We only found out about this tour because we knew a local person. There’s no sign at the road near the bay as to where to turn or park. Parking cost $38 in the public beach parking area. Once you get to the parking lot, there’s no sign as to where the boat is docked or where the kiosk for the tour company is. One girl working the kiosk told us that they didn’t offer glass bottom boat tours; the kiosk name matched our reservation. The website is very unfriendly. The tour guide was good but the captain could go a bit slower when over a reef so that we unfamiliar with it can focus our eyes to see the fish.

Kool show super packed parking was crazy I recommend parking off site because 200 people plus a fishing tournament and whatever else is happening in the area leaving at the same time it took 45 min just to get out of the parking lot.

There were 10 participants and 2 instructors. They were kind and friendly, but everything was in English. However, it was manageable. The atmosphere, gestures, and finally mimicking everyone worked out fine. It was truly a fun time. I will definitely go again, of course as an individual participant!

We enjoyed a great day learning and exploring the Volcanos, Craters, Lava Tubes. The bus was clean and on time, the tour guide (Torrie) was really good and informative. I was very satisfied with the lucky tour filled with rainbows, sunsets, dolphins, and manta rays. I requested hotel pickup as it was included in the tour, but since most people rent cars on the Big Island, that might have been a better option. It's essential to prepare a jacket for the return boat ride, as it gets cold and chilly. I had a great time!

I highly recommend this luau. I was very satisfied with the delicious food and entertainment.

The process starts with checking in at the hotel, after which you are guided to outdoor party tables. Before the show begins, there is a drink bar and interactive activities. You can enjoy free games, a dance experience, and watch the digging up of kalua pig, which is cooked in an underground oven called an imu. Everyone was taking lots of videos and photos! Please note that this activity ends fairly early.

The buffet meal is followed by the grand entrance of King Kamehameha from the sea, and the show starts on stage! There are plenty of dances and songs inspired by Tahiti and Samoa, the ancestors of Hawaiians. The final fire dance was breathtaking. The emcee speaks entirely in English, but I think you can enjoy it fully even if you don't catch everything.

To be honest, I hesitated about whether to participate due to the price, but I ended up being very satisfied.

◆ One point to note is to arrive early for check-in. Check-in starts at 5:15 PM, but when we arrived at 4:45 PM, there were already about ten groups in line. Seating is assigned in the order of check-in, and you proceed to the activities from there, so if you check in late, it might be difficult to participate in the activities.

ブッフェのお食事、海からのカメハメハ王の登場に続いてステージでショーがスタート！
ハワイアンの祖先であるタヒチやサモア風のダンスや歌が盛りだくさん。最後のファイアーダンスは圧巻でした。
司会はすべて英語ですが、すべてを聞き取れなくても充分に楽しめる内容だと思います。
正直なところ、お値段的に参加するかどうか迷いましたが結果は大満足です。

◆注意点は早めに受付に行くことかと思います。
受付スタートは17:15-ですが、私たちが16:45に行った時にはすでに10組ほどが並んでいました。席は受付順で案内され、その流れでアクティビティに進むので、受付が遅くなるとアクティビティ参加がむずかしくなるかもしれません。

I was looking forward to the fire dance, but it was canceled, and the show ended about an hour earlier than scheduled, which was disappointing. Can I really meet Manta rays!? When I entered the sea and looked around, there were so many sea urchins, and yes, there they were! I was able to see a lot of Manta rays. At first, they swam back and forth near the seabed, and after about 10 minutes, they showed me their bellies. They really came close enough to touch. My husband was so excited that he got to touch them with his fins! I've seen sea turtles a few times, but this was the most thrilling experience. The hot chocolate was delicious!

This is a tour that starts at sunset. The sunset is incredibly beautiful!

We were firmly reminded not to touch the manta rays, and after receiving some additional explanations, we dove into the sea. For the first few minutes, we couldn't see anything, and I thought maybe today would be a bust, but suddenly one appeared right in front of me. They circled around multiple times, and not just once, but several times, two of them came in a line. Although we were told not to touch them, my husband ended up getting touched by a manta ray, and we were both so excited. Our Japanese guide, Tamae, was very kind and helpful.

Since we were in the water for a long time, our bodies got cold. Renting a wetsuit was a good decision, but we didn't take it off when we returned to the boat, and we ended up freezing. It would have been better to take off the suit and wrap ourselves in towels once we got out. The hot chocolate they handed out was soothing for our chilled bodies.

I thought we would have to pay for the photos the guide was taking, but to my pleasant surprise, they sent the data directly to our phones right away.

If you rent a car, the meeting location is easy to find, so you won't have any trouble. Above all, the experience made the tour price feel very reasonable. If you come to the Big Island, you should definitely try this!

マンタには絶対触れない‼️事を念を押され、その他説明を受けて海へダイブ、最初の数分は見られなくて、今日はハズレなのかなぁ〜なんて思ったらいきなり目の前に現れる。何回も旋回して目の前にも現れてくれるし、一回だけじゃなく何回も来てくれて2匹が列組んで来たり絶対に触れてはいけないと言われましたが、主人の身体にマンタの方から触れて大興奮です。日本人ガイドのタマエさんがとても親切で助かりました。
海に入っている時間が長いので身体が冷えます。ウェットスーツをレンタルして良かったけど、船に戻っても脱がなかった私達は冷え切ってしまいました。上がったらスーツは脱いでタオルにくるまっていれば良かったです。冷えた身体に配られたホットチョコはしみました。
ガイドさんが撮影していたから有料で買わされるんだろうなぁ〜と思ってましたが、データを携帯にすぐに送ってくれて、嬉しい驚きでした。
レンタカー借りていれば現地集合も場所もわかりやすいので困りません。
何よりツアー代金を安価に思わせる内容だったです。是非ハワイ島に来たら体験して下さい‼️
