They arrived at the hotel on time. The passengers were half Japanese and half foreigners. We arrived at Honolulu Airport without any issues. I would like to use this service again.

乗客は日本人と外人が半々でした。何も問題なくホノルル空港に着きました。また利用したいです。

I wasn't expecting much since I had a terrible experience last year, but it was reassuring to see them waiting with a sign. I appreciated their consideration for the slow car. Since the prices are the same everywhere, I think I'll ask for their service again next year.

去年散々な思いをしたから期待していなかったが、サインをもって待っててくれてまず安心。車が遅いことなど気を遣ってくれてよかった。
値段はどこも変わらないから、来年も期待してお願いしようと思う。

I used this service for my round trip. When I arrived in Honolulu and was feeling lost, someone kindly approached me, which was really helpful.

On the way back, I was waiting in the hotel lobby, and before I knew it, the bus had already left. I thought I needed to wait at the hotel entrance. It made me realize that things are indeed different from Japan.

I had to wait a little because they were sorting by hotel destination, but I was able to use the service without any issues. I received a shell lei at the airport.

This was a very interesting event learning about the different cultures of the islands, The shows they put on where outstanding, our personal guide Rene was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The luau show were great, and the finale of The Breath of Life show is a must see, that was just plain awesome !!

The outbound trip was a bit chaotic due to the driver's mistakes, but the return trip was comfortable and without issues. Since the destination was the airport, there shouldn't have been any mistakes. In the case of the outbound trip, the hotels were different for each passenger, which likely caused confusion for the driver.

往路は、ドライバーのミスもあり、バタバタしましたが、復路に関しては問題なく快適に利用させていただきました。目的地が空港なので、ミスのしようもないはずですけどね。往路の場合は利用者ごとに送るホテルが別のため、ドライバーが混乱したのでしょうね。

It was a bit confusing at the airport exit and we had to wait, but after resolving an issue where a fellow passenger forgot their luggage and I handed it to them, the driver seemed to think I understood English. He drove while providing guidance in English between Waikiki and Kahala. My first impression of Hawaii improved greatly!

空港出口でわかりづらかった＆待ったのですが、相乗り客のお荷物忘れに気づいて渡してあげたりしたトラブルを解決した後は、英語がわかるお客様と思ってくれたのか、運転手さんがワイキキ～カハラ間を英語で案内しながら運転してくれました。ハワイの第一印象がよくなりました！

I used the service without any particular issues. I felt reassured because there were Japanese staff members and people who could speak Japanese. However, it would have been helpful to be informed in advance via email or other means about the change in the drop-off location, depending on the hotel.

日本人スタッフや、日本語を話せる方がいたので、安心しました。
ただ、（ホテルによってですが）降車場が変更になっていたので、事前にメール等で教えていただけるとありがたかったです。

Everything was going smoothly, but the driver mistakenly thought the hotel was different and took us on a hotel tour. Every time we stopped, he would call out a name, and when I told him it was wrong, he seemed dissatisfied and headed to the next hotel. We were called out for another hotel, but since it was obviously a different one, I said it was wrong again, and he left in a bad mood. We finally arrived about an hour after leaving the airport. It was incredibly frustrating to pass by the hotel we were supposed to get off at multiple times. I wish the driver would carefully check the instructions. For someone who is new, they might think this is normal, but for someone who knows the hotel's location and name well, it was an unpleasant experience.

全てが順調に進んでいたのに、ドライバーが、勝手に宿泊ホテルを勘違いして、ホテルめぐりをしてくれました。止まるたびに名前を呼ばれるのですが、違うと伝えると不満そうにしながら、次のホテルに向かいました。また、別のホテルについて呼ばれたのですが、当然別のホテルなので、違うというと、またまた不機嫌にしながら発車。ようやく到着したのは、空港から一時間ぐらい経っていました。降りるべきホテル前を何度も通過されるって、なんとも割り切れませんでした。ドライバーも指示書をしっかり確認してほしいものです。初めての方なら、そんなものかと思うでしょうが、ホテルの位置も名前も良く知っている者にとっては、いやな体験でした。

The meeting place is a bit vague, and I get nervous as the time approaches, but the driver comes to find you, so it's fine as long as you keep looking around. My return flight was with Hawaiian Airlines, but I was dropped off at the domestic entrance and managed to check in using the machine (which had Japanese language options). When I was dropping off my suitcase, I was told that the international flights are over there, and I finally realized that the international terminal is right next door. The check-in counters for international flights were extremely crowded, so I guess it worked out well. Since the international and domestic terminals are next to each other, I managed to get through.

集合場所がザックリで、時間近くになるとドキドキしますが、ドライバーさんが探しに来てくれるので、きょろきょろしていれば大丈夫です。
帰りがハワイアン航空でしたが、国内線の入口に降ろされて、なんとか自動機械（日本語あり）でチェックイン。スーツケースを預けるときに、インターナショナルはあっちだよ。と言われて、ようやく国際線は隣だと気づきました。国際線フロアのチェックインカウンターは大渋滞だったので、まぁよかったかなと。国際線と国内線は隣同士だったからなんとかなりました。

I arrived more than 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, so it's better to pack with some extra time. Also, there was something like rusty powder stuck to the bus seat, which got my luggage dirty. It's a good idea to check before sitting down.

予定時刻よりも30分以上も早く来たので、荷造りは余裕を持ってやった方が良いです。
それと、バスの座席に錆びた粉？のようなものが付着しており、荷物が汚れてしまいました。
座る時は確認した方が良いです。

I was caught up in an unbelievable mistake where my reservation was not found on-site. I had the printed voucher with me, and the local staff apologized, saying, "If you have the voucher, there must be a reservation," so it was likely a mistake on the part of the Japanese staff.

The local team hurried to assist and followed up with conversations, but in the end, I was made to wait for over an hour under the scorching sun. It wasted my precious time, and it was truly an unacceptable mistake. There was no apology from the staff who made the mistake, and it was a really terrible way to start.

現地でまさかの予約が入っていない、ありえないミスに巻き込まれました。
こちらは印刷したバウチャーをきちんと持参しており、現地スタッフも「バウチャーがあるなら予約は間違いない」と謝罪していたので、恐らく日本スタッフのミスでしょう。
現地の方が慌てて対応してくれ、話をするなどフォローしてくれましたが、結局1時間以上も炎天下の下で待たされました。
貴重な時間を潰され、本当にありえないミスです。
ミスしたスタッフからの謝罪もなく、本当に最悪な気分でのスタートでした。

It was a transfer by a large bus. I think it was due to the increased number of people, but there were enough seats for everyone, so we could ride comfortably. They confirmed the airline we were using and took us to the gate, which made it a pleasant experience.

大型バスでの送迎でした。
人数が多くなった為だと思いますが、人数に対して十分な席数だったので、ゆったり乗れました。
利用する航空会社を確認され、そのゲートまで送迎して貰えるので、快適でした。

I was a bit lost trying to find the shuttle pick-up area after arriving at the airport, but when I asked the airport staff, they quickly helped me. If I had asked from the beginning, I think I could have saved time and arrived without any trouble. While waiting for the shuttle, the airport staff were engaging and made interesting conversation, so I was able to wait without getting bored.

空港到着後のシャトル乗り場が分からず、少し迷いましたが、空港の方に確認すると直ぐに教えてくれました。
最初から聞けば、時間の無駄が無くたどり着けると思います。
シャトルを待つ間も空港待機スタッフが、面白く話をされてて、退屈せずに待ち事が出来ました。

日本人向けのツアーで日程的に参加できるものがなかったので、こちらに申し込みました。まず、ハナウマベイ、こちらは止まらないのでほとんど何も見ることができません。潮吹き穴、平等院、クアロアランチ、ドールなどでバスを降りて、最後ヌアヌ・パリです。運転手さんは親切でしたが、ずーーっと大音量で話をしていて、ご本人の家族の話やら、観光には全く関係のないことが多かったので、静かに景色を見たい人には不向きかもしれません。平等院はレプリカですが庭園も美しく、ツアー参加者に一番好評だったようで、多くの方が時間を長めに費やしていました。ドールではパイナップルトレインや迷路に入る時間はないので、お買い物中心。全体的にお店巡りが多いなーという印象でした。また、運転手さんに別途チップが必要になります。

There were no particular issues with the pickup, and I was able to travel comfortably back and forth.
Outbound: At the airport, the staff came to pick me up at the agreed location holding an iPad with my name on it. The bus was a little late, I think?
I was almost taken to the wrong Aston Beach Hotel, but when I communicated that, they confirmed the pickup location for the return and delivered me properly.

お迎えにも特に問題はなく、快適に往復できました。
往路：空港でのお迎えは、スタッフが名前いりのipadを持って約束通りのところに迎えに来てくれました。ちょっとバスが来るのが遅かったかな？
Aston Beach Hotel　と　Aston Beach Hotel　を間違えて連れて行かれそうになりましたが、伝えたら、帰りのpickup場所を確認してくれて、きちんと届けてくれました。

Last time, I used this service during my trip over Golden Week when I couldn't book a tour, and I thought it was not bad. So, I used it again this time when returning home. The pickup time was on time, and they handled the loading and unloading of luggage properly. Also, the fact that they don't go around multiple hotels is appealing.

前回はGW中の旅行でツアーが取れずに利用し、悪くないなとまた今回も帰国時に利用しました。 お迎えの時間もオンタイムで荷物の積み下ろしもきちんとしている。 また、あまり複数のホテルを回らないのも魅力です。

Kellina, our guide on Oahu, was wonderful. I would love to meet her again next time.

Her interesting talks were filled with rich knowledge, and I truly enjoyed it.

At the Polynesian Cultural Center in the second half, I was impressed by the sincere attitude of the student guides. The newlyweds who accompanied us were brought up on stage, and we enjoyed a fantastic performance that brought tears to our eyes.

I was glad that they accommodated flights from the Big Island. At the suitcase pickup location, they were waiting with a smile and holding up my name. The driver was also very kind. I will use their service again next time.

It's okay if you don't speak Japanese! They called me by name, which was nice. The timing was accurate, which made me feel secure. It's affordable and reliable, so I want to use it again next time.

In recent years, I have been visiting Hawaii once or twice a year, and I have been using this shuttle service. The airport staff and drivers are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable, which I appreciate.

近年、毎年１〜２回ハワイへ来ていますが、この送迎サービスを利用させていただいています。空港のスタッフの方やドライバーの方も親切で、またお値段も格安で有難いです。

I was a bit anxious since it was my first time using the service, but I was picked up from the hotel safely before the meeting time! The driver didn't speak Japanese, but he was very friendly and communicated well with gestures, which made me feel at ease arriving at the airport. He dropped me off right in front of the airline's counter, which was very convenient! I was able to line up before the morning rush at the counter entrance. The price was also reasonable, and I would like to use this service again next time!

初めての利用で不安もありましたが、集合時間前に無事ホテルにピックアップ！
ドライバーさんは日本語は出来ない方でしたが、明るい笑顔とジェスチャーで対応良く、安心して空港に到着出来ました。
ちゃんと利用する航空会社のカウンター前で降ろしてくれたので楽ちんでした！朝イチのカウンター入口の列が混み合う前に並ぶことが出来ました。価格も安く、次回も利用したいです！

I wanted to see the evening show, so at first, I thought about joining a tour that only included the night show. However, when I searched on Veltra, I found a plan that also included island sightseeing, so I chose that one!

We were able to do sightseeing in the morning, and after arriving at the cultural center, we had a lunch buffet. After that, a Japanese student guide showed us around the center, and we got to ride canoes and have a mini experience of the show and hula dancing… and before we knew it, it was time for dinner and the night show.

It was great to enjoy a full day without wasting any time from morning to night! The night show was good, but the guide during the island sightseeing was truly wonderful, so choosing this plan was definitely the right decision!

Since the island sightseeing was in the morning, the places we visited were limited, but I was very satisfied with the breathtaking views of Hanauma Bay, the "What Tree is That?" tree, Dole's ice cream, and Matsumoto's Shave Ice in Haleiwa! We also enjoyed beautiful scenery from the car windows at various points! I recommend this island sightseeing for first-time visitors to Hawaii and for those who want to make effective use of their time!

夜のショーが見てみたくて、最初は夜のショーだけのツアーに参加しようと思いベルトラさんで探したら、島内観光も付いたプランがあり、そちらにしました！

午前中に観光出来て、文化センターに到着後にランチビュッフェ、その後日本の学生ガイドさんがセンター内を案内してくれてカヌーに乗ったり、ショーやフラダンスプチ体験したり…そしてあっという間に夕食&夜のショーでした。
朝から夜まで、丸一日無駄なく楽しめてとても良かったです！
夜のショーも良かったけど、島内観光の時のガイドさんがとても素晴らしい方だったので、このプランにして大正解でした！
島内観光は、午前中なので立ち寄る場所は、限られますがハナウマ湾の絶景、この木なんの木、ドールのアイス、ハレイワの松本シェイブアイスが堪能出来たので大満足！ポイント、ポイントで車窓から美しい景色も堪能出来ました！
島内観光は初ハワイの方、時間を有効に使いたい方におすすめです！

I usually use his shuttle service, but this time I decided to try Mr. Roberts. At $16 per person, it was expensive, so I signed up for one person and the other went to the hotel via the bus. There was a reception area immediately to the right after exiting the group exit. At first, there were only two groups, but it quickly increased and ended up being fully booked. Since $16 is high, I searched and found a $10 shuttle for the return trip, so I signed up for that. It was a great deal for the shuttle to the airport with just two groups.

hisの送迎を毎回利用してるのですが、今回ロバーツさんを利用してみることにしました。1人16ドルは高いので、1人申し込みして1人はザバスでホテルへ向かいました。団体出口を出てすぐに右側に受付がありました。最初２組だけでしたが、どんどん増えて結果満員御礼になりました。16ドルは高いので、探した結果帰りは10ドル送迎があったので申し込みました。２組だけの空港までのお値打ちな送迎でした。

I participated with the goal of experiencing hula. It was great to have the handmade ti leaf lei and the guide's explanations of Hawaii's history, and I enjoyed listening to the chants as well. I think it would be even easier to participate if transportation was included.

フラの体験を目的に参加しました。ティリーフのレイ手作りやガイドさんのハワイの歴史の解説もあり、チャントも聞けて良かったです。送迎付きなら、もっと参加しやすいと思います。

As soon as I arrived in Hawaii, the staff at the counter on the right side of the exit were very pleasant, and the male staff member who assisted me while waiting for the shuttle was cheerful and fun, which eased my tension! Thank you very much!
