Fun experience! Windy on the day we went so we couldn’t go to the crater. Boat is clean. Crew friendly, professional, organized and helpful; prepared us for everything and kept on schedule. The food was alright, kept us fed and hydrated for all the snorkeling.

Tons of fish in west Maui where we stopped. Two spots. We even went to a turtle cleaning station! Saw a honu or two.

We had a great time. Maybe next time we can check out the crater :)

Isaac was a great tour guide who was very conversational and interested in learning about us. He also has a lot of knowledge about Lanai and told us fun facts about each stop. Overall, he was a friendly person and deserves praise for making the experience worth it even though we had a long day and were really tired from the morning drive to Lahaina from Kihei to catch the ferry. Thank you Isaac!

The guides were very friendly and clear-cut with how to have a fun and smooth ziplining experience! They were conversational and informative.

This activity was great. Our tour guide gave us informative details on our stops we visited. Getting to view the stars, the moon and the planets were stellar! My 7 year old had a blast. We would do it again. The area we stopped at had a restrooms and nice little playground. The sandwiches were good and the hot coco was yum!

We had an awesome time. The adventure was a little strenuous at times but we got through it and the end rewards was well worth the effort! Our guide Devan was great and encouraged everyone along the way and was very knowledgeable of the area. The waterfall was amazing but the water cold! We really enjoyed the experience. We’ll worth it!

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! The sunset cruise was a fun addition to swimming with the Mantas. The staff is super fun, helpful and knowledgeable. The Mantas are breathtaking- we were in awe of them! I’m so glad we did this tour, definitely a major highlight of our week in Kona!

This was the best part of our trip . We had a blast on the 2 hour ATV tour . I was in Hawaii two weeks . I went both weeks on the 2 hour ATV tour both Ivan and Keu were outstanding tour guides , love both of them . All of the staff are amazing . The gift shop is great . The food in the cafe is great . I will keep going back to this place and bring my guests .

They weren't joking when they said "turtles sightings guaranteed" - I think we saw about 5 turtles at once, maybe more! The water was so clear that it made seeing everything, including eels and pufferfish, in the reefs so easy. The crew also found a sea urchin and an octopus that they brought up to the surface for us to see and learn about. They were a very fun group that made the experience easy and fun. We wanted to redo the experience all over again as soon as it was done! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

This adventure was really fun. Just to get to drive a off road vehicle and see all the beautiful scenery and especially where they filmed a bunch of great movies too awesome

Food was great. Service was great. Unlimited drinks Kept flowing & I actually stopped drinking before the bar closes. I tried the Poi for the first time & it was yummy. Love the photo options they had.

Had a great time, all 8 of us! Driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He has been with the Kualoa Ranch for 10 years. If for no other reason, go see the mountains, absolutely breathtaking!

The ladies running the tour were awesome. Nice way to see some scenic spots from areas you can only take an ATV to. It was short and sweet.

The ferry left on time, and the ride provided a tranquil and picturesque view of the ocean and both islands. My only issue with the experience was the third party parking cost we incurred. Which resulted from the endorsement given from your business that wound up costing us $42 for 6 hours. There was plenty of parking elsewhere but we followed your recommendation and instructions provided in our packet. This was an additional 35% surcharge or cost we did not anticipate.

My three kids had so much fun that they want to do it again! It was a one of a kind, exhilarating experience for the kids and they can’t stop talking about it. They especially loved how they were dipped in the water multiple times :)). My oldest one (17) caught the experience on his GoPro and they continue to relive the experience by watching the videos. Highly recommended!

Such a memorable experience for my family. The captain and his assistants were friendly and very knowledgeable about the island and the living creatures in and around it. I love how thoughtful the business is - simple things like plastic bins under the seats to make sure our things are kept dry, the drinks and snacks provided aboard, and the cleanliness in and around the boat. Loved every minute of our time there!

Run down boat with lackluster entertainment. This is also not an all you can drink trip for the record. I recommend holding your bladder to avoid exposure to the neglected bathrooms. Food was so so.

For the money I recommend picking another boat.

I will say that the staff was friendly and courteous.

Over all an awesome time!! Mattie and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely felt like you got to spend a good amount of time in the cage and see many big beautiful sharks!! 100% would love to experience this again! 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The helicopter ride, while a.little too short was great and the land part was filled with beautiful scenery, excellent history and storytelling and fun comraderie. We got to experience so much of The Big Island:s hidden treasures. Highly recommend this excursion and would definitely do it Again.

I highly recommend this service!! It was the biggest smile I've seen on my husband in a long time! It was our 30 year anniversary Hawaiian trip and after that long flight, it was delightful to get a true Hawaiian greeting!! The young lady was gracious and very informative! She directed us straight to the shuttle service send took several pictures for our memory book. The flowers lasted 5 days and kept our condo smelling like a sunny floral garden.

This is the best way of seeing volcano and Hawaii, a once in a lifetime experience. Definitely recommend everyone to join.

The sea in Heaven was incredibly beautiful! My partner and I participated together. The crew was very kind, and we enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding comfortably. I was moved to see sea turtles up close. I definitely want to participate again.

This was such a fun excursion. The guides were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area on Maui. Well worth the money.

We really loved our tour guide Patrick he was so knowledgeable and so informative also very friendly very helpful and funny! I had. no idea how amazing this tour would be he not only took us to Pearl Harbor but he showed us points of interest in the city on our way there and recommended many local restaurants!! I would highly recommend this tour to everyone and I would definitely do it again! The bus was air-conditioned, extremely comfortable and even had a restroom.
It was the perfect amount of time I recommend doing the Arizona and the Missouri and don’t forget to take cash so you can tip the driver because he is definitely worth it!

Incredible views of the ocean, mountains and valley. Interesting to be able to see all of the movie that have been filmed at kualoa ranch over the years. Our tour guide was awesome and enlightened us with lots of fun knowledge about the island.

We had fun….but tt was windy and a tough paddle. Snorkeling was a zero. Sandbar was under water. It’s a beautiful place, though. Maybe wait until it is not windy.

The Polynesian Cultural Center is a beautiful, fun, living museum. Pacific Island Native people use songs and traditional dances to tell the stories of their culture. They have reverence for the Islands and also have fun showing the beauty and fun of their heritage. We visitors are referred to as “Family”. We are made to feel very welcome and are invited to participate in crafts, dance and games with the Island people. The Buffett and the show are wonderful. Thank you!!!

My husband and I were both very pleased with the Calypso Sunset Cruise.

Trinity and Roxy where amazing. Very informational tour around the whole ranch. Feeding the cows was a plus. Being able to have a picnic at the top with amazing views is just the best.
