It was great! Larry was super as a tour guide & driver.

I had to return on a morning flight and was looking for various transportation services, but I couldn't find many options. This site was very helpful as it accommodated early morning flights! I was able to arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare, so I would like to use it again!

朝の便で帰らなくてはならず、色々と送迎サービスを探していましたがなかなか見つかりませんでした。こちらのサイトでは早朝便にも対応できてとても助かりました！

Before leaving Japan, I researched and made a reservation online. On the way there, a Japanese person guided us, which made me feel at ease. Since we were the only group, it was a direct trip. On the way back, they kindly informed us of where to get off, which was very helpful.

日本を経つ前にネットで調べ予約をしていました。
行きは日本人の方が誘導をしてくださり安心して乗れました。
私たち1組だけだったので直行でした。

Continuing from my previous experience, I used this shuttle service without any worries. The man who guided me to the shuttle bus was entertaining, and it made me forget the fatigue from the flight. I believe I was able to enjoy Hawaii to the fullest.

前回に引き続き、なんの不安もなくこちらのシャトルサービスを利用しました。
シャトルバスまで案内してくれた男性の話が面白く、飛行機での疲れも吹っ飛びました。
先行きよく、ハワイを楽しめたと思います。

Awesome service. The driver was waiting for us at the airport baggage claim area. Helped us with our luggage, and got us to our hotel in Waikiki in less than 30 minutes.
We will definitely use Roberts again on our next visit to Hawaii.

I had a meeting scheduled for 13:55, but since no one came to pick me up, I called the company. In the end, they arrived 20 minutes late. After that, we were able to move to the hotel smoothly. I wish the meeting point at the Hawaiian Airlines baggage claim was a bit clearer.

その後はスムーズにホテルまで移動できました。
ハワイアン航空の手荷物受取場所での待ち合わせは、もう少し分かり易くして欲しいです。

The accommodation was a small hotel, but I chose to use their service because they offered to pick me up right in front of the hotel. The pickup time was as scheduled. When I traveled to Honolulu before, I hadn't booked a shuttle from Honolulu to the airport for my return trip, and when I tried to call a taxi on the day of departure, it was during rush hour, so I couldn't find a taxi right away and felt very anxious. Therefore, I made sure to book in advance for this trip. Unlike in Japan, it seems that you can't always catch a taxi in Honolulu.

宿泊先が小さなホテルでしたが、ホテルの前までピックアップしに来てくれるということでしたので利用しました。ピックアップ時間も予定どおりでした。以前ホノルルに旅行したとき、帰りのホノルルから空港までの送迎を予約しておらず、当日タクシーを呼ぼうとしたら渋滞する時間だったため、すぐにタクシーが見つからずとても焦ったことがあったので、今回の旅でははあらかじめ予約しておきました。ホノルルでは日本と違っていつでもタクシーが捕まるわけでないらしいので。

Other shuttle services only picked up from large hotels, but this one offered direct service to smaller hotels, so I decided to use it. The reception counter at Honolulu Airport was right next to the airport exit, making it easy to find. Additionally, the staff who assisted me were Japanese.

他の送迎サービスは大きなホテルでないと送ってもらえなかったのですが、こちらは小さなホテルでも直接ホテルまで送ってもらえるということだったので利用しました。ホノルル空港の受付カウンターは空港出口を出たすぐ隣でわかりやすかったです。また受け付けてくれたのは日本人のスタッフでした。

This was a great way to actually *SEE* Oahu. Our tour guide Alex was and excellent driver and guide. We loved it.

It was very good and easy to understand. I have used it many times, and I will use it again.

The reception was a bit hard to find, but it was really just to the right as soon as you exit, like the airport check-in counter. We were at Ohana Waikiki Malia, and I think we were about third in line? Anyway, we arrived quickly, so there was no loss of time. I would like to use this service again next time. Thank you very much.

受付がどこなのか少しわかりずらかったですが、ほんとに出てすぐ右の空港のチェックインカウンターのようなところにありました。
私たちはオハナワイキキマリアでしたが、3番目くらいだったかな？とにかくすぐについたので時間のロスはありませんでした。
次回もお願いしたいと思います。

There is a Robert's counter right by the group exit of the airport. The staff at the counter were Japanese. We waited about 10 minutes for the bus, but there were no other customers, so we had the bus to ourselves. It took less than 20 minutes to get to the hotel in Waikiki, and the ride was smooth.

空港のグループ出口からすぐのところにロバートのカウンターがあります。
カウンターのスタッフは日本の方でした。バスが来るまで10分ほど待ちましたが他にお客様もいなくてバスは貸し切り状態。ワイキキのホテルまで20分もかからずスムーズでした。

I was very pleased with the airport transfer service from the hotel, so I requested the return transfer from the hotel to the airport. Unlike taxis, it includes tips, which makes it reassuring to use.

空港からホテルまでの送迎を利用してとても良かったので帰りホテルから空港までお願いしました。タクシーなどとちがいチップまで込みなので安心して利用できるところがうれしいです。

I always make reservations and use this site. Since the pickup is at the hotel lobby, I can go to the airport without worrying about my luggage, which makes it stress-free. I plan to use it again next time.

いつもこのサイトで予約して利用してます。
ホテルのロビーでピックアップなので荷物も気にせずストレスなしで空港まで行けます。

It was nice to be guided from the information center to the bus stop right after arrival, but even though there were already four people (from three hotels) gathered, we were made to wait for nearly 20 minutes. I always use this service, but I can't help but feel that the quality is getting worse and worse.

到着してすぐに案内所からバス乗り場まで案内されたのはよかったのですが、
既に4人（3か所ホテル）集まっているのに、もう少し乗せたいのかわかりませんが、
20分近く待たされました。
いつも使っているのですが、どんどん仕様が悪くなっていくと感じるのは気のせいでしょうか。

On March 31, I used the return shuttle from Hilton Hawaiian Village to Honolulu Airport. Unlike the comfort of the outbound trip, the return was the worst experience.

We were scheduled to be picked up at the Grand Islander bus stop at 9:25, but the shuttle did not arrive even after 10 minutes past the scheduled time. After about 20 minutes, I contacted the local inquiry number to check, and that’s when the driver finally showed up.

When we got into the vehicle, we were probably the last passengers. However, the driver left the vehicle and did not return for about 15 minutes. In the end, we departed the hotel over 30 minutes later than originally planned. Is this what they call "Hawaii time"? Is waiting 30 minutes considered normal? There was no explanation or apology from the driver. The family traveling with us also seemed to have waited quite a while and said they would definitely not use this service again.

３月31日にヒルトン・ハワイアン・ビレッジからホノルル空港まで復路を利用しました。
往路の快適さとは異なり復路は気分最悪です。
９時25分にグランド・アイランダーバス停でピックアップの予定でしたが、予定時間から５分過ぎ、１０分が過ぎても一行にシャトルは現れず。２０分位過ぎたことろで、現地問い合わせ先に連絡して確認してもらっていることろにドライバー登場。
案内されて車に乗り込むと多分僕たちが最後の乗客。にもかかわらずドライバーは車から離れて１５分くらい戻らずという状況。結局当初の予定よりも３０分以上遅れてホテルを出発。これがいわゆるハワイ時間なのか？３０分待ちは当たり前ですか？ドライバーから説明や謝罪もない。同乗していたファミリーもかなり待たされたらしく、次は絶対に利用しないと言っていましたよ。

On March 25, I used the service from Honolulu Airport to Hilton Hawaiian Village. I missed the sign for the reception counter and wandered a bit, but I quickly found the counter and completed the check-in without any issues. The shuttle stop was also nearby. There were only two couples, including us, and I thought we might have to wait until more people arrived, but the shuttle arrived in about ten minutes and we headed to the hotel. There were already about three groups on the shuttle, but there was plenty of space inside, making it comfortable. The roads were clear, and we moved smoothly to the hotel. Although we waited for about ten minutes, the cheerful staff kept the conversation lively with local topics from Hawaii and Japan, so we didn't get bored at all.

３月25日にホノルル空港からヒルトン・ハワイアン・ビレッジまで利用しました。
受付カウンターのサインを見落としてしまい、少しさ迷ったがすぐにカウンターを見つけて無事に受付完了。
シャトル乗り場も近かった。私たちと他のご夫婦の2組しかおらず、もっと人数がそろうまで待たされるかと思いきや１０分ほどでシャトルが到着してホテルへ出発。シャトルにはすでに三組ほど乗っていたが、車内は余裕ありで快適。途中の道路も空いていて順調にホテルまで移動できました。
10分程の待ち時間でしたが、陽気なスタッフがハワイと日本のローカルな話題で盛り上げてくれ、
退屈することもありませんでした。

After arriving in Honolulu, I went to the designated location on time. I thought we would depart soon, but we ended up waiting a long time for others to arrive. In the end, we waited for over an hour before departing. Additionally, the air conditioning on the bus was weak, making it very hot, which only increased my fatigue after the flight. They should either increase the number of buses or take some other measures. Given this situation, I think it would be much less stressful to use a taxi, even if it costs a bit more.

ホノルルに到着後、指定された場所に時間通りに行きました。
すぐに出発すると思いきや、他の人の到着を待っているのかなかなか出発しません。結局、一時間以上待たされ出発。さらにバスの中はエアコンが弱く非常に暑く、フライト後の疲れが倍増される結果でした。
便を増やすか何かの対応をすべきです。
これなら少し高くてもタクシーを使うほうがよっぽどストレスがないと思います。

I was disappointed that we did not get to go on the USS Arizona memorial. That was supposed to be the highlight of the tour. However our tour guide Jay was very knowledgeable of the tour and made the Honolulu city tour very nice.

Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Only thing is wish there was an option to purchase floral lei. This was my first visit and I was really looking forward to getting one but instead recya shell one.

On this day, there were only two other groups besides me, so the arrival at the hotel was very smooth. The driver kindly told me, "The entrance is over there." Even though the price was reasonable, I was excited right from the start when I was given a shell necklace!

この日は、私と他に２組だけでしたので、
ホテルの到着がとてもスムーズでした。
ドライバーさんに、「入り口はあちらだよ」と親切に教えて頂きました。
金額もリーズナブルなのに、シェルの首飾りをかけて頂き、
到着早々テンションＵＰしました！

The driver seemed very serious and found my name right on time! I feel reassured that I can book again next time.

I'm really happy that golf bags are also allowed.

I was attracted by the low price that included tips. I thought it was a fair price. I was worried about the early morning pickup, but they arrived almost on time. I would like to use this service again next time.

This tour was great. I learned so much about Oahu and Hawaiian culture, and loved getting to visit the island's highlights. Our guide, Ed, was an absolute highlight. He was so knowledgeable and funny, sharing endless facts and not allowing the full day tour to get boring.

The bus was comfortable, so even though driving for most of the day, it was relaxing and enjoyable. The buffet lunch at Kualoa Ranch was tasty, with a beautiful view.

My favorite sight was probably the Byodo-In Temple. Such a serene setting..

I highly recommend this tour for anyone without a car rental, wanting to get out of Waikiki for the day and interested in learning about the island.

Toa was a great guide. He was very enjoyable to listen to. Enjoyed the day.

I use this service every time I go to Hawaii. Everyone except the driver speaks Japanese. There is a slight wait time after arriving at the airport, but it's affordable and very convenient. I will use it again.
