I have been to Hawaii dozens of times, and this time, my guide was Mr. Kato, who took care of me when I first started visiting Hawaii. Mr. Kato mentioned something like, "Is it too late for a North tour?" but in the end, the garlic shrimp was from a place I had never tried before, and everywhere we stopped was new to me except for Haleiwa. Amazing cruise, had a lot of fun with friends. Dance performances are really good. Not many food options for vegetarian/vegan people. I think they can even improve the quality of non-vegetarian food.

The stargazing, including the explanation, was great, but the summit was crowded, so we turned back and headed to the observation point. Last time we were able to reach the summit, so I was expecting to do so again this time. There were quite a few breaks along the way, so if you're going to list Haleakalā Summit in the title, please ensure that the schedule allows for a guaranteed ascent.

In late May, I participated in a sunset and stargazing tour at the summit of Mauna Kea, which was an incredibly valuable experience. Since there were many Japanese participants, our perfect bilingual guide, Sue, navigated in Japanese.

The local information that isn't found in guidebooks, the mysterious and magnificent scenery along the way, the unexpected cold despite being in a tropical location (and the warmth of the borrowed jackets), the delicious sandwiches we had at the summit, the breathtaking sunset, the ever-changing colors of the sky and clouds, the opening of the observatory and the start of the observations, and the view of the star-filled sky and constellations—all of these were truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations, providing a surprising and moving experience.

During the stargazing, when Sue pointed out the constellations and we were all gazing at them, a huge shooting star passed by, and everyone cheered together. That became an unforgettable memory.

Thank you so much, Sue (Stephan). The photos you took with professional skill are a wonderful record, and I am grateful.

５月下旬、マウナケア山頂サンセットと星空観測ツアーに参加し、大変貴重な体験をさせてもらいました。
日本人参加者が多い回だったので、完璧なバイリンガルガイドのスーさんが、日本語でナビゲートしてくださいました。
ガイドブックにはないローカルの情報、道中の不思議で雄大な景色、南国にもかかわらず体験する歯も噛み合わない寒さ（と貸してくださった防寒ジャケットの暖かさ⁠)、山頂で食べた美味しいサンドイッチ、息を飲むようなサンセット、刻々と変わる空と雲の色、天文台が開き観測を開始する様、満天の星と星座の見方、どれもこれも本当に素晴らしく、想像を遥かに上回る、驚きと感動体験でした。
星空観測中に、スーさんが指し示した星座を皆で眺めている時、大きな大きな星が流れ、参加者全員で歓声を上げたこと。忘れられない思い出になりました。
スーさんことステファンさん、本当にありがとうございました。
プロ並みの腕前で撮って頂いた写真は、素晴らしい記録になり感謝です。

We enjoyed the tour overall but wish we had more time and one or two more stops around the Waimea Canyon. The tour takes in a few different spots across Kauai, but the real highlight is the Canyon. So it's a shame to only get a few different opportunities to stop and take photos. The tour picked us up and dropped us off promptly, and our guide Rosario told us a bit about the island and it's history, which we liked. The lunch provided was better than we expected. If we had the chance again, we would drive to the Waimea Canyon itself to explore it independently. If we had to take a tour again, we would consider this one as we felt overall it was good, if not perfect.

I always use this service to get from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki. There are other shuttles that are a bit cheaper, but I choose this one because many of the other passengers are foreigners, which adds to the feeling of being in Hawaii. This time, there were two elderly foreign women who seemed to have made a mistake with the pickup location, and the driver was having a hard time searching around the hotel entrance, but when he found them, he responded with a smile, which made me feel reassured. I will use this service again when I come to Hawaii.

The site is well kept and attractive. The boat is clean and roomy. There is entertainment one way and on the way back, information about the area and the River. At the Fern Grotto you have a short walk into the forest area and a view into The Grotto. I was hoping for more historical information and a closer look at the grotto.

What disappointed me with this trip was the last minute change of pick up to another location due to an event but after careful observation, that said event does not affect the area where we were at because a lot of other tour companies are picking their guests in front of our hotel. Despite my plea, it wasn't attended to. The staff and Manager were stern not to accommodate a simple request.

If you're pressed with time and wants to see all of OAHU'S best, this is the best tour amongst all available in the market. It is understandable if you can't spend to much a time in each place but substantial enough for sightseeing and snapping photos. I love the Shrimp lunch I had at Kualoa's Ranch.
