I usually practice yoga, and I was interested in SUP yoga, but I hadn't had the opportunity to try it until this trip to Hawaii, so I signed up.

On the day of the activity, it didn't rain, and the temperature was fine. I had to carry the SUP board to the beach myself, and it was quite heavy.

The instructor was not Japanese, but they explained everything in detail, and there were no issues before or after the session.

During the SUP yoga experience, it was quite windy, and there were times when it was hard to hear the instructions (it was dark at night, which made it hard to see), so that was a bit challenging.

The activity itself is something you can't usually experience, and all the participants (except for us, everyone else was foreign) had a lot of fun.

Especially at the beginning, trying to jump on the board and rotate 90 degrees to return was difficult for everyone. Only one young middle school student from a family managed to do it, while the rest fell into the sea and enjoyed trying.

Thank you for the unique experience of yoga that I can't usually have.

此れまで体験する機会がありませんでしたので、今回のハワイ旅行の
機会に申し込みをしました。

当日は、雨も降らず気温なども問題有りませんでした。SUPのボード
は海辺まで自分で運ぶのですが、結構重かったです。

インストラクターは、日本人ではありませんでしたが、色々と細かく
説明をしてくれて、始まる前も終わりも特に問題有りませんでした。

SUPヨガ体験中は結構風が強くで、どういう動作をして下さいという声が
聞こえにくい時も多少あり(夜で暗い事もあり見えにくい）、その点が
少し困ったかなというところでした。

アクティビティーそのものは、普段体験出来る事ではないので、参加者
(私たち以外は外国人)皆でとても楽しんでいました。

特に、最初のころのボードの上で飛んで90度づつ回転して元に戻るのは、
参加者皆苦労して、出来たのは家族ずれの若い中学生くらいの1名くらい
だけで、あとは海に落ちたりして楽しんでトライしていました。

普段できない体験のヨガ有難うございました。

Snorkeling will be on many people’s “must-do” activity in Maui, but so should the Sunset and Stargazing tour in Haleakala with Yoshi! I went with my family and we haven’t stopped talking about how incredible the tour was. Yoshi is incredibly personable and every aspect of the tour is so thoughtful. With 20+ years of living in Maui and leading tours of the national park, Yoshi knows the best spots for sightseeing and has great local knowledge to share on the drive up to Haleakala. His state of the art telescopes allow you to see all kinds of constellations and we even got to see Saturn. The complimentary Krispy Crème donuts were a tasty treat and the music selection was so peaceful. I can’t recommend Yoshi and the tour enough. If you’re wanting to see Haleakala, definitely book with Yoshi. Mahalo!

It was a refreshing off-road tour! I had heard it would be English-only, but there were staff who spoke Japanese at both the visitor center and the buggy tour, and they provided additional explanations in Japanese after the English ones, which made me feel quite at ease and allowed me to enjoy the experience. Not only the tour, but the facilities at the visitor center, which is the departure point for the tour, were also well-equipped (with dinosaur monuments, exhibition facilities, a ranch, a food court, souvenirs, and lockers available for use), and I was happy that there was plenty of time to explore.

Last year, the path was muddy and it rained lightly, which made it fun in a different way. This year, the weather was too nice, and it was full of dust! It was great that it was sunny this year after two consecutive years of cloudy weather. When it's sunny, the water is beautiful and I could see the turtles well. Unfortunately, the white sandy beach didn't appear, but I was happy to find Jamie, who took care of us last year, on the neighboring boat! This year, I was moved to see a large turtle, about the size of three adults, swimming gracefully up close! Anyway, the crew members teach us various things in Japanese, so there's nothing to worry about. We went snorkeling at an incredible spot where we saw so many turtles—it was absolutely unforgettable! When we mentioned my wife was from Puerto Rico, they immediately played music from there, which made the experience even more fun and personal. We truly enjoyed every moment and would do it again without a second thought. Highly recommended!

I feel like I've been coming to Hawaii on this ship every year. I love the view of Waikiki and the hotels when I look back after heading out to sea 😊. The scenery that disappears at night can be fully appreciated during the day. I'm also looking forward to seeing the back of Diamond Head. Sea turtles and dolphins... they show up every year as well.

It was drizzling on the day of our visit, but since it's a mountain area, the weather changed frequently between sunny and cloudy. The ride on the buggy wasn't very comfortable, but it became a good memory nonetheless. The scenery is absolutely stunning. We stopped the buggy at various spots where the staff provided explanations, but since it was in English, I didn't understand much. However, I managed to grasp the gist and enjoyed it. They also provided something like a neck warmer on-site, which helped avoid the dust. Goggles are also available for free rental.

I was drawn to the East Oahu Scenic Line and decided to book it. During my trip to Hawaii two months ago, I enjoyed the Waikiki Trolley service, so this time I took the same East Oahu Scenic Line with the Lealea Trolley. Both drivers were great at keeping the atmosphere lively, but I found Lealea to be just a bit better; it might just be a matter of luck. I booked a plan for 3 nights and 5 days, but on the day of the Aloha Street Jam, even though I waited at Ala Moana, no buses came due to the crowd, and I was able to get back quickly by taking The Bus right in front of me... I only used the trolley 5 times over the 4 days. I thought maybe I should have gotten a one-day pass. I participated because I learned that there was a permanent show by Cirque du Soleil. This time, I was in the second row, almost in the center!

It had a Hawaiian vibe, with acrobatics and humor on stage. I felt a bit disappointed that I couldn't understand the words, but other than that, I was close to the stage, it was powerful, and very impressive! There were constant surprises. It was full of moments where I thought, "Wow, that's amazing!"

ハワイらしい感じとアクロバティック、ユーモアのあるステージでした。
