Although our arrival was delayed and we arrived in the rain, we were warmly welcomed by a smiling staff member wearing a purple aloha shirt and holding a green nameplate. Not only did they provide us with leis, but they also had several Japanese free magazines and cookies ready in a tote bag, which made us happy to have access to local information right after arriving at the hotel. They also took care of our transportation to the hotel and guided us to the pickup point. Thank you for the sense of security from the very beginning of our trip!

We were greeted at the baggage claim at Kahalui by 2 lovely greeters. My wife was so surprised and happy - when she saw them carrying a sign with our names she said "that's us!". The leis were beautiful and the greeters took a picture with us.

Large bus instead of small shuttle; very clean, polite and costumed driver. Driver was late by 20min. and a little confused about our hotel location in Waikiki. Anyway, Roberts Hawaii is allover in Hawaii. Would recommend as reliable.

Peter did an amazing job. He was a very knowledgeable person and it helped to pass the time on our drive. He knows a lot about the island and it really helped to pass the time when we got stuck because of the iron man and couldn't get across the highway for over an hour to our hotel. Will use you again because of this excellent driver

Peter was an excellent driver. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the drive very nice by talking about all of the things we were seeing on our drive. It helped pass the time when we got stuck because of the iron man and couldn't get across the highway for over an hour to our hotel. Will use you again when we come back to hawaii.

Very convenient, no hassle. There was a representative waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. Our flight arrived an hour early and they were still there waiting (impressive). The representative then escorted us to the shuttle where the driver was waiting to take us to our hotel. The ride was nice and we were the only two people on this nice shuttle bus. I would definitely use this shuttle service again!

When I arrived, there was a person with a sign with my name on it. I knew right where to go. I was greeted with a shell lei. She walked me to the luggage area and waited for my bag. Then she took me over to the shuttle bus.

The driver was wonderful! He had so much knowledge of the island and shared it with me. As we drove to the hotel he was sure to point out all of the sites, things to do, history of the island and much much more.

I would highly recommend using this shuttle service when you visit Kona!

My Lei greeter was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and knowledgeable. My shuttle was running late & she stayed with me until it arrived.
This was my 17th time to Hawaii and in previous years I used a previous Lei Greeting Company & an elderly man was my Lei greeter. He was so rude I had to change companies. I'm very pleased with this company and I highly recommend them. I recommend them to all my friends who visit Oahu.

Would give 5 star if the response to request was faster. Booked the shuttle to airport in a morning one day in advance prior to departure date but didn't get confirmation until late in afternoon. The 72 hours response time wasn't visible until the booking was completed. I wish I was able to see that prior to my booking so I could check for other venues.
