the ferry. Plenty of seats upper and lower decks. Most people slept, that's how comfortable it is. No issues.

. It was the best excursion we had on the island, customer service, the boat, the crew, the food it was definitely a white glove experience. You have to do this excursion don’t waste your money on a luau do this excursion instead

Everything was extraordinary . The view & atmosphere was amazing. Service was excellent. People were very friendly. Photos were very beautiful take home memory.

We spent a wonderful half day. Saw many fish, corals & one turtle. The crew was helpful & joking with us the whole time. Food was nice & tasty.

Overall I enjoyed the ferry ride to and from Lanai Island. There was limited seating outdoors and I wasn’t comfortable with COVID sitting inside. It was great though, that we were able to walk around during the ride.

This was such an amazing adventure for my teen daughter and I. We were served the most delicious cinnamon rolls with fruit for breakfast as we cruised to the Molokini crater. The snorkeling was unbelievable! At the next stop we swam with turtles. Once back on the boat the captain served up a delicious chicken, rice and salad lunch. Plenty of seconds too! Great POG drinks and ice cream to finish off the trip. The last 15 minutes of sailing through the trade winds was also a blast!

If you’re looking for snorkeling cruise this is the one you should choose!! Everything about this cruise was wonderful. The staff were friendly and fun and made everyone feel at home . The food and drinks were good and they made sure you felt comfortable in the water and on the ship. Will recommend this trip to anyone that want to cruise or snorkel.

The tour up the Maui coast was breathtaking. We encountered a large pod of dolphins that were very playful, jumping out of the water and spinning around. The lunch was tasty.

We had a great time on a very nice boat, friendly staff, snorkeling at a the crater, and good food. Would definitely do it again!

This trip was more affordable than others, which made us wonder what we're going to get, but it turned out better than expected! It included a nice lunch, a great location for snorkeling, and a good length of time (four hours). We saw many varied fish and the day was fun!

It was most enjoyable. Although our trip to Lanai was short, it was a great way to get to and from the island.

当日は天候も素晴らしく、私達夫婦だけが日本人でしたが、キャプテンをはじめスタッフ全員が親切で、ユーモラスで、優しい人たちで安心してツアーをエンジョイしました。
28歳のクルーの男性は過去に日本を訪れたことがありその時の様子を聞かせてくれたり、翌日がハロウンだったので女性スタッフの仮装も乗客の雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。
乗客の数名とも、カタコト英語でしたが、ボート内で色々な会話も楽しめました。
ホヌとの出会いだけでなくイルカやモンクシールとも出会て本当に楽しい半日でした。
キャプテン以外は皆さん若いスタッフです。(キャプテンが一番の盛り上げ役でしたが)

great boat, great crew, great drinks, great guests, lots of sunset.

We had such a wonderful time! Our little kiddos age 5 and 6, were well taken care of and had so much fun! The crew was so kind and considerate and helpful! We would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone!

The initial booking was a challenge. I had tried several times, and three different days to book on the website. With each attempt I received a notice stating there was no availability. I did receive a call from the main office apologizing for the trouble, and I was able to book my preferred day/time. If you find you have the same issue, perhaps calling in might be a good idea, to check.
Our day was a bit of a whirl wind, as our guide, Jacob told us it would be. I didn’t pay for a 24 hour parking pass in Lahaina so, we had to make the first boat back. Jacob got us to the boat on time with no issue. As with all Hawaiian Islands, Lanai is special and has a unique story. We’d never been to this Island before, and visiting it was one of the main reasons I chose Maui as our vacation destination.
I would most definitely recommend taking this day tour. Enjoy the sights by folks who live, work, and can most appreciate this island.

My family had a great experience. The staff was the absolute best. They were very accommodating and attentive, especially to our young children. I highly recommend Four Winds and would definitely book with them again.

This was probably the highlight of my week in Maui. The staff good, just not great. One of them seem more interested the women vs everyone. The experience was all that I expected. One negative is the deluxe lunch is burgers and chips. Hardly what I would call deluxe. So keep that in mind if you go.

It was a perfect day...comfortable boat ride with AC! It would be rated as perfect if the staff weren't rude as we were exiting the boat! ‍♀️
