Tour was not as enjoyable as expected due mainly to some within the tour group who created delays that impacted the tour. Tour guide was fine albeit somewhat "dry" with regard to "tales." The delays were beyond the tour guide's control but it did take away from the time we had to enjoy the various sites. For the cost, of which the airline fare from Oahu to the Big Island was the major cost involved, it was not worth it. If you're already on the Big Island, the cost is probably worth the tour.

This might have been the highlight of my trip. I don't normally like tourist excursions, but this is something I'd be willing to shell money out for. The staff was so nice, welcoming, and caring. The live entertainment was amazing. I hope they're available to do weddings, because they were really talented. It was such an unexpected cherry on top. I loved the diversity of activities available as opposed to having to kayak out to the sandbar, because then you're limited to just one activity. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but the pre-cut pineapple slices were juicy, delicious, and a great snack to have. Anyway, my friends and I have already decided we would probably book again in the future. The sandbar itself is beautiful out there, but going out on a boat makes it a lot more fun. Unsure about the snorkeling aspect b/c would prefer to do that activity elsewhere, so not sure if anyone saw anything.

went with my mom and sister on our first full day here. we thought it would be a good idea to take a tour of the entire island so we could see everything and take notes in what we’d want to do throughout the week we’re here. we had a great time from seeing the blow hole to eating dole whip. and our driver and your guide lola was great.

We took this tour on our first day so that we would know where we wanted to spend more time. It gave us a great overview and hit lots of spots that tourists would enjoy. Would definitely recommend it!

Great informational tour. Loved gazing at the stars and having James describe all the constellations. Best photo too! The jackets he provided were a life saver.

We enjoyed our tour and Drew our tour guide was energetic and shared a lot of knowledge with everyone.

This was the PERFECT way to experience Mauna Kea. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience so incredible. Can’t recommend enough!

The staff was very friendly and they try really hard to be sure you have fun even if the cruise itself can be a little bit boring.
I didn’t appreciate that they don’t say anything to people who don’t wear a mask even if it’s still mandatory. That part was really annoying.

Loved this tour last summer will be booking again however the price has increased dramatically.

All that was promised was not fulfilled on this snorkel tour. The staff was nice. I got a little sea sick and they took care of me. But the experience was nothing like what they promised. It was a party boat not a snorkel tour. I would not recommend to any families.

This was our first time parasailing and boy, was it a thrilling, fun experience! The views were amazing, we felt safe and everyone on the boat was cheering for each other! We cannot wait to return to Hawaii and do it again.

My husband and I did the 6am tour so we can catch the sunrise definitely recommend doing the early tour- it was amazing. I wish our tour guy would’ve provided flashlights or something it was pretty dark the for a good 30 min going up. Luckily our phones did the trick but it ate up our battery. Overall a beautiful experience

It was absolutely amazing! I was so moved! I want to go skydiving again! It was really fun! However, I was surprised that I had to wait for over 4 hours in total!

This experience was amazing.The pick up location was super easy to find. Staff were so funny and friendly. We got out in the water and the staff swam with us to lead us to the turtles. We saw so many sea turtles. I definitely recommend doing this at least once in your lifetime.I'd love to do this again on my next trip to Oahu!

Passport includes everything listed and allows for an all day tour of all parts of Pearl Harbor. The only thing not included is the $1 boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial which can be reserved online ahead of time. This was well worth the price.

Incredible helicopter tour along with great bus tour of Volcano Natl Park and surrounding areas. Pilot was fantastic and funny. The ride felt very safe. We even got to see whales as a bonus! Ground tour was awesome with stops both in Volcano Natl. Park and included stop at 450 ft. waterfall, famous beach, and local bakery. Guide on bus tour was very nice and knowledgeable of local areas, history, and culture. Company handled flights to and from Oahu, the helicopter ride, and pick up/drop off at airport. Well worth the price.

Outstanding performance!!! You must see!!! All villages are incredible!! All shows were performed with a nice sense a humor, you feel like you came at Stand Up show!!! We laughed so hard, our belly and cheek were hurt :)))) It totally worth it, do not think too much! The ticket is valid for 3 days entry, unfortunately we did not know that so we came on our last day on vacation :( Oh, almost forgot, the Gateaway buffet is delicious!!!

Highly Recommend Hidden Valley Falls Kayak Adventure!

My husband and I went with our 4 and 6 year old kiddos - what a great adventure. The kayak portion was beautiful and the hike was easy for the kids to do and our guide had lots of great info to share as we walked along. The highlight was the rope swing into the water! Having a boat take you back and not having to paddle upstream was a highlight as well - made this a very doable trip with kids. This was one of my favorite activities we did in Kaua'i!

Learning to surf with Jared at Kauai Surf School was an amazing experience. My husband and I took our 4 and 6 year old kids for a group lesson. We all got up on the board! Jared was extremely patient with the kids and was great at explaining the process to them on land first. He was also very encouraging with the kids. This was a highlight of our trip and something the kids keep talking about. Would highly recommend!

Best activity ever , highly recommended fun for everyone

My husband, daughter and myself went on the 3 1/2 hour tour. Bruce was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, not only showing us places on Lanai, but also giving us the history, customs, and pointing out the different trees, plants, and animals. We were also fortunate to see deer and whales. After the tour, we spent a couple of hours in Lanai City, having lunch and visiting the art galleries and stores. The half day tour was perfect, allowing us to go back to Maui on the 2:30 ferry. The only thing we wished we had more time on the island so we could have hiked some of the trails.

Overall it's an must do cruise to go out on the ocean on a Catamaran near the Waikoloa area.

We saw whales from far off as it was afternoon and the bigger ship is not attractive to the whales.

We would do the morning trip on the powerboat with fewer people or go for the sunset cruise.There is not much info provided during the cruise so it's lacking the fun in whale watching as it can be boring if nothing happens.

It would also be better if there was a spotter pointing to the breaches as it happens very quickly and multiple people spotting can be confusing.

After you get on board you are mostly left on your own and the boat only goes less than half a mile out.

We saw more whales from the shore than on the boat but it was good to get out on the ocean with this cruise.

My first time to Hawaii and I wanted to experience and see all the island has to offer and this tour was exceptional! Our tour guide Jonah was awesome, and he took the time to answer all our questions as he drove us around the island. He also took pictures of us at all the stops and was accommodating to our needs and let me charge my phone while driving as well as offered us complimentary waters. He gave us ample time at each stop to enjoy the beautiful island and scenery. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is looking to explore all the islands have to offer. He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and navigated the tricky traffic situations with ease which made it nice to stay on track with the time. The van also was nice that it was a small enough group that it felt personalized, and we became friends with the other couples in our tour group as well.

This was a fantastic experience! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable crew. I appreciated the brief snorkel lesson and tips. We were able to see turtles, a variety of fish, and during the sailing portion dolphins and whales. Overall great experience with no complaints! Would recommend to others and will remember them on my next trip!

Wanted to see Lana'i and this met our needs. The harbors were excellent.

This was the first time going on a sunset cruise. I would do it again. Although there were clouds, we were able to see a beautiful sunset. I posted some pictures. I would do it again. Bring a sweater because it is windy and cool. Thank you

I was not sure about spending so much time in the van. Travis was educational and fun. We had clouds, rain, sun and stars. It really was a wonderful experience. The food was fine. I appreciated the larger telescope and good star viewing.

Thoroughly enjoyed that experience and will definitely do it again. Have told everyone that they have to give it a try. Your crew was very good and pleasant and the young man talking with us was very entertaining. This is the second time I have been on an Atlantis sub the other was in the Caymans, which I also enjoyed but this one was the best.

Having been on snorkel tours to Molokini previously, we were happy to find this tour to Lanai for something different.

From the minute we stepped on the boat, we had a great time - the crew was great, the food was great, and we really liked being able to dock on Lanai and snorkel from the beach. We took part in the SNUBA activity and then hiked afterwards. It was great to have the lawn chairs, sun mats, sunscreen, and snorkel gear readily available as well.

The lunch provided at Trilogy's dock-side pavilion was fresh-cooked and delicious.

Our trip back to Maui was great with lots of whales sightings and we were able to stop periodically to watch them. We bought the photo package offered and whale photos were part of the package.

We would definitely recommend this snorkel tour!

Our motivation to go to Lanai was to visit the cat sanctuary but it was so much more. We had a great view of whales breaching on the 45 minute ride to Lanai. Along with the other passengers, we pointed out where we saw whales. Reservation tickets were purchased online and boarding passes at the dock where we checked in. Everything went smoothly, the ferry left on schedule and brought us back on time. The trip to Lanai was one of the highlights of our stay on Maui and the ferry made it happen for us.
