We participated in a monitor event as a couple. It takes place on the 4th floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center's theater. First, we checked in, received stickers to wear on our chests, and enjoyed a welcome Mai Tai and pineapple in a tent next to the reception. There are both alcoholic and non-alcoholic Mai Tais available. The background music is live Hawaiian music. By the time we finished our Mai Tais, a whole roasted pig was served.

It's buffet style, so you can take what you like and sit down. A hula girl performs right there. Around 7:30 PM, we moved to the show venue. There is a photo booth at the entrance where everyone takes turns getting their pictures taken. The show starts with hula dancing.

After that, there are impersonators of Elvis, Michael, and finally Katy Perry, who sing in order. There are also fire dances and Polynesian dances. Even as a couple in our 30s, we enjoyed the popular songs. It seemed like Katy Perry's performance was more for a younger audience, as the couple in their 50s next to us didn't seem to recognize her. Elvis even came down to the audience and shook hands with us.

Although we were monitor participants, our seats were about the third row from the front, very close to the stage, which was very satisfying. You can take photos without flash, but it seems that videos are prohibited, so be careful! True to the title "Rock A Hula," you can enjoy both rock and hula at the same time, making for a well-balanced experience! The food is delicious, and I highly recommend it!

ロイヤルハワイアンセンターのシアター4階にあります。
まずチェックインして、胸元にシールを貼り、受付横にあるテント内で
ウェルカムマイタイとパインが振舞われます。マイタイはアルコールとノンアルコールがあります。BGMは生のハワイアン。マイタイが飲み終わる頃には豚の丸焼きが出てきます。
ブュッフェスタイルなので好きなものをとり着席。その場でフラガールが踊ってくれます。
19時半頃にはショー会場に移動。
会場入り口には写真ブースがあり、皆んな順番に撮影します。
ショーはまずフラから始まります。

その後エルビスのそっくりさん、
マイケルのそっくりさん、最後にケイティペリーそっくりさんが順に歌います。
その後ファイアーダンス、ポリネシアンダンスも踊っていました。
私たち30代夫婦が聞いてもポピュラーな曲ばかりなので楽しめました。
ケイティペリーはお隣の50代夫婦は
わからない様子でしたので、若い方向けのように思いました。
エルビスは途中客席まできてくれて握手しました。

モニター参加でしたが
席はvip席を除いて前から3列目程度でとても近く、ステージはとても満足でした。

ロックとフラを一変に楽しめるので
バランスよく楽しめました！食事も美味しいですしおすすめです！

This was my first time participating. Since I made a reservation for the evening on the day of arrival, I was able to spend the day without worrying about dinner. It was within walking distance from the hotel, so I enjoyed some window shopping on the way, and there was someone at the reception who spoke Japanese, which made the check-in process smooth.

We started with drinks and pineapple, and then I piled my plate high at the buffet and enjoyed a lot of food. During that time, I enjoyed the singing by the performers, hula dancing, and even participated in some simple choreography.

After the meal, it was time for the Rock-a-Hula show. Elvis Presley came close to us, and the quality of the songs was high, with many familiar tunes that I could sing along to. There were also many costume changes in the hula performance, making it a packed tour. At the end, I was able to leave my camera with the staff and take a commemorative photo, which became a great memory.

I’m glad I chose this for my first day’s dinner!

今回初めて参加させていただきました。到着日の夜の部に予約したので夕飯の事を考えずに１日過ごせました。ホテルから歩いて行けるところだったので、途中ウィンドウショッピングをしながら向かい、受付には日本語を喋れる方もいてスムーズに入れました。まずはお食事からでドリンクとパイナップルをいただき、そのあとはブュッフェでお皿にたくさん盛りつけておなかいっぱいいただきました。その間、お兄さんの歌や、フラダンス、簡単な振り付け参加型で楽しめました。
食事が終わり次はロック･ア･フラショーです。近くまでエルビス・プレスリーが来てくれたり、歌のクオリティーも高く知っている曲ばかりだったので一緒に口ずさむこともでき、更にフラも見れて衣装チェンジもたくさんあり、盛りだくさんのツアーでした。最後にスタッフにカメラを預け記念写真も撮ってもらえていい思い出になりました。
初日のディナーに選んで良かったです！

We participated in the monitor tour, and since one person's fee was free, it was just my husband and me. The meals are served under a tent in a corner of the Hawaiian Center's corridor, so it doesn't feel very luxurious. On rainy or cold days, the environment can be quite uncomfortable. Therefore, if you prioritize food and atmosphere, I think it would be better to have dinner at a hotel restaurant for the same price. After eating under the tent, we moved to the neighboring theater to watch a show for about an hour. The show was very impressive and memorable. So, even though the food was average, the show was extravagant and good, making it worthwhile overall. We stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village and walked to the venue in 15 minutes, so we participated without transportation. When the pink line bus arrives, you can ride for free to near the Hawaiian Center by showing your credit card (JCB card). It's about a 5-minute bus ride from Hilton Hawaiian Village.

モニターツアーで一人分の料金が無料になるので夫と私の二人で参加しました。食事は、ハワイアンセンターの通路の一角のテントの下でするので、あまり豪華な感じはしません。雨の時や、寒い日は、それなりの環境になってしまいます。なので、料理と雰囲気を重視するならば、同じお金でホテルのレストランで夕食を食べた方が良いと思います。食事をテントの下でして、おわったら、隣のシアターに移動し、一時間ほどショーをみるスタイルです。ショーは、とても見ごたえがあり、思い出にのこりました。なので、料理が普通でも、ショーは豪華で良かったので、総合的に考えると、行って良かったです。私たちはヒルトンハワイアンビレッジに宿泊し、徒歩15分で会場まで行けたので送迎はなしで参加しました。ピンクラインのバスがくれば、クレジットカード(JCBカード)提示で、バスの乗車は無料でハワイアンセンターの近くまで行けます。ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジからはバスで5分くらいです。

I wanted to have an extraordinary experience, so I attended this highly-rated rock and roll show. To put it simply, it's a combination of hula & fire dance and impersonation show, but the quality is outstanding. It's guaranteed to be a hit regardless of nationality.

At the dinner buffet beforehand, there seemed to be a significant number of travelers from Japan and the United States. If you're hesitating, you definitely should see it. I felt that it would excite people across generations. In fact, there were many families attending with three generations.

非日常の体験をしたいと考え、評価の高いこちらのロックアフラショーを拝見しました。
簡単に言うとフラ&ファイヤーダンス、モノマネショーですが、クオリティが高すぎます。国籍問わず盛り上がれること間違いなしです。
その前のディナービュッフェでは日本とアメリカからの旅行者が圧倒的に多い印象でした。
迷っているのなら必ず観た方が良いです。世代を超えて興奮するに違いないと感じました。現に三世代で来られてるご家族の方もたくさんいらっしゃっておりました。

I wanted to see hula with dinner included, and since it was a monitored tour, I signed up for this tour. In the VIP exclusive waiting room, I happily nibbled on mai tais and pupus while waiting for the venue to open. When the venue opened, to my surprise, there was Michael! We took photos together one group at a time (they come around during the meal to sell signed ones at your table). After that, we were guided to our seats in order. Our seats were right below the stage, and it felt like we were watching sideways. While enjoying a hearty meal of lobster, steak, and salmon, we waited for the show to start. Around dessert time, guests from the general seating came into the upper seats.

Then, with the sound of the conch shell, the classic hula began. The screens on both sides of the stage displayed images of volcanoes and space. With the change in music, Elvis Presley appeared on a canoe. The hula felt more like "hula-style dance," and it seemed to be more focused on entertainment with relatively less hula. Elvis came down to the audience to drape leis, and he was quite handsome.

I was captivated by Celine Dion's stunning singing voice, and I was especially excited when Michael Jackson came out! I wanted to see more Hawaiian hula, but my husband, who came with me, said the singing was great and that he had fun, so I was glad.

ディナー付きでフラが見たくて、モニターツアーだったこともあり、このツアーに申し込みました。
VIP専用の前室で、マイタイやププ（おつまみ）をウキウキした気分でつつき、開場を待ちました。
開場のとき、並んでいた先には、何とマイケルが！一組ずつ一緒に写真を撮りました（サイン入りのものを食事中に席まで売りにきてくれます）。その後順番に席に案内されました。ステージのすぐ下の席で、横向きに観るようでした。ロブスター、ステーキ、サーモンのボリューム満点の食事を楽しみながら、開演を待ちました。デザートのころに、一般席のお客さんが上部席に入ってきました。
そして、ホラ貝の音で古典のフラが始まりました。ステージ両脇のスクリーンも火山や宇宙の映像。曲の転調とともにエルビス・プレスリーがカヌーに乗って登場しました。フラは、「フラ風のダンス」といった感じで、割合的に少なくエンターテイメントに特化されているようでした。
エルビス・プレスリーは客席に降りてきてレイを掛けるサービス。イケメンでした。
セリーヌ・ディオンの圧巻の歌声に引き込まれ、マイケル・ジャクソンが出てきたときは特にテンション上がりました！
わたしはもっとハワイアンフラを見たかったのですが、一緒に行った夫が、歌がうまかった、楽しかったと言っていたので良かったです。

I attended with a friend on Christmas night. Upon entering, we were greeted with a welcome drink and an all-you-can-eat selection of snacks and fruits! After that, we entered the hall and sat at a table in front of the stage, where dinner was served. We enjoyed lobster, steak, salmon, mashed potatoes, dessert, and drinks. After the wonderful dinner, the show began. Impersonators of famous artists like Michael Jackson and Celine Dion performed impressively. There were also dances like hula. However, the show by an artist whose name I didn’t catch was a bit boring. By the way, everything on stage was in English, with no Japanese announcements at all. Still, I had a great time.

All the food was delicious, especially the pineapple and coconut ice cream for dessert, which was the best!

You can go to the restroom during dinner and the show, but it's quite far and easy to get lost.

クリスマスの夜に友人と2人で参加させていただきました。
入るとまずウェルカムドリンクとおつまみやフルーツ食べ放題！
そのあとはホールに入り、ステージ前のテーブルに座るとディナーが運ばれてきます。
ロブスターにステーキ、サーモン、マッシュポテト、デザート、ドリンクです。
素敵なディナーが終わるとショーが始まります。
有名なマイケル・ジャクソンやセリーヌ・ディオンのそっくりさんたちが、そっくりに歌い上げでくれます。
それだけではなく、フラダンスなどのダンスもあります。
ただ、名前のわからないアーティストのショーは少し退屈でした。
ちなみにステージはすべて英語で、日本語のアナウンスなどは一切ありません。まあそれでも楽しめました。

料理はどれも美味しく、特にデザートのパイナップル＆ココナッツのアイスクリームが最高でした！

ディナーやショーの間にもお手洗いに行けますが、かなり遠くて迷います。

On New Year's Eve, I arrived in Hawaii and participated with my mother, who is in her late 60s. It's located on the 4th floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center, which is very accessible. We were able to walk there from our accommodation. From the moment we entered through the VIP entrance, the atmosphere was exciting. We were welcomed with Mai Tais, and non-alcoholic Mai Tais were also available. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, which was reassuring. After enjoying a delicious course dinner at a spot close to the stage, the show began. I was really looking forward to it since it was mentioned on this page: "From the heart of Las Vegas, the entertainment group 'Legends in Concert'." The combination of hula dance and impersonation shows was wonderful. On the day I attended, Celine Dion, Michael Jackson, and Elvis Presley made appearances. It felt almost disrespectful to call it impersonation because they were so similar. I enjoyed it as if I were at a live concert. I even thought, "Is Michael resurrected?" I was shouting "Michael!" Celine Dion and Presley moved just like the originals. The hula dancers were also fantastic, and we could enjoy various types of hula dance. The show progressed with hula dance → impersonation → hula dance, and before I knew it, time flew by. The VIP seats allowed us to see everything up close. The fire dance was also incredibly impressive. We were able to enjoy the meal and the show with a sense of specialness. Thank you very much. 大晦日、ハワイに到着した日に６０代後半の母と参加しました。ロイヤル・ハワイアン・センター４階にあり、アクセスもすごくいいです。宿泊先から、歩いていくことができました。VIP専用の入口から入らせていただいた時点で気分が盛りあがります。ウェルカムマイタイもいただきました。ノンアルコールマイタイも、もちろん用意してくださいます。日本語を話すスタッフの方もいて安心ですよ。舞台すぐ近くに用意された場所でおいしくコースディナーをいただいたあとショーがスタートです。「本場ラスベガス発、エンターテインメント集団「レジェンド・イン・コンサート」と」このページにも書かれていたのでかなり楽しみにしていました。フラダンスのショーと、モノマネのショーの構成がすばらしいかったです。私が参加した日はセリーヌ・ディオン、マイケル・ジャクソン、エルビス・プレスリーが登場。モノマネと書くのが申し訳ないくらいそっくりです。本人ライブのように本気で楽しみました。マイケル・ジャクソン蘇ったの？と思ったくらいです。「マイケル!」とか叫んでました。セリーヌ・ディオンやプレスリーも動きまで一緒です。フラダンスの方々のダンスも素敵です。様々な種類のフラダンスもたのしめます。フラダンス→モノマネ→フラダンス　といったように進められあっという間に時間がすぎました。VIP席はものすごく間近で見られます。ファイヤーダンスも迫力満点です。特別感をもって食事とショーを楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。当日フラッシュなしのステージ写真OKでたので投稿しますね。

On December 29, 2016, I went with my mother and daughter. Usually, we take a bus to the Polynesian Cultural Center to see a show, but this time we chose this show near our hotel. I honestly didn't have high expectations for the Rock-a-Hula show, which is right in the middle of Waikiki, compared to the wonderful shows at the Polynesian Cultural Center (sorry!). However, to my surprise, it was a very satisfying show with impersonations and dancing. The staff entertained the guests from the time we had our meal. It's also conveniently located, making it easy to visit, and I highly recommend it!

2016.12.29に母と娘で行ってきました。いつもはバスに乗ってポリネシア文化センターまでショーを見に行っていたのですが今回は宿泊ホテルの近くのこのショーにさせて頂きました。いつも見るポリネシア文化センターのショーは素晴らしくこのワイキキど真ん中にあるロック・ア・フラショーは正直あまり期待していなかった（すみません）のですがところがどっこい、ものまねあり踊りありとても大満足のショーでした。スタッフの方々は食事の時からお客さんを楽しませて下さいます。場所的にも気軽に行くことが出来てお勧めです！

Since I participated on the day I arrived in Hawaii, I thought I might be overwhelmed by sleepiness, but time flew by in no time. When I arrived at the meeting time, I first received a brief orientation, and while walking, I encountered someone who looked so much like Michael that two people couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" In the excitement, we took a commemorative photo with him (we took the photo not in the room but along the way). Later, we received a set of photos featuring Michael, Gaga, and Presley as a gift. Before the excitement wore off, we arrived at the green room. It was a very luxurious space where we first enjoyed drinks, appetizers, fruits, and nuts while taking a short break.

After a while, we were guided backstage. We were shown areas that are usually off-limits to the audience, along with explanations of props and stage equipment, and we even got to handle some of them. It was a very enjoyable time taking photos on stage. All explanations were in English, but they were delivered slowly with gestures, so I think it was easy to understand.

Finally, it was time for dinner. Our seats were right in the front and center. I expected large American-sized portions of meat, but we were served lobster, followed by steak and salmon, all of which were very delicious. The dessert cake might have been a bit too sweet.

The long-awaited show began, and Presley greeted the audience with handshakes and hugs, bringing smiles to everyone. With Gaga and Michael appearing, the excitement level rose. Of course, aside from the three of them, we were mesmerized by the hula dance and thrilled by the fire dance, and once again, time flew by. But that wasn't the end. After the show, Michael, Gaga, and Presley came out for commemorative photos and autographs. We received their signatures in the album we were gifted, and it ended in a mix of emotion and excitement.

My friends said they definitely want to participate next time. Of course, we are also looking forward to the next opportunity. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

ハワイ到着した日に参加したので睡魔が襲ってくるかと思いきやあっという間に過ぎてしまいました。集合時間に行くとまず簡単な案内をうけながら歩いていると「キャー」と二人が声を出してしまうほど似ていたマイケルに出会いました。興奮の中三人での記念撮影（私たちは部屋でなく途中で撮影でした）あとでマイケル、ガガ、プレスリーの三人の写真とセットにしてプレゼントされます。興奮さめない間にグリーンルームに到着。とても豪華な部屋でまずドリンク、オードブル、フルーツ、ナッツ等つまんでしばし休憩。
しばらくするとバックステージに案内されます。普段立ち入れない出演者の部屋や小物類、大道具、小道具の説明があり実際に手に取ることが出来たり舞台の上で写真を撮りとても楽しい時間でした。すべて英語での説明になりますがゆっくりと手ぶりを混ぜながらですのでわかりやすいかと思います。
いよいよディナー。案内された席は最前のど真ん中。食事もアメリカサイズの大きな肉の塊が出るかと思ったらロブスター、次にステーキとサーモンがでてとても美味しくいただきました。デザートのケーキはやや甘かったかも。
待ちに待ったショーが始まりまずプレスリーが観客に握手やハグでみんなが笑顔。ガガ、マイケルが出てテンションもアップ。もちろん三人以外にフラダンスにうっとり、ファイヤーダンスにハラハラドキドキしまたまたあっという間に時間は過ぎていきました。でもこれで終わりではないです。最後にショー終了後マイケル、ガガ、プレスリーが記念写真やサインに応えてくれます。プレゼントされたアルバムに三人のサインをいただき感動と興奮の中終わりました。
友達も次回はぜひ参加したいと。もちろん私たちも次回またありです。

If you like Presley, Michael Jackson, Madonna, and Gaga, I highly recommend you see and enjoy this! I signed up for the Hawaiian buffet dinner & show, so it includes a meal. The food was delicious and catered to Japanese tastes. During the meal, they also show Hawaiian songs and hula dancing. The show, featuring Hawaiian music, dance, and songs from famous singers, was fantastic! I would love to see it again if I have the chance!

プレスリー、マイケルジャクソン、マドンナ、ガガをお好きな方には是非見て、楽しんでいただきたいです。（ハワイアンビュッフェディナー＆ショー）を申し込みましたので食事付です。食事も日本人向きの美味しいご馳走でした。食事中もハワイの歌やフラダンスを見せてくれます。ショーはハワイの音楽と踊り、有名歌手の歌で最高でした！機会があればもう１度見たいです！！

I booked this for my friend's family on their first trip to Hawaii, and everyone was super excited and really enjoyed it! The food was delicious, and during the meal, the cheerful hula dancers and the ukulele music created a wonderful Hawaiian atmosphere for the family! The main show was impressive, and the structure felt quite different from other hula shows I've seen, showcasing a high level of quality. We also got to take a lot of photos with the stars at the end, which made us even more satisfied. Next time, I want to enjoy a VIP dinner with my husband at Hawaii Leahi.

初ﾊﾜｲの友人家族のために申し込んだのですが、みんなテンションUPで大変喜んでもらうことができました！
お料理も大変おいしく、食事中もにこやかなフラダンサーさんやウクレレと歌声に初ハワイ家族はハワイムードを満喫！！
メインのショーも迫力があり、構成も今までのﾌﾗｼｮｰとは一味違いかなりのレベルの高さを感じました。
最後にスター達との写真もたくさん撮れて更に満足♡
次回はﾊﾜｲﾘﾋﾟｰﾀｰの主人とVIPディﾅｰを楽しみたいと思います。

The buffet-style meal featured roast beef as the main dish. It felt like an Elvis main, but I started to worry a bit about how many people actually know Elvis these days. The show had a Hawaiian vibe and was enjoyable. I was happy to take a photo together at the end.

ビュッフェスタイルの食事はローストビーフメインです。
エルビス・マイケル・ガガでした。
エルビスメインっぽかったですが、今エルビス知っている人って多いのか、いささか心配になってしまいました。
ショーはハワイらしさもあり、楽しかったです。
最後に写真を一緒に撮れたのはうれしかったです。

I participated in "Rock-a-Flash Show" by Legends in Concert Waikiki (inside the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center) / ☆Members Only Monitor Tour☆ / Green Room Dinner & Show.

At first, while enjoying champagne in the VIP room, Lady Gaga came over and took a commemorative photo with us. After that, we toured the backstage, where the guide explained everything in English very kindly. Then, we were shown to a table in front of the stage to enjoy our meal.

The food was delicious. A female staff member peeled the shrimp for us, making it easier to eat.

As for the stage, Elvis came out first, and he had a youthful vibe. After that, Lady Gaga performed, followed by Michael. In between, there were hula shows and fire dances.

We participated as a pair and had a lot of fun, but the people around us seemed more subdued, so we stood out to the performers. I received a kiss from Lady Gaga, and my partner was told by Michael after the show, "You were the best."

These moments made us both very happy and created wonderful memories. I would love to go again.

今回ロック・ア・フラショー by レジェンド・イン・コンサート・ワイキキ （ロイヤル・ハワイアン・ショッピングセンター内） / ☆会員様限定モニターツアー☆／グリーン・ルーム・ディナー＆ショー に参加して来ました。
最初にVIPルームでシャンパンを頂いていたら、レディガガさんが来て記念撮影してくれました。その後バックステージの見学しましたが、こちらは案内の方が英語で丁寧に説明してくれました。そしてステージ前のテーブルに案内されて食事を頂きました。
食事は美味しかったですね。女性スタッフがエビの殻を剥いてくれましたので食べ易くなりました。
ステージですが、最初はエルビスが出てきましたが、若いエルビスと言う感じですね。
その後は、レディガガが出て、次がマイケルでした。その間にフラのショーやら、ファイアーダンスが挟まりました。
私達は二人で参加してとても楽しくノリノリでしたが、周りは大人しい感じでしたので私達二人が出演者から見て目立った様で、私はレディガガさんから投げキッスをもらいましたし、相方はステージ終了後にマイケルから「君が一番だったよ」と声をかけられました。
そんな事があり、二人とも嬉しくなり素敵な思い出になりました。
また行って見たいと思います。

I was deeply moved. Both Gaga and Michael, as well as Elvis, had an impressive presence that felt "professional!" As someone from the bubble generation, I felt a sense of gratitude for the era I was born into, and I was truly touched. During my student days, I used to keep a Michael poster in my commuter pass... The entire show was great, especially the fire performance, which was breathtaking. There are also a few other points I want to share. First, the staff (floor attendants, sommeliers, and the behind-the-scenes crew) were wonderful. They were friendly, lively, and took pride in their work, which really drew me in. Additionally, the English spoken by the "Hawaiian Ebizo" who first guided us backstage was very easy to understand and great. The champagne and aperitifs in the green room were delicious, and the waiter was incredibly handsome, which was delightful. The course meal was also very satisfying. Being able to hear "Over the Rainbow" and "We Are the World" live towards the end of the show will become an unforgettable memory of my time in Hawaii. Thank you for a wonderful time.

感動しました。ガガさんもマイケルもエルヴィスも「プロ！！」という感じで迫力がありました。バブル世代としては「自分が生まれた時代に感謝！」という感じで、感動しきりでした。学生時代、マイケルのブロマイドを定期券に入れていましたから・・・。フラショーも含め(特に火を使ったショーは圧巻)ショー全体もちろん良かったのですが、その他にも是非お知らせしたいポイントがいくつか。まず働いていらっしゃる方々(フロア係やソムリエの方々、ショーの裏方の方々など)の人柄がとてもすばらしい。フレンドリーで生き生きとして仕事に誇りをもっていて、みな感じのいい方々でまずそこにとても惹かれました。あと、最初にバックステージをご案内くださった「ハワイの海老蔵さん」の英語がとても聞き取りやすくて良かったです。グリーンルームのシャンパンやアペリティフもおいしくて、ギャルソンさんもチョーイケメンでうっとりでした。コース料理も大満足。ショーの最後の方に｢Over the rainbow｣と「We are the World」を生で聴けたことは、ハワイでの忘れられない思い出になると思います。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

We honestly enjoyed it. I hadn't heard good impressions from acquaintances who had been there before, but we had a great time. The dinner steak was decent. The show was interesting, and the kids were happy.

素直に楽しめました。以前にいったことがある知人にはいい印象を聞いてはいませんでしたが、私たちは普通に楽しめました。ディナーのステーキもまずまずでした。ショーも面白く、子供たちも喜んでいました。
