It took over an hour to get from the airport to the hotel. I was also concerned that if I hadn't mentioned I wanted to go to this hotel, the bus might not have stopped. Anyway, it was quite nerve-wracking... I barely made it for hotel check-in. Also, since it was a domestic flight from the Big Island, I was the only Japanese person on board. I think it was late at night, but I would have felt more reassured if there had been Japanese staff available upon arrival.

The driver was a great help helping me up the steps at the Royal Sea Cliff Resort where there were inadequate hand rails at the time due to painting. He also carried the suitcase up to reception as well as carrying up the walker. The driver should be commended for his help.

Booked online, placed pick up time for 10:30AM from my hotel to Kahului Airport. It got changed to 11:30AM pick up time. I called them the day before my flight to change my hotel pick up time back to 10:30AM which they honored. Driver actually arrived a little early, he helped us in loading our two luggage. Courteous driver thank all of the passegers for visiting Maui. He drove the clean, comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle bus at or under the speed limit. I am a repeat Roberts Hawaii paying customer. The company met my expectations and I highly recommend them.

Welcomed at the airport’s arrival area by a company employee who kindly gave us needed directions. Waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive outside the Maui Airport terminal building. Shuttle bus clean and comfortable. Female shuttle bus driver was courteous but drove the shuttle bus too fast with a fuul load of passengers. I noticed that whenever a traffiic light would turn from green to orange, she sped up to beat the red light, which she actually did twice. We have patronized Roberts Hawaii in our previous visits to Oahu and we were satisfied with their services, these are the reasons I chose this company again.

Although our arrival was delayed and we arrived in the rain, we were warmly welcomed by a smiling staff member wearing a purple aloha shirt and holding a green nameplate. Not only did they provide us with leis, but they also had several Japanese free magazines and cookies ready in a tote bag, which made us happy to have access to local information right after arriving at the hotel. They also took care of our transportation to the hotel and guided us to the pickup point. Thank you for the sense of security from the very beginning of our trip!
