On November 6th, I participated with a friend, just the two of us. We are in our late 30s. It was my first time kayaking, but I was able to paddle smoothly right away. I thought we would be experiencing it in a bay, but we headed straight out into the open sea. I was a bit surprised, but I didn't feel scared at all.

I also enjoyed snorkeling in a place where no one else was around. You can get some really cool photos too. I just wish we could have seen some dolphins! It was perfect.

You might want to be a little careful about sunburn and seasickness. :) But it was very refreshing and fun!

I participated with friends in November. I was looking for a tour with transportation included, but I was told that the transportation companies were fully booked, so I decided to take the plunge and join this tour without transportation, renting a car for the first time abroad. It was a good decision in terms of cost performance.

This was my second time riding a horse, but that didn't matter; we set off after a brief introduction. The height was quite significant, but we walked slowly through the woods, so it wasn't scary. We also splashed through the water, which added some variety and made it fun.

My horse was a bit of a glutton and stopped to eat grass along the way, but it was all very relaxed. The dogs that walked alongside us were also very cute.

Oh, Japanese is not spoken here. They knew a few words and occasionally said something, but it wasn't a problem for horseback riding.

私の馬は食いしん坊で、道中草を食べて動かなくなったりしましたが、それものんびりと。一緒に散歩する犬たちもとてもかわいかったです。

We thoroughly enjoyed thrilling rafting and beautiful snorkeling in the ocean under wonderful weather! The service from the captain and crew was absolutely five-star! In the morning, we were able to swim leisurely before the snorkeling spot at Kealakekua Bay became crowded with boats, and we got to see and even touch many dolphins up close. The sea, sparkling like a jewel, was also very satisfying. My kids (especially my son) were thrilled, saying the captain was an excellent navigator and super cool, and that this was the most fun they’ve ever had on a trip. They can’t wait to join again next time!

★ Sunscreen is a must. Sunglasses and a lightweight beach towel are also essential. It gets quite chilly while swimming. You might not need a hat as it could blow away. Since large bags cannot be taken on the boat, it’s best to bring only what you need in a compact backpack. Sandals are sufficient for footwear. My younger child (9) can swim but borrowed a life jacket from the reception office (which is free, of course). My older child (13) got tired and borrowed a noodle (a floating tube like macaroni) halfway through. Having a noodle makes it easier. There isn’t a specific place to change after returning, so you’ll either stay in your swimsuit or change in the rental car. There was a restaurant and restroom where we disembarked! ★

★日焼け止めは必須です。サングラス、それからバスタオルは薄手の物でも必ず持った方が良いです。泳いでいるとだいぶ冷えます。帽子は飛ばされちゃいますのでいらないかと。ボートに大きな荷物は載せられないので、コンパクトなリュックに必要なものだけ持っていくと良いでしょう。履物はサンダルで十分です。　
下の子（9）は泳げますが受付事務所でライフジャケットを借りました（もちろん無料です）上の子（13）疲れて途中でヌードル（マカロニみたいな浮くチューブ）を借りました。ヌードルがあると楽です。帰りに着替える場所は特に無いので、水着のままかレンタカーの中で着替えるかになります。下船した所にレストランとトイレがありましたよ★

We followed almost the same course, but other tours were already turning back and passing us. We were on the horse for about 40 to 50 minutes. I expected it to be 1.5 to 2 hours. The route felt more like the horse was just walking along a car track rather than going through the great outdoors. The guide spoke in English, but since there was a long line of horses, only those near the speaker could hear. I would recommend a tour that allows you to walk down into the canyon instead. Alternatively, if you're looking for a similar tour, I would recommend the Na'alapa tour.

We were informed that the sea was in the best condition with no wind since the morning, and it was very reassuring that they spoke to us in Japanese. I had read in reviews that some people get seasick, so I took motion sickness medicine, but I ended up feeling sick myself. The kids were paddling slowly, and we couldn't reach our destination... However, after returning, we were able to snorkel and see beautiful fish, which made us very satisfied. Since it was an early morning plan, we were able to play at a nearby beach on our way back, making the day feel very long and enjoyable.

They showed us a demonstration and explained key points in Japanese. My 9-year-old son was guided by the staff, and we slowly rode through the valley. There were eight participants and two guides, which gave us a sense of privacy, allowing us to enjoy ourselves without any hesitation. Next time, I would like to try riding on the mountain side. Everyone was satisfied. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience.

I found out about an activity where you can swim with dolphins and made a reservation after arriving on-site. There were three groups of six people on the boat. The female captain was very cheerful and kind, allowing everyone to try multiple times until we could swim with the dolphins. Wild dolphins are very fast, so it felt more like a lucky observation rather than swimming together, but seeing the dolphins underwater was incredibly cute and a valuable experience! Swimming with dolphins requires some luck, and they appear for just a moment, so I was very satisfied with choosing a tour that included snorkeling. The water where we snorkeled was extremely clear, and there were many fish! It was beautiful.

However, compared to other dolphin tours, the price is high even without transportation. I think it's understandable due to the small group size. That said, the atmosphere was very homey and enjoyable, and it was nice to learn about Hawaii's history at a relaxed pace. The fruits and tea we had after snorkeling were also very delicious. The speedboat was thrilling, comparable to a roller coaster, and that was one of the fun aspects of the tour! Motion sickness medication is a must! Even with sunscreen, you can get quite sunburned, so I was glad I wore a rash guard!

ただ、他のイルカツアーに比べると、送迎無しにも関わらず値段が高いです。少人数制なので仕方ないとは思います。その分アットホームな雰囲気で楽しかったですし、ハワイの歴史などもゆっくりと教えて頂けたのは良かったです。シュノーケリングの後に頂いたフルーツもお茶もとっても美味しかったです☆
高速船はジェットコースター並の迫力でそれもこのツアーの楽しさの１つでした☆酔い止めは必須です！日焼け止めを塗っていてもかなり焼けるので、ラッシュガードを着ておいてよかったです！

This was my first experience with my family. Personally, it was my third time, but I’ll briefly outline the pros and cons.

First, the pros:
1. The marina is very close to the points, so the total travel time is short.
2. The boat is large and comfortable.
3. There was a child who gets seasick on board, but since the points are close, I think it was relatively easy for them.

Now, the cons:
1. The explanations are only in English, but I don’t think that will be a problem.
2. The journey is short, so you can’t enjoy the scenery of Kona town.

Depending on the timing, I think the LED lights were strong, and we had a relatively good number of sightings.

I plan to come back here next time as well.

The boat swayed, but it was a large vessel, so I felt safe. The restrooms were clean, and the staff members were kind (they can communicate in English).

It feels like a friendly couple runs this place. Since we were supposed to gather at 9, I arrived 10 minutes early, but no one was there. The couple showed up right on time. We departed at 9:30, and they told us to eat bananas and macadamia nuts while we waited. I was worried about being able to ride the horse, but it seemed well-trained, so I had nothing to worry about. I had a very enjoyable time. I had previously looked at the scenery from above the valley, but this was a valuable experience that you can only appreciate by going down.

Oh, the restroom is extremely dirty. It stinks! So, I strongly recommend taking care of that before arriving at the meeting point. There is a public restroom at the Waipi'o Valley lookout, so it's a good idea to use that. It's not clean either, but it's much better than here.

Also, after the horseback riding, the couple leaves the customers behind to go for lunch. That was refreshing in a way.

それと、夫婦は乗馬が終わったら
ランチに行くのでお客を置いて行ってしまいます。
それも、なんか新鮮でしたよ。
