The staff guidance is smooth, and the food is delicious. The live show was very satisfying, conveying a sense that everyone wanted to enjoy it.

Points to note:
Regarding the boarding and disembarking location, it is near Aloha Tower, but there are almost no places to kill time in the vicinity. Additionally, it is not very popular until just before boarding time, and if you move a little away, there are hardly any restrooms (there are some at Aloha Tower, but if you go early, it feels deserted and a bit scary). In any case, it is not bustling like Kapiolani Park or Ala Moana Center; it is quite deserted. Also, there is an area nearby called Kalihi, which is known for its poor safety (it is said to be dangerous to go there by bus or on foot), so caution is needed to avoid accidentally stepping in.

(You can even see people acting erratically near Walmart around Aloha Tower.)

Disembarking around 9:00 PM when the surroundings are completely dark made searching for a bus feel dangerous. I ended up using a taxi, but I think it would be safer to arrange for a pickup in advance.

(アロハタワー周辺のウォルマート近辺でも発狂している人を目にするレベル。)

下船が夜の21：00ごろになり周囲も真っ暗な状態でバスを探すのは身の危険を感じました。私は結局タクシーを利用しましたが、あらかじめ送迎ありにするのが安全だと思います。

Our family of 4 loved the variety of this tour! We have 2 older teenage boys (17 and 19) and our family loves to travel! The hike was a great way to start the trip! It was so beautiful going up and WOW, the view at the top is spectacular! The next stop was a food truck that had malasadas….don’t miss this! Yumm, my boys LOVED them! The rest of the tour was fantastic and the guide offered so much history detail and information! All the stops were great and we especially loved the north shore!

This was a really nice time. The cruise was just long enough to relax, enjoy some Hawaiian culture and see the beautiful Fern Grotto. We never felt rushed and enjoyed everything at our own speed.
We didn’t realize how big the Kauai River is. We had always pictured it as being much, much smaller.
It was also very affordable and definitely worth the time and money.

It was a long and tiring day, but it was absolutely worth it. There is so much history. Most people know about the USS Arizona Memorial, but there is so much more. The submarine Bowfin, battleship Missouri and the Aviation museum. With the short movies and museums at each attraction there is so much to see and do it takes a full day. Our 9 yo boy absolutely loved it. He never complained once. His favorite part was exploring the Missouri. I highly recommend this tour.

It took some time, but I was able to stop at several places to take photos, and although the explanations were in English, it was nice to enjoy a leisurely sightseeing experience.

I went on a dinner cruise on Friday. Since I didn't specify a window seat, we ended up at a round table in the middle, seating three pairs of two. One pair was a Japanese newlywed couple, and the table next to us had three newlywed couples from Korea. I thought the lobster was smaller than I expected. The steak wasn't freshly cooked, which is understandable since we were on a boat, but it was tough. The dancing wasn't as lively as I had seen in the testimonials. However, they did do the YMCA, and it seemed like the newlyweds didn't quite know the song. The fireworks lasted a few minutes, but it was nice to see them launched over the Waikiki hotels from the boat.

After a 44 year absence my husband and I returned to the Wailua River cruise with our oldest granddaughter. Much had changed and much was still the same. The boats are bigger and covered. The music was fun and enjoyable. The cave is less accessible than it was way back then but that was due to natural consequences and the family has worked hard to create a lovely walk and viewing area. We appreciated the wonderful family involved in all aspects of the trip and learned more about the area. It was a wonderful lead into our night at the Smith Family Luau which we also enjoyed and recommend!

Although it was unfortunately a cloudy day, it cleared up just in time for the sunset, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. The food was even more delicious than expected (especially the lobster), the show was fun, and the staff member who served us really helped create a great atmosphere, making it a wonderful memory.

Our guide Yoshi provided warm coat and gloves, and we were able to enjoy the whole experience in warmth and comfort. Yoshi setup his powerful telescopes and gave us glimpse of moon's surface, and stars that are light years away. The experience exceeded our expectations, and would recommend for anyone visiting Maui.

We had the best time on our jungle tour . Our tour guide was outstanding . Funny, informative and we were captivated from the moment we sat in the seats and took off , until we returned back to where we started. It was the highlight of our tour experience. I would give this tour an outstanding rating!
Unfortunately the next tour was a huge disappointment, the movie tour.
While it was interesting seeing the cardboard signs where all the movies took place, there were little if no remaining evidences that any movie ever were filmed there. That was my mistake as the driver explained that all props must be removed.
Our driver mentioned immediately that he had “ deadpan humor” which sorely missed the mark. While he was knowledgeable and his information was interesting, his style of presentation was filled with unnecessary repetitive words “Also here within here collectively also here “ . My suggestion would be to work on simplifying the dialogue to keep the.audience engaged. Sadly, we decided to leave after the tour missing the last tour we had paid for.

Cheif's Luau is a MUST DO!!! This was our favorite thing we did on our entire trip to Hawaii. If possible, pay for transportation included. The ride to the luau was fun and informative - it was like a mini tour because the guide taught us some Hawaiian words, fun facts, gavw us cultural insights, and even made jokes! This was literally the best thing ever! This is perfect for everyone! Kid friendly, but also perfect for couples and families alike. In fact, the Luau was so great that I think mostly adults would appreciate all the effort made by Cheif and Tamatoa! Best fire show also!! 10/10

We booked this tour based on these reviews, it seems that these reviews were spot on. Our tour started when Tod picked us up on time and whisked us off to our island adventure. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain Hawaiian culture and pointed out things in our drive that were informative.

The stargazing portion of our tour was an incredibly unique and awe-inspiring experience. Tod was a knowledgeable guide and took us to a dark and remote location in Mauna Kea, perfect for stargazing. With the use of his personal high-quality telescope, binoculars and a powerful laser pointer, we were able to see constellations, planets, and even faint nebulae. Tod also shared interesting facts and stories about the night sky, making the experience both informative and enjoyable.

Tod even made the experience memorable by playing The Planets by Gustav Holst, its those little details, that made this tour the highlight of our Big Island Vacation.

Overall, this tour is a must-do for anyone who wants to see the stars in all their glory accompanied by our an amazing guide Tod.
Make sure to request him on your next stargazing adventure.

We were picked up at the hotel and headed to the boarding!
First, we had a welcome drink (sparkling wine) and appetizers.
The appetizers included a salad on the table, and you could help yourself to fruits and cheese. The salad dressing was delicious!
After that, we enjoyed a whole lobster! It was followed by steak and dessert.
The food wasn't exceptionally delicious, but it was satisfactory for enjoying the atmosphere.
In addition to the welcome drink, you get two more drinks of your choice, and the tropical cocktail was delicious and very Hawaiian.
The table next to us had a girls' gathering (about 8 people), which was a bit noisy~ (sweat)

We participated as a family (father, mother, a high school sophomore son, and a junior high school daughter). My daughter hadn't ridden a bicycle in a long time, so she was anxious and initially said she didn't want to ride, canceling her reservation. However, just before the event, she decided she wanted to participate after all and made a new reservation. I felt a bit sorry about the changes, but I really appreciate how smoothly VELTRA handled the cancellations and changes in the number of participants!

On the day of the event, there was some traffic on the highway, so we arrived slightly late, but the schedule had enough buffer time before the activity started, so it was fine.

The activity involved our family of four along with two couples, making a total of eight participants, with one instructor guiding us all as we rode around the ranch. At the beginning, we watched a safety video, chose our bicycles, and practiced a bit before setting off.

My daughter was right at the height limit, so she couldn't quite reach the ground while seated and looked anxious, but she seemed to get the hang of it after a while. I think if you're around 155 cm tall, you should be able to reach the ground comfortably. Additionally, one of the younger female participants seemed a bit scared of the speed at times and struggled to keep up, but the instructor rode slowly to help her, and she managed to complete a lap. Since we rode on unpaved slopes, it might be a bit intimidating for those who are not used to cycling.

Overall, it felt fantastic to zip through such beautiful scenery, and everyone at the facility was very kind (though they didn't speak Japanese), making it the best activity! I think families, couples, and even solo travelers can enjoy it!

当日は高速道路の渋滞などもあり集合時間に若干遅れてしまいましたが、アクティビティ開始までは多少余裕をもった時間設定になっていたためセーフでした。

アクティビティは私たち家族4人と、他に男女のカップルが2組いて、計8人に対してインストラクターが一人ついて全員で一緒に牧場内を走行します。
開始時には安全確認のための映像を見て、各自自転車を選び、少し練習をしてから出発です。

娘は身長制限ギリギリだったので座った状態ではぴったり足がつかず不安そうでしたが慣れると大丈夫そうでした。
155cmくらい身長があると足がつくイメージかと思います。
また、同行メンバーの若い女性の方は途中スピードが怖かったのか、なかなか流れについて来れない場面もありましたがインストラクターの方がゆっくり走ってくれたり、どうにか1周していました。舗装されていない坂道を走ったりするので自転車に抵抗のある方にとっては少し怖いのかもしれません。

とにかく景色のいいところを颯爽と駆け抜けていくのがとても気持ちよくて、施設の方もみんな親切で（日本語は通じません）、最高のアクティビティでした◎家族、カップル、ひとりでも楽しめると思います！

I was guided to Haleakalā by Mr. Yamauchi from Maui All Stars.

Before it got dark, I was moved by the stunning display of the setting sun and the sea of clouds below, painted in shades of crimson. As the sun set and darkness fell, countless stars began to shine in the sky. Thanks to Mr. Yamauchi's extensive expertise and equipment, I was able to easily identify the names of the stars and constellations sparkling in the night sky. This sight was something that couldn't be captured by a camera, so I etched the starry sky into my heart.

I was particularly excited to see both the Big Dipper and the Southern Cross at the same time, which are rarely visible together. I don't think such luck will come my way again, but I hope to create another opportunity to visit. If you ever go to Maui, be sure to visit for the sunset and starry sky at Haleakalā. ハレアカラ山を「Maui All Starsの山内さん」に案内して貰いました。

暗くなるまでの時間は、沈みゆく太陽と足下の雲海がくりなす茜色の競演に感動しました。
陽が落ち暗くなると空に無数の星が輝き始めましたが、山内さんの豊富な専門知識と機材のお陰で、満点の空に煌めく星の名前や星座が手に取るように判り感動しました。この光景はとてもカメラには捉えられないので、心に星空を焼き付けました。
特に、滅多に見られないと言う「北斗七星と南十字星」が一度に見られ興奮しました。こんな幸運はこの先訪れないと思いますが、機会を作ってまた訪れたいと思います。
皆さんもマウイ島に行かれた時は、是非「ハレアカラ山の夕焼けと星空」を見に訪れてください。
