The pickup was on time. They announced it loudly, so I understood right away! During the transfer, the driver explained about the city as we went along.

For check-in, we operated the tablets individually, signed the consent form, and stored our luggage in lockers while we waited. It's best to put all your belongings in the locker! This includes hats and sunglasses!

The instructor helped us get our gear ready and taught us how to fly! I'm not very good at English, but the instructor mixed in some Japanese, which made it easy to understand.

Then, it was time to board the plane... The ascent was the most nerve-wracking part, but once we were flying, it felt amazing and was truly the best experience!!! My ears popped and hurt a bit, but afterward, it was average. I would definitely love to participate again if I have the chance.

Everything was in English, but I could somewhat understand it with a few words I caught here and there. The staff were very considerate, and I was able to fully enjoy nature for two hours! I think it's best to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty or even throwing away. My nose got completely black, haha!

The adventure starts with kayaking out of the marina and up the river. The current is very slow, so you have plenty of photo opportunities and chances to enjoy the views. Wear a hat and sunscreen, you don't have shade for much of this portion.
Next is a hike through the rainforest. 95% of the hike is easy. There are a few river crossings, muddy inclines, and slippery/uneven footings. The hike is definitely not grueling, and I never felt tired. But if someone had mobility or balance issues, they would struggle at a few spots. I'd take my kids, but not my grandma.
Third is lunch at the waterfall. It's an uneven/rocky area, but our lunch was good. The views here are amazing. The pool of water is VERY cold. It's shallow enough to walk all the way under the waterfall.
You get about an hour at the waterfall. Then you hike and kayak back to where you started.
Our guide was Justice. He was very knowledgeable about the plants, wildlife, and history of the area. He had lots of interesting stories. The trip was enjoyable & he definitely added to the fun. Justice will tell you that "Hawaii is magic" and after this vacation we might agree.
When we eventually make it back to Kauai, visiting the waterfall will surely be on the list of activities.

We had 2 different drivers, one for DH and one for the waterfall. Both were excellent. They had waters for the end of the trip, and the waterfall driver had bug spray and walking sticks for everyone who needed them. They were both knowledgeable about the trails and gave great tips. Excellent!!

Having watched Top Gun and being impressed by the wonders of flying, I never expected to have a similar experience in Hawaii. The price isn't cheap, but it will definitely become a lifelong memory!

My son, who is 7 years old, was able to pilot the plane without being particularly scared, thanks to the careful guidance of the Japanese staff.

After the flight, we were able to relax in a homely atmosphere and arrived in New York feeling energized.

The explanation for horseback riding was not a problem since there was a video in Japanese. We were part of a short tour with a group of seven people, including three Americans (a parent and child) and two young Asian women. One of the buggy drivers had studied in Japan and arranged for us to receive the photos he took via email (for free).

The only disappointing thing was that the longest line was closed. I want to challenge myself again.

This is my third departure so far, but I think the previous buggy experience was more enjoyable. The reason is that during trips to a certain country, we were told not to go to places where buggies are allowed, which led to a boring course, as I heard from the staff.

If those who do not keep their promises are not allowed to ride the buggy, I believe we could have a more varied course. Recently, the quality of participants has declined, and they have stopped listening to the guides, resulting in just riding the buggy without any exploration.

I would like to participate again if we could have a fun sightseeing course like in the past, with people who keep their promises. From now on, I think it would be safer and more enjoyable to take all tourists from a certain country by bus instead of using buggies.

If I want to see various movie sets, I think a different movie course would be better. However, I appreciated that all the staff were kind and helpful. I believe it will improve even more as more Japanese tourists come and the quality of travelers increases.

あくまでバギーでなくて、いろんな映画の舞台を見に行きたいと思えば、違う映画のコースの方が良いと思います。
でもスタッフが全て優しくて良かったと思います。

I participated with my family (ages 7 to 70). It was the 7-year-old's first time horse trekking, but the horse was very well-behaved and responded well to the reins. Along the course, there were cows and birds, and unfamiliar flowers were blooming, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely and relaxed conversation while taking in the sights. Photography and video recording are allowed, and since the pace is slow, it's definitely possible.

On the day we participated, there were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but all the staff were very kind, and we could communicate well through expressions and gestures. Large luggage can be stored at the reception, and you can participate while carrying a small crossbody bag. They take photos along the way, but you can download them later for a fee. The restroom with running water was clean, but it was unfortunate that there was no soap at the handwashing station.
