My experience was just okay.It was very hard navigating and trying to find the pickup location. Probably will not use them again.

Fun experience, guides were very knowledgeable.
Didn't see nearly the fish that I thought we would.
Man-made reef so not really colorful.
Fun to say we went on a submarine.

Loved the experience! Once in a lifetime so far. Hope to have a repeat someday!!

We so enjoyed our evening. The servers were personal and attentive. We could tell the meal time entertainers were having just as much fun as we were. The singers and dancers keep us engaged and time flew by.

I was given the wrong pick up time on my return trip to the airport. That was unfortunate, but what was worse, was the response. On calling Roberts, I was told that refunding was my problem, and I would need to pursue i... moret personally with Veltra.Fortunately, Veltra was quite polite and prompt, and they took care of the problem.
