The tour, which included not only horseback riding but also visits to Dole Plantation and Haleiwa Town, was very satisfying for us as we aimed to ride horses! I thought the 45 minutes of riding time might be short, but I was able to see many beautiful landscapes and truly feel the essence of Hawaii! I participated in the Segway Kailua Kona Sunset Tour (120 minutes) with a Japanese guide along with my parents.

Before riding on public roads, we practiced how to ride multiple times in the office with great care.

Even for someone like me who is not very athletic, our Japanese guide, Masako, patiently taught me until I felt comfortable riding without any hesitation. During the ride, she provided detailed instructions on what to watch out for, such as obstacles, bumps, and manholes. My retired parents were also very happy to participate, as there were explanations of the sights in Japanese, which made them feel at ease. The sunset tour included beautiful night views along the coast, a botanical garden, and riding on an old runway, making it a unique experience that you can't find in Japan. I highly recommend it.

I used a taxi for round trips to the airport, but since it wasn't a rushed trip, I started using Roberts last year. Last year, I had a cheerful driver who talked almost the entire way to the hotel. He was very patient with my broken English. This year, I had a somewhat quiet driver. However, I didn't feel dissatisfied and arrived at the airport safely.

It may be considered ordinary, but I'm satisfied because I could travel at a low cost.

I would like to use it again next time.

The waves were high, so we couldn't see the sea turtles, but the weather was great, and the horses were very smart, making for a fun horseback riding experience!

Since I brought my camera, I was able to take wonderful photos with pineapples and the sky at Dole. I think it's one of the best spots to utilize your camera! Additionally, the guide provided us with little tidbits of information and insights into Hawaiian history, as well as future information about Hawaii, which was very helpful. There was so much information that you wouldn't find in a guidebook, and the local guide was, above all, the best guidebook!

Passport to Pearl Harbor Ticket - Official One-Day Admission & Self-Guided Tour

Don't waste your money on a guided, "skip the line" tour. This ticket is all you need to see everything at Pearl Harbor. You will need to get your own transportation to/from Pearl Harbor but there are options, TheBus.org, The Waikiki Trolley, Uber/Lyft, etc.

We arrived around 8:00 AM on a Saturday and walked right up to the ticket counter to get our ticket and then again right up to the USS Arizona Memorial ticket counter to get this ticket. NO waiting, NO line, NO worry of not getting in on one of the 1300 free USS Arizona Memorial tickets.

The audio tours of the USS Arizona Memorial (note due to maintenance issues we could not get off at the USS Arizona Memorial but we still took the boat tour around it) & the USS Bowfin were great and allow you to go at your own pace. We took the guided tour of the USS Missouri and then you have time at the end to wonder around below deck on your own. There was one additional stop included but we chose not to get off there. This gives you complete flexibility of how to spend your day at Pearl Harbor.

There are a few food options. We chose the food truck at the USS Missouri. It was very good.

This is a Must Do for any American! Very educational and sobering.

I waited at the rotary in front of the lobby and in front of the hotel, but no car came. I couldn't reach the main contact number, but when I called the reconfirmation number, I was able to get through. I was told that the bus had already passed. They said they would check with the driver to see if he could come back, and it seemed like it would be fine. However, later I received a call saying that they could not come back and that I could not join the tour. They mentioned that they would issue a refund, which I accepted, but when I checked later that same day out of concern, the person who promised the refund did not come to confirm. In the end, I contacted Veltra, and they were able to confirm things, but the local tour company could not verify the facts until the end. Ultimately, the refund was made thanks to Veltra's assistance. There are issues with the local tour company's response. For those who will participate in the future, it is necessary to confirm the meeting point with the hotel and to ensure that you have a contact number for the local tour company that you can reach in case of emergencies.

I highly recommend you go! I love Jurassic Park, and I was excited to visit, but it was even more enjoyable than I expected! There was support in Japanese, so I had no difficulties. When it started to rain, they even provided ponchos. The production was wonderful, and the staff were cheerful and fantastic. Thank you so much!!!

We climbed the mountain in a full car under a cloudy sky with some fog. I was half giving up, thinking that we wouldn't be able to see the sunset or the starry sky. We were lent warm clothes, had lunch, and took some time to acclimatize before heading to the summit. At first, we couldn't see anything due to the fog, but around sunset, the fog cleared up nicely, and we were able to see the sunset, which was breathtaking. Initially, at the first observation point, we couldn't see the stars because of the fog, but at the next location, the beauty of the Milky Way and other sights overwhelmed us in no time. I applied online to receive the tour photos, but I'm a bit concerned as I haven't received a response yet.

If you're going to the Big Island, I highly recommend it! You can see the best sunset and, surprisingly, a lot of stars. The explanations about the mountains and constellations along the way were very easy to understand, and the attention to guests was excellent! While the weather can be a factor, I hope you get to experience the view from above the clouds.

We toured with Kane who was knowledgeable and attentive. Felt safe driving up, and he made sure the group stayed together. Only thing is, since they feed us pastries when we first get to the lounge. I didn't really feel up to breakfast because it was a long morning and wanted to go back to the resort and rest. The experience alone was amazing, far more than I expected. I recommend booking this trip.

When you arrive at Honolulu Airport, go left and head to the counter on the right from the group exit. When you say your name, they will guide you to the boarding area. The lady who assisted us spoke Japanese. The driver and others only spoke English, but they were cheerful and provided local information while taking us. Since we were going to the Ala Moana Hotel, we were the first drop-off on the way there and the last pick-up on the way back, which was efficient. As mentioned in reviews, they don't stop at more than five hotels, and indeed, there were only about three or four other groups. It takes about 20 minutes to get there, which is helpful.

I rated this tour one star, but there were no issues with the content of the tour or the guide's response. However, it seems we fell into the 10% of the 90% clear skies on our observation day, as we could only see a faint sunset and just three stars in the night sky (three stars...). Therefore, my satisfaction level for the sunset and stargazing tour was zero. There's nothing we can do about the weather. Since we participated on the fourth day after the hurricane passed, the road from the Onizuka Visitor Center to the summit was reportedly closed due to landslides. The guide kindly explained this at pickup, and at that point, we could cancel for a full refund. We decided to participate, and by the time we arrived at the Onizuka Visitor Center, the road to the summit had reopened. However, it seems some people canceled on the day. Our guide, Matsuzaki, did his best to keep the spirits up despite only seeing a little bit of the sun at the summit, and he took many photos for us. During the stargazing, he diligently searched for a spot without clouds and explained the stars to the participants, who were feeling quite down since we couldn't see any stars at all (laughs). In the car on the way back, everyone had a somber atmosphere, and I think the guide felt quite uncomfortable. However, I believe the content was wonderful. If I ever come back to the Big Island, I would like to participate with this company again.

評価を★一つにしてしまいましたが、ツアーの内容もガイドの方の対応も全く問題はありません。ただし私たちの観測日は晴天率90％の中で10%にあたってしまったらしく、サンセットもわずかな光しか見えず、星空にいたっては目視できた星は3つだったため（３つって・・・）、サンセット＆星空観測のためのツアーとしては満足度ゼロとなりました。天候ばかりは仕方がありません。ハリケーン通過後、4日目の参加だったのでオニヅカビジターセンターから山頂への道が土砂崩れ等で、お迎え時の情報では閉鎖されていました。お迎え時、ガイドの方がそのことを丁寧に説明してくれ、この時点でキャンセルしても100%返金されます。私たちは参加し、結果的にオニヅカビジターセンター到着時に閉鎖していた山頂への道も解除となりましたが、当日キャンセルをされた方もいるようでした。ガイドの松崎さんは山頂でもわずかな太陽しか見えない中、一生懸命盛り上げてくれ、たくさんの写真も撮ってくださいました。星空観測でも雲がない場所を懸命に探してくれ、テンションだだ下がりの参加者達に星が全く見えない中、懸命に星空の説明をしていただきました（笑）。帰りの車の中では参加者一様、葬式みたいな雰囲気でガイドの方もいたたまれなかったと思いますが、内容としては素晴らしいと思います。またいつかハワイ島に来ることがありましたら、こちらの会社で参加したいと思いました。
