I also used the shuttle service for my return. While some shuttle companies only pick up from the nearest hotel (a 5-minute walk), Roberts was convenient as they picked up from the Monarch Hotel. First part of the trip was informative and somewhat interesting. Half way through we stopped for lunch at the Kualoa Ranch ,food was not bad. Then after the lunch break the trip became very boring. Drove along the north shore of the island for well over an hour without stopping to view anything. We then turned inland heading to the Dole Plantation which took another 1/2 an hour plus. Stopped at the plantation for 15 minutes to buy gifts or have a Dole ice cream??. Then it was off to home sweet home. Our Driver Leo was very cordial and informative and generally helpful with the boredom. This tour should at best last the first part of the trip and head back. Sorry

My husband and I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone that's considering it. We liked that once we arrived at Pearl Harbour, our tickets were ready and given to us. There was no waiting in lines only to tell us our tour time would be many hours later!!! (If you go on your own, your ticket may instruct you to come back 3 or more hours laters since it books up daily). Booking through this company kept from having to deal with all of that! We had enough time to tour the grounds before our show and ride to the Arizona Memorial. Then, we traveled by bus to the USS Missouri. We decided to take the guided tour and still had time to explore the extras on our own before we had to meet for the bus for our return trip. This excursion was very informative, and we would do it again!

I used this service for a one-way trip from the Ala Moana Hotel to Honolulu Airport. I had no other options for a flight departing at 6 AM from Honolulu to Narita Airport, and since I had used this service before, I requested it again this time.

The emergency contact number on the reservation confirmation was available from 5:30 AM, so I asked VELTRA to confirm a contact number that could be reached at 3 AM for the pickup time. In the end, I didn't need to use it, but given the early hour, I felt reassured knowing I could contact them if necessary.

I waited 10 minutes, and right on time, at exactly 3 AM, I was picked up. After that, we stopped by an apartment in Waikiki, and I was dropped off near the international check-in counter at 3:40 AM.

One downside was that the pickup location at Mahukuna St. Entrance is closed from 12 PM to 6 PM, so to reach the meeting point, you need to go from the main entrance. I didn't realize it was closed this time, and since the door opened from the inside, I was able to exit. However, after that, it closed, and I couldn't get back in, so I was glad I had my suitcase with me.
