The pickup time was quite early at 9:50 for a 1:00 PM flight, but they arrived right on time. The driver was a foreigner and did not speak Japanese, but he handled everything without any issues. There were only two groups of Japanese and one group of foreigners, so it was a small number of passengers. For drop-off, they first took the foreign group to the terminal for Hawaiian Airport, and then after a short drive, they dropped us off at the terminal for the other airport, splitting it into two trips. They dropped us off near the ANA counter, so there was no confusion. I would like to request this service again next time when arranging individually rather than through a tour.

I had experience with VELTRA and Roberts several times during my trips to Europe, so I made a reservation in Hawaii as well. After a long immigration process, I felt like the wait for the bus took even longer. The wait to get to the lounge was quick, but the staff was busy, and there wasn't much announcement or guidance on when we would be able to board. However, what saved the day was the driver's humorous and skillful announcements in English, which really helped ease my frustration. I will definitely request this again!

They arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. It was a different large van than the one we took to the hotel, and there were two other guests already on board as we headed to the airport. They dropped us off according to our respective airlines, which made for a pleasant experience. Since it was prepaid, it was hassle-free, which is great.
