When I arrived at Honolulu airport, I couldn't find anyone around the exit area. So I looked for the courtesy phone and tried to make a call as they mentioned in the voucher, but in vain. So I used my cell phone and finally made it. A person around the waiting area (maybe he's also a driver of some other company) kindly asked me which company I'm looking for (maybe because I was staying there for a long time) and helped me to find the shuttle.
I got nervous at first but it was ok anyway.

Honolulu Airport Shuttle (HNL) by Ilima Tours

Because I was the only one this time on the shuttle, the driver kindly dropped me off just in front of the airline counter. Thank you! If I book the airport shuttle via other travel agent it costs more. If I have chance to travel to Hawaii again, I'll use this shuttle again.

Even for me, a non-native speaker of english, it was easy to find the staff at the airport (in red aloha shirt). I enjoyed talking with the driver. I'll use this shuttle when I visit Maui next time.
