The show was really great. I've never seen this show before, I would suggest everyone see it at least once.

Unlike other companies' shuttle buses, they arrive on time, and when traveling alone, it's the cheapest option, so I use it every time.

This was my first time using a transfer service abroad, and I was anxious, but I arrived at the airport without any issues. I was the only Japanese person, but there were people from various countries around me, and the driver was very kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Pearle Harbor, the Punchbowl - Pacific memorial cemetery and Honolulu! Ti was a great tour guide. We didn't want a whole day tour and this was perfect.

Arrived in Honolulu from LAX on a domestic flight. There was already a person in a yellow aloha shirt waiting by the baggage claim belt, and as I approached, they called my name, so I recognized them immediately. There were three groups from the same flight, and we were able to head to the hotel right away. Quick and precise service; I would like to rely on them again next time.

I felt that many roads in Hawaii had bumps before the crosswalks, but our guide was used to it and drove smoothly without any discomfort in those areas.

Amazing view of Oahu Hawaii! It was such an exciting experience that I've never had before. Our pilot Julie was awesome. She made good narration during the whole trip. The only thing that disappointed me was my seat. Seats were allocated randomly, and mine was not a window seat, so that I didn't have the best perspective to take pictures.

The Bishop Museum was amazing! I finally got to visit a place I had wanted to go to for a long time. I learned hula dancing, toured the facility, and felt like I was learning about Hawaii's roots. The kumu was kind, and it was a fulfilling day.

The pickup location at the hotel was easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth, which made me feel relieved. There wasn't much waiting time, which was great.

For starters, the show Ha! Breath of Life is AMAZING! If nothing else, that is worth a visit.

Ok, so the Circle Island Tour - yeah, you circle (most of) the island and see some cool things (briefly), but you can get circle island tours from pretty much everyone and ended up with about 3 total after all of our activities there over our week. The biggest problem with this Circle Island Tour is that it takes TOO LONG! You're going to want ample time to do the tour, but not when that time cuts into your time at the cultural center.

We did the circle island tour and the ambassador package. By the time we finished the tour and go to the center, did all the ambassador check in crap, and got to start seeing the center, we had already lost at least 1.5 hours of the already short time available to visit the various cultures. The group tour and the guide does help you learn some cool things, but it also makes everything take longer. In the end, we went back a second day so that we could see all the things we missed the first day (maybe that's the point - more $$ from the visitors??).

I don't want to lead you to believe the center is poor. On the contrary, we very much enjoyed the center. The luau was meh. The show was GREAT! We just wouldn't recommend the circle island tour (as it was for us) or the ambassador package (unless you want to buy it for the good seats but ditch the tour guide in the park).

Definitely visit the park, definitely see the show. Consider ditching the tour guide in the park, consider doing the circle island tour with another company or on a different day, and if you see a luau anywhere else, consider skipping it here (it wasn't the best luau we attended).

Note, the 3 stars if for the package, not for the center on the whole. The center was great, we just weren't keen on the package we purchased.

The timing was very accurate, and I felt安心して乗車できました. Unfortunately, since the driver was a woman, I had to load my luggage, which was over 30 kilograms, into the car myself. Overall, I was satisfied, but I would prefer a male driver.

Saw everything and had a FABULOUS tour bus driver that explained everything to us as we went and we learned so much about Hawaii and the entire area.... thoroughly enjoyed it!

The Pearl Harbor Heroes Adventure Tour brings a key pages from the 20th Century history to life. It is a excellent tour for people who have deep interest in history and those whose only brush with history is at the movies. The tour covers all the key points of interest at Pearl Harbor including the USS Arizona, USS Missouri, Pacific Aviation Museum and the USS Bowfin. Although it is a full day you will not have time to view all the sites in detail. One recommendation, tour the USS Bowfin before you venture in to the museum as you will not have time to do both. Overall this was money well spent and will probably do it again next time I visit Hawaii.

After finishing my errands in Maui, I returned to Honolulu for a day trip and was quite tired. However, there was already a bus waiting outside the baggage claim (by chance!?) so I was able to get on right away and return to my hotel, which was a great help. Unlike international flights, it seems there are fewer people boarding, so I think it's a good idea to use this option instead of waiting for a taxi.

マウイでの用事を終えて日帰りでホノルルへ帰ってきた為、かなり疲れていたのですが、バゲージクレーム外に既に(たまたま！？)バスが待機していたのですぐに乗ってホテルまで帰る事が出来て大変助かりました。国際線と違って乗車する人が少なそうなので、タクシー待ちするくらいならこちらでお願いするのはアリだと思います。

I had to take a flight to Maui at 8:30, so I requested a pickup. However, regardless of whether it was a domestic or international flight, the pickup was set for three hours prior. I was aware of this from the time of the arrangement, but I felt that with domestic flights, there tends to be quite a bit of time needed after arriving and completing security checks, so it was a bit uncertain whether taking a taxi would have been better. Especially since I only speak English, I thought it might be just as easy to use a taxi.

所用があり8:30の飛行機でマウイ島へ行く事になっていた為、こちらにお願いしたのですが、国内線・国際線問わず、3時間前のピックアップになっていました。それは手配の時からわかってはいたのですが、やはり国内線だと着いて保安検査を終えてからもかなりの時間が発生するので、タクシーにした方が良かったか微妙な感じでした。特に英語のみなので、それならタクシーを使っても一緒かな、と思いました。

This is the second time for us but we had family guests who had not been before. Last time we took the tour, our guide was excellent, informative, fun. This time we were not as happy with the guide. The first thing he did was tell us about himself and he played football. That took 10 min. He went extensively into the history of the island but did not touch on some of the things that were current such as the Hawaiian housing we drove through, no gangs. He was very monotone. I know he said he had been doing this for 30 years but we paid over $600. and he was boring and not as informative as he could be

The guidance from the airport was unclear, and I couldn't find the staff. I was at the baggage claim properly, but I ended up being left behind. When I communicated this to a staff member who spoke Japanese, I received a response that suggested it was my fault for not being able to find the pick-up staff.

They did manage to arrange a different bus for me, but it was very unpleasant.

On the way to the airport, I also arrived nearly 20 minutes late compared to the scheduled time, which was quite nerve-wracking.

空港からの案内がわかりづらく、係の人が見つけられなかった。こちらはきちんとバゲッジクレームにいたのに。そのため、置いていかれてしまい、日本語が話せる窓口の人にその旨を伝えた結果、「迎えのスタッフを見つけられなかった貴方達が悪い」というような返答をされた。
なんとか違うバスを手配してはもらったが、非常に不愉快だった。

空港へ向かう際も、予定の時刻よりも20分近く遅れて到着し、肝を冷やした。

Since my departure was after 1 PM and I wanted to spend as much time in Waikiki as possible, I inquired about a taxi, but I found out that the pickup would be three hours prior. So, I used Roberts. We made one pickup and headed to the airport; this time, there were three groups of five people, and I was the only Japanese. Once again, we arrived smoothly.

出発が１３時すぎの個人手配チケットなので、少しでもワイキキにいたい！と思いタクシーも問い合わせましたが、やはり３時間前のピックアップになることが判り、ロバーツを利用。　１カ所ピックアップし空港へ、今回は３組５人で日本人は私のみ。　今回もスムーズに到着。

It's been decades since I last participated. Last time I went with the standard option, but this time I chose the deluxe package, and I had a wonderful tour with a very beautiful student as my guide. The chief of Samoa was as entertaining as ever. The food wasn't anything special, but the show was even more interesting since I participated in the backstage tour beforehand.

数十年ぶりの参加です。前回はスタンダードだったので今回はデラックスにしましたが、とっても綺麗な学生さんがツアーガイドについてくださり、とても楽しいツアーでした。サモアの酋長さんも相変わらず面白い。食事はたいしたことないですが、ショウはバックステージツアーに参加してから観たのでよけいに面白かったです。

The story from our Japanese guide, Maki, was so enjoyable that we couldn't stop laughing during the half-day tour. The Polynesian show in the second half was far more impressive than we had anticipated, and it moved me to tears. I highly recommend this tour. I hope to see Maki again!

日本人の名物ガイド・マキさんのお話が楽しくて楽しくて…笑いっぱなしの半日観光でした。後半のポリネシアンショーは予想していたより遥かに見ごたえがあり、感動して涙してしまいました。お勧めのツアーです。またマキさんに会えたらいいね！

The round-trip transfer between the airport and Sheraton Waikiki was very good, with smooth service and a spacious interior. I definitely want to use it again next time.

空港↔シェラトワイキキの往復送迎でしたが、スムーズな対応と余裕のある車内で大変良かったです。次回、また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

We are from Argentina. The tour was amazong and the driver very kind, he explains everithing and always arrived in time. Beautiful experience.

Our guide, Maki, was very kind and attentive. The roads in Hawaii are not very good, and combined with the uncomfortable bus ride, I experienced a bit of motion sickness. It would have been better if the bus windows were a little cleaner. At the Polynesian Cultural Center, there were many things to see and do, and we spent a very rich time there. It started to rain during our visit, but we were helped by receiving a free vinyl poncho. The behind-the-scenes tour included in the deluxe course is a must-see. The roast beef for dinner was delicious. It would have been even better if alcohol had been included.

ガイドのマキさん、とても親切で気の利く方でした。ハワイの道があまり良くないのと、バスの乗り心地が悪いのが相まって、少々車酔いしました。バスの窓がもう少し掃除して綺麗だと良かったです。ポリネシア文化センターでは見たりやったりが沢山で、かなり濃い時間を過ごしました。途中、雨が降ってきましたが、ビニールのポンチョを無料で頂けたので助かりました。デラックスコースに付いている、舞台裏の見学は必見です。夕食のローストビーフは美味でした。これでアルコールがOKならもっと良かったのですが。

Our Veltra tour was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the infamous attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. A luxury bus picked my husband and I up on time and drove us to the Arizona Memorial. The seats were quite comfortable and the bus also had a restroom. Unfortunately, I can't remember our tour guide's name but I can tell you that he was very respectable, helpful and informative. As we approached the Arizona Memorial we were given pertinent information as to when the bus would depart, tips for getting the most out of our visit, where we could find food and beverages, restrooms, etc. We found the USS Arizona Memorial visit to be a very moving experience. It was interesting to see how chatty people were as we entered the theatre to view a short video of live footage of the Pearl Harbor attack. Once the video started there was complete silence. It was a solemn experience for all and we continued on a shuttle boat to witness the sunken battleship still leaking oil to this day and the occasional air bubbles that surfaced. We would highly recommend it for all, young and old. On the down side, neither of us thought the city tour was very exciting.

There aren't many hotels that you can stop by on the way to the airport, so that's good! The hotels and condominiums in Waikiki are covered, which is convenient.

In the case of Nikkei, there are often patterns where only major hotels provide pick-up, but even budget hotels that you might wonder about are included.

日経だとメジャーホテルのみお迎えのパターンが多いですが、こんなとこも？という安ホテルでもカバーしてます。

First time on a helicopter and it was the best way to see all of the island. The crew was great and the pilot Christy was awesome.

The directions after leaving the airport were clearly indicated on the reservation page, so I was able to reach the meeting point smoothly. I waited for about 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, but during that time, the staff member helped me by looking up the locations of the stores we were going to, which was great. I would like to use this service again.
