As soon as I exited the group exit, I saw a staff member from Roberts wearing an aloha shirt, so it was easy to find. When I informed them of my reservation, they checked it on their pad and placed a shell lei around my neck. I hadn't signed up for the lei service, so it was a pleasant surprise. After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, I was guided to a beautiful vehicle that could hold around 10 people, and we departed right away. Since we were at the Ala Moana Hotel, we were the first to be dropped off, which was very quick. I had already paid in advance, including the tip, so there were no issues at all. I would definitely like to use this service again!

I was a bit anxious about the route to the airport as it wasn't the one I knew; it went through a downtown-like area and was explained almost like a city tour, mentioning Chinatown and art. As a result, it took 45 minutes to get from the Ala Moana area, which usually takes about 20 minutes. Honolulu Airport takes time for departures, so I was quite nervous. The driver seemed to be enjoying himself, but the other passengers, including myself, felt a bit cold. I think it varies by driver, but it was somewhat bothersome. Given the good service from the airport to the hotel, it was disappointing on the return trip.

It's unfortunate that the morning shuttle bus was too cold due to the air conditioning (laughs). For lunch, the buffet is better inside the house rather than outside where the birds come; a spacious building would be nice!

On a positive note, there was a mix-up with the order of activities upon arrival, but it was quickly corrected. After that, we smoothly enjoyed the attractions and had a memorable and fun day (the whole family is very grateful).

I used the service for the first time. There is a service counter right after you exit the gate, which is very easy to find and convenient. I had a lot of luggage, including a golf bag, but the shuttle bus was more affordable and comfortable than a taxi. I will definitely use it again next time!

The map I had in mind was a bit different, but everything turned out fine. I'm really grateful to the two staff members from Roberts. If I have the chance, I will use your services again.
