There was an issue with the engine, so I had to switch buses midway. As a result, it took longer than usual. Other than that, there were no problems.

エンジン不調があって，バスを途中で乗り換えることになりました。そのため，通常より時間がかかりました。それ以外は問題ありませんでした。

This time, I used the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel again, and the driver was a cheerful person who friendly chatted with me saying, "I LOVE JAPAN!" The service was great, and when we arrived at the airport, I was dropped off near the airline check-in counter, which allowed me to check in without having to walk unnecessarily through the airport. It was really good! I would like to use it again. Thank you!

今回も空港からホテルまでの送迎シャトルを利用させていただきましたが、運転手さんも陽気な方で「I LOVE JAPAN！」とフレンドリーに話しかけてくれて対応も良く、空港に着く際も航空会社のチェックインカウンター付近に下車させていただき無駄に空港内を歩かずにチェックインを済ませる事が出来てとても良かったです！また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

This time, I used the service when I arrived in Honolulu on a flight from Japan. Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the group exit was closed that day, so I exited through the individual exit. It seems that one of them is closed depending on the day. As soon as I exited, there was a Roberts booth, and since I had made a reservation in advance, there was a sign with my name on it. You can use the service without a reservation, but when I arrived in Honolulu on a domestic flight in April this year, it was after 5 PM, and there were no staff around, so I ended up taking a taxi. Therefore, having a reservation is definitely more reassuring. There are still few Japanese tourists, and I thought it would take time to depart, but the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. There were only three groups, including myself, totaling six people, and we departed and arrived at our destination in 40 minutes. (The second of three locations) The driver was friendly and pleasant. I plan to make a reservation and use the service again next time.

今回は、日本からのフライトでホノルルへ到着した時に利用しました。
現在、コロナ禍の為、その日は団体出口はCLOSEしていて、個人出口から出ました。
日によって、どちらかがCLOSEするようです。
出ると、すぐロバーツのブースがあり、事前予約だった為、私の名前を書いた札が貼ってありました。
事前予約がなくても利用出来ますが、今年の4月に国内線でホノルルに入った時は17時を過ぎていた為、スタッフさんは誰もいなくて、結局、タクシーを利用したので、やはり、事前予約の方が安心できます。
まだまだ日本人観光客が少なく、出発まで時間がかかるかと思いきや、待ち時間は5分間もなかったです。
お客様は私を含め、3組のみ6人でしたが、出発し、目的地まで40分間で着きました。

ドライバーさんもにこやかで感じが良かったです。
また次回も事前予約して利用しようと思っています。

"BK" the tour bus driver is very knowledgeable and friendly gentlemen. He explained everything for us and made sure we were prepared. Highly recommended!

I booked a shuttle from the hotel to Honolulu Airport, and on the day of the trip, I waited at the meeting point, but the bus didn't arrive even after some time. When I went outside, I found it stopped a little further back, unloading luggage. Most of the passengers were Americans, with only one or two Japanese, including us. Usually, for optional tours, they come to call you in the lobby, but this time there was none, and if we hadn't noticed the bus in the back, we might have been left behind. This shuttle operates entirely in English, so for those who are not confident in their English skills, it might be a bit risky as you may not know which terminal to get off at.

ホテルからホノルル空港までのシャトルということで申し込みをして当日に至りました。
集合場所で待っていると時間が過ぎてもバスは来なかったので、外に出てみると少し後方で止まって荷物の積み下ろし作業をしていました。
ほとんどがアメリカ人で、日本人は私たちともう一人くらい。
普段のオプショナルツアーだと集合ロビーに呼びにくるのだが、今回はそれもなくて後方のバスに気が付かなければおいて行かれることもあったかもしれない。
このシャトルは、すべて英語でのやりとりなので、英語が苦手な方は降りるターミナルもわからずちょっとリスクが多いかもしれません。

I always use this service when I go to Hawaii. The drivers are friendly and on time, and the prices are reasonable. If there are a lot of people, a taxi might be a good option, but since it's usually just the two of us, this is cheaper and more convenient.

ハワイに行った時はいつも利用しています。
時間通りでフレンドリーな運転手さんで、値段も手ごろ。人数が多い場合はタクシーでもいいかもしれないけど、いつも二人なのでこちらの方が安くて利用しやすいです。

Whenever I come to Hawaii, I always use their shuttle service. It's reliable. This time there were about five families, but a regular bus arrived, so we were able to ride comfortably with plenty of space. Everything from check-in to guidance and boarding the bus was smooth and great.

ハワイに来ると、必ず送迎に利用します。安定しています。
今回は5家族程度でしたが、普通のバスがやってきたので、ゆったりと距離もとって乗車できました。
受付から誘導、バスへの乗り込みまで、全てスムーズでよかったです。

Tony was a great guide! The trip was definitely worth it! I wish they wouldn't make you drive to Waikiki if you aren't staying in Waikiki. Only Pearl Harbor tour we could get booked and it was great!

Right outside the exit, there was a Roberts kiosk. I had made a reservation in advance, but when I asked the staff, they said you could ride without a reservation as well. There were about four hotels on the route, and it didn't take much time. The fare included a tip, which made it very convenient. The airport transfer was also on time and went very smoothly. I think I will request this service again next time.

出口を出てすぐ見えるところにロバーツのキオスクがありました。事前予約をしたけれど、係の人に聞いたら予約なくても乗れるそうです。回るホテルも4件ほどで時間もそれほどかからず、代金にチップも含まれていたので楽ちんでした。空港への送迎も時間通りに迎えにきてくれて大変スムーズでした。次回もお願いすると思います。

As soon as I exited the group exit, I saw a yellow stand right in front of me, so I recognized it immediately. My name was also displayed prominently. After gathering and walking a short distance, I was able to get into the car right away.

団体出口を出てすぐ前に黄色いスタンドがあったのですぐにわかりました。私の名前も大きく表示してありました。集合して少し歩いただけで車にもすぐに乗れました。

I was scheduled for 9:45 and waited about 10 minutes early, but they didn't arrive for a while. Since it said to call if they didn't come after 15 minutes, I decided to give them a call. They said they were on their way, but another foreigner with a 10:00 reservation arrived first (I think it was around 10:05). Our reserved vehicle arrived about 5 minutes later.

I thought maybe it was unavoidable since they were picking up from other hotels, but we were actually the first. After picking up one more person, the ride to the airport went smoothly. I felt like we had plenty of time to spare, so it was fine, but it was a bit nerve-wracking. However, I might use them again! (laughs)

9時45分予定で10分位前から待ってましたが、なかなかこない。15分待って来なければ電話をと書いてあったからかけてみました。向かっているということでしたが、他の外国人10時の予約の方が先に到着し、（それでも10時5分とかだったと思います）その後5分位で私たちの予約車が到着しました。
他のホテル周りながらだし仕方ないのかな？と思ったら私たちが1番目。その後1か所ピックアップした後はスムーズに走り空港へ。元々時間には余裕あり過ぎる感じだったので構いませんが、ヒヤヒヤしました。でもまた使うかもしれません　笑

This tour was exactly what we wanted, transportation with Ana excellent guide and host, then the opportunity to visit a place of American history on our own. It was a somber, sobering and fulfilling time as we learned more about the greatest American generation and the sacrifices they made for their and future generations. Juicy added to our trip by providing extra facts and great fun along the way there and back.

Pearl Harbor is a very memoric place! Great day I loved it.

We were picked up right on time and our driver/ tour guide was very knowledgeable about the points of interest, culture and history. I was very impressed!! Not too forget the lunch stop was delicious!

This was suppose to be one of the highlights of our trip to Oahu… the Pearl Harbor specifically the visit to USS Arizona! We fully paid months before our Hawaii trip. Why a poor review? There were 18 of us. Families and friends. We were informed that they were not able to get a ticket for us to go to USS Arizona, right during the bus pickup! Our other friends who were on a different time slot, same day, were able to do so no problem. We feel that this company should have informed us ahead of time so we would have an opportunity to book with another company. So disappointed! Not good business! I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

The thing is, I arrived a tad earlier, too early at the hotel they refuse to check me in. Then again the daily lies with the hotel.

Might not be the cheapest option out there, but I am glad with the service rendered overall

I was relieved that they picked me up on time. The driver was kind and pleasant. The air conditioning in the car was effective, so as someone who gets cold easily, I wished I had brought a light jacket.

Very easy booking/ shuttle was right on time and driver was friendly and clear about instructions for when we got to the memorial. No having to wait on lines and the tour gave plenty of time to see the memorial and walk around the grounds. Would highly recommend

On the day of arrival at the airport, the personal exit was not open, so I exited through the group exit, but right after exiting, there was a Roberts Hawaii counter desk. During immigration, I ended up being questioned for nearly an hour in a separate room, which made me late compared to my planned schedule. However, when I went to the desk, they immediately called my name and said, "We've been waiting for you!" I was able to board the shuttle without any issues, just as usual. Since it is a major company, I felt reassured, and I think it's great that they can communicate in Japanese at the counter.

体験日（空港到着日）は個人用出口は空いておらず、団体用出口から出ますが、出てすぐロバーツハワイのカウンターデスクがあります。入国審査時（イミグレーション）別室にて１時間弱ほど質問を受けることになってしまい予定の時間より遅くなってしまったのですが、デスクに行くとすぐに『お待ちしていました！』と名前を呼んでいただき、通常通り何事もなくシャトルに乗ることができました。やはり大手の会社なので安心できるし、カウンターでは日本語も通じるので良いと思います。

I was worried about my trip to Hawaii after a long time, but there was a prominent counter right after exiting Honolulu Airport, making it easy to find. I was lucky with the timing, as I was able to board the bus with almost no waiting time.

久しぶりのハワイで心配だったけど、ホノルル空港でて目立つところにカウンターがありわかりやすかった。
タイミングがよかったのか、私はほぼ待ち時間なしでバスに乗れました。

It took a little time before departure, but that couldn't be helped.

Since it was a Marriott hotel, we were the last ones, but it had been a while since I was in Hawaii, so I enjoyed the drive. The driver was also very kind.

I usually use HIS, but this time I used Roberts for the first time. After checking in, I was able to get on the shuttle bus without a long wait, and the driver kindly and cheerfully handled my heavy luggage, so I felt it was a good choice.

いつもは、HISさんを利用してましたが、今回、はじめてロバーツさんを利用しました。受付後、長く待たずに、シャトルバスに乗れたのと、ドライバーさんが重たい荷物を笑顔で丁寧に上げ下げしてくれたので、利用してよかったと思いました。

We hit the jackpot! Kimo was an excellent tour guide and was full of history and information. When we got to the different spots, he walked with us, telling us more. We saw other E Noa drivers sitting by their buses waiting for the people to come back. Kimo made the trip so much fun! Don’t be last on the bus or he’ll make you do a short hula while he plays his ukulele!

Not sure if you can request, but If you get Kimo, you’re going to get waaay more than your moneys worth!

Oh! And the local lunch spot was DELICIOUS! We wanted to get another and take it back to the hotel!
