I will write about something very disappointing that cannot be overlooked.

This concerns the airport transfer from the hotel.

For future reference, I would like to clarify whether "VeLTRA" is at fault or if the local operator "Roberts Hawaii" is to blame.

The situation made me suspect a lapse in arrangements. I would like to continue using VeLTRA, so I am sharing the following experience.

1. Change of pickup location
- The operating company should have known about this at the time of booking or at least two weeks in advance.
- If there was a possibility of changing the pickup location, it would have been disappointing to not be able to book with a company that guarantees the original pickup location.
- I can't help but wonder if this is a company that only accepts bookings and informs customers later.

2. Incorrect meeting time when notified of the change in pickup location
- I received a message from VeLTRA the night before, but it would have been critical if I had not been able to get in touch.

3. The pickup vehicle was one hour late
- I had to stand on the sidewalk for an hour waiting.
- They said it was due to traffic, but I had just returned a rental car and checked the usual road conditions at the time of pickup, which were normal, yet the vehicle was still an hour late.
- There was a possibility of missing my flight. Fortunately, I happened to talk to another driver from the operating company, who contacted them via radio. For reasons unknown, I was able to get into that driver's vehicle, but it was terrifying to think about what would have happened if I hadn't been able to.

4. No communication regarding the delay of the pickup vehicle
- After waiting for ten minutes without the vehicle arriving, I called the local contact, and they said it would arrive in five minutes. However, even after five minutes, the vehicle still did not arrive.
- After another ten minutes, I called again, and they said they would check and call me back. However, there was no communication even after an hour.

本件は、ホテルから空港の送迎に関しての事です。

今後のために　「ＶｅＬＴＲＡ」　が悪いのか
現地催行会社の「ロバーツハワイ」が悪いのか
ハッキリさせて欲しいと考えます。

手配漏れを疑いたくなるような状態でした。
これまで通り、今後もＶｅＬＴＲＡを利用したいため以下の体験談を書きます。

１．迎え場所の変更
　　　　・催行会社は、予約した時点、または２週間前には
　　　　　分っていたはず。

　　　　・迎え場所が変更になる可能性があるなら
　　　　　迎え場所が変更にならない催行会社を事前に探して
　　　　　予約できたため残念。
　　　　　※予約だけ受け付けて、後で知らせればよい程度の
　　　　　　レベルの催行会社なのでは？と疑いたくなる。

２．迎え場所の変更時連絡があった歳、集合時刻の間違い
　　　　前日夜にＶｅＬＴＲＡから連絡があったが
　　　　もし連絡が取り合えなかったら致命的。

３．迎え車が遅刻　１時間
　　　　・歩道での集合のため、立ちっぱなしで１時間。

　　　　・渋滞のためと言っていたが、当方、直前にレンタカーを
　　　　　返却しているため集合時刻時点では、普段通りの
　　　　　道路状況を確認していたのにも関わらず１時間遅れ。

　　　　・フライトに間に合わない可能性もあった
　　　　　何故なら、たまたま催行会社の別の車のドライバーと
　　　　　会話できて、催行会社に無線連絡してくれて
　　　　　理由は不明だが、急遽、そのドライバーの車に乗れたが
　　　　　その車に乗れなかったらと思うと恐ろしい。

４．迎え車の遅刻に対して一切の連絡なし
　　　　・１０分たっても迎えの車が来ないため、こちらから
　　　　　現地連絡先へ電話したところ、５分で到着するとの由
　　　　　結果５分経過しても迎えの車は来なかった。

　　　　・更に１０分経過後、再度、こちらから電話した所
　　　　　確認して折り返すとの由
　　　　　結果、１時間たっても一切の連絡なし。

We participated in a plan with transportation for a total of four people, including a 3-year-old and a 0-year-old. The hotel we stayed at was not the designated pickup location, but a nearby hotel was specified for the pickup based on our application. We brought a stroller of the buggy type, and it was transported and used without any issues.

We were lucky to see whales multiple times. On the deck, we enjoyed the breeze, and even from the indoor area with tables and chairs, we could sit and watch the whales, allowing us to see them from either environment. The 3-year-old was entertained throughout the experience.

The explanations and announcements (such as the direction of the whales) were in English. Although the kids did not get seasick, I thought it would have been nice to have the option for my husband to take motion sickness medication since he experienced seasickness.

私たちは運が良くクジラを何度も見ることができました。デッキ上は風を感じながら楽しめ、テーブル椅子がある室内からでも座りながらクジラが見れたりと、環境に合わせてどちらからでもクジラが見れます。3歳の子も最後まで飽きずに楽しんでいました。
説明やアナウンス（クジラのいる方向など）は英語です。
子供達は船酔いしなかったものの、旦那が船酔いをしていたため、酔い止めを飲む選択もあったら良かったかなと思いました。

I was looking forward to horseback riding and shopping in North Shore, but unfortunately, the weather turned bad, and I had to cancel the horseback riding. The roads became like rivers, so I ended up spending about three hours in a café. I definitely want to try again next time!

We had a family of eight on this tour and all enjoyed themselves.

The bus arrived at our pickup point on time. The driver/host was very knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor as well as other local sites. The only slight drawback was the sound system on the bus was acting up and occasionally produced feedback (no the fault of the driver/host). She dealt with it as best she could.

We arrived at all the tour points of interest on time and had plenty of time to view each. Given the clear instructions from the driver/host, we knew exactly when to be where.

The lunch was good and the location in the aviation museum was enjoyable.

We finally were returned to the pickup point, also on time.

All-in-all a very enjoyable and interesting day. I highly recommend it.

The drivers and guides were efficient and pleasant. I was glad to arrive at the hotel smoothly. There were many suitcases placed in the luggage area of the vehicle, but there was one suitcase that was placed unsteadily on the upper shelf, which made me a bit worried it might fall during the turns, but it was fine.

The malasadas and garlic shrimp were incredibly delicious, and the nuts and coffee were perfect souvenirs! The acai bowl on the North Shore was also tasty! It was a truly fulfilling tour, and both my daughter and husband were very satisfied! Thank you very much!♪

Our guide Sean really made the tour with his local knowledge and details. He has so much information and insights to share and was really the best tour guide out of all the tours I've ever done on the islands. We spent a lot of time at the McGarrett house, and also met Shawn, "Cousin Flippa" who was really kind and spent time with us answering questions. Everyone was hospitable and made the day fun. Even though the show was filmed on many parts of the island, and it'd take a full day to see more locations, this did hit the highlights like Danno's thinking spot, the highlight was McGarrett's house, and also 5-0 headquarters. It was fun to talk about the show with other fans!

The day before the experience, it was raining heavily, so I was worried about the weather, but those worries were unnecessary as it turned out to be a clear day. The waves were not high, and I was able to participate with a calm mind. However, on the day we participated, no whales appeared... I was disappointed since we joined to see whales, but it was my first time cruising on a boat in Hawaii, and as I was taking in the scenery, I realized that we were approaching the goal before I knew it! After the experience, tickets for a return trip on the boat were distributed! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

We did not see any whales after going twice on the trip but nonetheless the staff was very helpful, encouraging, and fun! Just a bit of bad luck with the whales! The cruise was easy and there was plenty of space on the ship. At the end of the day, it was a lovely whaleless cruise along the coast which was relaxing and enjoyable.

I used the service for the first time.
Even after getting off at the airport, there was a vibrant (in a good way, tropical ☺️) guide holding a sign to welcome me, so I was able to board the shuttle bus without getting lost.
The bus windows were large, allowing me to enjoy the scenery on the way to the hotel.
I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

I sometimes use HIS, but I have mostly relied on this service for early morning flights on my return. Although Japanese is not spoken, I can use it without much English. The drivers are very kind and carry heavy luggage to the trunk without a hint of displeasure. The temperature inside the car was comfortable, and local radio played Hawaiian music, allowing me to feel the essence of Hawaii until the very end. I am very grateful for that. I will definitely use this service again!

We were able to witness breaching, which we had only seen on TV, right in front of us multiple times! I think there must be some timing involved, but it felt like we were quite lucky on the day we participated. My 6-year-old was captivated by the whales they saw for the first time. We created wonderful memories in Hawaii.

I was looking forward to participating since they were confident about whale watching. They mentioned that if we didn't see any whales, we would receive a free pass for the next time. The explanations were easy to understand, and they said that humpback whales come up to breathe every 45 minutes. We saw over 30 whales swimming around, but they were hard to spot. Just when I was about to give up, suddenly they appeared! The first one was a baby, and the second was an adult whale, posing beautifully with Diamond Head in the background! It was an incredibly satisfying tour. It might be a good idea to have some motion sickness medication on hand.

We booked Hollywood tour at Kualoa ranch with our 2 little kids and we really enjoyed the experience. We also paid for pick up and drop off to Waikiki, which was really convenient.

The guide on the bus was really good and had lots of good information to share. We also enjoyed his humour.

Overall, we enjoyed the experience and will come back again.

Missed the Boat

Sadly due to traffic I missed the boat by a minute I had checked how long it would take to get there when planning my leave time and I was quoted 45 every time when I was staying only 25 miles away however traffic was crazy and it ended up being an hour and a half drive we pulled into parking at exactly 1745 and the boat was pulling out as I was running to it. Gave a rating of Good because the boat left exactly on time and if I had been on board that would have been great

I was unsure which course to choose, but I decided on this one based on everyone's reviews. I had a great time all day, and I think it was good that meals were included. I was worried about the bad weather, but I was able to see the second performance on the boat, and especially the staff on the boat made it a lot of fun, so it became a wonderful memory.

一日中楽しめましたし、食事も付いてたしよかったと思います。
あいにくの空模様で心配してたのですが、船の上で二次も見ることができ、特に船のスタッフの方がいろいろ楽しませてくれたのでとてもいい思い出になりました。

It was my first time seeing a pineapple plant. It was a fun tour where I got to see cute baby pineapples and even do some tastings. On the way back, we each received a pineapple as a souvenir. It was very sweet and juicy. I might have seen a yellow pineapple for the first time!
