Upon arriving at the airport, a staff member came to greet me, and while I was waiting for the shuttle, I wondered what was going on since there was no one else around. To my surprise, I was the only one!

I felt a bit guilty being alone in the spacious vehicle, but it was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable, so I thought I would definitely use this service again.

This time, I made a reservation right away for my trip to support my friend participating in the Honolulu Marathon. Thank you very much!

当日は空港に到着時、係員の方がお迎えに来てくださり、シャトルが来るまでの間、私以外に誰もいなかったので、どうしたのかしら？と思っていたら、なんと！私一人でした。
広い車内に私一人で、申し訳ないような感じでしたが、快適でしたし、料金も格安でしたので、また利用させていただこうと思いました。

This tour made us reflect on the significance of this sacred memorial for all
armed forces and what they do to keep us safe. We could reflect on the fact that people forget themselves and do whatever it takes in a time of need and unite toward a common goal. This site is not just about the US but about all nations of the world coming together to strive for peace.

Thanks Jason for making our day a memorable one. The places we visited, the spots we stopped at and the information imparted by you was great.
The Polynesian Cultural Centre was worth this visit and more as we couldn't fit everything into 1/2 day. The students from the university were very grateful to their visitors but we were grateful to them for sharing their various cultures with us.
Dinner was great and the Breath of life show was superb.

Even though I am not a tourist and have lived in Honolulu for almost three years, the circle island tour with Polynesian Adventure Tours was amazing to say the least. I had already been to most of the places we visited on the tour, but on that day I saw the island in a different light. Nothing like learning about Hawaii from a native Hawaiian guide! He was a human encyclopedia of information and facts. Culture, history, flora, fauna, movie set locations—he knew it all.

What specifically impressed me is when our guide talked about Captain Cook’s death. Many sources say that this European sailor might have been eaten by the natives. Our guide shared, however, that Hawaiian people never practices cannibalism. After Cook’s death his body was treated the same way a body of a local chief would be treated—the flesh was burnt but the bones remained intact for further burial. So, upon requesting their captain’s body, Cook’s team was issued a bag of bones, which made them automatically assume he had been eaten.

I would highly recommend the circle island tour to anyone wanting to see Oahu’s beautiful nature and also learn more about its history and culture. This tour will definitely broaden your horizons. I am thankful I had the opportunity to go!

It was a pickup in front of the hotel, and when I was unsure, the driver kindly backed up to bring the entrance right in front of us. Thank you very much for that. Also, I appreciate the effort the driver made to explain that the drop-off point at the airport had changed. The driver was a large person, but the service was attentive and very good.

ホテル前でのピックアップでしたが、解らないでいたら　わざわざ私たちの目の前まで乗車口が来るようにバックしてもらい大変ありごとうございました。また、空港での降り口も以前と変ったよと解らない私に一生懸命してくれて感謝です。大きな体格の運転手さんでしたがサービスは細やかでとても良かったです。

The bus didn't arrive even 40 minutes past the scheduled departure time, so I was really worried. Although I made it in time for my scheduled flight, I think the delay was too much.

予定の乗車時間40分過ぎても、バスが来なかったので、本当に、心配になった。予定の飛行機に乗る時間には、間に合ったものの、遅れすぎだと思う。

I was anxious because I didn't understand Japanese, but the bus arrived without any problems, and I safely reached my destination, so I was glad.

日本語がわからないので、不安だったが、問題なく、バスが来て、目的地まで安全に到着したので、良かった。

I arrived in Honolulu and it took about an hour for immigration, which made me quite anxious. However, the staff were very kind, and I was able to take a taxi without any issues.

Honoluluに到着して入国審査に1時間ほどかかり、とても焦りましたが遅れても担当の方が親切にしてくださり、無事にタクシーに乗ることができました。

Since my friend couldn't pick me up from the airport due to work, I used a shuttle service for the first time. Among several companies, I chose this one because they accommodate up to five groups. I shared the ride with three newlywed couples from Korea, an elderly couple from Australia, and myself, and the wait time wasn't too long. We chatted with each other and arrived in the center of Waikiki. The driver was a woman who cheerfully explained various things about the city while driving through the center. Since taking a taxi alone can be quite expensive, I think I will use this service again if I have the opportunity.

友人が仕事で空港に迎えに来られない為、初めて送迎シャトルを利用しました。何社かある中で最大5組までということでこちらに決めました。韓国人の新婚さん3組とオーストラリア人の老夫婦と、私の5組で待ち時間もそれほど長くなく同乗者の方と世間話をしながらワイキキ中心部に着きました。ドライバーは女性の方で、中心部を走りながら気さくにいろいろ市内について説明してくれました。ひとりだとタクシーも割高なので、機会があればまた利用しようと思います。

I used the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The airport counter was easy to find, and everything went smoothly, which made me very satisfied. I would definitely like to use it again.

Although it was an early morning flight, they arrived at the hotel right on time. It's difficult to arrange a taxi at such an early hour, so this option is not only affordable but also highly recommended!

早朝便でしたが、ホテルにきっちり時間通りに来てくれました。朝早い時間はタクシーの手配も大変ですし、これなら値段も安いしオススメです！

The day before, I requested a change in the pickup location, and they responded promptly. On the day of the flight, they arrived about 10 minutes late, but it wasn't a problem at all, and there were no issues with the subsequent flight.

前日に、送迎場所を変更してもらったが、速やかに対応してくれました。当日、１０分程度遅れてきたが特に問題なく、その後のフライトにも全く問題はなかったです。

Although we were at the designated hotel street as mentioned beforehand, the driver was 20 minutes late. When he finally arrived, he said, "It was on the other side of the street, but I'm glad I could pick you up." Since he was speaking in English and seemed to be in a hurry, I just apologized. There were already three groups in the vehicle, and after picking us up, he mentioned that he would pick up three more groups. The foreigner in the front seat was checking the time and seemed worried about missing his flight. We had plenty of time, and since we were in Hawaii and the driver was a friendly young man, we were generally quite satisfied.

事前に書いてあったホテルの指定ストリートにいるも、20分遅れても来ず来たら「反対側のストリートだったんだよ、ピックアップできてよかったけどね」というドライバーに英語だし急いでいるようだからそのまま謝った。既に3組乗っていたが私達を乗せた後に「更に3組ピックアップするよ」と言っていて、前の席の外人は時計を見て飛行機時間がなさそうだった。私達は余裕があったし、ハワイだし、ドライバーは愛想がいい青年だったので、普通に満足高めです。

An elderly Japanese woman welcomed us at the reception, draping a shell necklace around my neck and saying, "Welcome to Hawaii." I felt a bit anxious on my first trip to Hawaii, but it was comforting since she spoke Japanese. The driver was Hawaiian, and there were five Japanese groups in the van, four of which were staying at the same hotel, so we arrived at the hotel quickly.

日本人の年配女性が受付してくれて、貝のネックレスを首にかけて「ハワイへようこそ」といってくれる。初ハワイで不安があるが、日本語だし楽。ドライバーはハワイアンだが、日本人5組乗って4組は同じホテルだったのですぐにホテルへ到着。

I forgot to make arrangements and ended up booking at the last minute, but you responded and came to pick me up on time. I would like to use your services again next time.

手配を忘れてしまい、直前の予約になってしまいましたが、ご対応頂き時間通りに迎えにきて頂きました。次回以降も、また活用させていただきたいと思います。

The person waiting for you at the airport speaks Japanese, but the driver does not speak any Japanese at all. They will take you as scheduled, so I don't think there will be any problems, but if you have concerns, I recommend a Japanese-speaking transfer service.

空港で待っていてくれるかたは日本が話せますが、ドライバーの方はまったく日本語が話せない方でした。予定とおりに送ってくれるので、まったく問題はないと思いますが、不安がある方は日本人専用の送迎をお勧めします。

I arrived from a remote island, but they came to pick me up properly and helped with my luggage pickup. They even delivered me right to the front of the hotel.

離島からの到着でしたが、しっかりと迎えにきていただき、荷物ピックアップも手伝ってくれました。ホテルまでも正面まで送り届けて頂けました。

The reception area was easy to spot, and Mr. Hawaiian, wearing a bright yellow aloha shirt, was also easy to recognize. His cheerful and fun conversation eased the fatigue from my travels. I will use this service again on my return!

受付場所もすぐ目につき、担当のMr.ハワイアンも目印の黄色いアロハですぐわかり、陽気で楽しい会話に旅行の疲れも和らぎました。帰りも利用します！

The waiting time was overwhelmingly shorter than other travel companies I have used before, and it was very convenient. I would like to use it again.

I was able to use the service without any stress. The staff was waiting at the airport's group exit holding a sign, so there was no hassle in finding them. I was given a shell necklace. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the bus arrived, and we smoothly reached the hotel. The driver doesn't speak Japanese, but the destination is written on the reservation form, so there shouldn't be any problem at all. It seems there might be a wait for the bus's arrival, but that's just a matter of luck at that time. Unless I have very urgent plans, I would use this service again.

スタッフの方が空港の団体用出口でボードを掲げて待っててくれていますので捜す手間なし。
貝のネックレスをかけていただきました。
１５分程待つとバスが現れてスムーズにホテルに到着しました。
運転手は日本語は喋れませんが、予約表に行き先は書かれているので、全く問題ないでしょう。
バスの到着が待つこともあるようですが、それはその時の運なのでしょうね。
よっぽど急ぎの予定が無い限りはまた利用します。

Until now, I had been using another company's shuttle service, but after seeing the reviews, I noticed that they seemed to call upon arrival. Since I'm not very good at English, I decided to book with this company this time. I was a bit worried about whether I would find them easily at the group exit, but there was a desk, so I felt relieved right away. Due to the flight being delayed, I couldn't make it in time for the pick-up, but the Japanese staff handled the situation without any particular fuss. I was the only passenger going to the hotel, so I was able to relax.

飛行機が遅れて到着したため、お迎えの時間に間に合いませんでしたが、日系人（か日本人）スタッフは特に慌てることもなく対応してくださいました。ホテルまで乗客は私のみで、のびのびとできました。

The deciding factor for the reservation was that there were few stopover hotels. With five passengers, the interior was spacious and comfortable. Since we arrived second, the waiting time was short. The driver was kind, which was great.

Visiting Oahu in the Hawaiian Islands some of the must see sites are Pearl Harbor, the Battleship Arizona Memorial, and The USS Missouri. The tour starts off with an informative film in the visitor center. The a boat ride to the Arizona Memorial. Its a place where history was made. The USS Missouri tour is also informative, make sure you get with one of the free guided tours of the ship.

From pick up to drop off....it was the greatest adventure I ever experienced. Very professional and informative tour. Our pilot Julie was very impressive with her communication skills and presented the arial tour beautifully! Great job Julie....it was a memorable experience!

Since it was an early morning flight, the only shuttle bus operating was Roberts, which was very helpful.

It was very convenient to travel with my one-year-old daughter and a lot of luggage. On the way there, we had a guide who welcomed us at the Shell. While talking about various things related to Hawaii, we arrived in no time. The price is also cheaper than a taxi, so I recommend it for families with children.

一歳の娘と大荷物を持っての移動だったので、とても、便利でした。行きはガイドさんがいて、シェルのレイでお出迎え。いろいろハワイについて話をしてくれながら、あっというまに到着。値段もタクシーよりは安いので、お子様連れにはオススメです。

They arrived on time, and everything went smoothly. It was great to have a slow-paced journey since I had my one-year-old daughter with me. The hotel pickup was on time. I would give it a minus one star for the long stop at Hilton.
