When I arrived at the airport, there was a desk right in front of me. I mentioned the name I used for the reservation, and they took my suitcase. I waited on a nearby bench.

I waited for about 30 minutes.

They also handled my suitcase, and since the tip was included, it was very helpful.

スーツケースも出し入れしてもらえましたし、

We were so excited to visit Hawaii for the first time and I thought I was purchasing tickets for Pearl Harber but NO after spending $200.00 NOTHING. When speaking to them on the phone they stated we must ride their bus. With Covid 19 we didn’t want to take a chance on our health. We are now in a dispute with them to get our money back!

I arrived at the airport, and the bus check-in was right in front of me. I showed my reservation screen and got on the waiting bus to the hotel. The van was also clean, which was nice.

A large bus came to pick us up with an English-speaking driver. The simple and easy-to-understand English communication was manageable even for someone like me who speaks a little English. I would like to use this service again.

大きなバスで英語のドライバーさんが迎えに来てくださいました。簡単なわかりやすい英語でのやり取りは、英語が少々の私でも問題なかったです。また利用したいと思いました。

The Luau was perfect from beginning to end. It was organized and the staff was very friendly. Was great to see the dancers were also the greeters, wait staff and doing the demonstrations as well. The Host was very entertaining. Loved how friendly everyone was. The food was wonderful. Would definitely recommend as the Luau to attend.

The tour bus driver was considerate and was very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history. Took the time to ensure evryo was on the bus and answered all our questions. The island tour was great and PCC was awesome as well. I recommend anyone to take the combo tour.

I was a bit unsure about this tour because of the price but my children were incredibly excited to see Hawaii from the air. The tour did not dissapoint and I would recommend the experience to anyone coming to Hawaii!

During my last trip to Hawaii, I used Roberts Hawaii from the airport to the hotel. I can't drive, and The Bus doesn't allow large luggage like suitcases. Additionally, hotels have stopped their shuttle services to the airport due to COVID-19, so I think Roberts Hawaii is the only option.

There’s no complicated tipping system, you can charge your iPhone on board, they stop at various hotels, and the driver helps with loading and unloading the suitcases. It's less stressful than using Uber, and I plan to use Roberts Hawaii again when I go back to Hawaii.

前回のハワイでも空港からホテルまでロバーツハワイ利用でした。私は運転ができませんし、ザ・バスはスーツケース等の大きな手荷物はNG、ホテルもコロナの煽りを受けて空港とのシャトルバスを取り止めている…となると、ロバーツハワイ一択かと思います。
面倒なチップ制度もありませんし、車内でiPhoneを充電できますし、さまざまなホテルに止まってくれますし、スーツケースの上げ下げもドライバーがして下さいます。Uberよりも気を使いませんし、またハワイに行く時はロバーツハワイさんにお願いしようと思います。

I felt at ease with the Japanese support. After arriving at the airport, the guidance was clear, and the pickup to the hotel was almost on time and very kind. The vehicle was not full, so I think we were able to avoid crowding. I plan to use this service again next time.

日本語対応で安心できました。空港到着後、案内もわかりやすく、帰りのホテルへのお迎えもほぼ時間正確で親切に対応していただきました。車内は満席ではなくゆとりある席で蜜を避けられたと思います。次回も利用する予定です。

The airport receptionist spoke Japanese, and the driver spoke English. There was no waiting time at the airport, and we arrived at the hotel smoothly.

空港受付さんは日本語、ドライバーさんは英語でした。空港では待ち時間なく、スムーズにホテルへ到着することが出来ました。

I was worried about whether I would make it in time because I received notice that the boarding procedures for my return flight had been moved up, but despite it being early in the morning, they came to pick me up ahead of schedule, so I had plenty of time.

帰国のフライトの搭乗手続きが早まったとの連絡があり間に合うか心配しましたが、早朝にもかかわらず、予定時間より早めに迎えに来てくださったので時間には充分間に合いました。

As of now (5/19), when I exited the only airport exit for both groups and individuals, I immediately saw a small counter. I waited for nearly 40 minutes until the bus arrived. There was another flight waiting besides the one I arrived on, which I was unaware of, so I felt like I was waiting for a long time without knowing how much longer it would be.
The driver spoke broken Japanese, but he was cheerful and pleasant. I was concerned that it might be difficult to retrieve my suitcase as it was being piled up, but the driver checked each passenger's drop-off location and luggage, so there were no issues.

現在（5/19）、団体個人とも１箇所しかない空港出口を出ると、すぐに小さいカウンターが見えました。バスが来るまで40分近く待ちました。私の乗ってきた航空機のほかに別の便も待っていたのですね。そうとは知らず待っていたので、いつまで待つのか？わからず長く感じました。
ドライバーさんは片言日本語でしたが、明るく感じが良かったです。スーツケースがどんどん積まれるので降りる時に取れなくて困るのでは？と思いましたが、ドライバーさんは乗客それぞれの下車地、荷物を確認していたので、問題ありませんでした。

We loved Byodo-In Temple, so relaxing there! The tour was great all around.

It was such an amazing experience. Our driver, Kimo, was magnificent! He had so many stories, so much knowledge of the island. He shared tips and places to eat. I tried them all and he was spot on! He kept us on schedule and was very helpful and entertaining. Very kind soul! The tour was worth every cent and more!! Don’t pass this up you will not regret it. lots to do. Every stop was fantastic. Enjoyed the history, the gift shops, the scenery and best of all the ambiance. The lunch at Fumi’s was delicious!! Mahalo!

I used the service from the hotel to the airport. When I presented the voucher to the driver at pickup, I was told that only one person's name was listed. There is a section for the name of the person making the reservation, but there was no section for the names of all family members, only the number of people. Even though the number of passengers is written on the voucher, I was told that it seemed only one person could ride, which caused a delay in confirmation and inconvenienced other customers. There was no issue when I used the service from the airport to the hotel! Please communicate this properly to the driver.

ホテルから空港まで利用しました。
ピックアップの時ドライバーにバウチャーを提示した所、1人だけの名前しかないと、言われた。予約の時、予約人の氏名は書く欄がありますが、家族全員の氏名は書く欄は無く人数のみでした。バウチャーに乗車人数が書いてあるのに
1人だけしか乗れないみたいな事を言われ、確認に時間がかかり他のお客さんに迷惑をかけてしまいました。
空港からホテルまで利用した時は何もなかったのに！
ドライバーにきちんと伝えてください。

Outstanding tour, we were picked up at our hotel. The guide was very informative, and funny. A must for all to see when in Hawaii

It was great that I was in an easy-to-understand location right outside the exit! Although it was a shared ride, we were able to head to the hotel smoothly without much waiting time.

相乗りでしたがそんな待ち時間もなくスムーズにホテルに向かえました。

Overall, five star for service to and from the airport. Upon arrival, we paid for the lei greeting but didn't get one which was a little disappointing. But we were met at baggage claim and our greeter escorted us to where the buses were waiting. I will definitely use them again. Just wouldn't pay for the extras.

We had a good trip, the driver was appropriate, the ride was very bumpy but like most of the shuttles. No problems.

We attended the Pearl Harbor remembered tour, which included the USS Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri, whith a little history of Honolulu in the mix. I definitely won't forget the experience.

This activity was run perfectly. Pickup and drop off was bang on schedule. Our driver Patrick was very personable and knowledgeable about both the events of pearl harbour and Hawaiian culture.
The amount of time spent on site was just right for us.

The timely transfer from the airport to the hotel in Waikiki was very good. However, the pickup time for the transfer from the hotel to the airport was more than 10 minutes late, which made me anxious. I thought it would be nice to be able to check the operation status online. The transfer itself was comfortable.

空港からワイキキのホテルまではタイムリーに送迎してもらえて、とても良かったです。
ホテルから空港までの送迎はピックアップ時間が10分以上遅れたので、不安になりました。
webで運行状況を確認できるといいと思いました。
送迎自体は快適でした。

In the final email of the guidance, it mentioned that the current situation at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is that only the group exit is in use, while the individual traveler exit is closed.

Since it was my first trip, it started with Juan in Hawaii.

The Roberts Hawaii reception kiosk was located in a prominent spot, so I was picked up without any issues.

Since I was traveling alone, I decided to take the Roberts Hawaii shuttle bus instead of a taxi. The staff were friendly, and the driver was cheerful, making the experience enjoyable and reassuring.

ひとり旅だったため、タクシーをやめてロバーツハワイのシャトルバスに。スタッフの方は親切ですし、ドライバーさんも陽気で楽しく安心です。

The shuttle took us to and from the airport. It was on time as scheduled, the service was good. The driver was a good driver on the roads. No complaints.

Just a great time. The driver was awesom very informative.

Such an amazing experience if you come to Hawaii you have to go to Toa luau ! They really treat you like family, and the dancing and the story telling about the Polynesian culture is just a amazing beautiful experience. Me and my friends had such a great time !

They arrived early, rather than on time, and the operation was smooth afterward. I was relieved not to be anxious since I wasn't sure what the airport would be like during the COVID-19 pandemic. There was a line outside the building for Hawaiian Airlines.

時間通りというか時間より早めにお迎えに来てくれ、その後もスムーズな運行でした。

Our Pearl Harbor Tour with E Noa was great! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun, and shared a lot of good information. This tour made it easy to enjoy all that Pearl Harbor has to offer since they procure the tickets for you. The trolley ride around Honolulu and Waikiki was good as well.
Be sure to NOT bring bags with you as instructed. This caused our particular tour to be split up as our guide had to call in another guide due to some people bringing bags. They will not let you in with them.
