I was a bit anxious because I arrived slightly later than the pickup time, but the driver spoke Japanese and was very kind, which was a great help. The Waikele Outlet was almost fully open, and I had a wonderful time there.

ピックアップ時間より若干遅れて来たので、少し不安になりましたが、日本語が話せるドライバーさんで、凄く親切で助かりますました。ワイケレアウトレットもほぼほぼオープンしていて十分楽しめました。

We use Robert's every time we come to Honolulu. They never disappoint. The driver was very courteous. Thank you very much!

Porbably could have seen a bit more if I had more time.

Kinda felt lke the tour wasn't as great without Arizona.

Driver/ Tour Guide was great. Knew his route and the points of interest.
Cannot say the excursion was what we expected. We did not get to see the Arizona even though we saw it in 2017, because the lines were too long. we were not told when we booked the excursion that the docks would be in repair. Apparently its omnly about the money. No service involved. We were told the Military was running the ticket sales. So, we booked this several months in advance and were told the tickets were purchased the day before. Great service. Again all about money with no delivery.

The Honolulu part was fine.

Would not recommend unless you are going to be upfront with the customer.

First, want to acknowledge our awesome tour guide. His name was Garfield. This guy was full of information and his instructions were spot on. I have so much to say about this day. To me it was a little overwhelming all that we saw in such a short time. Between the Bowfin submarine tour, it's museum, the USS Arizona Memorial was spectacular and awe inspiring. The aviation museum was my favorite since I am an aviation buff. All the planes in various states of repair and some that were riddled with bullet holes was incredible. The Battleship Missouri was quite a sight to see. I wish I returned to spend more time to explore. This day was full of sights and emotion. Worth the price of admission for sure. Thank you again Garfield.

Well, we didn't start off on time due to an unavoidable traffic issue. Once Juicy showed up the trip began and he kept us rolling in the aisles with funny stories and excellent information about the sights. Did I mention that Juicy made up for arriving late? Each stop was awesome and he went out of his way to make it just that much more special. The lunch was some yet delicious. I feel bad because I actually forgot his real name. The only name we got familiar with was Juicy. What a sweet and funny man. I really connected with him. Glad we took this tour.

I changed my initial reservation and received a confirmation email and voucher, but on the day of the service, the shuttle did not arrive even after 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had the hotel staff call for me. After about 30 minutes of conversation, they finally arranged for it. In the end, the shuttle arrived an hour late. I was able to check in and make my flight, but I will think twice about using this service in the future.

当初の予約を変更し、確認のメールもバウチャーも届いていたのですが、当日は10分経っても来ず、15分待ってホテルの人に電話してもらいました。30分ほど話してもらってやっと手配してもらえることになりました。結局1時間遅れでシャトルバスが来ました。チェックイン、フライトには間に合いましたが、今後の利用は少し考えてしまいます。

The airport desk was also prominent, and the participants' names were written and posted, so it was easy to identify. The bus arrived quickly, and we were able to go to the hotel without any waiting time.

空港のデスクも目立ってて、参加者の名前が書いて貼ってあったのですぐにわかりました。バスもすぐに来て待ち時間なくホテルへ行くことができました。

I had a hard time finding the reception area. The location had changed due to COVID. If there were a larger sign and information in Japanese, it would have been easier to navigate.

もう少し､大きな看板と日本語の案内があると､迷わずにすみそうです。

すぐ、予約してある画面を開き、待機しているバスで、ホテルへ直行！
時間のロスなく、ワイキキへ。
冷房がらきいたバスで、快適！
毎回、こちらに送迎を頼んでます。

First of all our tour guide Humu Humu was so cool! It was very interesting to hear his stories about the culture, his life background, and the history of the island. Pearl Harbor was absolutely beautiful and must be done if it's your first time in Oahu. The views there were very scenic and emotional. I would definitely do it again if I come back!

Firstly our open top tour bus turned up on time and we was warmly welcomed by our host Nani Popolo ( a real gem ) .
He gave us the good news straight away , that we had tickets for the Arizona memorial ( no stand by queue's for us ) .
Nani gave us in depth information throughout the day and was always on hand for photo's etc . His humour and song covered the many different age groups and genre's aboard.
The Arizona , Missouri and Oklahoma sites were all as memorizing as each other , in their own different ways .
This trip was a bucket list item for my 65th birthday , we travelled from the UK for it . Our tour was worth every penny .

I used the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport on May 9, 2022. The shuttle bus arrived at the hotel (Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel) almost on time. Saying goodbye to the city of Waikiki, we headed to the airport. It's reasonable and convenient.

シャトルバスはホテル（シェラトン・プリンセスカイウラニ ホテル）にはほぼ時間通りに到着。
ワイキキの街に別れを惜しみつつ空港へ。
リーズナブルで便利です。

I used the service from the airport to the hotel on April 30, 2022.
As soon as you exit through the group exit, there is a counter for check-in.
They also spoke Japanese.
We departed with about ten people on board.
We were the only Japanese, and no one else was wearing a mask.
We were staying at the Moana Surfrider Hotel, but we stopped at about five hotels in Waikiki before arriving at our hotel later on.
In our case, it wasn't a rushed trip, but if you're short on time, a taxi would definitely be the way to go.

２０２２年４月３０日に空港からホテルまで利用しました。
団体用出口から出るとすぐにカウンターがあり、チェックインします。
日本語も通じました。
約１０名を乗せて出発。
日本人は私達だけで、他にマスクをつけている人は誰もいませんでした。
私達はモアナサーフライダーホテルに宿泊だったのですが、
ワイキキのホテルを５件ほど廻って、同ホテルには後のほうで到着。
私達の場合は急ぐ旅ではなかったのですが、
時間に余裕がない場合は、やはりタクシーになりますね。

We did a whole island, 8 hr tour of Oahu with Ciso! We was the best! He made the day so wonderful. He is well informed and each stop was great! I’d take any tour he does again! He made the entire bus laugh! Thank you Ciso for a great day! Mahalo!

I have used this service many times, but once again, they did not come to pick me up on time. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called, and in the end, we departed 20 minutes late.

They have only arrived on time for me once.

Every time is filled with anxiety, so I can't really recommend it.

今まで何回も利用させていただきましたか、やはり今回も時間通りにPick upしに来てもらえず、10分過ぎても来ないので電話をし、結局20分後に出発になりました。

今まで時間通りに迎えに来てもらえたのは、1回だけです。

毎回ハラハラドキドキなので、余りお勧め出来ません。

Didn't secure arizona tickets, and then the tour was cut short giving me less than at pearl harbor.

Disappointed that the falls was not flowing, but the Luau was great. Learning about the hawaiian culture was interesting. The food was delicious and plentiful. The show was fabulous. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you for the hassle free pickup from the airport and also taking us back to the airport at the end of our holiday. Will definitely use your company again! Transport was clean, driver very helpful.

We had a great time, celebrated our anniversary! The family that hosted the luau was wonderful and we were impressed with every aspect of the luau. If you are staying on Waikiki beach, be prepared for an hour drive to get there. We didn’t account for that length of time so we didn’t get to appreciate the hiking available beforehand.

Lots of great history shown all throughout th park. Glad to get to see the sunken ship of Arizona

I was happy that I could use it early in the morning.
There was no one who spoke Japanese, but my limited English was more than enough.
I would like to use it again!

This time, I applied for the HIS shuttle bus through Veltora for the first time. Until now, I had used a certain well-known shuttle bus service. The price was affordable, and the service was efficient. I will definitely use it again!

今回、初めてHISのシャトルバスをveltoraさんから申込しました。今までは某有名な別シャトルバスでした。料金が安くて、テキパキしてました。リピ確実です！

The host was funny and great knowledge about his own culture and traditions. It’s our first time so I wouldn’t be able to compare with other Luau. The show was about the different Polynesian cultures dance so just not only about the fire dance that gets everyone excited. It shows you the dance and the cultures. The Waimea fall is not flowing right now secondary the drought, ( last time occurred in 1992) so my family was little disappointed that couldn’t see the fall and swim in the pond. Look at bright side, this doesn’t happen all the time and I got to see a waterfall without water. Wished there was some warning ahead and I would have planned differently. Otherwise it was still a nice trail for family to walk.

They arrived right on time to pick me up. They drove safely and handled the luggage with care. It's definitely more expensive compared to a city bus, but it's reassuring.

The meeting point was at a small yellow mobile counter located diagonally to the right after exiting the group exit of the airport. I found it a bit difficult to locate and ended up passing by it. My name was written on that counter.

空港の団体出口を出て右斜め前あたりの黄色い小さい移動式カウンター？のようなところが集合場所でした。
自分には少しわかりにくく、素通りして先まで行ってしまいました。
そのカウンターに自分の名前が書いてありました。

My whole family loved this luau! The fact that it also includes entry to the park is a steal; it's beautiful! Our host was very funny and personable. I loved that they have cultural activities like showing the people attending the luau how to open coconuts, and weave leaves into a headband. The food was good, and the host was giving special shoutouts to people who were celebrating things like anniversaries, graduations, etc. The people who were doing the dances did great! Even my sister that's 3 years old was super entertained. You really get a family feel at this luau; shoutout to the 9-year old kid who was doing some fire dancing as well! It was awesome and I definitely prefer giving my money here than some random resort doing shows. The vibe is 10/10!

This was an all day tour and we’ll worth doing the deluxe package. Wes was our driver. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though it rained we still got to see sights from the bus! Polynesian culture center was outstanding. I thought I was getting luau but it was a buffet. But the Breath of Life show was worth the whole day!! Outstanding!!!! Highly recommend adding this to your package!
