My flight was 20 minutes early and I was greeted as soon as I reached baggage claim. The greeter and driver were both very friendly and the driver was quite informative with information about the Island. I will definitely use this service when I return to Hawaii.

After 21.5 hours of combined flights from Singapore to LAX and back to KOA its fabulous to have the certainty of my shuttle bus and driver there to meet me.
Outstanding on time service, alert drivers, clean vehicles and occasional political discourse along the route.
Who could ask for more?
My first & only choice to return home in Kailua Kona.

We were greeted right outside of our gate once we arrived in Honolulu. Our flight was even delayed over an hour and the amazing representative was still there! She greeted both of us with a friendly "aloha" and adorned our leis in the traditional style. She escorted us to our bag claim and even took a photo for us with our beautiful leis. She was very informative about places to see and things to do also. It was our first time to come to Hawaii and I ghwould definitely recommend this timeless custom to anyone who travels here!

We booked for an 11am pickup. We're outside at the shuttle stop at 10.50am. The shuttle did not arrive. Finally a shuttle arrived at 11.50am. The driver did not have a booking for us but nicely said he would take us to our resort for which we were thankful.

I waited a little at the airport, but I took a very nice bus to Waikele. Since I had some extra time, I asked to make a quick stop at Izumo Taisha. They were very accommodating with the arrangements, which was great.
