I used the shuttle service from Waikiki to the airport. There was no pickup at the scheduled time, and I couldn't reach the contact number, which made me anxious. In the end, the hotel front desk helped me call another contact, and the pickup was delayed. I thought it might be due to other customers being late, but there was no one else there; I was alone. I'm not sure if it was a mistake on the part of Veltra or the operating company, but it seemed like a communication error. If you have a set schedule, I wouldn't recommend this service, but if necessary, you could always take a taxi.

ワイキキから空港までの送迎に利用しました、
ピックアップの時間に迎えが無く、連絡先は出ず、ハラハラしました。
最終的にはホテルフロントにて他の連絡先に電話をして頂き、遅れてのピックアップになりました。
他のお客様の遅れかと思いましたが先客は誰も居なくひとりでした。
ベルトラさん側か催行会社か分かりませんが連絡ミスの様でした。
最悪タクシーで移動すれば良いと思いますが、予定の時間がある場合はあまりお勧めしません。

Our tour guide Nani made the experience memorable. His knowledge of the history of the island was a wonderful complement to the tour. He made a solemn experience truly enjoyable.

We were a big group - like 27 of us - and most were visiting Hawaii for the first time. This was the first activity we did and I’m glad we did because we learned a lot about the island. Kim our driver and tourist guide was great! It also helped that we had the whole bus to ourselves.
Bring swimsuit to go have a dip at the Waimea Falls. If you don’t, you will have to shell out a lot of money to buy some at the spot!
The fee for the tour Is well worth it! Strongly recommend this.

I was very anxious about my first trip abroad, but when I arrived at the airport, I felt relieved because they called my name in a place that was easy to find. When I got to the hotel where I was staying, it was great that they pointed to the location since I couldn't communicate.

I always use this service for transportation from the airport to the hotel.
As soon as you exit from the group exit, there is a counter where you can check in.
They also speak Japanese.
Since there were three people scheduled to ride, I waited a little as I was the first to arrive, but in the end, it was just me and one other person who boarded, so we departed.
With such a small number of passengers, we were able to arrive at the hotel quickly.

団体用出口から出るとすぐにカウンターがあり、チェックインできます。
日本語も通じます。
3名が乗車するとのことで、一番早くに到着した私は少し待ちましたが、結局は
私ともう1名の方と2名の乗車で出発。
人数も少ないのでホテルにも早く到着することができました。

I was supposed to take a reserved bus from my hotel in Waikiki to the airport, but the bus seemed busy and couldn't make all the hotel stops on time. So, they arranged a private taxi for me earlier than my scheduled time. I was the only passenger, and the driver was very safe and the ride was quite comfortable, allowing me to get to the airport quickly. Thank you very much.

ワイキキの宿泊ホテルから空港まで予約したバスで、行く予定でしたが、バスの運行が、忙しそうで、時間とおりホテルを回りきれないため、予約時間より早く、民間のタクシーを手配してくださいましたので、私一人乗せ、安全運転で、とても快適で、早く空港へ行けました。ありがとうございました。

Went here for vacation, from the time you entered to the time they left they treated you like family. The dinner was great and so was the show!

Thank you for operating the service, even though there was only one passenger on the way there. The return trip was a bit cheaper, so it was a good deal.

It's always a given that my suitcase gets heavier on the way back. The pickup time is a bit earlier, but it's really helpful. I will use this service again.

I arrived on a flight at 8 AM. Moreover, since there were only 30 passengers, I was the only one on the shuttle. I was able to chat with the driver, and before I knew it, we arrived at the hotel. Thank you for the enjoyable time!

しかも、乗客30名だったためシャトルには私だけでした。
運転手さんとも色々お話しできてあっという間にホテルに到着しました。

Seeing the Arizona has been on my bucket list for several years. Seeing it and the Missouri was an experience. I didnt go on the Bowfin or into the Aviation museum, but I saw them. The bus had issues at first and they called another bus which caused the tour to be very late. He did stay later, but we didnt have time for the film or much browsing around. They do a little city tour, which is ok but they dont stop for pictures or anything. In my opinion, they should devote the whole tour to Pearl Harbor. It needs more time. I did a trolley ride later on that does a city tour with stops. It was still a good day, just wish I had had more time there.

This was one of our best experiences in Hawaii. Staff of Toa LUAU were genuinely welcoming, nice people. Food was over my expectations and the performance was just amazing. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Oahu!

I had a lot of preparations to do before my departure to Hawaii, which was different from usual, and I was worried about the PCR test results, so I ended up making the shuttle reservation at the last minute. Additionally, my accommodation was not a hotel but a condominium owned by my family, so I received a cancellation notice once during the booking process. When I contacted them to request a change of the drop-off location to the Ala Moana Hotel instead of canceling, they responded quickly and I was able to make the change even though it was the day before departure. There were no issues with the reservation on-site, and when I tried to lower my large suitcase, the driver kindly offered to help me. The start of my trip to Hawaii after three years felt wonderful. Thank you very much!

ハワイに出発迄いつもとは違い色々と準備が大変で、PCR検査の結果も心配だったのでシャトルの予約がギリギリになってしまいました。その上私の滞在先はホテルではなく家族の持つコンドミニアムだったので、予約の時一度キャンセルのご連絡が来ました。できればキャンセルではなく送迎先をアラモアナホテルに変更して欲しいと連絡したところ、出発前日だったにも関わらず素早く対応して頂き連絡もすぐに頂けたので変更ができました。現地でも何の問題もなく予約が通っていて、大きなトランクを下そうとしたらドライバーさんが声を掛けてくれてお手伝いしてもらえました。3年ぶりのハワイの始まりがとても素敵に感じました。ありがとうございました

The experience was really good. The guide was very kind.

The activity claims to stop at all island tour locations before being dropped off at the the Polynesian Cultural Center, however, the tour does not include 5 of the advertised stops; Diamond Head and Black Point Lookout, Hanauma Bay Lookout, Dole Plantation, all the north shore beaches and the Laie Hawaii Temple. Also, the driver rushes the crowd and threatens to leave within 10 minutes on each stop. Very disappointed with this activity.

We had so much fun on this tour. Our guide, Juice, was very funny but also full of information about the islands. He taught us all the Hawaiian language and gave us so much history of the natives and the island. If you go on this tour, request him as your tour guide!!

We were so impressed with how friendly everyone was! We loved the history lessons! The buffet was wonderful! And the breath of life show was great. I can see why everyone tells you to have the whole experience!! It was so convenient to have the tour bus pick us close to our hotel.

This luau is an absolute MUST! Everyone was so welcoming and put on the best show! You have a chance to learn about Hawaiian culture and the comedy intertwined into the performances kept us rolling with laughter. The whole family helps with the performance and you can absolutely tell that they love what they do. It was the most fun that we had here in Hawaii! The food was delicious, as well! Highly recommend!

First time seeing Pearl Harbor and it was extremely worth it. This tour is nice because you get to see the Punchbowl Cemetery as well

This luau was our first one but far superior to another one we did later in our trip. The food was great, the scenery gorgeous, and the performers were talented and entertaining. The MC Cousin Billy was truly funny and informative. We had a blast! The next day we did the hike to Waimea Falls and that was excellent as well. I could have floated in the waterfall all day. We spent part of each North Shore day at the Waimea Falls complex and I highly recommend it.

This luau is the best! We were staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and saw the luau they had from our room. Toa Luau is 100times better that that one! I especially appreciated the intimate and gorgeous setting! The activities they had engaged my 5 and 2 year olds… and had them attentive the whole night! The intimate setting and the care and pride they take in their heritage shows up in the way they do it all! It was personable, intimate, and the wittiest host, Cousin CeCe! I am beyond words for this beautiful experience! Mahalo!

We really enjoyed the sire seeing along the trip. We learned so much about the islands and culture. Humu our driver was awesome and very friendly. I would recommend a light jacket for the ride

The description of the meeting place for the voucher was different from reality, and I spent over 30 minutes looking for it! In the end, I figured it out by calling, but I think first-time users would get lost! The airport information staff was also cold and it was the worst.

An American was talking loudly on the train, which was annoying, and I wish they would take COVID-19 prevention measures! They arrived earlier than the meeting time and got to the airport ahead of schedule!

Although it was supposed to be a shuttle service in the photos, a Charlie Taxi actually arrived. I had seen other reviews mentioning that a taxi came, and the driver clearly said my name, which was reassuring. However, if someone didn't know this, they might think a bus would come, which could be a bit scary. I was a little anxious about the meter running and whether a tip was expected since it was a taxi, but there was no payment required upon getting off.

Since I used it alone, it was cheaper than taking a taxi directly to the airport, which was great. The driver was friendly, which made me feel at ease.

When you enter your flight details at the time of booking the transfer, it determines the pickup time, so you don't have to worry about when to leave for the airport. It departs about an hour earlier than if you were to go on your own, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to stay until the last minute. For two or more people, a flat-rate taxi is cheaper.

I definitely recommend this service for anyone traveling to the airport alone!

写真では送迎シャトルですが、実際にはチャーリータクシーが来ました。他の方のクチコミでタクシーが来たと言うのを見ていたのと、運転手が私の名前をしっかりと言ってくださったので良かったですが、何も知らなければバスが来ると思っているので、少し怖いかなと思いました。メーターが動いていたり、タクシーなのでチップいるかな？と少し不安でしたが、降車時の支払いはありませんでした。
1人で利用しましたので、実際にタクシーを利用するよりも安く空港まで行けたので良かったです。運転手の方も気さくで安心しました。
飛行機の予約を送迎の予約時に入れると、迎えの時間が決まるので、空港に行く時間を考えなくて良いです。1時間ほど、自分で行くよりも早めに出発することになるので、ギリギリまで滞在したい人にはオススメしません。2人以上の利用は定額のタクシーの方が安いです。
1人で空港まで行く方には、是非利用して欲しいです！

Colins was very knowledgeable and friendly with our group. Always offering answers to any question that came his way.

The tour was in a mini-bus rather than the larger motorcoach buses. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I really liked the stop at Waimea Valley the best. It was nice to get out and go on a nature walk. The entire route is fully paved. If you want to swim, there's time to swim too. Lunch was at Fumi's and I'd recommend their garlic shrimp (yum!). Overall, the day was a full day so make sure you get plenty of rest the night before and wear comfortable shoes.
