There are few hotels to pick up from, so I was able to be transported without being taken around for a long time, which was not tiring. The interior of the car was spacious and clean, and the seats were comfortable and roomy, making it very pleasant. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

This is my second order. I am staying at the Hilton Grand Waikikian, but both times I was not able to have the car stop in front of the lobby. The driver's notes included what seemed to be an abbreviation for Hilton Rainbow Tower. When making the reservation, I provided the name of the hotel, but it seems meaningless... Does the driver not know? During check-in at the hotel, the front desk staff mentioned that normally, cars can stop in front of the lobby... The driver was actively pointing at the Rainbow Tower and gesturing for us to go there, so we pointed to the opposite side, indicating that we were over there. I wish the information could be communicated properly.

今回2回目のオーダーです。ヒルトン　グランドワイキキアンに宿泊なのですが、前回・今回ともロビー前に止めてもらえませんでした。
運転手の記載にはヒルトン　レインボータワーらしき略称アルファベットが記入されていました
申込の際に宿泊ホテル名を記入するのですが、意味がありません・・運転手は知らないのでしょうか・・
ホテルチェックインの際、フロントの人が言っていましたが、通常はロビー前に止めてもらえるのですが・・・
運転手は盛んにレインボータワーを指差し、行けと　ジェスチャーしていたので、私達はこちらだと反対側を指差しました
情報はキチント伝えて欲しいものです

There are few hotels that rotate, so it allows for efficient travel to the airport and saves time. The bus interior and seats are spacious, making it a comfortable shuttle service. The price is also very reasonable, and I definitely want to use it again next time.

This time, I asked Mr. Roberts, who has been taking care of me on tours for a while, to pick me up. I was relieved that he was very punctual. Mr. Roberts has a lot of availability, so I felt comfortable using his service. The vehicle was clean, and I think it suits meticulous Japanese people well. I will use it again.

今回は以前からツアーなどでお世話になっていたロバーツさんにお迎えをお願いしました。
時間はとてもきっちりとされていたので安心しました。ロバーツさんは便数も多く、安心して利用することが出来ました。車体もきれいですし、きっちりしている日本人には向いていると思いました。また利用させていただきます。

My friend, who was supposed to take a taxi to the hotel after arriving in Hawaii, got lost at the airport... I found my friend safely, and when I explained the situation to the staff at Roberts, they quickly arranged for an additional person. They were very kind and it was a great help. Thank you very much.

空港で先にハワイについてタクシーでホテルに向かうはずだった友だちが空港で迷子になっていて。。。
無事に友だちを見つけて、ロバーツのスタッフの方に事情を話すと１人追加の手配をすぐにしてくれました。

I went to Hawaii with a large group, but due to work circumstances, we gathered and dispersed locally. I arranged for Roberts Hawaii for my friend who was returning alone. We all sent her off in a grand manner, and she was happy that she could go to the airport with peace of mind.

大人数でハワイに行ったのですが、仕事の都合で現地集合、現地解散でした。
一人で帰る友人に安心のロバーツでお願いしました。
みんなで盛大に見送り、彼女は安心して空港まで行けたと喜んでいました。

I have been taken care of by Mr. Roberts in various situations. The pickup time was almost as scheduled, which is great! I will continue to use your services in the future.

I chose Roberts Hawaii's shuttle for my evening arrival on a flight from Guam to Honolulu. For the 6:30 PM arrival, the group exit was closed, and everyone was directed to the individual exit.

Once I passed through the exit, a staff member in a green uniform from Roberts was waiting right there, and I was able to board the shuttle smoothly. It was helpful to have a company that operates 24 hours.

グアムからホノルル着の便のため、夕方到着に対応してる、ロバーツさんのシャトルを選択しました。18：30着の場合、団体出口は封鎖されていて、全員が個人出口から出される形でした。
出口を通過したら、すぐにロバーツさんのグリーンの制服を着た係りの人が待機していて、スムーズにシャトルに乗ることができました。24時間対応の会社があって助かりました。

Since it was my first time using it, I was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly and on time without any issues. I definitely want to use it again next time.

I was comfortably transported in a spacious car with roomy seats. Fortunately, I didn't have to stop at three hotels, so the travel time was short, and I arrived at the hotel quickly. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

ゆったりした車内にゆとりあるシートで快適に送って貰えました。幸い3ホテルした回らなかったので
かかる時間も短くて早くホテルに到着出来ました。

Nothing compares to see the whole Island from above.
Definitely must-do for every visitor.
Take Eco-Star it is quiet and you feel like on the flying carpet.

From the hotel in Honolulu to the airport. It's okay in terms of being affordable and convenient. However, I wonder why there is still a sense of something lacking for Japanese people.

ホノルルのホテルから空港へ。安くて利用しやすい点でOK。しかし、日本人には何か少し物足りなさが残るのはなぜでしょう。

Arrived in Honolulu on a domestic flight from Kona, Hawaii. Someone greeted us at the baggage claim area. We boarded with another group and safely arrived at the hotel, but there wasn't anything particularly impressive about the experience. Maybe next time, a taxi would be better.

ハワイ島コナからの国内線でホノルルに到着。荷物受取り場所で声をかけてくれました。私たちともうひと組が乗車、無事ホテルに到着しましたが、特に感動することもなく、次回はタクシーのほうがいいのかな。

Amazing day! We learned so much!! Everything was very well organized from start to end. Our guide, Guy, was funny and very informative about the island and the sites we were visiting. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone except perhaps those with very small children or people needing wheelchair assistance. It can be done but the pace is pretty fast. The Mighty Mo was our favorite part.

My first solo trip abroad. It was also my first time arranging and taking a shuttle bus by myself... The flight was delayed by an hour. However, at the Roberts check-in counter, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, and they handled everything properly despite the delay. They dropped us off in order based on a list with the names of the hotels where guests were staying. They put a sticker with the hotel name on my suitcase, so I didn't have to worry even if the driver couldn't speak Japanese. They also came to pick me up with plenty of time to spare for the return trip, which was really reassuring. Thank you to the drivers for your safe driving!

初めての海外一人旅。シャトルバスを自分で手配して、乗るなんてことも初めて…１時間もフライトが遅延。でも、ロバーツのチェックインカウンターには日本語を話すスタッフがいて、遅延があっても、ちゃんと対応してくれています。ゲストと宿泊するホテル名が書かれた、リストを基に順番に降ろしてくれます。スーツケースには宿泊するホテルの名前を書いたシールを張ってくれるので、ドライバーは日本語が話せなくても、心配がありません。帰りも十分な余裕を持った時間に迎えに来てくれるので、本当に安心でした。ドライバーさんたち、安全運転、有難うございました！

We got to see a lot more of the city, picking up and dropping guests from various hotels.

We participated as a couple in our 60s, and I thought we would be stuck in a can from morning till night?! But time flew by, and I'm really glad we joined (*^^*) We were able to do some sightseeing and shopping too ★ I highly recommend this tour.

60代夫婦で参加しましたが、朝から晩まで缶詰状態⁈と思ってたが、時間もあっと言う間に過ぎて本当に参加してよかった(*^^*)観光も出来買い物も★このツアーはおすすめです。

There was construction in front of the hotel and the roads were very congested, so we couldn't arrive on time. However, when I checked with the driver of the car that arrived earlier, they kindly informed me of the approximate wait time, which was reassuring. At first, I thought the pickup time was a bit early, but it was likely planned considering the road construction. While waiting, I noticed the frequency of Roberts' services. They drop each passenger off at their respective airline check-in counters, which was very helpful.

ホテルの前で工事していたのと道路が非常に渋滞していたので、時間通りというわけにはいきませんでしたが、先に到着した車のドライバーさんに確認すると大体の待ち時間を教えてくださったので安心でした。申し込み当初はちょっとお迎えが早いかなと思いましたが、きっと道路の工事などを勘案してのピックアップ時間ということだったのでしょう。待っているとロバーツの便数の多さがわかりました。それぞれの乗客の利用航空会社のチェックインカウンターの所に降ろしてくださるので、大変助かりました。

We had a great driver. He was very pleasant and informative. We learned a lot. We particularly enjoyed the Bowfin submarine. We had kids ages 8 and 10. It was very interesting. The movie about the history of Pearl Harbor very moving. The USS Mossouri was interesting but made tour a bit long for the kids. I would recommend the shorter tour of heading home after the Arizona Memorial if you have young kids. Submarine was highlight for us for the day.

I am sure I have done this, but will do it again"our visit to Pearl Harbor, was thought provoking,informative, sad, educational and enlightening. The story of Pearl Harbor is a tragic era in our modern history. As an Australian, I empathise with the Americans for the way their service people and civilians were attacked, violated and killed at that time in history. The war in the Pacific involved a list of countries. My place of work, is named after a Hospital Ship "Centaur "..this boat belonged to the Australian fleet. It was bombed off the coast of Queensland, north of Brisbane.....it had the flag stipulating its identity as a Hospital Ship, but was still attacked by a Japanese submarine. Many innocent people lost their lives on that day also, same as in Pearl Harbor. Our freer was sensational, his knowledge and wit were unbelievable..

Loved the cultural center and all its history. I felt like we could have gotten there earlier if our tk guide didn't share so many personal stories. We had many beautiful stops but he'd wait till we sat back in our seats to stand and share stories. I'd prefer to get on the road and spend more time at stop points or cultural center

I was recommended by various reviews and my sister who lives locally to use Roberts Hawaii for airport transfers, so I used their shuttle this time. Other shuttles did not have my sister's condominium as a pickup location, but Roberts did include it. The timing was almost perfect. I felt safe using their service. I would like to use them again next time.

いろいろなクチコミや現地在住の妹から、空港送迎ならロバーツハワイさんを勧められ、今回シャトルを利用しました。他のシャトルには妹のコンドミニアムがピックアップ場所にありませんが、ロバーツさんにはピックアップ場所に入っていると言う事もありました。時間もほぼ正確。
安心して利用できました。　次回も利用したいと思います

We used this service as a family. We were picked up from the airport to the hotel. When we landed at the airport, there was already someone waiting with a sign with our name on it, and they found us right away. The driver was a woman, and she was strong; she loaded three suitcases into the car by herself. Since we were the only ones coming from Kona Airport, there were only three of us on the bus. The fare included a tip.

家族で利用しました。空港からホテルへ送迎していただきました。空港に降りた時に、すでに名前を書いた紙を持って待っていてもらえ、すぐに私達を見つけてくれました。女性ドライバーでしたが、力持ちで、３つのスーツケースを１人で車に積み込んでくれました。コナ空港から来たのが、私たちだけだったので、バスには３人だけ乗車しました。チップ込みの料金とのことでした。

I ended up arriving about 30 minutes late. Since there was enough time before my flight and the pick-up time was set accordingly, I wasn't worried about the delay itself, but I thought about what would happen if there was a mix-up. So, I approached a shuttle driver with the same pattern. That person called the office, confirmed my name, and checked on the delay due to congestion, explaining what size shuttle would be coming. After that, I was able to wait with peace of mind.

結果的に30分ぐらい遅れて来ました．フライト時間は十分に確保して送迎時間が設定されるので，遅れ自体は不安ではありませんでしたが，手配ミスだったら...と思い，同じ柄のシャトルドライバーに声をかけました．その方が事務所に電話し，私の名前を確認して，混雑による遅れを確認してくれ，どれぐらいのサイズのシャトルが来るから...と説明してくださったので，その後は安心して待っていられました．

The bus arrived about 5-10 minutes late from the scheduled meeting time. I was relieved to see the green Roberts Hawaii bus from a distance. I have already made a reservation for the next time as well.

待ち合わせ時間より5-10分くらい遅れてバスが到着。遠くからでもロバーツハワイのグリーンのバスが見えたのでホッとしました。また次回も予約しています。

We had a great time touring everything involved with this trip! It was a full 8 hours and our tour guide did a fabulous job of filling us in on lots of history and information about the island. REALLY ENJOYED!

After arriving at Honolulu Airport, when you exit through the personal exit, you will find a staff member from Roberts Hawaii wearing a yellow aloha shirt on the left side, making it easy to spot, which is reassuring. The driver was kind and helped with retrieving the suitcases. I would like to use this service again.

This is not my first time using Roberts Hawaii; I've used it several times, so I'm relieved that when I arrive at Honolulu Airport, I know where to go to find the staff in yellow aloha shirts.

ロバーツハワイの利用は初めてではなく、何回も利用しているのでホノルル空港に着いたら、どこに行けば黄色いアロハを着たスタッフがいるか分かるので安心。

They made the atmosphere pleasant with their broken Japanese on the bus. They also handled the luggage with care. I will use their service again.

The history and the whole thing about pearl harbor was excellent , we were sadden that half of our tour was cancelled and there was no compensation for it .
