The Volcano National Park was closed, and since we couldn't get close, we participated in a helicopter tour that approached from the air. The price was high, but seeing the Kīlauea volcano from above was an amazing experience and memory.

Due to the weather, there were clouds, so the photos taken with my smartphone didn't turn out great, but I could really feel the power of the volcano with my own eyes, and I'm so glad I participated.

The pilot was very safe, and no one got sick. I also appreciated the service of taking photos in front of the helicopter at the end.

火山国立公園が閉鎖され、近くに行けないため空からのアプローチでヘリコプターツアーに参加しました。料金は高いですが、上から眺めるキラウエア火山の様子が実際に見れたのは素晴らしい感動と思い出になりました。
天気のせいで雲がかかってしまい、スマホでの撮影はいまいちでしたが、肉眼ではその迫力がリアルに感じ取られ、参加して本当によかったです。
パイロットの方はとても安全で酔った人はひとりもいませんでした。
最後にヘリコプターの前でお写真を撮ってくれるサービスも嬉しかったです・

Great day out on the water. A time for the entire family, very friendly crew and the food was great.

The ocean is incredibly beautiful, and the crew members are truly kind! This is my second time on this tour, and I had the best experience.

海がとにかくキレイで、クルーの皆さんが本当に親切です！こちらのツアーはリピーターですが、最高な経験が出来ました。

It was a cloudy day... I arrived early and parked the rental car in the hotel parking lot to check in. There was a counter outside the hotel and a store located a bit deeper inside, which was a little confusing. When the time came, I boarded a contact boat with about 20 participants, including several Japanese people, and in a few minutes, we reached the submarine.

We quickly boarded and began our dive... I enjoyed about 40 minutes while watching the coral and the fish swimming around. We dove down to about 100 feet, or 30 meters, but it felt a bit dark, possibly due to the cloudy sky, and I felt a greater distance from the fish than I expected. It might have been more beautiful if it had been sunny.

At the counter, they put a sticker on the parking ticket to cover the fee. When I tried to pay with my card, it didn’t recognize it, and I panicked a bit as several cars lined up behind me, but I called and they opened it for me, so it all worked out.

当日は曇り空…早めに到着しホテルの駐車場にレンタカーを止めて受付。 ホテルの外のカウンターとホテル内の少し奥にある店舗があり、少し戸惑いました。 時間になると日本人数名を含む20名ほどの参加者と共に連絡用の船に乗り込み数分で潜水艦へ。
早速乗り込み潜水開始…サンゴやそこを泳ぐ魚を見ながら40分程楽しみました。100フィート、30メートル程まで潜りましたが、曇り空のせいか若干暗く感じたのと思っていたより魚と距離感を感じました。 晴れていればもっと綺麗だったのかもしれません。
カウンターで駐車券にステッカーを貼ってくれて料金をカバーしてくれます。2ドル足りずにカード支払いしようとしたらカードを認識せず…後ろに数台並び焦りましたが、電話して開けてもらい事なきを得ました。

I arrived a bit early, and perhaps due to the eruption, there were fewer customers, but I was guided to the best seat in the standard section and was able to see the show perfectly. The Mai Tai and Hawaiian cocktails were delicious. I wasn't sure when to get the food and ended up grabbing some of the kids' items prematurely. It's best to wait, as they will guide you in order later.

少し早めに着いたのと 噴火のせいか お客さんが少なめだったせいかもしれませんが スタンダードシートの一番良い席に案内してもらい ショーをバッチリ見ることができました。
マイタイやハワイのカクテルも美味しかった。
いつ食べ物をとっていいのか分からず キッズのものを フライングして取ってしまいました。後で順番に案内されるので待っているといいです

I wish we could have gotten a little closer to the crater. I also wanted to fly along the coastline. If the cost were lower, that would be perfect.

もう少し火口に近づいて貰えたらよかった。あと海岸沿いも飛んで欲しかったです。あとコストが安ければ、最高です。

Two people in their 60s who don't usually exercise. Although I felt relieved to see other participants around the same age, the first time entering the water was tough and terrifying, and I quickly got back on the boat. However, from the second time on, I leaned on a float and drifted around, and with the guide's support, I was able to see many dolphins. It was really fun!

The guide named us after people who were young long ago. I received plenty of support and had a great time, for which I am grateful. The female captain also gave us lots of encouragement.

普段運動してない60代2人。同世代と思われる参加者もあって一安心したものの、1回目の入水は、しんどい、溺れる‥‥恐怖で早々にボートに上がりましたが、2回目からは浮き棒に寄りかかってプカプカと漂い、ガイドさんのフォローを得てイルカさんをたくさん見る事が出来ました。本当に楽しかった！！
昔若かった人達とは、当日のガイドさんからのネーミング。十分フォローして楽しませて頂いて、感謝。女性の船長さんからも沢山沢山エールをいただきました。

The dolphins were so close and the ocean was beautiful, far beyond what I experienced on the dolphin tour in Oahu. On this day, I was lucky enough to see both manta rays and tiger sharks☆ I could also hear the dolphins' voices, making it my best memory from the Big Island. Thank you so much, Daisuke and Hitomi (^ ^)

オアフ島のイルカツアーと比べものにならないくらいイルカちゃんが近くて海も綺麗でした。
この日は運がよくマンタもタイガーシャークも見れました☆
イルカちゃんの声も聞けてハワイ島での一番の思い出になりました。

Had an amazing time on the manta ray snorkel. Definitely worth it. The manta rays get within inches from you, and the experience is unlike anything else. Crew and boat were also awesome. Ended up loving the snorkeling experience so much we went out on a day trip a day later which was also amazing!

It was great seeing these amazing creatures but this is not so much a see the great manta ray in nature as much as it is a highly commercialized, 'we've figured out how to give you a manta-ray petting zoo experience'. They boat you out, extend a floating ladder with lights (to attract plankton), and then have you float and hold onto the ladder as the rays swim below you. They do come very close to you (and may brush against you) as they eat the plankton. Pretty neat for the first several passes but since you are surrounded by other boats doing the same thing with their own floating ladder-like structures the rays will spend their time with whomever has the brightest lights. After about :30 minutes of this people start getting bored and getting back on the boats. It was fun and interesting and glad we did it but not really "swimming with the rays".

It was our first trip to Big Island, Hawaii and upon many suggesting that the luau is a must, we booked it! It’s an amazing experience knowing about the culture, rich heritage of Hawaii. Food is delicious with a wide spread of salads, main course, fruits n desserts. Thrs a drinks bar too! We enjoyed all the performances especially the fire dances! Had a great time and would recommend this to our family n friends visiting in the future.

I couldn't reconfirm using the phone number written on the voucher. If reconfirmation was necessary, I would have liked to know that before making the reservation. It's quite difficult for those who are not good at English.

On the day of the event, while I was being shown to my seat and went to get a drink, another staff member seated a different customer, which caused us to lose our seats. Again, my limited English made it hard to communicate with the staff. The staff, seeing the situation, called a Japanese staff member to help us explain, and we finally secured a seat, but it was at a different table. The person who originally had that seat was upset. (I couldn't understand what they were saying, but their gestures and tone indicated they were angry.) It seemed that they told the staff, and we ended up staying at that table, feeling quite uncomfortable.

We were looking forward to the show as a couple, but it was very disappointing. Moreover, the food was served by table, and it took a long time for it to come around, so we were almost last. When I went to get food, there was hardly anything left. There were no plates either. We could only get food until the show started, so we barely had anything to eat. I chose this for our last memory on the Big Island, but it turned into the worst memory. The show itself was good.

Please improve communication among staff regarding who was seated where. Well, I won't be using this service again.

とりあえずバウチャーに書かれた電話番号ではリコンファームが出来なかった。
そもそもリコンファームが必要ならば、予約前に分かるようにして欲しかった。英語が苦手な人にはかなり難易度が高い。

開催当日、席に案内され
ドリンクを取りに行ってる間に別のスタッフが別の客を席に通してしまい、私たちの席がなくなってしまった。
またここでも英語が苦手なのでスタッフに上手く伝わらない。スタッフが見かねて日本人スタッフに電話して電話をかわり私たちが説明してようやく席を確保されたが、そこはまた別の人の席で。
元々の席の人には怒られて。(何を言ってるかはよく分かりませんがジェスチャーと口調で怒ってるようでした。)その人がスタッフに言ったようで、私たちはこのままの席になりましたが、肩身の狭い思いをしました。
夫婦で楽しみにしてたショーだったのにもううんざり。
しかも料理はテーブルごとで、中々順番がまわってこずにほぼ最後。
料理を取りに行ったら、料理がほとんどない。皿もない。ショーが始まるまでしか料理は取りに行けないから、私たちはほぼ食べる事が出来ませんでした。
ハワイ島最終日に最後の思い出と選んだのに最悪の思い出になりました。
ショー自体は良かったです。
もっと、誰をどこの席に通したかとか、スタッフ同士で連携してください。
まあ、二度と利用しませんが。

WE were very fortunate to have our tour just after the eruption. An unforgettable experience that lasted not long enough

I went directly to the meeting point since I had rented a car. On time, our guide Daisuke arrived. He was amazing!! He claimed to know more about dolphins than anyone else in the world, and he was right.

There were tours for foreigners, and the dolphin spots were crowded, but with his precise guidance, we were able to read the dolphins' movements from the agile boat and dive in!

We were able to see dolphins right in front of us during every dive. I had participated in several tours in Oahu, but this experience was on a completely different level in terms of encounters with dolphins, proximity, and enjoyment.

My middle school daughter was also very satisfied; it was a memorable tour. Thank you, Daisuke. This tour is definitely better than the more famous ones!

レンタカーを借りていたので集合場所に直接行きました。
時間通りにガイドのダイスケさんが来てくれました。
とにかく彼がすごい！！
世界一イルカを知っていると自負していましたが、その通り。
外国人向けのツアーもありイルカのポイントは混雑していましたが
的確な誘導で機動性のある船からイルカの動きを読んでダイブ！

全てのダイブでイルカを目の前に見ることが出来ました。
オアフのツアーでも何度か参加しましたが桁違いのイルカとの遭遇と距離そして楽しさでした。

中学生の娘も大満足思い出に残るツアーでした

The Sea Paradise crew gave us a great experience, from setting us up with wet suit and snorkel gear to teaching us how to "behave" in the water (#1 rule - Don't touch the Manta Rays, #2 rule - don't pee in the wetsuits - haha! - they provide a bathroom on board), providing drinks and snacks, including hot chocolate which was welcome after the snorkeling. They also made sure we weren't needlessly floating around in the water before the rays showed up, but got us in there in plenty of time to see 4 different rays swimming literally inches below our faces! So cool to see them somersault and glide beneath you. Completely worth the cost! Do this!

This is my second time here, but unfortunately, it started to rain. I had high hopes for the show. I was disappointed by the rain. It would be necessary to prepare a large tent (like at a festival in Germany).

Captain Jeff was great. We were a group of 13 including 4 kids. Very safe boat. Saw lots of turtles. Very informative. A must do!

The kids had an amazing time today! Everyone was very satisfied. It was raining on the day of our reservation, but the hotel contacted us in the morning and changed our schedule. The new day had great weather, and as soon as we set off, we saw a lot of dolphins in the sea. We kayaked to a cave a little further away, and it was quite stable; the kids were happily paddling together with their dad. We really enjoyed both the cave and snorkeling. Fortunately, the kids were able to see sea turtles and rays, and they were truly delighted to receive explanations in Japanese. Thank you very much. We would love to participate again!

子供は今日は最高だった！を繰り返し、みんな大満足でした。
予約の日は雨でしたが朝ホテルに連絡をくださり、日程を変更。変更した日は天気が良く、出発してすぐの海には、イルカがたくさん。その後少し離れた洞窟までカヤックをこいで行きましたが、結構安定感があり、子供も父親と二人乗りで楽しくパドルを使っていました。洞窟もシュノーケルもとても楽しめました。ラッキーなことに、海ガメもエイも見ることができた子供は日本語で説明もしてもらえて本当に喜んでいました。ありがとうございました。またぜひ参加したいです。

We enjoyed this trip. It is only approximately 30 minutes. We were able to see a fair amount of fish and other sea creatures including turtles. The guide was very knowledgeable. However, we seemed to ask the questions or not sure if they would have shared much. That in my opinion should be improved upon.

At first, we searched for dolphins by boat but couldn't find any. After that, we moved by car and soon encountered a large pod of dolphins just off the bay! We saw dolphins swimming and jumping, sometimes so close that it felt like we could touch them, and we returned home completely satisfied. The guides were all very cheerful and friendly, and we are very grateful for their experience and judgment. Thank you for the precious memories with my family.

最初は船でイルカを探して見つからず、その後車で移動して、湾から泳いですぐのところで、大量のイルカの群れに会えました！
回遊するイルカやジャンプするイルカを見て、時には触れられそうなほど近くで泳いだり、大満足で帰ってきました。
ガイドさん達はみなさんとても明るくフレンドリーで、その経験と判断にとても感謝です。
家族の貴重な思い出をありがとうございました。

First of all, surfing was fun. However, there was a lack of confirmation. I interpreted "meeting at the location" to mean gathering at the office, as it mentioned to meet at the office. So, I was surprised when they said, "Okay, come here!" after finishing the payment and fitting the rental gear. I thought they would take us from the surf shop to the ocean. In the end, my mother came to pick me up with a rental car, but I accidentally got a parking ticket where I parked. There was a free parking lot right nearby, but I wasn't informed about that. It was disappointing, especially since I enjoyed surfing.

まずはサーフィンは楽しかったです。が、確認不足がありました。
現地集合の意味です。
まずオフィスに集合とありますので、オフィスが現地集合の場所と解釈しておりました。
なので、支払いが終わりレンタル品のサイズ合わせが終わり、じゃあここにきてね！と言われた時にはびっくりしました。
サーフショップから海へは連れて行ってもらえると思っていましたから。
結局、母にレンタカーで迎えにきてもらい送迎してもらいましたが、うっかり停めた場所で駐車違反をとられました。
すぐそばに無料の駐車場もあったのに、そういう事は教えてもらえなかったです。
サーフィンは楽しかっただけに残念でした。

Food was great...nice variety. Small cast did an excellent job with a demanding variety of dances from wide variety of island cultures. We enjoyed it a lot!

It felt more Tahitian than Hawaiian, but since everyone was enjoying themselves, let's not nitpick. I was expecting a bit more variety in the food, so I was a little disappointed.

ハワイアンと言うよりも タヒチアンかなって 感じでしたが、
皆楽しんでいたから 細かなことは言うのはやめましょう。
料理はもう少し種類があるかなと思っていましたので 少々期待はずれ。

The boat was comfortable. Although we didn't see any whales, I think they did their best to find them. The crew also took pictures with us and worked hard to make the cruise enjoyable. In the end, we stopped at a point where we could see dolphins, and we were able to cruise alongside many dolphins. We didn't see any whales, but it was a satisfying tour.

船上は快適でした。
クジラには会えませんでしたが、頑張って探してくれていたと思います。
クルーの方も、一緒に写真を撮ってくれたり、クルーズ自体を楽しませようと頑張ってくれました。
最後はイルカに会えるポイントに寄ってくれて、たくさんのイルカと並んでクルーズできました。クジラは見れませんでしたが、満足できるツアーでした。

We had a great time watching manta rays! The crew did a great job of instructing us, all of the gear worked great, and we were amazed by how many manta rays that we saw, and how close they came to us.

I participated alone, and when I looked around, I was the only Japanese person there. I boarded the boat thinking it was a sightseeing cruise, and the view from the ship, including Kailua and the mountain ridges in the background, was incredibly beautiful. The boat went all the way to the cape in search of dolphins in Kailua Bay, then made a U-turn while the captain diligently searched for dolphins. It was worth it, as suddenly 6 to 10 dolphins appeared and swam around the boat for a few minutes. I was very excited to see wild dolphins up close. It took about 30 minutes to reach the snorkeling point, where we had about 2 hours for snorkeling and lunch. After that, we cruised around Kailua Bay in search of dolphins. I can't speak English, but the crew was very kind and friendly, providing explanations in Japanese.

一人で参加しました、周りを見ると日本人は私一人でした、私は観光船のつもりで乗船しましたので船上からの景色、カイルワ、その後方の山稜線はとっても美しい景色でした、船はイルカを求めてカイルワ湾を？岬の先まで行きUターンをして蛇行しながら船長が一生懸命イルカを探していましたそのかいがあり、突然イルカ6～10頭現れ船の周りを数分遊泳していました、野生のイルカを間近で見れ大変興奮しました、シュノーケルポイントまでは３０分程度、ポイントでは2時間程度のシュノーケルと昼食の時間が有りました、その後カイルワ湾をイルカを求めてのクルージングでした、私は英語は話せませんが乗組員が大変親切（日本語の説明書で解説等）フレンドリーでした。

I was very satisfied with the authentic cuisine and dance. It was wonderful to watch the show while listening to the sound of the waves at the seaside venue.

本場の料理とダンスで大変満足しました。海辺の会場で波の音を聞きながら、ショーを見られたのはとても素敵でした。

I participated with a friend in November. It was both of our first time kayaking, but the guide taught us patiently, and we had a very enjoyable time. The guide was always attentive and provided appropriate support immediately, so we could relax and enjoy kayaking in the beautiful sea, which was the best! During the kayaking, the guide took photos with a camera they brought along and sent them to us later. We received many wonderful photos that became great memories. I hope to participate in this activity again on the Big Island someday!

11月に友達と2人で参加させていただきました。カヤックは2人とも初めてだったのですが、ガイドさんに丁寧に教えていただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ガイドさんは常に気にかけてくれる&適切なサポートをすぐにしてくれるので、安心して綺麗な海と共にカヤックを楽しむことができ最高でした！！カヤック中、ガイドさんが持参されたカメラで写真も随時撮ってくれて後で送ってくれます。素敵な思い出となる写真を沢山いただきました。いつかハワイ島でまたこのアクティビティに参加したいと思っています！！

I had a really wonderful time! Mantaray was really huge...

The kids had fun. However, next day they wanted to try on their own and could not time the waves. I would add a focus on teaching the kids when to start peddling. But average it was good for the first timers.
