From breathtaking Hanauma Bay to the Byodo Temple and Pali Lookout, this tour was captivating. Our driver/guide was excellent. Both of our tours by Enoa were outstanding. Pickups and tours were on time. Very reasonable fees! Highly recommend Ventura!

I have used Beltora several times, so I arranged the shuttle bus here again this time. It was smooth from the moment I arrived at the airport until I got on the bus, and I felt安心して利用できました. Additionally, the fare includes a tip, which is why I chose this service. I would like to use it again.

When I arrived at the arrival lobby of Honolulu Airport, I was given a beautiful lei. Since my hotel was Hilton, I was the first to be dropped off. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

ホテルはヒルトンでしたので、一番最初に降車させていただきました。

I booked a shuttle with another company for a 10 AM flight from Honolulu, but they refused, saying they couldn't provide transportation in time. However, Roberts Hawaii accepted my request.

ホノルル発10時のフライトで、初め他社のシャトルを申し込んだら『間に合わうように送迎できないので』と断られましたが、こちら（ロバーツハワイ）が受けて下さいました。

Great tour with Cousin Fred, our driver-guide. He gave great tips on navigating the USS Arizona memorial. Downtown tour was happy Guly informative. Shuttle coach was comfortable but there were bumpy roads.

I was a little worried about whether they would arrive on time, but they did. Since there were three groups including us for the pickup, it didn't take long and we arrived quickly. I would like to use this service again next time.

This tour of the Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri at Pearl Harbor was the best.
Our driver Ed was so knowledgeable and nice. The tour was awesome and very touching..
Every American should come and visit the memorial when in Honolulu.

I met a woman in an aloha shirt at the baggage claim, and she put a shell necklace around my neck (for identification?). The vehicle is a spacious mid-sized bus, and I was happy to receive cold mineral water as soon as I got on.

車は広めの中型バスで、乗車してすぐ冷たいミネラルウォーターをもらえるのが嬉しい。

The Hilton Hotel is really spacious, and we were waiting at the entrance of the Grand Waikikian where we stayed, but it turned out to be the parking lot of the Hilton Grand Islander, so we hurriedly moved. A kind hotel staff member contacted us by phone, which was really helpful.

ヒルトンホテルは本当に広くて私たちが泊まったGrand　Waikikianの前のエントランスで待っていたのですが、実際はHilton　Grand　islanderの駐車場だったので、あわてて移動しました。親切なホテルの方が電話で連絡を取ってくれたので、本当に助かりました。

I initially had trouble finding the reception counter and got a bit lost, but I was able to board smoothly. The vehicle was just for us, and it felt spacious, which helped relieve the fatigue from the long flight. Thank you very much. I would like to use this service again!

車内は私たちしかおらず、貸切状態で広く飛行機の長時間の疲れが癒されました。

I used to take a taxi for transportation since I don't go on tours, but recently I've been using this shuttle service. It takes a bit longer because it stops at other hotels, but the price is completely different and I highly recommend it.

ツアーでは行かないので移動手段で前はタクシーを使ってましたが最近はこの送迎を利用してます、他のホテルも回って載せていくのでタクシーよりは時間かかりますが対して変わらないのに料金は全然違いますのでお勧めです。

Originally, I hoped to visit the Polynesian Cultural Center from the afternoon to the evening, but it was fully booked. I ended up joining the morning tour, and I was very satisfied!

The bus guide's stories about Hawaii were enjoyable, and when it was time to say goodbye, I genuinely felt that I wanted to come back.

In the afternoon at the Polynesian Cultural Center, I had lunch and explored each village. On the flight there, I watched "Moana" and realized that they really lived a similar lifestyle, which made me feel the resilience of humanity.

The show of climbing the palm trees was breathtaking! I was amazed by the incredible speed and height!

This is a recommended spot to visit when you come to Hawaii!

昼から夜希望でしたが、予約でいっぱい。
朝一からのツアーになりましたが大満足でした！

バスガイドさんのハワイ話は楽しく
別れの時にはまた来たいと素直に感じました。

昼からポリネシアカルチャーセンターで
昼食から各村を見学。
行きの飛行機でモアナと伝説の海を見ましたが
本当に同じような生活をしていたのだと実感し
人間の逞しさを感じました。

ヤシの木を登るショーは圧巻！
尋常じゃないスピードと高さに度肝抜かれました！

ハワイにきたら行ったほうがいいオススメスポットです！

The pickup location was a bit difficult to find due to the hotel's layout, but I was successfully picked up and arrived at the airport. There were other passengers who were not Japanese, and although Japanese was not spoken, it was fine.

ピックアップ場所がホテルの関係で分かりにくかったですが、無事ピックアップしていただき空港に到着しました。日本人以外の混載、日本語は通じませんが大丈夫でした。

Communication in Japanese was not possible with the airport staff or the transfer staff for those who are not Japanese. It is a simple service that only includes transfers. However, it was fine at the airport as they held a board with our names (in English).

日本人以外の方と混載で日本語は空港スタッフと送迎スタッフともに通じません。送迎のみのシンプルなサービス。ただし、空港では私たちの名前(英語)ボードを持って廻ってくれるので大丈夫でした。

My flight from Hawaii Island to Oahu was canceled due to heavy rain. I called to inform them about the delay, and they said there was no problem. I arrived in Oahu two hours late. A staff member was waiting at the domestic terminal with a smile, and although there was only one person, they provided transportation to my hotel. Since this was the only company offering shuttle service from the domestic flight arriving in the afternoon, I used them this time. I was worried about what would happen due to the cancellation, but it turned out very well. I would like to use them again.

大雨でハワイ島→オアフ島の予約していたフライトが欠航。
遅れることを電話したが、何も問題ないとのこと。
2時間遅れで、オアフ島へ到着。
国内線出口で笑顔でスタッフが待機しており、1人のみでしたが、ホテルまで送迎して頂いた。
午後到着の国内線からの送迎バスは、この会社しかなかったので今回利用した。
欠航で、どうなるかと思ったが、とても良かった。
また利用したい。

They provide transportation with a large shuttle bus. It's not crowded, so you can ride comfortably. I would like to use it again.

混んでいないので、ゆったりと乗れます。また利用したいです。

I moved from the Big Island to Oahu, arriving around 3 PM, and since the tours from Japan were only in the morning, I relied on this service.

The staff seemed to not speak Japanese, but while waiting at baggage claim, they called my name, and I was able to join smoothly.

I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

ハワイ島からオアフ島に移動し、オアフ島が15時ごろの着で、日本のツアーは午前しかなかったので、こちらにお世話になりました。

スタッフは日本語は話せない感じですが、baggage claimで待っていると名前を呼んでくれ、スムーズに合流できました。

また機会があればお世話になりたいです。

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a reception counter nearby, and the staff were fluent in Japanese, which made me feel reassured with their kindness and attentiveness. However, perhaps due to my bad timing, I ended up waiting about an hour until the departure. Since I wasn't in a hurry, it wasn't a problem, but I felt it was a bit of a waste of time.

空港を出るとすぐ側に受付カウンターがあり、係の方も日本語が堪能なため親切丁寧で安心しました。ただ、私のタイミングが悪かったのか、空港出発までなんだかんだ1時間ほど待つことになりました。時間を急いでいなかったので問題はありませんでしたが、少し時間がもったいなく感じました。

I exited from the group exit at Honolulu Airport and ended up looking for the bus waiting area. Since I can't speak English, I spotted a staff member and asked, "Roberts Hawaii?" but they seemed confused, and I struggled to get directions to the waiting area. I waited a little until the bus arrived, but it didn't feel like I was waiting too long, so I guess it was just about right.

英語が話せない私は、スタッフの服を見つけたので、『ロバーツハワイ？』と聞いたら『？？？』って感じで待合所を教えてもらうのに苦戦しました。
バスが来るまで、少し待ちました。でも、すごい待たされた感はないのでこんなもんかなあというところです。

The timely pickup was great, and the cheerful driver was nice, but during the ride back, I felt a bit tired because the driver was having a loud conversation in English with a foreign guest sitting in the back. It would have been fine if it was just occasional chatting, but the driver was quite talkative.

時間通りのピックアップで、元気なドライバーさんは良かったのですが、帰りの車内では、後ろに座っている外国のお客様とずっと大きな声で英語で会話をしていたせいか、運転席の近くにいた私はちょっと疲れてしまいました。たまにの会話ならよかったのですが、かなりのおしゃべりなドライバーさんでした。

Learnt so much about the Polynesian way, such an insight. Would definitely come back! The tour guide we had was soooo funny and so informative!

Our tour guide Jason was great. Just wished the seats was more comfortable for the long journey. We were able to feel every bump and crack on the road going to PCC, that part i didn't enjoy, even heading back to Waikiki was miserable and rough.

I was picked up at the hotel on time, and the person who provided the transportation was the best driver throughout my trip. As for the tip for the service, it makes me want to give even more than usual.

Good tour for our needs. Tell the people NO BAGS so everybody does not have to go back to pick up bags that never should have been on the bus!!
