The pickup time was three and a half hours before the flight, but the hotel pickup was over 15 minutes late, and I had to call twice to inquire about it. The response was poor. Furthermore, we went to four other hotels in Waikiki, which took an additional 30 minutes. Despite having informed them of the airline, we were all dropped off at Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 2. We ended up walking unnecessarily to change terminals. I think taking a taxi would be cheaper and faster.

The wonderful sunset from above the clouds, the starry sky that feels within reach—it's an indescribable view that left me completely satisfied. While there were many visitors at the summit, we occupied a slightly distant scenic spot on this tour. I was able to leisurely enjoy the sunset and the starry sky while eating poke bowls. Since we went up to 3,000 meters, we took breaks along the way, allowing us to ascend at a comfortable pace. I thought this tour would be suitable even for those with weaker legs. I learned a lot about photography and was able to take stunning photos and time-lapses!

I was torn between choosing the sunrise or this tour, but I absolutely recommend this one. Above all, I was touched by the hospitality of our guide, Mr. Yamap, who shared fun stories and even prepared warm drinks for us.

After arriving at Honolulu Airport, the shuttle bus arrives at the bus terminal without much waiting. It takes about an hour to get to hotels in Waikiki by either bus or taxi. Taxis are expensive and have been getting pricier each year. I recommend this shuttle bus.

I used this service to reduce stress during the peak Obon season. It's convenient, but the price is still high, so I give it 4 stars.
- After exiting the personal exit, the staff is hard to understand.
- Use the staff in the yellow aloha shirts as a landmark; when you go to the designated area, there is a small desk for check-in.
- Since other flights arrive together, the waiting time is long. Given the price, I wish they would operate more consistently.

I was able to fully enjoy the nature-rich Kauai Island. I truly had a wonderful experience.

Of course, I got to see the Fern Grotto and Waimea Canyon, known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, as well as the valleys and waterfalls visible along the way. The lunch sandwiches were delicious too! In addition to the beautiful natural scenery, we also stopped by a Kauai coffee shop where I could enjoy some very drinkable coffee. The driver and guide were friendly and skilled at driving. I would like to sign up for a tour with Polynesian Adventure again on my future travels.

We received amazing service my wife and I! We celebrated our 1 month anniversary being married and Armando took outstanding care of us and we had such an amazing time. At the very end of the night we were pleasantly surprised with the song we played for our first dance on our wedding day, we were invited to dance up front and the servers were so enthusiastic and fun the entire time. 11/10 would recommend to a friend and we will be returning next special occasion!!

It was helpful that the cost was lower compared to taking a taxi. Since it was a partner hotel, I was taken right in front of the hotel. Additionally, my flight was changed at the last minute, but they were able to accommodate the time change as well.

There were 4 adults in our group. The novice tour was fantastic. Joe was our tour guide and she was awesome! She made sure we were comfortable before taking off. Explaining every step of the way. Very knowledgeable of the area. There were a couple of challenges along the way (we had never ridden e-bikes before) but it was exactly what I had expected as far as the bike ride went and the tour was even better. If you are a movie buff or just want to see the views it is a great all around. Highly recommend the novice e-bike tour.

In the morning, we had a cruise, followed by a location tour in the afternoon. The cruise involved transferring from a bus to a boat, and then to the cruise ship. On the cruise ship, there was an entertaining aspect where we got splashed with waves before reaching the turnaround point, and if you’re at the bow on the first floor, you will get soaked. Even on the second floor bow, you will get quite wet, so I think it’s fine to enjoy it there knowing that.

The lunch buffet was typically American and quite hearty, but we could also enjoy juice, fruits, lemon cake, and chocolate chip cookies. The movie location tour provided information in English about where filming took place, but it was in a field… and I dozed off a bit due to the bumps in the car. At the end, we had 10 minutes to take photos at a location with many fossil-like features.

The return bus started check-in after 3 PM, and we departed early, which was good since there wasn’t much to do. Overall, it was a fun day, and the guide was cheerful, making it a great experience.

クルーズは初めにバス移動→舟→クルーズ船と乗り換えしていきます。
クルーズ船では折返し地点前から激しく波のしぶきを浴びるエンターテイメント性があり、一階の船首にいるとびしょ濡れになります。二階の船首でもかなりビショビショになりますので、それを承知で船首で楽しむもよしだと思います。
ランチブッフェはアメリカらしい大味ですが、ジュース、果物やレモンケーキ、チョコチップクッキーなども食べれます。
映画ロケ地ツアーは英語でここで撮影された〜等の案内がありますが、そこは原っぱで…車の揺れでウトウトしてしまいました。最後は化石風のものがたくさんの撮影場所で10分間各々撮影。
帰りのバスは15時すぎにはチェックインが始まりら早めに出発しました。することがなかったので、これはよかったです。
いずれも楽しく、案内役の方も陽気でよい一日となりました。

I could see so many stars, and even the Milky Way, which was amazing! The two guides were very nice and it was helpful that they could communicate in both English and Japanese. It was cold at the summit, but the sandwiches and cocoa were delicious, making it a very satisfying tour.

The shuttle did not arrive at the meeting point even after five minutes, so I called to inquire. I was informed that there was a parade that day, causing a major traffic jam, and that it would be delayed by ten minutes. I received a clear explanation of the history of the Kingdom of Hawaii in Japanese. It was a meet-up at the location, but it was close to the bus stop, and since the area is residential, it was fine. It was my first time doing hula dancing, but they taught it slowly, so I was able to keep up! Making leis was also fun. I highly recommend it!

My family and I had such an amazing time at this Luau. Felt so welcomed, the staff was so friendly and organized. Really appreciated the digital photos included and the veggie dish I received was so yummy!

The tour was awesome. My 13 and 11 year old loved it and loved getting to hear all the stories of the different actors that have been there and left wanting to watch a ton of movies! Sam was great and so was our tour guide! Loved being able to get off and take pictures at different spots
