Just before returning to my home country, the shuttle I was counting on was canceled. I hurriedly searched for alternatives through Veltra and found this one. I had previously relied on Roberts Hawaii for various tours, so I was relieved to secure a reservation.

The next day, while waiting in the hotel lobby, the driver only spoke English. Although the two of us weren't very proficient in English, the driver was considerate and communicated with us. We shared the shuttle with other travelers from the United States and Australia, and despite our limited English, we had a lively conversation.

It turns out that even if you can't speak well, you can still manage!

帰国直前になって当てにしていた送迎がキャンセルに。ベルトラさん経由で慌てて探したのがこちらでした。ロバーツハワイさんには以前からいろいろなツアーでお世話になっていたので、予約が取れてひとまず安心。
翌日ホテルのロビーで待っていると英語しか話せないドライバーさん。こちら二人はあまり英語が達者でないのですがいろいろ配慮して話してもらえました。混載で他はアメリカとオーストラリアの旅行者さんたちでしたが、同じ旅行者同士、拙い英語でしたが話が弾みました。
話せなくても何とかなるもんだなぁ。

I booked one night before our leaving and I get confirmed next morning, it was such a realife. We was alone at the bus, what was funny.

Every year, I use this service to travel from the hotel to the airport when I come to Hawaii. The pickup time is always accurate, and I feel safe during the ride. There have been no issues, and I will definitely use it again.

Although I made a reservation the day before, they were able to accommodate me. I think this is the cheapest shuttle bus option available for solo travelers. The reason I didn't give a perfect score is that the bus arrived about 15 minutes late, which made me a bit anxious while waiting. However, that kind of delay might be normal for "Hawaii time." When I boarded, I was the only passenger, but they mentioned that another person was supposed to join. We made a stop at another hotel, but that person never showed up, so it ended up being a private ride for me, which felt a bit awkward. The bus took the scenic route along my favorite Ala Moana Boulevard instead of the highway. Seeing Ala Moana Park and Aloha Tower at the end of my trip was quite moving. The driver was very cheerful and full of Aloha spirit, making for a really pleasant experience. I think this bus is perfect for wrapping up wonderful memories. Next time, I plan to use it for a round trip if the opportunity arises.

前日の予約でしたが、応じていただけました。
一人で予約できるシャトルバスとしては最安だと思います。
評価が満点でなくマイナスなのは、15分くらいバスの到着時間が
遅れ、バスがくるまで少し不安になったからです。
でも「ハワイ時間」としてはそれくらいの遅延は普通かもしれませんね。
私が乗り込んだときは、私一人でしたが、もう一人乗る予定があるということで、
一か所別のホテルに立ち寄りましたが、結局その方は現れず、
私の貸切状態となり、申し訳ない感じでした。
バスは高速ではなく、私の大好きなアラモアナブールバードを通って行きました。
旅の最後に見る、アラモアナ公園やアロハタワーは感慨深いものがあります。
運転手さんはとても陽気で、
アロハスピリッツにあふれた、とても気持ちの良い方でした。
このバスは、素敵な思い出の締めくくりに最適だと思います。
次回、機会があれば往復で利用するつもりです。

It was a domestic flight, and although my ride was waiting for me, the car took a while to arrive. I had to wait for about 20 minutes as they went to pick up other passengers at a different terminal.

国内線でしたが、迎えは待っていてくれましたが、
そこから車がなかなか来ず。別ターミナルに他のお客さんを迎えに行きまたされ20分ぐらいは待ちました。

I was overall satisfied with the service and the shuttle, but I felt that it was a bit inflexible since it was stated that the voucher needed to be printed out. (I was already staying in Honolulu and made the reservation there. I asked the hotel front desk to print out the voucher for me.) The arrival of the shuttle bus was prompt, and I was very satisfied, so I wanted to give it five stars, but due to the voucher issue, I will give it four stars. This is just my personal opinion for your reference.

サービス、送迎について全体的に満足でしたが、バウチャーがプリントアウトしてどうしても必要と記載がありましたため、個人的には少し融通がきかないなと思いました。（既にホノルルに滞在していて、予約はホノルルでしました。ホテルのフロントにお願いし、バウチャーをプリントアウトしてもらいましたので）送迎のバスの到着も早く、とても満足してましたので星５つとしたかったのですが、バウチャーの件があり、星４つとさせて頂きます。これはあくまでも個人的な主観ですので、ご参考までに。

The arrival flight overlapped, and the airport was very crowded, which made it take a while to get out from the gate, but they waited for us properly. The local staff's response was also very good. There were about 12 passengers on the shuttle bus, including us, and we stopped at four hotels along the way. Our hotel was the last stop, but the driver was very cheerful and created a welcoming atmosphere, so we arrived without any worries. I'm glad I made the reservation.

到着便が重なり、空港がとても混んでいてゲートから出るのに時間がかかりましたが、ちゃんと待っていてくれました。現地スタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです。シャトルバスには私たちを含めて12人ほどの乗客がいて、途中4つのホテルに立ち寄りました。私たちのホテルが最後でしたが、ドライバーの方がとても明るく、ウェルカムムードいっぱいで何の心配もなく到着することができました。予約してよかったです。

I visit Hawaii every two years, and I always use the shuttle service from the airport to Waikiki through this site. I've never had any problems, so I feel安心して利用しています.

ハワイには２年に１度のペースで来ますが、空港からワイキキまでは毎回こちらのサイトから送迎を利用しています。今まで一度も問題がありませんので安心して利用しています。

I used this service when I arrived in Honolulu from Kauai. In the morning when flights from Japan arrive, there is a check-in at the group exit, but after 1 PM, the check-in moves to the individual exit. I had read this in the guide, so I was able to find the check-in without getting lost. However, there is quite a distance from the Hawaiian Airlines terminal to the check-in area. If I hadn't read it, I think I would have been at a loss (laughs).

At check-in, they greeted me with "Aloha" and presented me with a shell lei. The bus was new and clean, and the seats were spacious. The driver also provided a brief explanation along the way to Waikiki. It's nice not to have to worry about how much it costs like a taxi or about tipping. I will use this service again.

カウアイ島からホノルルに到着したときに利用しました。日本からの便が着く午前中は団体出口の方に受付がありますが、13時を超えると個人用の出口の方に受付が移動します。このことが案内書に記してあったのを読んでおいたので、迷わずに受付にたどり着けました。ただ、ハワイアン航空のターミナルから受付までは相当の距離があります。もし読んでいなかったら途方にくれたと思います（笑）
受付では「アロハー」と、貝殻のレイをプレゼントしてくれました。写真は2名分です。バスは新しく綺麗です。座席もゆったりでした。ドライバーさんはワイキキまでの道すがら簡単な説明などもしてくれました。タクシーのようにいくらだろう？　チップは？　などとと気にしなくて良いのがいいですね。また利用します。

Excellent Driver tour guide and interaction. The whole day was memorable and excellent .

We took this tour to honor fallen military as we were all veterans. Also it was my brothers 40th wedding anniversary. It was very moving at Pearl Harbor and the drive up to the Punchbowl Cemetary was the icing on the cake. So much history on such a small island!!

I was wondering what would happen when I exited through the group exit, but I was able to check in right away and smoothly get into the car. It's helpful that the tip is included. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

団体出口から出てどうなるのかと思っていましたが
すぐに受け付けもでき車にものれスムーズに乗車できました。
チップもこみなのでたすかります。
また機会があればりようしたいとおもいます。

I usually take a taxi, but I thought it might be nice to try the shuttle service once in a while. It was more than half the price of a taxi, and I was able to board without much waiting at the airport, sitting comfortably all the way to the hotel. I would like to use it again when I'm traveling alone.

いつもタクシーを使っていたのですが、たまにはシャトルサービスもよいかな？と思い利用しました。タクシーの運賃の半分以上安いのですが、空港でさほど待つことなく乗車、ゆっくり座ってホテルまで行きました。1人の時はまた利用したいと思います。

Since there was no airport transfer included in the return plan, I arranged this myself. I chose this option instead of the HIS shared transfer, which was a dollar cheaper, but I wanted to go with this one. The driver was pleasant, and the shuttle was spacious, which was nice for the small number of passengers. However, I got off at the Hawaiian Airlines domestic terminal, which caused a bit of confusion. (They might have explained it, but...) It's affordable, punctual, and with a small group, so I highly recommend it. I would like to use this service again next time.

帰りの空港まで送迎がないプランだったので、こちらの手配をさせて頂きました。HISの混載送迎にしないで、１ドル高いけれど敢えてこちらを選びました。
運転手さんは感じが良く、シャトルもゆったりしていて少人数で良かったです。
ただ、ハワイアン航空の国内線で降りてしまったので少し手間取りました。（きっと説明してくれていたのかもしれませんが...）
安いし、時間に正確で、少人数ということで、オススメです。次回も利用したいと思います。

This is my fourth time.
Every time it gets better, and I've been able to create wonderful memories!
However, the photos are way too expensive!!! I want them for the memories... but they're so high-priced!! Why???
If it weren't for that, it would be a perfect score.

I requested a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. It was punctual, and I was able to use it without any issues. I would like to use it again.

I called to change the date the day before, but I couldn't understand Japanese, and the local staff hung up on me. When I arrived on-site and explained to the staff, they kindly agreed to provide transportation, but other staff members were complaining. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

前日分日にち変更の電話を入れたけど日本語が分からず現地の方に電話を切られた。変更出来ないまま現地へ行きスタッフに説明したら快く送迎をOKしてくれたけど他のスタッフが文句を言っていた。とても気分が悪かった。

It was a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, people were getting off the bus one after another, and while I was waiting for my luggage from the back, someone said in English, "This is not the place, get on the bus." When I got on the bus, there were still two people sitting inside, and I mistakenly thought everyone was getting off here. The driver kindly informed us where to get off, which was very helpful. I felt a bit embarrassed to learn that the drop-off points inside Honolulu Airport vary depending on the destination, but it was nice to have such kindness and not get lost. I would definitely like to use this service again when I come to Honolulu.

ホテルから空港までの送迎でした。空港に着き続々とバスに乗ってた方が降りていき、後ろからの荷物を待ってると「ここじゃない、バスに乗って」と英語で…バスに乗ると二人乗ったままの人がいて、皆ここで降りるのかと勘違いしてました。運転手さんが降りる所を教えてくれて助かりました。ホノルル空港は行き先に寄って空港内の降りるところが違うんだと、ちょっと恥ずかしい思いしましたが親切で迷子にならず良かったです。又ホノルルに来た時は是非、利用したいです。

I had a flight at 10:20 AM, and my pickup was scheduled for 6:35 AM. I was waiting in front of the hotel 10 minutes early, but the pickup didn't arrive until 6:50 AM! Other customers were angry. Even though my hotel was the first pickup, there was no apology for the delay, and we didn't leave until 7:00 AM because they were confirming a customer who wasn't even on the pickup list. That confirmation took a long time. Because of this significant delay, I arrived at the airport three hours before my flight, which I thought was an early pickup. It was early in the morning, and having to wait made me decide that I will never use this service again. Taking a taxi would have been a more efficient use of my time. When I checked Uber during the wait, I found that it was cheaper. I wish I had done my research properly... I wanted to relax more at the hotel. The enjoyment of my trip was halved on the way back home. I will not use Roberts Hawaii again.

10時20分のフライトでピックアップは6時35分で10分前にはホテル前で待機していました。しかしお迎えが来たのは6時50分！他のお客さん怒っていました。私のホテルが最初のピックアップで遅れて来てもお詫びもなく、しかもお迎えリストにないお客さんの確認で出発したのは7時でした。その確認も時間がかかりました。その大遅刻があって空港には出発の3時間前に着き、早いお迎えだったと思います。朝早い上に待たされてもう二度と利用しません。タクシーの方が有効に時間を使えます。待ち時間にuber調べたらuberの方が安かったです。ちゃんと検索しておけばよかった… もっとホテルでゆっくりしたかったです。帰国路で旅の快感が半減しました。もうロバーツハワイは利用しません。

I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes in front of the hotel, but considering the traffic situation, I think it was within the expected range. The drive to the airport left me feeling exhausted and a bit lonely, but the shuttle service was fine. I would like to use it again for my next tour without shuttle service. Thank you very much.

ホテル前で５～１０分程度待ちましたが交通事情なども考えると想定範囲内だと思います。空港までのドライブはさみしさと疲れでぐったりしてしまいましたが、送迎サービスは問題ありませんでした。次回も送迎なしツアーの時は利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

A few minutes after arriving at the meeting point, a Japanese-speaking staff member came to guide us. We waited a few minutes for the car to arrive, but there were no issues, and we were taken to the hotel without any problems. The driver was cheerful, and we enjoyed a pleasant drive to the hotel. I would like to use this service again for future tours without transportation included.

集合場所に到着して数分後、日本語を話す担当者の方がいらっしゃって案内をしてくれました。
車が来て乗車するまでも数分待ちましたが問題なく乗車してホテルまで送ってもらいました。
ドライバーさんは陽気な方で和やかな雰囲気でホテルまでのドライブを楽しむ事が出来ました。次回も送迎がないツアーで行く場合は利用したいと思います。

I used this service to get from the hotel to the airport. Not just Mr. Roberts, but I was surprised at how punctual the shuttle service for optional tours in Honolulu was. Even at 5 AM, they were waiting for me before the scheduled pickup time, calling my name and greeting me at the meeting point. I easily made it to the terminal at Honolulu Airport after informing them of my airline. I was a bit worried about whether they would actually show up so early in the morning, but I felt very reassured and was able to move smoothly.

ホテルから空港までに利用。ロバーツさんに限らずですが、ホノルルではオプションツアーの送迎の時間がピッタリで驚くなか、朝５時台であっても予定ピックアップ時間前から待っててくださり、待っている場所で名前を呼んで声をかけてくださりました。航空会社を告げてすんなりホノルル空港のターミナルまで行けました。朝早くだと本当に来るかなーという心配もある中、とても安心してスムーズに移動できました。

Even with the kiosks at Honolulu Airport's immigration, it still remains extremely crowded... I feel like it was better two years ago when there were no kiosks.

After getting off the plane, more than an hour passed, and even though it was an hour past the pickup time, they waited at the desk and quickly sent a car to take me to my hotel in Waikiki.

I was surprised that a large bus came for just a few people, but the smooth transfer was really helpful.

ホノルル空港のイミグレーションにキオスク端末を置くようになっても激混みなのは変わりませんね…。端末がなかった２年前の方がまだマシだった気もします…。
そして航空機から降りて１時間以上が経過し、ピックアップ時間を１時間過ぎてもきちんとデスクで待ってくださり、すぐに車が来てワイキキのホテルまで送迎してくださりました。
数名に対して大きなバスがきて驚きましたが…スムーズに送迎くださりとっても助かりました。

They come to pick you up at the hotel, which is convenient. The driver only spoke English, so our group, along with other Japanese travelers, made a few mistakes getting off at the airport, but he corrected us each time, which was helpful. However, the inside of the car was extremely cold, even though it was still dark outside.

ホテルまでピックアップしに来てくれるし楽です。運転手は英語のみだったので私達を含めほかの日本人のグループも空港で何度か間違えて降りてしまうという失敗がありましたが、その都度正してくれたので助かりました。ただ車内はまだ夜も明けきらないのにクーラーガンガンでものすごく寒かったです。

I met the staff right on time for the pickup and was guided to the bus, but we didn't depart for quite a while. I waited for about 30 minutes, and finally, a group of Koreans boarded, and we finally set off. The price is low, so I guess it's to be expected, but it was disappointing.

ピックアップ時間ちょうどにスタッフに会い、バスに案内されたのですがなかなか出発しない。３０分くらい待たされて、韓国人の集団が乗り込みやっと出発しました。値段が安いので仕方のないところもありますが、残念でした。

This was my third time using the service. Usually, there is a wait time, but this time we departed immediately after pickup, which was smooth. Since it was a large bus for two groups, it was comfortable. I will use it again.

I'm glad we were able to visit all the main sightseeing spots on the all-day tour. The atmosphere at the Polynesian Cultural Center was enjoyable, with the students providing explanations.

一日中のツアーで一通りの観光スポットを回れてよかったです。
