Fun hike had some customer service issues but it was all worked out in the end!

Family had a fun time on the hike, very cool and guide was great. Customer service was not good though, I called 3 days prior because I injured my knee. I was told I would be able to do the hike it would be a moderate hike but doable. The day of I couldn't bend my knee so I stayed back, my husband was told no refund even though I let them know 3 days before that I had an injury. Had they not encouraged me I would have canceled the day I called, that is why I was calling them. In the end when Veltra contacted them they fully refunded my money. It was greatly appreciated!

EXCELLENT! Can't say enough good

Lola our driver was awesome! She was funny and knowledgeable and helpful. The stops she made for photos were prime spots and we got some great shots. Very helpful in letting us know good places to eat and shop as well. Excellent tour!

Awesome time! Our driver Lola was excellent, best tour driver we've ever had! Fun, funny and informative. Fun stops and beautiful area! Highly recommend, especially our driver Lola! We learned a lot about the different areas, plenty of stops for pictures and shopping! She told us what places were good to eat at and was very helpful in general!
