I had a amazing time!! Definitely recommend it to the employees of the condo we were staying at for future recommendations it was great learning about the culture

The senior couple in their 60s and their child in their 20s initially felt anxious, but the guide was very kind and provided a thorough lecture at the beginning. They also paid attention to us while we were on public roads, and we are very grateful to the guide! We touched on key points of interest and history, and riding the Segway under the blue sky while feeling the wind completely dispelled our initial anxiety. It was a wonderful experience. If we go again, we would love to join a tour to see the sunset at Magic Island!

次回行くことがあれば、マジックアイランドの夕日を見るツアーも行きたい！くらいです。

Overall, beautiful and the service made our life so much easier. We would recommend these guys again.

With the bay...
Fish weren't as plentiful as the pictures...by a long shot.

Perhaps planning on being there at high tide would help with making the space easier to snorkel.

Food and drink options there are slim and no where to sit and eat them as you wait for transport back.

The tour guide on the drive out was great, very friendly. Gear worked well and was clean. We got chairs and an umbrella which was really nice since we were there a while. I didn’t love the actual bay, however. The snorkeling was only okay and we didn’t see nearly as many types of fish as I would have expected for a place boosting great snorkeling. I have been to better. The reef was also super shallow so hard to navigate around the sections safely without touching the coral. It also was very sandy so the view wasn’t clear. Overall I would not pick this activity again just since the snorkeling wasn’t great. However, the driver and equipment was great so I didn’t want to knock their rating down just because the experience wasn’t amazing.

I had experienced zip-lining in Japan, but in Hawaii, there were multiple courses available. I think I spent about two hours experiencing everything. My satisfaction level was quite high. The accompanying staff were locals who engaged with us to ensure we had a good time. I struggled with English and couldn't speak well, but the female guide was always smiling and made it enjoyable. On the longer lines, you glide through the air for about 30 seconds, and the views are amazing. I definitely think it's something everyone should try at least once.

日本でもジップラインを経験していましたが、ハワイのものはいくつものコースが用意されていました。2時間ぐらいかけてすべてを体験したと思います。
満足度はかなり高かったです。
付き添いスタッフは現地の人でしたが、楽しく過ごせるように話しかけてくれました。
英語が苦手でうまく話せなかったのですが、ガイドの女性はいつもニコニコ楽しませくれましたよ。
長いものであれば30秒ぐらい空中を滑走するような状況になり、景色も最高で是非一度は経験したほうがいいと思います。

We booked a family snorkeling with turtles experience on the Moana Catamaran, and the crew ensured that we had an exceptional experience. Anthony, the captain, was personable and informative. He was happy to answer a LOT of questions, and provided insight into Hawaiian culture throughout the experience. When it came time to enter the water, Claire was an outstanding guide. She ensured that the kids (10 & 12) felt confident with the unfamiliar snorkeling equipment, and took the time to locate and identify a variety of sea life. The crew made this a memorable experience for our entire family, and we highly recommend this experience for visitors to Oahu.

Being able to drive up into the mountains and learn so much about the history of the mountains and the area was amazing. The added bonus of seeing different movie sites and learning about movies and shows being filmed in that area was cool too.
I was surprised that we did not stop at all of the sites with movie props. Especially the ones specific to Jurassic park so that was a bit of a disappointment but otherwise it was a great excursion.

I participated on the last night of my stay in Hawaii.

It was said to be a 15-minute access from the hotel where I was staying, but since it goes through the downtown area, I didn’t feel it was far at all while walking with ease and enjoyment. The location was easy to find, and after checking in, I was smoothly guided to my buffet seat. The welcome drink and the wonderful hospitality from the local staff were very nice. You only need to show the voucher, so it’s fine even if you don’t speak English.

I was satisfied with the buffet offerings. The meat was delicious, and I could choose the doneness of the roast beef. During the meal, there were hula dances and hula lessons, and before I knew it, it was time for the show.

The show seemed to be a collaboration of the history of American artists and hula. I could really feel the energy from the dancers and performers, and it was truly wonderful. In addition to hula, there were also fire knife dances and Tahitian dances, which were very impressive. After the performance, the cast members saw us off, which was a lot of fun. Depending on the season, it might be good to have a light jacket to wear.

I felt the aloha spirit from all the staff. Thank you for a wonderful time.

It was great to see it at a good price during the campaign!

ハワイ滞在の最終夜に参加しました。

アクセスが滞在していたホテルから15分と書いてありましたが、繁華街を通っていくので、安心と楽しみながら歩けるので全く遠くは感じませんでした。
場所も分かりやすく、受付後もスムーズにビュッフェの席に案内されました。ウェルカムドリンクや現地のスタッフさんの素敵な歓迎がとても良かったです。
バウチャーを見せるだけなので英語が出来なくても大丈夫です。

ビュッフェの内容も満足でした。
お肉も美味しく、ローストビーフは焼加減も選べました。
食事中もフラダンスやフラレッスンもあり、あっという間にショーの時間となりました。

ショーはアメリカのアーティストの歴史とフラのコラボレーションといった内容でしょうか。
ダンサーやパフォーマーの方からパワーをとても感じれて、とても素晴らしかったです。
フラの、他にファイヤーナイフダンスやタヒチアンダンスもあり見応え抜群です。
終演後も出演者の方の見送りがあり、とても楽しかったです。
季節と場合によっては羽織れる上着があっても良いかもしれません。

スタッフの皆様のアロハの心を感じました。
素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

Easy going staff! Amazing views for the price. It’s really close to everything too! 10/10 recommend!! Me and my boyfriend loved the patio. We had a front porch too which was so nice!

Kilani, our bus driver, did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and funny. The Pearl Harbor tour guide was also excellent and informative. It rained for a bit, but then stopped. The Missouri guide was excellent but only talked at the first two stops. I thought he would talk all through the tour. It probably would have been difficult to do with the narrow passageways though. I would suggest not bringing any kind of bag unless it is a see-through one because you can't take it inside the grounds - have to pay for a locker.

It seems to be a lesser-known facility for Japanese tourists, and while it's a bit away from Waikiki Beach, it was a very fulfilling museum. It compactly summarized not only the history of Hawaii but also the history of the volcanoes in the state, making it very educational for museum lovers. I wanted to see the planetarium show "The Hawaiian Sky Tonight," but it was only screened in the morning, so I couldn't catch it. I would like to go again.

日本人観光客にはマイナーな施設のようであり、ワイキキビーチから少し離れていますが、とても充実したミュージアムでした。ハワイの歴史だけでなくハワイ州の火山の歴史についてもコンパクトにまとめられており、ミュージアム好きには大変勉強になりました。プラネタリウムの「The Hawaiian Sky Tonight」も観たかったのですが、午前中のみの上映で観れませんでした。また行きたいです。

Great little trip into the ocean to view coral reef and fish! Beautiful clear blue water. Staff very knowledgeable. Loved it!

The sunrise at Haleakalā was a wonderful experience. The hour and a half leading up to the sunrise is extremely cold, but in exchange, you can enjoy the stars as if they are falling. What helped against the cold was my ski gloves. Even so, my fingertips were freezing. I definitely want to visit this place again.

日の出までの1時間半の間は、それはそれは寒いですが、代わりに降ってくるかのような星々も堪能できます。寒さ対策でよかったのは、スキー用のグローブ。それでも指先が凍えるくらいでしたが。
またぜひ、訪れたい場所です。

The trip was excellent. Parking at the Maalea harbor dock is a pain. In the future tell your clients to get the ParkWhiz app on their phone You can pay for close up parking on this app. The code reader at the dock is crappy. Our Lanai on site guide, Russ was a wealth of information and had as much fun with us and the other couple as we did with him and the tour. A nice day was had by all.

My wife and I were treated to a magnificent drive down the unusually steep road into Waipio Valley in the early afternoon of Thursday, 4/18/24. Our tour guide Kaleo is a great young man who has lived in this unique place for most of his life; he grew up here. Kaleo was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very hospitable. He led us to several spectacular sites including waterfalls, lush foliage, and flowing streams. One could readily sense the tremendous power and majesty of this valley. We will treasure the opportunity we had to visit here. Our tour was for 1.75 hours. We HIGHLY recommend taking time to experience this great tour!

The initial explanation was given by a Japanese person, so I felt reassured!!
When the weather is nice, the dust is quite bad, so your T-shirt will definitely get dirty, so a change of clothes is essential!

My wife, who can't swim, was pulled along on a board during snorkeling, and we received various instructions, allowing us to see the underwater world (we even saw turtles).

My husband and I did the half-day tour which included; the movie set tour on Kualoa Ranch and the boat ride. I thought we were actually going to stay at secret Beach for a little bit, but we did not. The movie tour was made, especially memorable by our awesome tour guide. She was hilarious and made the whole experience that much better. It’s an absolutely beautiful place and we enjoyed learning about the working ranch, and the Hawaiian culture. The buffet lunch in between both tours was also very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

Me and my friend had a wonderful experience at Old Lahaina.
I appreciate the history behind the island and sharing of the Hawaiian culture.
I would advise to call a day or two before the show if you did not receive your confirmation. I was happy that I called earlier. The representative wasn't able to get me the traditional seating (what i ordered) however there was space available for the table and chair.
The waiters were very accommodating because for some reason when I made the change from traditional seating to table and chair my food option did not transition over (i dont not eat pork or beef) however they were ae to provide me with fish and chicken.
Thank you so much for being flexible.
Lastly, my friend and I arrived an hour early. Do what you will but when they say the door open at a certain time be prepared to wait until that exact time

Just kind of boring. Better suited for families with little kids. Food was gross. No booze to order. There’s nowhere to shower or change afterwards either.

This was such a a fun time! The crew and musicians are what made it so good. They all exude the aloha spirit. The live music was such a a treat, they had really good rapport with our group and were so fun, and talented too. The crew was so wonderful and so nice.
The bay itself is a treasure, so so beautiful. The water is gorgeous, the mountains are stunning. They provide paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear, and volleyballs.
And the crew is very helpful with all of the gear and how to.use.it. I would recommend it!

It was a great way to start the day. The ship was huge and comfortable. The multiple levels of the boat allowed different viewing experiences. We saw many whales. A bit far from the whales, but you don't want to scare the whales!
The staff was very knowledgeable and we learned a few new things about the whale.
Recommend it!

The blue sea and blue sky. I was healed by the wonderful scenery. It was great to walk in the water and enjoy feeding the many fish. The live music on the boat was also fantastic. It became a very nice memory.

青い海、青い空。素晴らしい景色に癒されました。海の中を歩いて楽しんだり、沢山のお魚に餌を揚げて楽しんだりいろいろ遊べて良かったです。船の中での生演奏の歌も素晴らしかったです。とてもいい思い出になりました。

It was a windy day, so when we went out to sea, the people at the bow of the boat were tossed up and down enough to get splashed by the waves, but it felt like a thrilling attraction. It was a great boat trip with a wonderful view of Waikiki and Diamond Head.

風が強い日だったので、沖に出ると船先に居る人は波をかぶる位上下に揺れましたが、まるでアトラクション並みのスリル。ワイキキやダイアモンドヘッドを一望して良い船旅でした。

They casually approached us, and we were able to start our first overseas trip as a couple in a fun way. The local driver was friendly, and I was very happy that he made an effort to speak in Japanese. Thank you very much.

I participated in a whale watching tour for the first time. I was surprised by how big the boat was! There were a lot of customers as well. Since it’s a natural occurrence, the whales didn’t show up easily. Just when we were about to give up and head back to the dock, my eldest son shouted loudly, and when I looked over, a whale was just about to jump, which was very moving! It was really just a moment, so I couldn’t take any pictures. But seeing it up close became a wonderful memory. I definitely recommend participating at least once!

初めてホエールウォッチングのツアーに参加しました。
とても大きな船で、びっくりしました！！
お客さんもいっぱいでした。
自然のものなので、なかなか現れず。。諦めて帰ろうと船着場に向かっているときに長男が大声を出したので、そちらを見たらクジラがちょうどJUMPするところでとても感動しました！！
ほんと一瞬だったので、写真はとれず。でも間近で見れてとてもよい思い出になりました。
ぜひ一度参加して見てください。

We went as a family with our 4-year-old daughter. Since we included transportation to and from the hotel, we felt安心 (at ease) during our trip. We were able to see whales three times. The view from the sea was also very beautiful, so we were glad we participated.
