Be aware!

Due to traffic (not indicated by Google Maps) we were running late. I called the boat office and they would not hold the boat for me for 7 minutes, as that is all we needed after the traffic picked up to get to the pier. Extremely disappointed! It was our last night in Hawaii so we couldn't make it up. $450 in the air. Hopefully Veltra will understand and issue a refund.

This is my third time, and it's always great no matter how many times I participate. It's truly a wonderful time, like being in a dream. This time, I didn't see anything in the first half, so I gave up and went back to the boat, took off my wetsuit, and was drinking cocoa when suddenly it appeared! I hurriedly grabbed my camera, put on my snorkeling gear just as I was, and went back into the sea. I'm so glad I got to see it!

本当に夢の中にいるような素敵な時間です。
今回は前半全く現れず、諦めて船に戻りウエットスーツを脱いでココアを飲んでいたら現れたではありませんか！

We have been coming here for quite a while and have attended more luaus than I can count. The island breeze luau is the best. What makes this one great is the history of the island that is part of the program. Plus the buffet is the best one around. And just like in real estate, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!!
We recently moved here so a luau is always on the agenda when friends come. We still get as excited now as the first one we ever saw.

Absolutely fantastic. Our two guides were extremely knowledgeable about the Island and told us things that you would only get on a tour. The kayaking was a blast and we had visibility to 100 feet. We went kayaking into a sea cave and were also able to snorkel there as well. We saw many fish, urchins, and even an eel in a tidal pond that our guide took us to. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to cross off their bucket list, kayaking across the bay/ocean, seeing ancient tombs, and being face to face with God's wonderful creation of the Island. This was my first stay at Hilton. Since I wanted to see a traditional show during this trip, I experienced the Luau & Hula Hawaiian Show. I reserved a premium seat, and I had the best position right in the middle of the front row! The show included traditional performances, unique acts, and fire dancing, and I was very satisfied with the content. The food was delicious too. I definitely recommend it if you're staying at Hilton.

The time spent playing with the dolphins was short, so I felt it might not be worth the cost in terms of enjoyment. However, you can see the dolphins up close, so that might be satisfying enough.

After reading everyone's reviews, we decided not to upgrade our seats and lined up in front of the reception about 30 minutes early to wait for it to open. Naturally, there weren't many people lining up that early, so we were first in line. As a result, we were guided to the best seats in the general area, which had a great view. The food was just okay.

This might be true for shows everywhere, but even though this is Hawaii, I was a bit disappointed that there were more revealing Tahitian dances than elegant Hawaiian hula. However, the final fire knife dance is always a highlight, no matter how many times you see it.

皆さんの口コミを見て、席のグレードアップはせず、30分くらい前から受付前に並び、開くのを待ちました。当然こんなに早く並んでいる人たちはおらず、私たちが1番。なので一般席の中でも1番前の見やすい席へ案内してもらえました。料理もまあまあかな。

Since I was staying at the Sheraton near Keauhou Bay, it was easy to get around, and because it was an early morning tour, I was able to spend my time meaningfully. Although I didn't encounter any dolphins or sea turtles, kayaking was a fun experience that I don't often get to do. Compared to Oahu, the water was very clear and beautiful. Viewing the Big Island from the sea was interesting as I could feel the volcanic rock formations and the lush greenery.

ケアウホウ湾近くの、シェラトンに宿泊していたため、移動が楽で、早朝ツアーということもあり、時間を有意義に過ごせました。イルカやウミガメには出会えませんでしたが、カヤックを漕ぐことが、普段なかなかできない体験なので楽しかったです。オアフ島と比較して、海もとても澄んでいて綺麗でした。海の上からハワイ島を見ると火山性の岩の地形や、緑の自然を感じられて面白かったです。

It was such an amazing experience, my husband and I decided to buy a kayak, at some point. The guides were also awesome and they told us some history, as well as helped us found objects that we dropped out of they kayak. One guide actually found my husbands wedding ring that fell off his hand when he jumped off one of the cliffs. It was truly amazing and such a fun time with the group!

We participated as a family of four, including my parents and my 5-year-old son. Fortunately, we had a private tour just for our family. Since my son wasn't feeling well the day after we arrived on the Big Island, we were able to change the usual course and enjoyed kayaking in the nearby bay area. They were very considerate, and my parents even tried snorkeling, which seemed to make them very happy. I would love to participate again if there’s another opportunity.

We participated as a family of five. I was worried about my youngest child (7 years old), but they had no problems and enjoyed it completely. It was great to see sharks and dolphins. The only downside was that there was no restroom on the boat, so be careful not to drink too much! On the way back, I was almost about to leak (laughs).

Kayaking with Kevin (owner and our guide that day) was a lot of fun! Kev was very nice and friendly. He did a quick briefing on how to use the kayak and the paddles. And we were on our way exploring bay after bay and caves after caves. There were plenty of locations to snorkel. Kev took great photos, too! He brought us fresh tropical fruits for our snack and they tasted soooo good, especially after the snorkeling and paddling! King Kayak Hawaii is definitely the company to book this adventure with! Thanks Kev!

My first time on the Big Island of Hawaii! My wife and I participated in an ocean rafting tour that included snorkeling and exploring lava cliffs. Since we departed at 10 AM, we took our time in the morning to stroll around the hotel area before driving to the harbor where we gathered with other participants. We set off a bit earlier than scheduled!

During the ocean rafting to the snorkeling point, we stopped at various spots along the way where they provided explanations, allowing us to enjoy taking photos and sightseeing. We also saw a lot of wild dolphins! I didn't expect to see so many.

At the snorkeling point, the water clarity was outstanding, and since it was in a bay, there were no waves, making it the perfect snorkeling spot. There were plenty of fish, it felt like an aquarium. The sandwiches for lunch were delicious too.

However, the sun in Kona is incredibly strong. Even though I applied sunscreen, I got a severe sunburn on my back because I was so focused on snorkeling! Be careful!

The return rafting offered a breathtaking view of the lava cliffs that can only be seen from the sea. Everyone on the tour was from overseas and they were all really nice people. Thank you!

10時出発なので、朝ゆっくりホテル周辺を散歩などして、レンタカーで集合場所のハーバーへ。他の参加者の方もみんな到着して少し早めに出発！
シュノーケルポイントまでのオーシャンラフティングでは、途中様々なスポットに止まってくれて説明してくれるので、写真撮影や観光を楽しめました。
そして野生のイルカもたくさん！こんなに居るとは思いませんでした。
シュノーケルポイントでは水の透明度が抜群で、湾の中にあるため波もなく、最高のシュノーケルスポットでした。魚の数も多く、まるで水族館。ランチのサンドイッチもおいしかったです。
ただコナの日射しがものすごく強くて。。日焼け止めしていたのですが、シュノーケルに夢中で背中がひどく日焼けしました！要注意です！
帰りのラフティングも、溶岩の岸壁で海からしか見られない貴重な景色で迫力満点。
一緒のツアーの方は皆海外の方でいい人ばかりでした。

We loved the day out. Our guide was super friendly, informative and easy going. He handled the group of non english speakers with us really well. And he gave us great local info. We kayaked, snorkeled, cliff dove, snorkeled again, ate and it didn't feel rushed at all. Had an intense moment staring into the clear blue water while snorkeling - most memorable moments of my trip.
