It was a lovely experience! Crew was amazing and entertainment was fun. Food was also very good. Only issue I had was I ordered 2 Mai tias. One alcoholic ,one non alcoholic and they charged me same price for each…$10 a piece. I do not think a drink that only contained fruit juice and no alcohol should have been the same price.
Other then that, it was a beautiful cruise

I was informed in advance that there might not be staff at the airport desk during my flight's arrival time, so I was advised to call for assistance. However, I was able to quickly find the yellow desk, and there were staff members present, which was a relief. The driver was a local who spoke only English, and my fellow passengers were all Americans, but the ride went smoothly, and the driver was very kind, which I appreciated.

Since my arrival was on a domestic flight in the evening, the airport was quiet, and there was no one at the designated location or counter. When I went outside and asked a bus driver who looked like the one in the photo, he told me that "Veltora" was different and directed me to ask over there, leading me to the international terminal. However, I couldn't find the place he mentioned, and when I called the local contact, they only spoke English. Somehow, I managed to return to the original domestic flight counter, and while I was going back, a person in green clothing said they would look for me. The weather was perfect after the typhoon, and with the new moon, it was the best day for stargazing. Thanks to the frequent breaks we took on the way to the summit, I didn't suffer from altitude sickness and was able to fully enjoy the breathtaking views. Being taken to a hidden spot where we could see the stars in a 360° view was incredibly moving, as I could recognize the constellations as they are. The recommendations at the supermarket and the warm tea at the summit showed the wonderful thoughtfulness and character of Yamapi, and I never expected to receive such hospitality abroad. This became my best memory from my trip to Maui. I would love to participate again in a different season. Thank you!

I joined this tour because I wanted to explore the North Shore.

Out of the three options, I chose Waimea Valley, which seemed to offer an experience of Hawaii's plants and nature, and it was a great choice. It felt more like a botanical garden than just nature, with a variety of plants to see, and the paths are paved and very easy to walk on. I hardly saw any Japanese tourists, which is surprising because it's really nice. Also, since you can swim at the waterfall, it might be a good idea to wear a swimsuit under your clothes.

In Haleiwa, I followed the typical tourist route, enjoying garlic shrimp and Matsumoto Shave Ice, and then I strolled along the beach, gazing at the ocean.

The driver and guide was Japanese, and although he wasn't very talkative, he shared a lot of information about Dole and Haleiwa along the way.

ノースショアを見て回りたいということでこのツアーに参加しました。

3つあるオプションのうち、ハワイの植物や自然が体験できそうなワイメア渓谷を選んだのですがこれが大当たりでした。自然というか植物園という感じで、様々な植物を見れますし、道は舗装されていてとても歩きやすいです。日本人は殆ど見かけませんでした。すごくいいのに。
あと滝では泳ぐこともできるので下着として水着を着ていくと良いかも。

ハレイワでは観光客のお定まりのコースですが、ガーリックシュリンプとマツモトシェイブアイスを食べ、てくてく歩いてビーチで海をぼんやり眺めてきました。

運転手兼ガイドさんは日本の方で、口数は多くありませんが途中のドールやハレイワについて色々教えていただきました。

We had such a great time. Our guides were so patient and fun. I would say to prepare for a few uphill hikes to next line but guides stayed with us all the time. Their experience, humor and knowledge made the experience a lot of fun. I would definately recommend to the new zipper and to the experienced. Just do it. Ask for Koa and Talen.

We took water but the guides had plenty. The views were amazing.

We've been on many excursions during our travels, but this one was by far the most memorable and breathtaking. Yoshi, our guide, was incredibly friendly and professional—one of the best we've ever had. We appreciated the seamless pick-up and drop-off service, and Yoshi made the long ride enjoyable with his great conversation. He's also perfectly bilingual in English and Japanese, which was a huge plus.

The view from the Haleakalā summit and the experience of watching the sunset were beyond words. We loved every moment of it and wouldn't hesitate to do it again!

It's an affordable and valuable shared bus service that takes you from the airport to The Kahala Hotel & Resort. Just go outside the airport and look for someone in a yellow shirt, and you'll be fine. They also speak Japanese, which is reassuring. After sitting on a bench at the bus stop for a while, your name will be called. The bus stops at two locations in Waikiki before heading to Kahala. For some reason, I was dropped off not in front of the Kahala Hotel lobby, but just before the rotary, and I had to walk about 50 meters. I was told in English that they couldn't drive into the lobby, but I didn't quite understand.

There were quite a few participants on the day, and we set off in two vehicles. Fortunately for our group, which consisted only of Japanese people, we had a guide named Shotaro who spoke Japanese and had a middle name. At the Onizuka Visitor Information Center, the fog thickened along the route to the summit, and we waited for about 30 minutes, worried that the tour might be canceled. However, the fog cleared, and we made it to the summit. The view was spectacular, with Maui Island peeking out beyond the sea of clouds. After descending to the parking lot, we enjoyed stargazing under a sky where the moon was at 29%, and we could see the Milky Way quite well. While sipping warm cocoa, we observed the night sky with the naked eye (including moving satellites) and used a telescope to view the moon's craters, taking many photos. It was a wonderful memory.

当日の参加者が結構多く、2台に分乗して出発しましたが、日本人だけのグループだった我々には運良くショウタロウさんというミドルネームをもった日本語のできるガイドさんがついてくれました。オニズカ・ビジター韻フメーションセンターでは山頂までのの区間で霧が濃くなり30分ほど待機、ツアーが中止になるのではとヒヤヒヤしましたが、なんとか霧が晴れて山頂へ。山頂からは雲海の向こうにマウイ島が顔を出しているのが確認できるなど最高の景色でした。途中の駐車場まで降りてからの星空観察は月が29％の状態で天の川観察もまずまず。暖かいココアを頂きながら肉眼で星空（動いている人工衛星も）、望遠鏡で月のクレーターを観察し、写真も沢山撮って頂きました。とても良い記念になりました。

This was a great/relaxing experience. Nice cruise up and down the river, good historical information, and easy walk to the grotto. Well worth the time. If you have any problems walking then do not try this. The walk is short but why pay just for a boat ride? This was worth MY time and I would do it again.
