I had a reservation, so I was able to enjoy it without any worries. The server was very pleasant. As mentioned in other posts, it seems there is no consideration for anniversaries. (I informed them in advance that it was my parents' wedding anniversary, but there was nothing special.)

The meal was in the rain, which diminished the enjoyment, but the food was delicious. I hope to go again on a nice day.

I visit Honolulu, Hawaii about three times a year. Every year, I go to this show. Sometimes, the performers change, featuring Michael Jackson and Elvis impersonators. In the past, we could enjoy a meal while watching the show, but since the COVID pandemic, it has changed to a buffet style. I think it's a fun show that truly represents Hawaii, no matter how many times I see it.

年に3回ほどハワイホノルルに行っております。
毎年、こちらのショーは観に行っています。
たまにマイケルジャクソンとプレスリーの方々が変更していますね。
昔はショーを観ながらお食事を楽しめましたが、コロナ渦からビッフェに変更しています。
何度観ても楽しいハワイらしいショーだと思います。

As soon as I showed the voucher, I was guided right away, and I was able to choose from the Japanese menu. On the first night after arriving in Hawaii, I had a meal with three friends while listening to live music and feeling the Hawaiian vibe. The staff were also really nice, which was great. Thank you very much!

I believe I informed you of my birthday when I applied, but I'm not sure if it was an input error or a communication mistake, as I did not receive any birthday celebration. I had hoped to be celebrated, but by the time I was there, I felt indifferent about it, so I didn't follow up.

申込時に誕生日の連絡をしたはずでしたが、入力エラーだったのか連絡ミスなのかわかりませんが、誕生日お祝いはありませんでした。
できるなら祝って欲しいと思っていた程度だったこともあり、現地ではもうどっちでも良いと思ったので、確認も行いませんでした。

It was a short course starting from 530. Overall, the portions were generous, and even with just three dishes, I was full and had to take half of the main meat home. All the dishes were lightly seasoned, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The meat was supposed to be Waimea beef, but I was informed in advance that it wouldn't be available, so it was US beef instead. I would like to create another opportunity to try Waimea beef. The staff were pleasant, and the entire space, including the restaurant and restrooms, had a cohesive and natural feel, creating a stylish atmosphere.

530からのショートコースでした。
全体的に量がたっぷりで、3品でも、お腹が一杯で、メインのお肉は半分持ち帰りました。
全ての料理は味付けがやさしく、材料そのもののお味が楽しめました。お肉はワイメア牛のはずでしたが、事前に用意できないと、連絡があり、US牛でした。又機会をつくって、ワイメア牛をたべてみたいと思いました。スタッフは感じがよく、店内、トイレにいたるところまで、統一感のある自然なかんじ、おしゃれ空間でした。

Since it was the first day, I was a bit anxious about being in a new place, but I was able to get in relatively smoothly. The Japanese language was also fine, and I was able to relax while listening to music. The amount of food was just right for us, which was great.

初日だったので初めての所は不安でしたが、割とスムーズに中に入れて、日本語も大丈夫だったし、音楽を聴きながらゆっくり過ごせました。料理の量も多過ぎず私達には、良かったです。

When we arrived, the first thing was food, but we were crammed into a long table, making it difficult to get up from our seats. The buffet style allows for multiple trips, which is part of the charm, but the tight space made it quite a hassle to go back for more. The food was delicious, and the desserts were not overly sweet, which was satisfying.

The hula performance during the meal was lovely, and it was enjoyable to see the lively spirit of the American guests.

The show after dinner was also fun, and the fire dance was truly spectacular!

着いたら、まずご飯なのですが、長いテーブルにぎゅうぎゅう詰めに座らされるので、席を立つのが大変でした。
何度か取りに行けるのがビュッフェスタイルの醍醐味ですが、取りに行くのも億劫になる程の狭さ。
ご飯の味は美味しかったし、デザートも甘すぎず満足。

途中であるフラの披露も素敵でしたし、アメリカの方々のノリの良さは見ていて楽しめました。

ご飯後のショーも楽しく、ファイヤーダンスは圧巻でした！

We were able to enjoy a discounted price for a limited time. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all dishes that clearly showed careful preparation. Each item had a moderate portion size and was delicious.

開始時間限定で割安にいただけました。
前菜、メイン、デザート、どれも丁寧に手をかけて調理されているのが感じられる料理でした。適度なボリュームでどの品も美味しかったです。

Since we participated as a group of three, everyone ordered different dishes and we enjoyed tasting each other's meals. Each dish was very delicious and we were satisfied. Although we were over 30 minutes late due to transportation issues and ended up sitting away from the reserved seats, we were able to enjoy our meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The music and ambiance were also great.

三人で参加したので、みな違う料理を注文し味見をしながらいただきました。それぞれ、とても良い味で満足できました。交通トラブルで30分以上遅れてしまい、予約席ではないステージから離れた席になってしまいましたが、落ち着いて食事ができました。音楽も雰囲気も良かったです。

We used the facility with 11 people from four families, ranging from 2 years old to their 60s. It was great to have a sense of openness and be able to relax. I think it would be even better if we could choose from the same menu as the regular restaurant.

2歳から60代まで4家族11人で利用しました。解放感があってゆっくりできて良かったです。
メニューが普段のお店と同じメニューから選べればなおいいと思いました。

The food was delicious (especially the teriyaki chicken), and it was great to enjoy hula dancing up close! It's a bit disappointing that there were few drink options 😢 You can get juice and alcohol for an additional fee.

There were many types of dishes, and it was a lively time with hula dancing. The show had beautiful singing, and the impersonators and fire dancers were impressive, allowing us to have a wonderful time.

料理の種類も沢山あり、フラダンスで賑やかな時間でした。ショーも歌声が素敵でしたし、そっくりさんやファイアーダンスも見応え十分で楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。

On the evening before my return home, I visited. I was very satisfied with both the meal and the dessert, and the live music was great as well. Dining outdoors while listening to Hawaiian music in the evening breeze became a memorable experience.

帰国前日夕方、伺いました。食事もデザートまで、又ライブも大変満足できました。
屋外、夜風の中でのハワイアンミュージックを聞きながらの食事、思い出になりました。

The buffet has a wide variety, making it hard to choose.
Make sure to go there hungry.
The show is very impressive.
The impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson were really good.
The hula show is also fantastic.

I will definitely go when I visit Hawaii. I wanted to see Nathan's live performance, but unfortunately, he is currently on tour in Japan. However, I had a very enjoyable and delicious time. I couldn't help but have a cocktail as well.

The course we had this time was more of a short course consisting of three dishes: an appetizer, a main, and a dessert, rather than a full course.

The main dish featured meat from the Big Island of Hawaii, which was very substantial and satisfying. I believe it would be particularly satisfying for meat lovers.

The dessert also showed a lot of care and left the impression of being meticulously crafted until the very end.

Overall, I would recommend this course for those who want to truly enjoy meat dishes; it was a satisfying experience.

今回いただいたコースは、フルコースというよりも、前菜・メイン・デザートの3品構成のショートコースでした。

メインにはハワイ島産のお肉が使われており、非常にボリュームがあって食べ応えがありました。お肉好きの方には特に満足感が高い内容だと思います。

デザートもこだわりが感じられ、最後まで丁寧に仕上げられている印象を受けました。

全体としては、肉料理をしっかり楽しみたい方におすすめできる内容で、満足感のあるコースでした。

The meal included a salad (ordinary), the main dish of frilly chicken (huge and tender), an ahi poke bowl (deliciously seasoned), today's fish dish (lightly flavored white fish, very tasty), and dessert was ice cream.

The performance was authentic and truly wonderful! I was really impressed by the high level of talent!

However, the seating was a bit disappointing, as it was lined up right next to the stage, and the entrance behind the bar was clearly visible, making it feel less like a resort. Of course, there was no view of the ocean at all.

If I go again, I would like to sit in the area by the pool, which has a much larger space, without making a reservation. On this day, there were quite a few empty seats even after the performance started.

料理は、サラダ（普通）、メインのフリフリチキン（巨大で肉とろける）、アヒポケ・ボウル（味付け美味）、本日の魚料理（白身魚薄味美味）、デザートのアイスでした。
演奏は本格的で本当に良かったです！すごいレベルが高く感動しました！
席がちょっと残念で、ステージの真横にずらっとある感じで、バーの裏方の入り口が丸見えでリゾート？な席ではなく、海はもちろん全く見えずです。
次に行くことがあったら予約はせずプール側のまだ広い空間の方の席に行きたいなと思いました。この日は演奏始まってもかなり席が空いていました。

The restaurant is on the second floor, and the seating has a terrace-like openness, plus all the dishes were delicious. The staff greeted us with smiles, which felt great. There were also staff members who spoke Japanese, making the payment process smooth.

お店は2階で、席はテラスの様な開放感があり、さらにお料理はどれも美味しくて良かったです。
スタッフは、笑顔で接してくれ気持ち良かったです。日本語を話せるスタッフもいて、お会計もスムーズに済ませる事ができました。

It's a calm and relaxing restaurant. It's a French restaurant that uses locally sourced ingredients from Hawaii, and both the presentation and taste were enjoyable. Additionally, it's a restaurant where you can feel comfortable dining alone. The staff were friendly and approachable.

落ち着いた雰囲気のレストランです。ハワイの地産の物を使ったフレンチレストランですが、盛り付けも繊細で味も見た目も楽しめました。
また、一人でも安心して楽しめるレストラです。スタッフの方々が気さくに声をかけてくださいました。

The local papaya appetizer with Italian prosciutto and creamy burrata cheese paired perfectly with Hawaiian honey and balsamic vinaigrette. I thought I would try to replicate it at home.
The main dish, the wood-fired steak, was tender and juicy. The local vegetables topped with red wine sauce had a natural sweetness and were very delicious.
The dessert, purple sweet potato Mont Blanc with cashew nut vanilla ice cream and macadamia nuts, was also a perfect combination.
I told the staff, "I'll come back again next year," as I left.

前菜のローカルパパイヤとイタリア産生ハム、クリーミーブラータチーズはハワイ産蜂蜜とバルサミコビネグレットとの相性が抜群でした。家でも真似してみようと思いました。
メインの薪焼きしたステーキも柔らかくてジューシー。赤ワインソースをかけたローカル野菜も野菜本来の甘みがあり、とても美味しかったです。
デザートの紫芋のモンブランとカシューナッツバニラアイス、マカデミアンナッツの相性も抜群でした。
お店の方に「来年もまたきますね」と伝えて帰りました。

Since I happened to be staying at the same hotel, I dined at the restaurant downstairs, and considering the current prices of hotel restaurants in Hawaii, I found it to be very reasonable. I think the food suits Japanese tastes, and it was a nice memory to enjoy a meal with gentle Hawaiian music in the background. I will definitely visit again the next time I come to Hawaii!

たまたま同ホテルに宿泊していたので、階下のレストランだったのですが、ハワイのホテルレストランの昨今の値段を考えるととてもお値打ちに感じます。
食事は日本人の口に合うと思いますし、優しいハワイアンをバックにご飯を食べられるのもいい思い出でした。
次にハワイに来たらまた訪れます！

The food was amazing.
It was a simple menu with an appetizer, main course, and dessert, but I was very full.
The portion of the main course was incredible!
The Waimea beef is close to Wagyu. It was cooked over wood fire, and it had a wonderful aroma.
When I mentioned it was a birthday dinner, they offered a complimentary dessert plate.
I ordered a cocktail on-site. It was delicious, but the alcohol was quite strong (the staff mentioned they made it strong... I don't usually drink, so it hit me hard...).

I was able to make a reservation in advance, which was a great deal, and if I have the chance to go to Honolulu again, I will definitely make a reservation and visit.

メインのボリュームすごいっっっ！！
ワイメア牛は和牛に近いです。薪焼きにされていて、良い薫りがしました。
誕生日でのディナーだと伝えたら、プレート(デザート)をサービスしてくれました。
現地で注文したカクテル。美味しいのですがアルコールがキツかったです。(店員さんが強めに作ったと仰ってました…筆者は普段飲まないので、効きました…)

事前に予約できてお得になりましたし、またホノルルに行く機会があれば必ず予約して、寄りたいです。

The food was delicious and there were various options to enjoy. I was moved by taking photos with the cast, including look-alikes of Michael Jackson, who resembled him very well.

This restaurant, located in the heart of Waikiki, has a charming and relaxed atmosphere. The interior features natural decor with a warm wooden feel, and surfboards on display, creating a distinctly Hawaiian vibe that makes it a very relaxing space.

I was pleased to find that the dishes focus on local organic ingredients. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it was a great choice! The smoked salmon was cut thick, allowing the rich flavor of the salmon to shine through. Additionally, the poached egg and sauce added a creaminess that created a perfect balance of flavors.

The side of purple sweet potato was also delicious! The gentle sweetness of the sweet potato was perfect for breakfast. I could have eaten several of them.

What made me even happier was that coffee refills were free! I was able to enjoy a leisurely time sipping coffee after my meal. The other menu items looked delicious as well, so I look forward to visiting again!

ワイキキの中心街にありながら、落ち着いた雰囲気が魅力のレストラン。
店内は木の温もりを感じるナチュラルなインテリアで、サーフボードが飾られていたりと、ハワイらしさが漂い、とてもリラックスできる空間でした。

お料理は地元のオーガニック食材にこだわっているのも嬉しいポイント。
私はエッグベネディクトを注文しましたが、これが大正解！スモークサーモンは分厚くカットされていて、サーモンの旨味がしっかりと感じられます。さらに、ポーチドエッグとソースがまろやかさをプラスしてくれて、絶妙な味わいでした。

付け合わせの紫芋のポテトも美味！さつま芋ならではの優しい甘さが朝にぴったり。何個でも食べられる美味しさでした。

さらに嬉しかったのは、コーヒーがお代わり自由なこと！食後もコーヒーを飲みながら、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことができました。他のメニューも美味しそうだったので、また訪れるのが楽しみです！

I had been curious about Nature after seeing it featured on TV and by influencers, and I finally had the chance to visit! This time, I reserved the "Local Beef Experience Course." After indulging in rich meals in Hawaii, I was moved by the delicate dishes at Nature. Perhaps this level of finesse is something that only a Japanese chef can express.

The combination of papaya and prosciutto that I had as an appetizer was a first-time experience for me, and it was delicious. As someone who loves the pairing of melon and prosciutto, I was surprised to find that papaya pairs so well too! It was a new discovery. Also, I was amazed by the size of the burrata cheese! It had an American-style portion, and even sharing it among three people was more than enough to satisfy us.

The main course, the Waimea beef steak, was incredibly tender. The seasoning was exquisite, and the balance of fat was just right, allowing us to enjoy a rich flavor without it being too heavy. The dessert also had a Hawaiian touch, featuring macadamia nuts, which allowed us to feel the essence of Hawaii until the very end.

The quality at this price is fantastic! It was a thoroughly satisfying dinner. I definitely want to visit again.

テレビやインフルエンサーさんが紹介しているのを見て、ずっと気になっていたナチュール。ついに訪れることができました！
今回は「ローカルビーフ・エクスペリエンスコース」を予約。ハワイでこってりとした食事が続いていた中で、ナチュールの繊細な料理に感動。この繊細さは、日本人シェフだからこそ？表現できるものなのかもしれません。

前菜でいただいたパパイヤと生ハムの組み合わせは、初めての体験でしたが美味しかったです。メロンと生ハムの組み合わせが大好きな私にとって、パパイヤともこんなに相性が良いなんて！新しい発見でした。また、ブラータチーズのサイズ感には驚き！アメリカらしいボリューム感で、3人でシェアしても十分満足できる量で嬉しかったです。

メインのワイメア牛のステーキは、柔らかかったぁ。味付けも絶妙で、脂の乗り加減がちょうど良く、重すぎないのにしっかりとした旨味が楽しめました。
デザートもハワイらしさを感じる一品で、マカデミアナッツが使われていて、最後までハワイを感じることができました。

このクオリティでこの価格は素晴らしい！大満足のディナーでした。
またぜひ訪れたいと思います。

I visited Nature for the first time this time. Since it was a limited-time discount price, I was able to enjoy steak at a great deal.

Nature is located on Seaside Avenue, just across Kuhio Street. The first floor houses the creative Japanese restaurant ZIGU. When I visited, ZIGU was already bustling, indicating its popularity.

Nature is on the second floor of the building, and unlike ZIGU, it has a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. The calm service left a strong impression, and other customers seemed to be enjoying their meals peacefully.

I ordered a set menu this time and enjoyed a glass of red wine as a pairing.

The starter was a marinated cheese and papaya dish. It was a combination I had never seen before, but the sweetness and saltiness were well balanced, and I was already impressed from the start of the meal. The main dish was the signature Waimea beef steak. It was tender and cooked slowly, with nice seasoning. Having visited Hawaii several times and enjoyed various steaks, I think this one ranks at the top! The flavor was complex and layered, with a good balance of firmness and tenderness; it was simply wonderful. The dessert was also luxurious. I regret not being able to finish it all because I was so full! I should have eaten a little less for lunch.

今回、初めてナチュールさんを訪問しました。早め時間限定の割引価格だったので、お得にステーキを楽しめました。

ナチュールさんの場所は、シーサイドアベニュー、クヒオ通りを渡ってすぐの場所。1階は創作日本食のZIGUが入っています。私が訪れた時間には既にZIGUも盛況で、人気店なことが伺えます。

ナチュールさんは建物の2階ですが、ZIGUとは異なり、カジュアルながら洗練された雰囲気。落ち着いた接客が印象的で、他のお客さんも穏やかに食事を楽しんでいる様子でした。

今回はセットメニューを注文。ペアリングに赤ワインをグラスで楽しみました。

スターターはチーズとパパイヤのマリネ。始めてみる組み合わせでしたが、甘さとしょっぱさがマリアージュしており、お食事開始から既に感動でした。
メインはお店のシグネチャーでもあるワイメア牛のステーキ。じっくり柔らかく調理されたワイメア牛で、味付けもナイスです。何度かハワイに来て、いろいろなステーキを楽しんでおりますが、これはトップランクに入ってくるのでは！？という好みの味でした。複雑で立体的な味わいと言うか、固さと柔らかさのバランスもよく、とにかく素晴らしかったです。
デザートも豪華でした。お腹がいっぱいになってしまい、全部食べきれなかったことが悔やまれます笑
お昼を少し減らしてくればよかったですね笑

気になっていたディナー、楽しむことができました！ありがとうございました！

The poolside terrace has a relaxed open space feel, with a pleasant breeze, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. After the salad, the main dish is served, and you can choose from three options. One friend and I chose the loco moco, while another friend opted for the seafood tacos, and both were quite filling! The loco moco had two hamburger patties stacked, and the tacos were packed with plenty of vegetables and fish fillets, making them very satisfying. The dessert ice cream was also delicious. For drinks, you can choose between iced or hot coffee and tea, as well as draft beer, which is great for those who enjoy alcohol. We had a delicious and enjoyable meal.

オープンスペースでラフな感じのプールサイドのテラスなので、風も心地よく、寛いで食事が出来ます。サラダの後にメインデッシュが出ますが、3つの中から選べるので、私と友人一人はロコモコを、もう一人の友人はシーフードタコスを選びましたが、どちらもボリュームたっぷり！ロコモコはハンバーグが2枚重なっており、タコスは野菜たっぷりに魚の切り身が挟んであり、いずれも食べ応えがありました。デザートのアイスクリームも美味しかったです。ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶はアイスかホット、またドラフトビールも選べるので、アルコール好きには嬉しい限りです。
美味しく楽しく頂きました。
