We enjoyed walking to the falls, the cultural tour through the hales, the botanical gardens and the peacocks. But the lu'au dinner and show was amazing! We enjoyed the before dinner activities, delicious dinner and after dinner cultural dancing show. Definite highlight of our trip!

We went to a Friday afternoon Luau and WOW! The experience was amazing. Streamlined and efficient, the serving and hospitality staff were exceptional. The show itself blew us away. The cultural activities were so fun for our 3 year old. We had been married the day before and they celebrated that with us, which was really special. It was such a great experience we will definitely go back when we are next on Oahu! Highly recommended A+++ great value for your money and time

This was an interesting and excellent experience. Even though the activities were not that interesting to me as an adult, it is great for kids. I had a excellent experience watching my 2 year old enjoy it. The main person who did all the talking was courteous and enjoyable. He had the right timings for his jokes which I appreciated a lot. Also the way the others in his group contributed was entertaining. They seemed as if they were naturals at entertaining people.
I would say that for a group that has only been doing this for a few years, they knew what they were doing and they were great!

I highly recommend this, especially for families!

I was picked up on time. With Uber, it takes a while for them to arrive, so the shuttle is definitely cheaper and more reliable. I was taken to the location with check-in counters for different airlines.

予定時間通りにピックアップして貰えました。ウーバーだと来るまで時間がかかるのでやはりシャトルが安いし確実。航空会社別のチェックインカウンターのある場所まで運んで貰えました。

Our tour guide is Deno. He is very knowledgeable and funny. He takes well care of us. We are happy to book any other tour with him.

The family thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We learned so much and appreciate the service of the military. Thanks for this tour. We could easily have stayed for longer.

This tour was excellent and would recommend to those who visit Oahu island! Our tour guide BK was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor and his home. The visit to the USS Arizona Memorial was a very moving experience.

First off the tour guide and motor coach driver were so awesome. Two women who did an amazing job giving us the perfect experience. It was so nice having the tour to get you there, navigate all the areas, get tickets for admission prior, and admission/time to see the Arizona Memorial. Great lunch as well in the Aviation Museum. The only drawback was we had to go to the airport to pick up some from another island flying in for the tour. It did take away time I think we may have had on Pearl. More time there would have been nice. Definitely would recommend this way to see Pearl Harbor.

I used Hawaiian Airlines to return home, but when the driver asked, "Hawaiian Airlines?" I replied "Yes," and I was dropped off at the terminal for domestic flights to the islands. From there, I had to walk quite a distance to the international terminal. It was disappointing since I had informed them at the time of booking that I would be taking an international flight.

ドライバーさんが「ハワイアン航空？」と聞くので「イエス」と答え空港で降ろされた場所が国内線の離島へいくターミナルでしたのでそこから国際線のターミナルまで結構な距離を歩かされました。予約時には国際線に乗ることは伝えてあるのに残念でした。

Although I applied at the last minute as the date was approaching, they responded quickly and safely took me to the airport. Thank you very much.
It was no problem communicating in English only, and it was very helpful as it was the cheapest option available.

I mistakenly went to the wrong meeting place and was at the counter waiting, feeling lost without any sign of the person I was supposed to meet. Fortunately, a staff member came to look for me, which was a huge help. The service was excellent.

集合場所を間違えてしまい、カウンターで待てどくらせど目印の人もおらず途方に暮れていたところ、スタッフの方が探しに来てくれて大変助かりました。サービス最高です。

My hubby wanted to tour Pearl Harbor on his birthday, so I booked this tour and we had the best time! Nani, our tour guide, was the best! He was pleasant, funny and just a great source of information - we honestly did learn so much about Honolulu, Oahu, the Hawaiian culture and Pearl Harbor itself! The tour itself was awesome ... tour bus was on time for pickup, we had the perfect amount of time both for the Arizona memorial and the Mighty Mo tour. It was just a really great day, and my hubby thoroughly enjoyed HIS day spent learning some history! Thank you!!

This is one experience you do not want to miss. Don’t pick just any luau! This was includes the ability to hike/ride a shuttle to a water fall! The entertainment is incredible and the history is the most enriching thing I’ve experienced. The staff are fun, friendly, and purposeful!
Seriously, don’t pass this up!

I will start with our driver ernie he so nice and good made the drive not boring...The Historical sites of the Pearl Harbor was amazing and ghostbumps..feeling the history that I only read and watch on YT

I enjoyed the night show from a very good seat. The dance show was on a large scale and was even more amazing than I had imagined. I'm glad I participated.

We wound up taking this tour because the ones through Holland America were booked months in advance. What a blessing it was too! Oli was fantastic and I was in tears by the we got to Pearl Harbor for our tour because he so vividly told of the events before the attacks and then the attack itself. I'll never forget the experience and so very glad I made this resevation.

I was waiting at the hotel for the bus to arrive, but no other guests (other than Japanese) were there, and the driver was looking for them to pick them up. I had the impression that we were waiting for the same bus, but I hesitated to speak in English, and since I was going to a completely different hotel, I made sure to confirm and wait properly. The very kind service left a good impression of Veltra. I hope to use it in other countries as well.

私は、ホテルでバスのくる場所を確認し待っていましたが、他のお客さんがそこに来ていなくて（日本人以外）、そこでドライバーさんが探しに行きのせていました。なんとなく、同じバスを待っているかというイメージはありましたが、英語で話しかけるのもなんですし、私は行が全く違うホテルのためしっかり確認し待っていました。あまりの親切な対応にベルトラはいい感じのイメージでした。また、他の国でもお願いします。

The tour was very entertaining and the guides knowledgeable about everything we wanted to learn about. The weather was drizzly and overcast but they offered rain ponchos free of charge which was very helpful. Would use them again!

The grounds are beautiful and larger than I expected. We allowed an hour to explore the grounds but could have easily spent 2-3 hours looking at all of the scenery. The luau was a lot of fun. There were some hands-on activities before we were seated which were fun. Once seated, we had a great meal and were offered seconds. I could barely finish my 1st plate:)
The entertainment was truly fun. Lots of stories, dancing, singing and some comedy. The closing of the show had fire dancers and one was a 10-year-old boy who could twirl the fire stick outrageously fast. Overall, this was a great experience which I would do again if I were in Honolulu with a car.

I was relieved that they arrived on time to pick me up. The driver helped me with my suitcase and brought it into the bus, which made it very convenient since they also dropped me off at the airport. I will use this service again next time.

The location of the airport counter was easy to find, and they provided careful guidance all the way to the vehicle. The driver was friendly, and I was able to travel smoothly and safely to Waikiki.

空港カウンターの場所も分かりやすく、そこから乗車までも丁寧に案内してくれました。
フレンドリーなドライバーさんで、ワイキキ まで安心してスムーズに移動できました。

Our Pearl Harbor tour was wonderful! Do it early as it was starting to get hot, and our tour guide Maureen was amazing. She’s a wealth of knowledge!

This was a very good tour. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable of the area. The times at the various stops were more than adequate. I would highly recommend it if you are interested in Pearl Harbor history.

I boarded from the domestic terminal. I was unsure where the kiosk mentioned in the prior notice was, and I got lost trying to find the boarding area. The bus in the photo has a different design now, so be aware of that as well. Once on board, it was comfortable as they took me directly to the hotel.

国内線ターミナルから乗車した。事前のお知らせでキオスクと書かれていた場所がどこかわからず、乗り場に迷ってしまった。写真のバスとは今は異なるデザインなのでそこも注意です。乗ってしまえばホテルまで送って頂けるので快適でした。

I was in the waiting room of Islander, and they called my name right on time! I've used Roberts Hawaii several times, and I can trust them!

I was momentarily unsure where to go at the airport (I thought there was a counter three years ago), but there was a person holding a welcome card, and from there, I arrived at the hotel without any particular issues.

空港で一瞬どこにいったら良いかわからなかった（3年前はカウンターがあったと思った）けど、歓迎のカードを持ってる人がいて、そこからは特に問題なくホテルまで無事到着でした。

They had a surfboard and a lot of luggage, but they were very accommodating, which was great. I use their service every time for round trips, and I definitely plan to use it again next time.

Surf boardがあり、荷物が多かったのですが、丁寧に対応頂いて非常に良かったです。
毎回往復お願いしていますが、次回も勿論お願いするつもりです。
