I scheduled my shuttle going to kona airport at 7pm My driver was on time. He was very helpful and fun fo talk to. You will never get bored. I will definitely use this company when i go back to big island and need a ride. And it is also cheaper than a taxi.

I wolud recomend this to every one. The flower leis were beautiful and smelled so good. The lady that greeted us and presented us with our leis was so friendly and helpful. she gave us a warm aloha greeting and welcomed us to Hawaii. She offered to take picutres of us with our leis and helped us get our bags. She made us feel like friends coming to visit.

Reception at airport on arrival good..van driver came little late,not want to involve in any conversation started radio so we can't ask any questions no help with luggage loading had some one local lady driving went to drop her first no apology took additional half hour drive in traffic,not a good experience two points for car and greeting by another guy at airport

We were met and greeted in the baggage area, with a sign of our name. They took all of our luggage to the vehicle and loaded it. The van was very clean and comfortable, and to our surprise we were the only passengers. The driver was pleasant and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had to wait over 45 minutes in a long line before we could get on a shuttle. Every other person from the ship was long gone from the pier. The person who was checking people in was harried. We should have taken a taxi!!!

I called twice to verify my pick up location and STILL they didn't get it right and were therefore late with pick up! Driver played some obnoxious radio station during the entire trip so loud that no conversation was possible. Not a very pleasant experience.
