If you like adventure in an area you have not explored before, this is for you. We had a side-by-side thrilling ride to an amazing waterfall. The view is breathtaking and the water so refreshing. Water was great to cool off and clean up a bit. Amanda, Alysha, and Saire were excellent guides. They were very helpful and extremely personable. We highly recommend this Big Island adventure.

Tommy picked us up early at a neighboring hotel/resort. As soon as we arrived, he mentioned me and my son by name and I signed a sheet stating we were present. He was kind, patient, relaxed and informative about the area offering great suggestions on different locations. This experience included our entrance fee to Diamond Head State Monument, transportation to and from the hotel. Our hike was moderate and offered beautiful scenery and awesome photo opportunities. The only area I felt somewhat claustrophobic was going into the tunnel on the way up. Tommy provided cold as well as room temperature water and the ride back was comfortable and convenient as we were dropped off right in front of our resort. Thank you for a great experience! Mahalo!

The rain-soaked grasslands looked beautiful. In the midst of all this, a family of wild pigs, about ten of them, crossed the path like a scene from a movie. The two and a half hours flew by. It was truly a wonderful experience. I really want to go again!

It was the best experience. The two-hour horseback riding was fulfilling, taking us from the ocean side of Kualoa Ranch through the plateau where Jurassic World was filmed. Throughout the two hours, the guide moved to the front, the middle, and the back, carefully following each person. It was my first time riding for such a long duration, and I was nervous at first, but the guide's support allowed me to ride with peace of mind. At some point, I felt a connection with the horse, and I couldn't help but find it adorable. Before the ride, the guide mounted a horse and explained how to ride. (Japanese participants are shown a Japanese video without needing to request it.)

Due to age restrictions, I went ahead to Kualoa Ranch with my older child for horseback riding, and in the afternoon, I met up with my husband and younger child to enjoy the buggies. We enjoyed our day. The staff were organized and very friendly. They ensured everyone was safe and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed being able to explore the property and look at the waterfalls. We had a nice time sitting by the waterfall and having time to enjoy going in the water. We were a bit disappointed by the ride itself as were are more seasoned and experienced riders. The pace was very geared to beginners and some guests had no clue what they were doing and that slowed the activity. We also hoped to have a ride close by ocean and that isn’t part of this activity, not their fault. I should have looked into that more. We basically road around through trails in a field. One last bit of advice, they should chill the drink they serve better. We appreciated though being provided a drink and snack part way through.

Great zip line experience! Beautiful scenery. Always felt safe. Guides were awesome! I was worried about transportation from cruise ship and back. We caught a taxi and same guy came back to pick us up. No problem.
