Maui
Tour guide Joshua was amazing and would recommend this activity with him.
The staff was so funny!! They made the whole trip! I only wish they had more zip lines!!!
Our instructor Kioki was so cool. He says he’s a surfer not and instructor and we learned so quick. We felt comfortable and after we got the hang of it Kioki let us catch our own waves. Honestly so easy to learn how to surf with Kioki.
Adela was our Snuba instructor and she was amazing she was able to teach us quick and made us feel comfortable. The crew was amazing very funny and the breakfast and lunch was delicious.
The dinner was delicious it was family style, the luau was informative and really cool to see. But I’d say it was over priced like everything in Hawaii
The submarine was a neat experience to be inside but we didn't see as much sea life as we hoped. Of course that is not controlled by the crew but it was a little disappointing. I think a shallower experience would a shown more beauty. My kids did enjoy the little adventure though.
Great Sunset. Cruise was great. Captain Dave was awesome. Wait staff was terrific. Highlight of the night was live music by Music On The Boat. Food was OK but what do you want for a catered dinner. Really enjoyed this and would do it again.
A great experience you see a lot of sharks the attendant that was give me the information. What do this activity again also the world was great and explaining everything while we were under the water
Had a great time the show was good and the food was great
This was my families first Luau, and it didn't disappoint. The food was very good, and the show was entertaining. We were apprehensive about taking our 19-month-old to a 3-hour dinner show, but she loved it and only passed out just before dessert. We highly recommend the Feast at Lele.
Many things were satisfactory. Except the fumes of the boat were overwhelming. The staff was courteous, friendly and unassuming. The boarding process was slow and cumbersome. Waiting in the heat at the pier with no place to sit comfortably was a challenge. Paying over 300.00 for a ticket, one would think the details of waiting would be better thought out.
However, at the end of the evening, the experience was delightful the staff wonderful. If a person needed to use the latrine, they were in for a big surprise. The stench in the bathrooms could cause one to vomit. These facilities were not adequate. It is clearly understood, for the money spent, the business needs to purchase another vessel.
This luau was amazing. The food was great. The show/dance was great as well. The fire show was amazing. Im so glad i booked this Luau. Its right on the beach, at sunset.
We were in capable hands with Joshua, our born-on-Lanai travel guide. His enthusiasm and pride in sharing with us his homeland on this historically fascinating island was infectious as it was a pleasure.
We were picked up promptly at the ferry dock and whisked away upcountry into the hart of the island. The small town of Lanai City was a historical treat as Joshua pointed out many informative funfacts and things only personal knowledge can regale and recount.
We had a terrific time and will likely do it again when we visit. We highly recommend this tour for a close personal look at one of the jewels of the island state.
This Lua was wonderful! We were treated like royalty and had a very perfect night!
We just did a paddle boarding lesson with Eps. He was awesome and we spent a great time learning how to stand up and use the paddles properly. Eps was patient and gave us loads of info about the island he obviously loves. We saw loads of turtles, a baby shark and loads of fish. We will definitely try paddle boarding again.
Great ride. Easy and convenient. Wish I could park a car as well as the captain maneuvered the boat!! The reservation said I could show tickets on my phone but they insist you go to the ticket booth and get the paper tickets. No big deal but we wasted time in line so wish we had known. If you want to sit outside on upper deck, get there much earlier than they recommend to be in line early enough on a full boat ride.
The crew is exceptional! You might be turned off initially that the crew is also performing but don’t be. They’re so good and very much a steward of the culture. They’re extremely talented, entertaining and my wife and I loved every minute of it! The food was good, the atmosphere was obviously amazing (it’s Maui). The captain is a super chill guy, he does a brief education of the islands that was super interesting and informative. I can’t say enough good things about this dinner cruise. To top is off the crew involved some of the guests in the show and everyone was just having a great time.
I highly recommend this activity, you won’t regret it!
From the moment my husband and I boarded the Limo-van we were impressed. The seats were luxurious and each one had USB charging outlets.
The tour itself matched the high-class method of transport. Our driver, Paul Janes-Brown made sure to give us every opportunity possible to get great photos and gave us great insights into the history of Maui.
Highly recommend this tour!
Service was great! We loved the show. Drinks are not weak! Lol
The food was good but not great in my opinion.
We turned around and headed back because no transportation available and everything around the dock is closed or hotel guests only.
The experience was very good, but we had rough waters coming back from Lana'i.
This was a highlight on our family vacation. We had never rappelled before this experience. Our guides Naomi and Ropheka were extremely positive and patient and made the whole experience awesome! It was so much fun our whole family wished we could’ve done more rappelling.
We did this pineapple tour on our first day in Maui, right after Haleakala sunrise, and it was the best tour!!!! At first you see the warehouse and production center and then they take you to the field to see all the pineapple— and to EAT all the pineapple!!! My husband still claims it was the best pineapple he has had in his entire life. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the whole process, the history of not only the company but also of other iconic Maui businesses and agriculture. He also shared a lot of Maui recommendations— one which was to always order Loco Moco, and that is exactly what my husband proceeded to do the rest of the trip . We had the best time and would do it again!
Experience was ok. They take you out about 10-15 min. Park / idle for hours, sing songs, serve food / drinks, bring you back. I was expecting more of a “cruise”. Wanted it to be more sightseeing. Thought it was overpriced for what it was. Didn’t like to be so tightly packed with people.
We like this tour, it was very well run, the staff kept you informed and entertained at the same time. My wife and went on this tour as part of our 40th wedding anniversary. We saw things that we would never have seen any other way.
We are very happy that we were able to experience this tour.
We would recommend to anyone.
Boat ride was as promised and on time in both directions!
We took our six year old and he had a blast (so did we). The guides were attentive and kind and overall amazing. Our group had at least 12 people so while the guides tried to minimize waiting times there inevitably were some periods where we waited around. Just something to be prepared for. We definitely want to do this again. The museum was pretty cool too!
Great night and something fun for everyone, including our six year old. We loved the atmosphere, the hospitality, the thoughtfulness that was put into the evening's program and food. The servers were attentive and accommodating. The dancers were amazing. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend!
I booked this tour for myself, my husband, and my six year old son. It was well worth it. Captain Travis and his crew were consistently attentive, well organized, and kind. The snorkeling spot was fantastic as well. The food was GREAT as I was expecting just a wonder bread ham sandwich, a bag of chips, and a can of soda. Highly recommend - esp. just based on the crew alone and nothing else.
We are visiting Maui for our 40th wedding anniversary and the highlight of our trip was The Helicopter tour doors off. It was a once in a lifetime event for us. The pilot (Richie Olsten) was excellent at what he did, he kept us informed and and entertained the whole time. His ability to fly was excellent. We loved ever minute of the tour.
